도시 부부들의 사회심리적 갈등에 관한 연구 -결혼 5년 미만의 부부들을 중심으로- (A Study on Social-Psychological Marital Conflict of Urban Couples -As Related to Couples in the Early Marriage State-)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the social-psycholigcal marital conflict contents and marital conflict degree and find out how socio-demographic variables had an effect on marital conflict. For these pourposes 265 couples in the early marriage stage in seoul were randomly selected. The data were analysed through statistical methods such as frequency percentile paired t-test F-test Scheffe-test factor analysis. The major finding of this study were as follows: First the main social-psychological marital conflict contents was the attitude or habit of life communication sexual life personality and intimacy. Second the degree of marital conflict was relatively low. Taking a look at each conflict fact wives was higher than husbands in the degree of the conflict in intimacy factor. Third among socio-demographic variables level of family income wife's education and marriage style had influences on the the marital conflict degree.

원가족변인이 부부갈등에 미치는 영향 (The effects of family of origin variables on marital conflict)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of the family of origin variables on marital conflict. Seventy five married couples living together for less than 10 years were chosen from Seoul and Suwon cities. These subjects completed Korean Version of Family Adaptability and Cohesion Evaluation Scale Ⅱ, Individual Separation Scale, Family Rules Scale, Korea Certificated Egogram, and Marital Conflict Scale. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, paired-t test, and hierarchical regressions. The results were as follows: First, husbands and wives were different from each other in triangulation, family rules from family of origin and marital conflict. While husbands felt more strongly about their family rules than wives, wives perceived triangulation, and marital conflict higher than husbands. Second, husbands' controlling ego state, individuation, and family rules explained sixteen percents of husbands' marital conflict. Statistically speaking husbands' controlling ego state positively influenced on husbands' marital conflict. However, both of husbands' and wives' controlling ego states explained twelve percents of wives' marital conflict, and husbands' controlling ego state was statistically significant.

기혼취업여성의 일-가족 갈등과 여파에 관한 연구 (A Study on Work-Family Conflict and Spillover of Married Working Women)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the work-family conflict and work-family spillover of married working women. For this purpose, this study estimate the level of work-family conflict and spillover and investigate the related variables to then The results are as follows. The level of work-family conflict is ordinary. The level of role conflict as mother is highest and that of role conflict as wife is lowest. The level of work-family spillover is also ordinary and positive work-family spillover and family-work spillover are higher than negative ones. Work-family conflict of married working women have a significant difference according to woman's age, age of first child, number of children, household work time, career years, and support of family. Negative family-work spillover have similar trend with wok-family conflict in affecting variables. This study is meaningful in analyse the work-family spillover of married working women as well as work-family conflict to reveal the positive aspect with negative aspect of work-family. It is needed to eliminate the conditions which cause conflict to married working women and emphasize the positive effect of work-family.

  • Purpose: The objective of this research is to explore the degree of conflict of nurses, and the relationships among conflict, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment for providing effective management of nurses. Methods: The research was conducted from July 1 to 31, 2006, with a survey of 280 nurses at seven general hospitals in Seoul. The survey tools were used Rizzo et al(1970)' tool for role conflict and role ambiguity Park(1988)'s tool for vertical conflict, and horizontal conflict, Park-Yoon's tool for job satisfaction(1992) and Mowday et al(1979) for organizational commitment. The acquired data were analyzed with SPSS using descriptive methods, t-test, ANOVA, LSD, Pearson correlation coefficient. Results: Overall conflict of nurses showed 3.00 .Job satisfaction of nurses revealed 3.12, and organizational commitment showed 3.34. The relationships between conflict and job satisfaction showed -65.6%. The relationships between conflict and organizational commitment revealed -56.2%. Conclusion: Conflict management is important factor of management for increasing job satisfaction and organizational commitment. It is needed that orientation and education program of detailed job description for nurses.

수간호원의 역할 갈등에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Role Conflict of Head Nurse)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the role conflict of head nurse; to identify the degree of the role conflict, the sources of the conflict, and the relation between the degree of the conflict and the general characteristics of head nurse. During the period from July 23, 1984 to August 4, 1984, data were collected from 109 head nurses working in 7 general hospitals in seoul. The results of this study were: 1. The degree of the role conflict of head nurse was moderate. But among the three areas in performing head nurse's role, the degree of role conflict as a operational manager was slightly serious. 2. In the various sources of the role conflict of head nurse, the main sources were the shoratage of personnel (20.7%), lack of equipment (19.3%), and lack of time. (17.6%). 3. In comparison of the degree of role conflict of head nurse, there is no significant difference in the general characteristics of head nurse. But the role conflict of head nurse as a operational manager, there is a significant difference in hospital types in which the head nurse were working. (p <0.01). And as a operational manager, there is a significant difference of role conflict in educational levels. (p <0.01).

