물 속의 자연 유기물 성분이 환경에 미치는 영향 (Constituent of Natural Organic Matter (NOM) and its Effect in Water)

  • 물 속에 존재하는 자연 유기물의 성분은 계절과 장소에 따라 다양하게 변하므로 이들 성분에 대한 고찰과 이들이 환경에 미치는 영향을 고찰할 필요가 있다. 본 총설에서는 물 속에 존재하는 휴믹 물질, 탄수화물, 단백질(아미노산), hexosamine, 유지, 오일, 그리스 및 미량 유기물질(내분비교란화학물질과 의약품) 등의 자연 유기물의 특성을 정리하였다.

TRIP강에서 Al이 미세구조와 상변태에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Al in TRIP steels on microstructure and phase transformation)

  • In this study, three cold-rolled TRIP steels containing different Al content (0.04wt%, 1.0 wt.% and 2.00wt%) were fabricated to understand the complex effects of Al in TRIP steel. The influences of Al on microstructural evolution of cold-rolled TRIP steels have been analyzed by using advanced analysis techniques, such as transmission electron microscope (TEM) and three dimensional atom probe tomography (3D-APT). TEM results revealed that second phases such as bainte and retained austenite decrease with increase of Al content. In addition, 3D-APT was used to characterize atomic-scale distribution of alloying elements at the constituent phases. Through these analysis techniques, the advanced characteristics of constituent microstructure in TRIP steels were identified depending on Al contents in TRIP steels.

간략하고 정확한 장방형 각형강관 가새부재 이력거동 예측 위한 해석모델 (Simple and Accurate Analytical Model for Predicting Cyclic Behavior of Rectangular Steel HSS Braces)

  • The objective of this study is to propose a simple and accurate analytical model for HSS braces. For this purpose, a physical theory model is adopted. Rectangular hollow section steel (HSS) braces are considered in this study. To accurately simulate the cyclic behavior of braces using the physical theory model, empirical equations calculating constituent parameters are implemented on the analytical model, which were proposed in the companion paper. The constituent parameters are cyclic brace growth, cyclic buckling load, and the incidence of local buckling and fracture. The analytical model proposed in this study was verified by comparing actual and simulated cyclic curves of brace specimens. It is observed that the proposed model accurately simulates the cyclic behavior of the braces throughout whole response range.

  • Alumina-glass composites which are considered as the material of the choice for all dental crown was prepared by aqeous-based tape casting and sintering for 2h at 1120$^{\circ}C$ followed by glass infiltration for 2h at 1100$^{\circ}C$ Biaxial strength and fracture toughness of the composites were evaluated to determine the optimum composition of the tape as a function of the amount of constituent such as alumina binder and plasticizer. The strength and the fracture toughness of the alumina tape increased with increasing the contents of alumina and binder. These observations are consistent with in fluence of the constituents on mean alumuna particle distance in tapes suggesting that high strength of the glass infiltrated alumina composites is related to toughening by crack bowing. The biaxial strength and the fracture toughness of the composite containing the optimum constituent composition were 523 MPa and 3.3 MPa$.$1/2 respectively.

  • The so-called overapplication of Coda Neutralization in Korean, the occurrence of a neutralized consonant in a non-neutralizing environment, is often considered as evidence for serial derivation. In this paper I propose that the neutralization effect at surface is not a result of a phonological process at an intermediate level in serial derivation, but due to a constraint requiring the integrity of the morphological constituent: EDGE-INTEGRITY. It is argued that this is not reducible to an alignment constraint, but a genuine faithfulness constraint on the edge of a morphological constituent. The putative opacity related with the coda neutralization is shown to be an epiphenomenon arising from the ambisyllabic representation of a consonant at a morphological juncture, satisfying both EDGE-INTEGRITY arid Syllabic Conditions. Consonant Copy in the Jeju dialect provides further evidence for EDGE-INTEGRITY, the Only difference being that the conflict between Syllabic Conditions and EDGE-INTEGRITY is resolved by insertion of a copied consonant.

녹수초의 항암활성물질의 분리 및 항암력 평가 (Isolation and Evaluation of an Antitumor Constituent from Pyrolae Herba)

  • The cytotoixic effect of Pylorae Herba (Pyrola japonica Klenze) against L1210 and K-562 cells was studied in vitro. The methanolic extract of Pylorae Radix was add ed to the culture of L1210 cells and K-562 cells for the cytotoxic activity and the ED50 values of hexane, ethylacetate, buthanol and water fractions from methanolic extract were determined using MTT (3-[4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl]-2,5-diphenyltetrazoliumbromide) assay. The active constituent isolated by bioassay guided fractionation followed by purification gave rise to a yellow needle crystal and was clarified to be chimaphilline by the comparison with the published data. The average life spans with it were not prolonged significantly on tumor growth in hybrid female mouse (BDF1-KIST) inoculated subcutaneously with P388 cells.

  • Comparative blook analysis was carried out to investigate the difference of blood constituent in four types of physical constitution. Isoleucine(Ile), Alanine(Ala), Cysteine(Cys), Tyrosine(Tyr), Methionine(Met) were measured. And the following results were obtained: 1. The value of Isoleucine(Ile) on the constitution didn't shown significant difference, but between the value of SO-YANG-IN and SO-EUM-IN showed significant difference. 2. The value of Alanine(Ala) on the constitution didn't shown significant difference. 3. The value of Cysteine(Cys) on the constitution didn't shown significant difference, but between the value of SO-YANG-IN and SO-EUM-IN showed significant difference. 4. Between the value of control group and SO-YANG-IN showed significant difference, and between the value of SO-YANG-IN and TAE-EUM-IN, SO-YANG-IN and SO-EUM-IN showed significant difference. 5. Between the value of control group and SO-YANG-IN showed significant difference.

  • The part I was for developing regression models to predict the moisture content, protein content and viscosity of brown and milled rice using Near Infrared(NIR) Reflectance analyzer. The purpose of this study(part II) is to measure fundamental data required for the prediction of rice quality, and to develop regression models to predict the protein content of brown and milled rice, brown rice yield from undried paddy powder by using Near Infrared(NIR) Reflectance analyzer. The results of this study were summarized as follows : The predicted values of protein contents obtained from the undried paddy powder were well correlated to the measured values from brown and milled rice. The predicted yields of brown rice from undried paddy powder were not well correlated to the lab measured values from dried paddy. Continuous study in wavelength selection and of constituent relationship is necessary for practical application.
