Newton의 역제곱 법칙 증명에서 기하학적 극한 분석 및 교육적 시사점 (In Newton's proof of the inverse square law, geometric limit analysis and Educational discussion)

  • 본 연구는 Newton의 의 핵심으로 일컬어지는 역제곱 법칙의 증명을 기하학적 극한과 관련하여 분석하고, 이를 수학교육에 활용하는 방안과 관련한 교육적 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다. Newton은 무한소에 대한 논쟁을 의식하여 전통적인 Euclid의 기하 방식으로 역학 문제를 해결하였다. Newton은 힘, 시간, 관성 궤도 이탈 정도 등을 기하 선분으로 표현함으로써 역학을 기하의 차원에 포함시키는 결과를 이뤄냈다. Newton은 특히 포물선 근사, 다각형 근사, 선분의 비의 극한이라는 기하학적 극한을 도입함으로써 Euclid 기하를 역학을 아우르는 새로운 차원으로 발전시킬 수 있었다. 이러한 분석을 바탕으로 Newton의 기하학적 극한을 수학의 유용성을 보여주는 도구로 활용, 곡선면적은 정적분이라는 통념을 깨는 수단으로 활용할 것을 제안하였다. 더불어 학교수학에서 기하학적 극한의 바람직한 활용을 돕기 위해서는 미시 세계에서의 동등성 확대 강조, 발견술로서 활용하게끔 유도하는 질문 활용, 미시 세계에서 선분의 동등성 파악에는 비의 접근이 유용하다는 인식을 돕는 과정이 필요할 것이라는 교육적 시사점을 제안하였다.

IPA분석을 이용한 저층주거지 내 어린이공원 주변공간의 환경계획요인에 관한 연구 - 이용자 의식조사를 중심으로 - (Study on Environmental Project Factors in Peripheral Spaces around Children's Parks within Low-rise Housing Areas by Using IPA Analysis - Focusing on user consciousness survey -)

  • The purpose of this study is to draw safe environmental project factors for enhancing the safety of children in peripheral space around children's park and suggest environmental project measures for peripheral spaces around children's parks, based on the survey of children's park users' consciousness on peripheral spaces. Physical space range for this study was limited to low-rise housing area wihtin the radius of 250m, as peripheral spaces around children's parks in which children's playgrounds were built. In addition, the target areas for examining users' consciousness on peripheral spaces around children's parks were selected according to following criteria. 1)areas with highter portion of children; 2) those with higher portion of single-family houses/multi-housing/tenement houses, which constitute low-rise housing areas; and 3) those with higher safety accident rate of children, which was measured based on criminal and traffic accidents. The finding are as follows: first, users' consciousness on safety accidents that are likely to occur in peripheral spaces around children's parks was examined to show that there is most prominent difference between satisfaction and necessity. This result suggests that users are clearly conscious of the necessity of environmental improvement rather than the satisfaction with the current peripheral environment around children's park.; second, for the difference between satisfaction with and necessity of environmental project factors for access/boundary spaces around children's pakrs, there is most significant difference between the satisfaction with and the necessity of establishment of facilities against illegal parking for clear visibility of community roads, for access spaces, and the separate establishment of bicycle racks around main entry into parks, for boundary spaces. Users' necessity of the establishment of them is judged to be derived from the fact that the safety of children and even adults is threatened, because bicycles invaded into the deep inside of children parks. This study analyzed a correlation between satisfaction and necessity through factor and IPA analysis, and should be initially considenred if the future environmental improvement project would be conducted to promote safe environment in peripheral spaces around children's parks in the future. It will be necessary to provide practical environmental project factors through a field investigation.

주자학과 양명학, 그리고 '국학'의 형성 - 주체성과 실심(實心)의 계보학 - (Zhuzi Learning, Yangming Learning, and Formation of "Gukhak": Genealogy of Subjectivity and Silsim)

