본 연구는 갈등이 커뮤니케이션을 통해 표현되고 인식되고 관리된다는 측면에서 생산적이고 긍정적인 갈등 결과를 가져오는 핵심적인 요소로 커뮤니케이션 능력을 상정하고 있다. 이러한 인식하에 본 연구는 대인적 갈등상황에서 갈등관리전략은 커뮤니케이션 능력과 어떠한 관계가 있고, 커뮤니케이션 능력은 갈등관리전략과 갈등 후의 상호관계에 어떻게 작용하는가를 밝히는데 목적을 두었다. 분석결과 첫째, 통합전략은 커뮤니케이션 능력과 정적인 상관관계를 보였고, 회피전략과 분할전략은 부적인 상관관계를 나타냈다. 이것은 통합전략을 사용한 사람들은 상대방으로부터 커뮤니케이션 능력이 있는 것으로 평가받는 반면 분할전략과 회피전략을 사용한 사람은 상대적으로 능력이 없는 것으로 지각된다는 것을 의미한다. 둘째, 커뮤니케이션 능력은 갈등 후의 상호관계, 즉 친밀감, 신뢰감, 관계만족도와 긍정적인 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이것은 상대방을 커뮤니케이션 능력이 있는 것으로 평가한 사림들은 대체로 갈등 후에 상대한 친밀감이나 신뢰감을 더 느끼게 되고 결과적으로 상호관계에도 만족한다는 것을 의미한다. 셋째, 커뮤니케이션 능력은 갈등관리전략과 갈등 후의 상호관계를 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이것은 갈등 후의 상호관계는 자기가 어떻게 갈등관리전략을 구사했는가라는 평가에 직접적으로 영향을 받기보다는 상대방이 자신의 커뮤니케이션 능력을 어떻게 지각했느냐에 따라 달라진다는 것을 의미한다. 결과적으로 대인적 갈등상황에서 만족스럽고 생산적인 결과를 얻기 위해서는 커뮤니케이션 능력이 무엇보다도 중요하다는 것이 이 연구를 통해 밝혀졌다.

The Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs decided to designate Goesan County as a comprehensive venue for determining the geography of the land, the efficient management of land, the public opinion of local residents, and the establishment of a group of civic complaints. In the meantime, Goesan focused on attracting high-ranking government officials, including high-ranking government officials and high-ranking tourist attractions, to attract high-ranking government officials, including high-ranking officials of the National Guard, to promote the nation's bid to attract high-ranking government officials. In this paper, we intend to conduct a study centered on the controversy over the survival of the Korean National Guard. conflict between local governments is a non-authoritative administrative administrative body, it can be regarded as a matter of difficulty by intervening in any autonomous matter, and ultimately, it can be changed to judicial judgment. This is not to say that the residents of Goesan county will protest this time. Even though Goesan promotes regional development and development for local residents, it can not guarantee that the judgment of Goesan County will be held in the same situation. Thus, it should develop a win-win strategy based on the threat of sabotage. To this end, I would like to suggest the following measures.

During the last years it became more and more difficult to deal with environmental conflicts using traditional political instruments in industrialized countries. One reason for the occurring problems might be the citizens' awareness of scarceness of nature. Another reason might be the changing legislation with the introduction of the environmental impact assessment (EIA) as an integral part of a project's licensing procedure. The EIA offers new possibilities for citizens to interfere in decision processes and to obstruct projects. The changing situation requires new instruments for conflict solving. Mediation may be considered an alternative or completion to the traditional political instruments. It is a systematic strategy for conflict treatment and. with the support of an independent mediator, allows to reach an agreement among all parties involved. Mediation may be introduced in the EIA One possibility offers the scoping date, which, if the participation of the public is assured, might avoid heavy disputes in the further process. Another connection between the instrument of mediation and the EIA could be the use of the environmental impact study (EIS) as information background for a mediation process. EIA would then be source of information about all environmental aspects. Thus the role of EIA would be extended to being a part of conflict analysis in the alternative dispute resolution process.

The purpose of this study is to propose the baseline data for developing the stress measurement tool for staff nurses working in the hospital. Two hundred and fifteen stan nurses in Seoul National University Hospital were participated during the period from Feb. 28 to Mar. 10, 1984. Though the pretest and literature review a questionnaire was constructed with 63 stressors which were experienced by the nurses in the hospital. Subjects were given instruction to rate 1∼6 likert type scale according to the level of stress experienced by each stressor described. Reliability of the tool was tested by Cronbach's Alpha, and the result was α=0.94871. Factor analysis was applied to organize 63 items together. As the result, 15 factors were obtained and these factors explained 66.3% of variance. The 15 factors were: 1) Work overload 2) Role conflict as a profession 3) Lack of professional knowledge and skill 4) Interpersonal problem 5) Conflict in nurse doctor relationship 6) Work conflict with doctors 7) Emotional burden due to the limitation of medicine 8) Poor treatment 9) Unsatisfactory relationship with supervisor 10) Low reward 11) Unsatisfactory relationship with subordinate 12) Poor physical environment of unit 13）Responsibility for extra affairs 14）Unfamiliar situation 15）Night duty.

