데이터 기반 접근법을 활용한 중소기업 기술혁신자원의 네트워크 분석 (A Data-Driven Approach and Network Analysis of Technological Innovation Resources in SMEs)

  • 본 연구는 중소기업, 특히 제조업을 중심으로 기술혁신자원의 네트워크 구조를 분석하고 혁신기업과 비혁신기업 간의 차이점을 드러내는 것을 목표로 한다. 우선 전체 기업을 대상으로 연결 중심성, 유동 매개 중심성, 위세 중심성을 분석하고, 다음으로 CONCOR 분석을 통해 구조적 등위성을 도출하였다. 마지막으로 혁신성과 창출 유무에 따라 구분된 혁신기업과 비혁신기업의 네트워크 형태를 비교 분석하였다. 연구 결과 전체 기업의 기술혁신자원 분석에서 기업가정신과 기업혁신전략이 중요한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 CONCOR 분석결과 중소기업의 혁신자원은 7개의 클러스터로 구성되었으며, 이는 본원적 제품혁신 자원, 경쟁우위 추진 자원, 협력활동 자원, 정보시스템 자원, 혁신 보호 등으로 정의될 수 있다. 마지막으로 혁신기업과 비혁신기업의 네트워크 분석에서는 혁신기업이 경쟁력 강화와 품질 향상에 집중하는 반면, 비혁신기업은 기존 제품과 고객에 더 집중하는 경향을 보였다. 또한, 혁신기업은 8개의 클러스터로 구성되어 있었고, 비혁신기업은 6개의 클러스터로 나타났다. 이는 혁신기업이 자원을 다각적으로 활용하여 구조적 변화와 새로운 가치 창출을 추구하는 반면, 비혁신기업은 보다 안정적인 형태로 기술혁신자원을 운영한다는 것을 시사한다. 본 연구는 중소기업의 기술혁신에 있어서 기업가정신과 기업혁신전략의 중요성을 강조하며, 혁신성을 높이기 위해 내부적 차원에서의 강력한 노력이 필요함을 제시한다. 이러한 발견은 중소기업의 기술혁신을 위한 전략 수립과 정책 개발에 중요한 시사점을 제공한다.

한반도 도서지역의 식물사회네트워크 분석 (Analysis of Plants Social Network on Island Area in the Korean Peninsula)

  • 본 연구는 난온대림에 속한 도서지역에서 조사한 대량의 식생 데이터로 식물사회네트워크 분석을 통해 식물군락의 수종간 상호관계를 파악하고자 했다. 상록활엽수 성숙림에 출현하는 교목성 후박나무·구실잣밤나무·생달나무·광나무, 관목성 돈나무·자금우, 덩굴성 마삭줄·멀꿀이 서로 강한 양성결합(+)을 보였다. 이 수종들은 낙엽활엽수종과는 음성결합(-)하거나 친소관계가 없었는데 이는 입지환경 차이가 크기 때문이다. 식물사회네트워크 소시오그램에서 4개의 그룹으로 묶어 상록활엽수종인 그룹I과 낙활엽수종인 그룹II의 수종간에는 중심성과 연결성이 높게 나타났다. 소시오그램의 수종(노드) 배치와 연결정도(그룹화)는 DCA분석와 같이 환경요인과 식물군집의 특성을 간접적으로 추정 가능한 것으로 분석됐다. 식물사회네트워크상 중심성과 영향력이 큰 수종은 마삭줄·사스레피나무·생강나무·때죽나무 등이었다. 이 수종은 생태적 지위의 범위가 넓은 일반종이면서 숲틈과 훼손지 등에 흔히 출현하는 기회종의 특성과 생존전략을 갖는 것으로 보인다. 이 수종들이 식물군집의 종간 상호작용과 군집의 구조와 기능 변화에 그 역할이 클 것이다. 하지만 실제 식물사회에서 어떤 상호작용을 통해 식물군집 변화에 영향을 미치는지는 장기적인 연구와 심도 있는 논의가 필요하다.