  • 본고는 정인보의 '국학' 사상에 나타나는 주체성과 실심(實心, 참된 마음) 정신의 역사적 계보를 추적하고 그 특징을 조명하였다. 근세 동아시아 사상사에서 주체성과 실심이 주요 화두로 등장하기 시작한 것은 중국 송대(宋代) 신유학(新儒學)에서 비롯된다. 정이(程?)는 주체의식을 강조한 최초의 사상가이며, 주희(朱熹)와 왕양명(王陽明)은 정이의 주체성의 원리에 입각한 사상을 계승하되 방법론에서 차이를 보일 뿐이다. 조선시대 정제두(鄭齊斗)와 강화학파는 신유학의 주체성과 실심의 정신을 발휘한 하나의 사례이다. 정인보(鄭寅普)는 학맥에 있어 강화학파에 속하지만, 양명학이 실심의 자각과 실천에 있어 더 효과적이라고 보았기 때문에 방법론적으로 활용했을 뿐이다. 특히 주목할 점은, 주체성의 원리가 정인보로 하여금 주희 도덕이론(인심도심론)의 골격을 거의 그대로 따르도록 이끌었다는 점이다. 이기적인 욕구(자사심)를 옳고 마땅한 것을 자각한 마음(실심)으로 통제해야 한다는 주장은, 인심(감각욕구)과 도심(도덕심)의 갈등상황에서 도심을 선택하여 인심이 도심의 명령을 받도록 제어하라는 주희의 견해와 일치한다. 이 같은 윤리학은 행위의 내적 동기나 의무감을 중시하는 입장으로서, 사실상 주희와 왕양명에 있어서도 근본적 차이는 없는 것이다. 적어도 이점에서 근현대 한국학을 유교전통과의 단절이 아닌 연속의 관점에서 바라볼 필요가 있다.

간호대학생의 결혼의식, 직업의식, 양성평등이 출산의지에 미치는 영향 (Effect of marriage consciousness, occupational consciousness, gender equality consciousness on the childbirth will of nursing students)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 결혼의식, 직업의식, 양성평등의식이 출산의지에 미치는 영향을 확인하여 출산의지 조절을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 시도되었다. 연구참여자는 B시의 간호대학생 242명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 실수, 백분율, 평균, 표준편차, t-test, ANOVA, 피어슨 상관계수, 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 대상자의 결혼의식은 3.43±.36점이었고, 직업의식 3.30±.47점, 양성평등의식 3.85±.37점, 출산의지는 3.48±.42점이었다. 일반적 특성에 따른 출산의지의 차이를 분석한 결과 유의한 차이가 없었다. 연구대상자의 출산의지는 결혼의식(r=.260, p<.001), 직업의식(r=.143, p=.026), 양성평등의식(r=.263, p<.001)과 상관관계를 나타내었으며, 결혼의식은 직업의식(r=.279, p<.001)과 상관관계를 나타내었다. 출산의지에 영향을 미치는 요인은 결혼의식(𝛽=.215, p=.001), 양성평등의식(𝛽=.239, p<.001)으로 나타났으며, 설명력은 11.9%로 확인되었다. 본 연구결과를 통하여 간호대학생의 출산의지에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하기 위한 반복연구가 필요할 것으로 보인다.

  • 연구자의 작품에 투영되어 있는 탈주체의 형상과 속성, 그리고 탈주 방식 등을 들뢰즈와 가타리가 사회 변혁의 방식으로 제시한 리좀적 사유에 연결시켜 살펴보고, 그것이 사회적으로 어떠한 의미를 내포하고 있는지 밝혀보았다. 연구자의 작품에 투영된 탈주체는 어떤 완성체가 아니며 언제나 변화와 생성을 전제하고 있는 질료와 같은 것이다. 이 탈주체는 유·무의식적 욕망이 존재한다. 이 욕망은 들뢰즈와 가타리가 모순된 사회 변화를 추구하는 등의 긍정적 속성을 지닌 생성의 욕망이다. 탈주체에 이 욕망을 배치하게 되면 탈주을 감행한다. 이 탈주 방식은 들뢰즈와 가타리가 제시한 리좀적이다. 이것은 모순된 것을 해체하고, 외부와의 연결·접속과 단절을 반복하면서 새로운 질서를 생성한다. 작품에 등장하는 리좀적 탈주체는 반복적 붓질을 한 색면과 결합된 오브제를 가변 설치하여 탈주하는 과정과 방식을 추상적으로 표현한 것이다. 이 작품에서 탈주하는 탈주체들의 목표는 존재자들의 가치와 자유롭고 창조적인 삶을 인정하는 공간으로 안전하게 착륙하는 것이다. 이 탈주체들은 드넓은 초원을 유동하면서 끊임없이 새로운 풍경을 생성하는 노마드이며, 모순된 사회에 저항하는 예술가, 문학가, 즉 들뢰즈와 가타리가 사회 변혁의 개념으로 제시한 전쟁기계와 거리의 열정을 만들며 새로운 가치와 정치를 창안·창조하는 니체의 아곤 개념과 연결된다. 이들이 추구하는 것은 기존 질서를 완전 해체하는 것이 아니며, 타자성을 인정하는 가운데 공존할 수 있는 공간을 희망한다.