To promote the remodeling project it is important to get apartment residents' consent. It is significant variable to determine project to progress smoothly from planning stage which committee of association establishment sets up to establishment stage of association. On average, it takes about 1~1.6 year in planning phase which means before construction phase of remodeling. Therefore, it is very important issue to get apartment residents' consent in planning phase. In this research, we focused on residents' opinion and proposed solution of conflict with gathering residents' opinion to proceed remodeling project. By setting particular remodeling situation, related residents represented as agents made effort to efficient coordination to reduce total duration of decision making. Therefore, we proposed multi-agent based on fuzzy inference to simulate behavior of decision making on remodeling project effectively. From this method, optimal alternative is selected by considering each agents' attributes which represented by fuzzy set. This research will develope to further research for realizing concrete multi-agent based on fuzzy inference considering all stakeholders in remodeling project.

인터넷을 통한 웹서비스에 대한 사용자들의 요구가 증가하고 다양해지면서 정보들을 수집하고 통합하여 특정집단 또는 일반인들의 의사결정을 지원하기 위한 인터넷 데이터웨어하우스에 대한 중요성이 갈수록 증대되고 있다. 초기의 인터넷 데이터웨어하우스는 기존의 데이터베이스와 XML을 이용한 형태로 연구되었으나, 정보 표현상의 한계로 인하여 점차 RDFS와 같은 메타데이터 스키마를 이용한 시스템 형태로 변화하고 있다. 인터넷의 특성상 분산된 시스템 환경에서 서로 상이한 메타데이터 스키마들을 통합과 저장이 중요한 요소이다. 그러나, 서로 상이한 스키마간에는 충돌할 수 있는 요소들이 존재하므로 지역 스키마들 간에 발생할 수 있는 의미적, 구조적 충돌을 감지하고 고려하여 저장이나 질의 처리 등에서 완벽한 처리가 가능하도록 시스템을 구성하여야 한다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같이 분산된 환경에서 지역 메타데이터 스키마들 간의 통합시 충돌이 발생하는 경우를 분석하고, 이에 따른 충돌 해결 기법을 제시하여 완벽한 스키마 통합이 가능하도록 한다.

The national language in the divided Germany has undergone changes that are not simply 'linguistic' in nature but reflect on the diverse social activities that have contributed to the development of the country's political and economic systems. Accordingly, a study of the German language in the process of the division would necessarily involve looking into the socio-political dynamics of the period, in tandem with the study of the linguistic structure per se. This paper deals with the political situation of Germany during the period of 1945 through 1990 and the issues of territorial devision during that period with the view to clarifying the extra-linguistic factors behind the changes of the country's national language. This mode of explaining the heterogeneous linguistic changes that characterize post-war Germany will provide an opportunity to consider the classical issues of the relationship between linguistic changes and social ones in a new light.

The purpose of this study was to propose the baseline data for the development of a stress measurement tool for primary school students. The data were collected from 650 students from four primary schools in the Chon-buk area from April 1 to May 30, 1995. Through a pretest and literature review a questionaire was designed with 57 stressors experienced by school children in daily life. Reliability of the tool was tested by a Cronbach's alpha and the result was ${\alpha}=.9137$. Factor analysis was applied to organize the 57 items together. As the result, 8 factors were obtained and these factors explained 40% of the variance. The 8 factors were: 1) Life events related to family, 2) Conflict related to friend & senior or junior, 3) Educational attitude of parents, 4) Own personality, 5) School life events, 6) Scolding by teacher and parent, 7) Conflict with interpersonal relationship, and 8) Change of situation.

This study investigated 4- and 5-year-olds' social knowledge and interpersonal problem solving strategies according to their sex, age, and hypothetical situation, and the relationships among them. Subjects were 116 preschoolers (73 boys and 43 girls; 68 four and 48 five-year-olds). Results showed that preschoolers had the higher scores of freindliness in potential entry situations than in support situations. Also, 4-year-old children were higher in forceful problem solving strategies than 5-year-olds. Furthermore, children's social knowledge assertiveness scores were positively related to their relevant problem solving strategies in conflict situations, while children's social knowledge friendliness scores were negatively related to their forceful problem solving strategies in conflict and potential entry situations.

International trade conflict has been increased since WTO has appeared. Like this, the cause that the number of international trade conflict has been increased is by means of enlargement of agreements range. But some new facts have been added. They are Anti-dumping, subsidy, Countervailing duty, Safeguard, the norm of intellectual property right, the procedure of permitting importing products, Technical Barriers, agricultural products, and the area of textile. Since Japanese government has decided to give lavor import quarters to China without permission of Korea, Korean government formally presented the system of lavor import quarter to WTO DSB due to WTO agreement disobedience of Japan. Accordingly, this paper has the following purpose; to analyze situation on fiber dispute of Japan. Some methods about trade barrier against Japan need to be solved from another viewpoint owing to lavor IQ dispute.