대학캠퍼스 경계확장 전략 연구 - 서울대학교를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Strategies to Extend the Borderline of University Campuses - Focused on Seoul National University -)

  • University campuses have been developed along with the historical development of mankind in association with the characteristics of urban changes. In particular, regarding the master plan reflecting periodic characteristics, now is the time to grope for crucial roles today that we are pursuing international growth of universities. Also, with the development of cities, in terms of the aspects of campus development, various borderline extension strategies are explored due to the physical limitation. And with the program methods through the exchange with the local community, we are concretizing this through the formation of new campuses. Seoul National University, the subject of this paper, is groping for ways of extension through the SNU-Valley Project with its Gwanak campus. Along with this, it is looking for ways of cubic borderline extension by forming Siheung international campus. The conclusion drawn through above contents is as written below: First, universities located in cites have relatively more limitations in the extension of campus space along with the development of urban space changes. To overcome this, various ways like political or physical space extension strategies are being explored. Second, along with the physical strategies visually shown in suggesting university campus master plans, we can recognize the importance of suggesting vision through specialization strategies. Third, it is about the importance of improving relationship with the local community. With the approaches based on human resources and reasonable connection of space, this also plays roles in enhancing the urbanity of the campus. Fourth, we can see the aspects of campus' urban function enhancing. It is needed to connect urban context that a region has with environment and grope for ways to enhance centrality, connection, and accessibility in it.

공공데이터 포털을 통해 개방된 도서관 관련 데이터 분석 (A Study about Library-Related Open Data through Public Data Portals)

  • 본 연구는 공공데이터 포털을 통해 개방된 도서관 관련 데이터의 현황을 다각도로 살펴보며, 공개된 데이터의 수준과 공개 주체에 따라 데이터의 활용 정도에 어떠한 차이가 나타나는지 분석하였다. 또한 데이터의 공개주체를 지방자치단체와 국가 및 공공기관으로 구분하여 데이터에 부여된 키워드를 활용해 PathFinder Network 분석을 수행함으로써 양 주체가 공개한 데이터의 주제 군집과 중심성에 어떠한 차이를 보이는지 분석하였다. 그 결과 국가 및 공공기관이 공개한 데이터로부터는 연구자료 등을 중심으로 4개의 주제군집이, 지방자치단체가 공개한 데이터로부터는 소장자료, 평생교육프로그램 등을 중심으로 8개의 주제 군집이 형성되었으며, 국가 및 공공기관이 공개한 데이터가 학교 및 공공도서관의 단순 현황을 주로 공개하고 있는 지방자치단체 공개 데이터보다 높은 활용도를 나타냈다.

사회연결망을 통한 평생교육 연구동향 분석 (Analysis of Research Trends of Lifelong Education through Social Network)

  • This study aims to analyze the research trend of lifelong education in Korea over the last 10 years based on social network analysis. To do this, a dataset has been collected from KCI (Korea Citation Index) database. According to the results of the study, firstly, the current status of lifelong education research by the year in the last 10 years showed a relatively high ratio between 2008 and 2009 and 2014 ~ 2015. Secondly, the most active networks between authors and journals constitute a key group in the order of 'Lifelong Education Study' and 'Lifelong Learning Society'. Thirdly, the research institutes with the largest number of lifelong education research papers are Soongsil University, Dong-Eui University, and Korea National Open University. In the network with the authors' network, the only authors were K8 working at Chonbuk National University, and the co-authors, H4, who works at Kyungpook National University, showed the most active network. Finally, the core keyword network based on the thesis topic was analyzed as having higher connection centrality in the order of 'lifelong education', 'lifelong educator', and 'university lifelong education'.

A Study on the Analysis of Museum Gamification Keywords Using Social Media Big Data

  • The purpose of this paper is to identify keywords related to museums, gamification, and visitors, and provide basic data that the museum market can be expanded by using gamification. That used to collect data for blogs, news, cafes, intellectuals, academic information by Naver and Daum which is Web documents in Korea, and Google Web, news, Facebook, Baidu, YouTube, and Twitter for analysis. For the data analysis period, a total of one year of data was selected from April 16, 2020 to April 16, 2021, after Corona. For data collection and analysis, the frequency and matrix of keywords were extracted through Textom, a social matrix site, and the relationship and connection centrality between keywords were analysed and visualized using the Netdraw function in the UCINET6 program. In addition, We performed CONCOR analysis to derive clusters for similar keywords. As a result, a total of 25,761 cases that analysing the keywords of museum, gamification and visitors were derived. This shows that the museum, gamification, and spectators are related to each other. Furthermore, if a system using gamification is developed for museums, the museum market can be developed.