EBS 캐릭터 '펭수'의 놀이세계 구조 (The Play World Structure of EBS Character "Pengsu")

  • 평범하게 보이는 놀이에도 심장한 의미가 있을 수 있다. 유진 핑크(Fink, 1960)는 이런 가정을 전제로 놀이의 외피인 오락성을 넘어 놀이의 속살인 참된 의미를 발견하기 위해 '놀이세계'의 근원적 구조를 통찰해 놀이를 재미(delight), 의미(meaning), 공동체(community), 규칙(rules), 도구(equipment)라는 5개 요소로 해부하는 연구모형을 확립했다. 본 연구에서는 이 분석모델을 적용하여 2019년 스타로 떠오른 공영 방송 EBS의 신생 캐릭터 '펭수'의 놀이 구조를 출연 영상물, 퍼포먼스, 기사 등 모든 텍스트를 연구대상으로 선정해 내용분석을 하였다. 분석결과 펭수의 놀이세계는 놀이 원형의 5가지 요소를 짜임새 있게 갖춰 놀이로서의 체계성과 완결성이 두드러졌다. 수용자들을 놀이의 장으로 잘 흡인하여 성공한 캐릭터가 된 것이다. 구성요소 중 재미는 우스꽝스런 외양과 돌발성·파격성이 돋보는 행동, 의미는 권위주의 타파와 자존감·활력의 제고, 공동체는 오프·온 라인과 아날로그·디지털을 넘나드는 멀티 플랫폼 이용자들, 규칙은 펭수의 콘셉트를 자아를 지닌 어린 이방인으로 설정해 신분 비공개하기, 도구는 펭수 캐릭터 그 자체와 그가 시시각각 선보인 언술(言術)로 각각 나타났다. 펭수는 '자아인형'으로서 그간 이런 놀이요소를 정교하게 결합시킨 다소 과장되고 자극적인 퍼포먼스를 통해 불확실성과 불안감으로 인해 어려움을 겪고 있는 청년층 등 모든 사회 구성원들에게 격려와 위로, 조언과 안내, 배려와 용서, 성찰과 해탈이란 긍정적인 의미를 적잖이 전파하는 사회적 순기능을 한 것으로 분석되었다.

Formation of a Person's Value Attitude to the Worldview Using Information Technologies

  • The article analyzes the features of the formation of a person's value attitude to the worldview by means of information technologies. The present considers it necessary to form a person's value attitude to the perception of the world by means of information technologies. The explosive development of information and telecommunications technologies has become a determining factor in the development of modern society, which is called the information or Global Information Society. It is not yet fully formed, and we are all participants in the development of the Global Information Society. The article considers the basics of a harmonious worldview of a person, which is the basis for the formation of outlook ideas, views, knowledge, beliefs about the surrounding world, which determine the place and role and motivate actions in relation to the surrounding reality through the prism of value orientations. Worldview is considered as an integrity of relatively stable schemes, behaviors, feelings, thinking, vision of the surrounding world, inherent in an individual child, ethno-cultural and socio-cultural groups. The concept of "worldview" as a component of the multi-level structure of the individual's outlook is defined. The features that characterize a person's perception of the world are revealed. The main educational value of information technologies in the formation of a person's value attitude to the perception of the world is highlighted, which consists in the fact that they allow you to create an immeasurable brighter multi-sensory interactive learning environment with almost unlimited potential opportunities that fall at the disposal of both the teacher and the student. The trend of forming a person's value attitude to the perception of the world is clearly developing in the direction of mixed learning as a process that creates a comfortable information educational environment, communication systems that provide all the necessary educational information. The approach to student development by means of the educational environment and the formation, while in the person of a value attitude to the perception of the world by means of Information Technologies, has many pedagogical advantages, which is considered in the article.

Demystifying an Appropriate Use of a Performer's 'Energy' Where the Performer's Body Becomes 'Real'

  • This thesis investigates the meaning of a performer's energy taking into an account of the full bodily engagement as the flow of energy and/or psychophysical readiness focusing specifically on the significance of qualitative bodily transformation. In this contemporary era, the dominance of performer training and its approaches to acting/training has very frequently meant that how to play a character in a textual based approach by emphasizing on interpreting and impersonating the role as real as possible. In this sense, as a performer trainer, from my observation and research findings shows that it is common for the term energy is not to be motivated by what a performer's body needs within a specific moment in specific performance which they are working on. To address the problematic issues, this thesis begins by interrogating the practical meaning of transformation with addressing the principle and process of movement by means of the flow of energy on stage. For a performer, inhabiting/integrating his/her body and mind as oneness and/or unity means s/he sincerely encounter, confront, and therefore listen to his/her body in here and now. Because since the performer's physical appearance completely defined his/her psychological state, no one can play either the past or the future in the moment. In this manner, an appropriate use of energy synonymous with the flow of energy correspondence with the given time and space in which the performer's body informs and initiates movement as necessary action. To be precise, the performer's bodily movement either visible or invisible in a sense of training and rehearsal is perceived as attaining or achieving psychophysical involvement as the full body engagement which enable to make the event happen in the right moment. Here, this thesis argues that the significance of a performer's inner intensity reminds us of the necessity of qualitative transformation on which the performer could discover his/her own mode of awareness as well as a way his/her body function in the given circumstance. From this point of view, this research finding would advocates that the performer's body maintains in the field of energy flow where his/her conscious effort and/or mindfulness disappear. The performer's movement is a manifestation of the whole bodily engagement by means of being as real in that moment rather than representing reality.

프로바이오틱 요구르트의 기준, 규정, 검출에 관한 현황 및 전망: 총설 (Current Status and Prospects for Standards, Regulations, and Detection of Probiotic Yogurt: Review)

  • Yogurt fermentation is known to be beneficial because it provides a low pH and harsh environment for foodborne pathogens and improves organoleptic properties. Additionally, organic acids produced through fermentation have a good effect on the viscosity and gelling properties of yogurt. Several potential health benefits of probiotic and generally recognized as safe strains have been suggested. Yogurt is the preferred vehicle for delivering probiotics to health-conscious consumers. Therefore, manufacturers of probiotic beverages must comply with the relevant regulations. The development of probiotic yogurt begins with the selection of strains with safety and functional properties of probiotics. The selected probiotic strain should be technically suitable for viability and improve organoleptic quality while maintaining the number of bacteria above the standard value during processing and storage conditions. In addition, the efficacy of probiotic strains contained in yogurt should be investigated, confirmed, and approved according to well-designed clinical trials. Although various methods are used to detect probiotic strains, the recently widely used next generation sequencing method can be actively utilized. In the future, more research should be conducted with the latest methods to identify probiotic functions and accurately detect probiotic strains.

Ideology, Politics, and Social Science Scholarship on the Responsibility of Intellectuals

  • The 1990s have seen the publication of many books devoted to Language and Ideology (cf. Joseph & Taylor 1990. for one of the early ones) even though the term 'ideology' itself has remained ill-defined (Woolard 1998). The focus of attention has usually been placed on the particular use of language and often for some kind of 'political' ends, not on linguistic or other scholarship which might have been driven by some sort of ideology, i.e., a bundle of assumptions which themselves were taken as given. At least since Edward Said's 1978 book Orientalism, it has been clear to everyone that scholars construct their conceptualization of things in line with their understanding of the cultural, social, and political world in which they live, and that this often unreflected 'pre-understanding' effects their view of cultures that are different from theirs and more often than not geographically and temporally distant from theirs. This recognition has had a sobering effect no doubt, and Said's book has long since become 'mainstream.' Much more disturbing to the scholarly profession has been the publication of Martin Bernal's Black Athena in 1987, since it went much further, going beyond accusations of colonialism and cultural bias, in suggesting that the Western representation of Classical Greece over the past two hundred years was false and that what had been accepted until now about occidental antiquity must now be seen derived from African-Asiatic cultures of the Near East, notably that of the Ancient Egyptians, and that no other than Socrates should be seen as black man. While we may understand the intellectual climate in the United States that led academics to present 'myth as history' (Lefkowitz 1996), it is obvious that lines of regular scholarly principles of investigation have been crossed (cf Lefkowitz & Rogers 1996). The present paper investigates what may be seen as the ideological underpinnings of such work. After reviewing some recent scholarship in the area of linguistic historiography that have shown that academic work has never been 'value-neutral' (as may have been assumed or has been claimed by some practitioners), it is argued that in effect one must be aware of what Clemens Knobloch has recently termed Resonanzbedarf, i.e., the desire, whether conscious or not, of scholars-and probably scientists, too-to have their work recognized by the educated public and that, in so doing, their discourses tend to pick up on contemporary popular notions. These efforts may be harmless if everyone was to recognize these allusions and adoption of certain lexical. items(buzz words) as props or what Germans call Versatzstiicke, but history tells us that this has not always been the case. Still, as Hutton (1999) has shown, not all scholarship during the Third Reich for example can simply be dismissed as worthless because it was conducted in under a prevailing political ideology. Indeed, in seemingly innocent times, linguists can be shown to frame their argument in a way that makes them appear so utterly superior to their predecessors (cf. Lawson 2001). Upon closer inspection, those discourses turn out to be much like those of scholars in nationalistic environments that have tended to select their 'facts' to prove a particular hypothesis (cf., e.g., Koerner 2001). The article argues for scholars to take a more active role in exploding myths, scientifically unfounded claims, and ideologically driven distortions, especially those that are socially and politically harmful.