빅데이터 기반 어휘연결망분석을 활용한 '창업'과 '기업가정신'의 의미변화연구 (The Study on the Meaning Change of 'Startup' and 'Entrepreneurship' using the Bigdata-based Corpus Network Analysis)

  • The purpose of this study is to extract keywords for 'startup' and 'entrepreneurship' from Naver news articles in Korea since 1990 and Google news articles in foreign countries, and to understand the changes in the meaning of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship in each era It is aimed at doing. In summary, first, in terms of the frequency of keywords, venture sprouting is a sample of the entrepreneurial spirit of the government-led and entrepreneurs' chairman, and various technology investments and investments in corporate establishment have been made. It can be seen that training for the development of items and items was carried out, and in the case of the venture re-emergence period, it can be seen that the youth-oriented entrepreneurship and innovation through the development of various educational programs were emphasized. Second, in the result of vocabulary network analysis, the network connection and centrality of keywords in the leap period tended to be stronger than in the germination period, but the re-leap period tended to return to the level of germination. Third, in topic analysis, it can be seen that Naver keyword topics are mostly business-related content related to support, policy, and education, whereas topics through Google News consist of major keywords that are more specifically applicable to practical work.

A Study on the Promotion of Yakseon Food Using Big Data

  • The purpose of this study is to confirm and analyze the impact on consumers through big data keyword analysis on weak food. For data collection, web documents, blogs, news, cafes, intellectuals, academic information, and Google Web, news, and Facebook provided by Naver and Daum were used as analysis targets. The data analysis period was set from January 2018 to December 2021. For data collection and analysis, the frequency and matrix of keywords were extracted through Textom, a social matrix site, and the relationship and connection centrality between keywords were analyzed and visualized using the Netdraw function among UCINET6 programs. In addition, CONCOR analysis was conducted to derive clusters for similar keywords. As a result of analyzing yakseon food with keywords, a total of 35,985 cases of collected data were derived. Through this, it was confirmed that medicinal food affects consumers. Furthermore, if a business model is created and developed through yakseon food, it will be possible to lead the popularization of yakseon food.

A Trend Analysis of Changes in Housework due to Technological Innovation and Family Change

  • Purpose - This study attempted to analyze news big data in order to examine the trend of change in housework due to technological innovation and family changes. Research design, data, and methodology - News big data was collected from Bigkinds for the purpose of trend analysis. A total of 8,270 articles containing 'housework' were extracted from news articles between January 1, 1990 and December 31, 2021. 11 general daily newspapers and 8 business newspapers were selected and were analyzed by dividing them into five-year units. Result - The change of trends in housework that appeared through news big data analysis can be summarized as below. First, the tendency to regard housework as work of women or housewives is gradually weakening. Instead, the centrality of connection with double income is increasing. Second, there is a tendency to strengthen the institutional approach to evaluation of the productivity of housework. Third, the possibility of market substitution for housework is expanding. Conclusion - In the era of the 4th industrial revolution, examining the impact of technological innovation and family change on housework not only enables the prospect of an industry, but also provides implications for policies related to housework. In addition, this study is differentiated in that it contributed to expand the field of housework research previously limited to analyzing survey data.

Big Data Analysis of the Women Who Score Goal Sports Entertainment Program: Focusing on Text Mining and Semantic Network Analysis.

  • The purpose of this study is to provide basic data on sports entertainment programs by collecting data on unstructured data generated by Naver and Google for SBS entertainment program 'Women Who Score Goal', which began regular broadcast in June 2021, and analyzing public perceptions through data mining, semantic matrix, and CONCOR analysis. Data collection was conducted using Textom, and 27,911 cases of data accumulated for 16 months from June 16, 2021 to October 15, 2022. For the collected data, 80 key keywords related to 'Kick a Goal' were derived through simple frequency and TF-IDF analysis through data mining. Semantic network analysis was conducted to analyze the relationship between the top 80 keywords analyzed through this process. The centrality was derived through the UCINET 6.0 program using NetDraw of UCINET 6.0, understanding the characteristics of the network, and visualizing the connection relationship between keywords to express it clearly. CONCOR analysis was conducted to derive a cluster of words with similar characteristics based on the semantic network. As a result of the analysis, it was analyzed as a 'program' cluster related to the broadcast content of 'Kick a Goal' and a 'Soccer' cluster, a sports event of 'Kick a Goal'. In addition to the scenes about the game of the cast, it was analyzed as an 'Everyday Life' cluster about training and daily life, and a cluster about 'Broadcast Manipulation' that disappointed viewers with manipulation of the game content.