부부갈등과 우울, 불안의 관계에서 용서의 중재효과 (Relationships Among Couple-Conflict, Forgiveness, Depression, and Anxiety: Moderating Effects of Forgiveness)

  • This study investigates the relationships amongst couple conflict, forgiveness, depression, and anxiety according to gender. This study also examined whether forgiveness has a moderating effect on the relationship among couple conflict, depression, and anxiety according to gender. The sample consisted of 263 parents of high school students. The couples reported their level in the Couple Conflict Inventory, Enright Forgiveness Inventory, Beck Depression Inventory, and Personality Assessment Inventory. The findings are as follows: 1) Anxiety only significantly differed between husband and wife. 2) Couple conflict positively related to husband and wife depression and anxiety. Forgiveness is negatively related to couple conflict, anxiety, and depression between husband and wife. 3) The moderating effects of forgiveness within couple conflict and depression only showed with the wife. 4) The moderating effect of forgiveness between couple conflict and anxiety was only displayed by the husband. The findings of this study indicate that forgiveness could function as a protective factor for couples who perceive couple conflict, depression, and anxiety. These results suggest implications for couple conflict education and couple counseling according to gender.

부부갈등 및 부모에 대한 애착과 청소년의 또래관계간의 관계 (Parental Marital Conflict, Attachment to Parents, and Peer Relationships among Adolescents)

  • This study investigated the relationships between parental marital conflict, attachment to parents and peer relationships. The mediating role of attachment to parents was also explored in the relationship between parental marital conflict and peer relationships. Two hundred eighty four 8th graders participated in this study. The participants answered questionnaires regarding parental marital conflict, attachment to parents, qualify of their friendship, and attachment to peers. The main results of the study are as follows: First, adolescents who perceived a higher level of parental marital conflict reported less positive feelings and more negative feelings toward their friends. They also reported lower peer attachment, and tended to perceive their friendship functions negative. Second, adolescents who showed stronger attachment to their parents reported more positive feelings and less negative feelings toward their friends. They reported higher peer attachment, and perceived friendship functions positively. Third, adolescents who perceived a higher level of parental marital conflict showed weaker attachment to their parents. Finally, attachment to fathers and mothers mediated the association between parental marital conflict and peer relationships. In other words, parental marital conflict had an indirect effect on peer relationships. The results suggest that attachment to fathers and mothers that resulted from parental marital conflict played an important role in determining peer relationships among adolescents, rather than the existence of the parental marital conflict itself.

Cognitive Conflict and Causal Attributions to Successful Conceptual Change in Physics Learning

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships between cognitive conflict and students' causal attributions and to find out what kinds of attributions affect successful resolution of cognitive conflict in learning physics. Twenty-nine college students who attended a base general physics course took an attribution test and a conceptual pretest related to action and reaction concept. Of these, twenty students who revealed alternative conceptions were selected. They were confronted with a discrepant demonstration and took part in the cognitive conflict level test, a posttest, and delayed posttest. Those students who experienced high levels of cognitive conflict were selected and interviewed to find out what kinds of attributions affect resolving the conflict. When confronted with the discrepant event, the students who attributed success outcomes to "effort" experienced higher levels of cognitive conflict than those to "task difficulty." However, those students who revealed high levels of cognitive conflict and attributed success outcomes to effort did not always produce conceptual change. They had different perspectives on effort and conducted different effort activities to resolve the cognitive conflict. In addition, these effort activities appeared to include their motivational beliefs, metacognitive and volitional strategies. The results of this study indicate that in order for the conflicts to lead to change, students need to have the perspective on effort implying the use of the self-regulated learning strategy and to conduct effort activities based on them. Beyond cold conceptual change, this article suggests that there is a management strategy of cognitive conflict in the classroom context.

  • 이 연구는 방송과 통신의 융합과정에서 나타나고 있는 갈등이 과거의 사업자간 갈등이나 규제기구 간 갈등 혹은 사업자와 규제기구 간의 갈등과 같은 단면적 갈등을 넘어서서 사업자간 갈등과 규제기구 간 갈등이 복합되는 <복합적 갈등>의 양상을 보이고 있음을 보여주고자 하며, 이와 같은 상황에서 갈등 관리는 어떻게 이루어지고 있는지 알아봄으로써, 향후 신매체 도입과정에서 재현될 수 있는 갈등해결을 위한 바람직한 대안을 제시하는데 연구목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 IPTV 도입을 둘러싼 정책갈등을 사례 분석하였다. 방법론으로는 IPTV에 대한 정부의 입장 표명 등이 이루어진 시점인 2004년 12월부터 2005년 8월까지 관련 정책주체들이 공식, 비공식적으로 발표한 문헌을 분석하였으며, 이와 함께 정책주체들 간의 갈등관계를 파악하기 위해 관련 주체 10인에 대한 심층인터뷰를 실시하였다.

유아교사의 관점에서 본 교사와 학부모의 갈등과정 : 근거이론적 접근 (A Grounded Theory Approach to the Process of Conflict between Early Childhood Teacher and Parent on the Perspectives of Teachers)

  • 본 연구는 유아교사와 학부모 간에 발생하는 갈등의 사례를 분석함으로써 유아교사와 학부모의 갈등과정에 관한 근거이론을 개발하는데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 27개 사립유치원에 근무하는 교사 100명으로부터 학부모와의 갈등 사례를 수집하였으며, Strauss와 Corbin(2001)이 제시한 절차에 따라 수집한 사례들을 분석하였다. 개방코딩을 통해 75개 개념과 15개 하위범주, 그리고 '갈등의 원인', '갈등의 조건', '갈등 사태', '갈등의 증폭', '갈등의 해결전략', '갈등의 종료'의 6개 범주를 도출하였으며, 축코딩을 통해서 패러다임에 따라 범주를 통합하고 '갈등의 주 원인제공자'와 같은 범주의 속성과 차원을 도출하였다. 선택코딩 단계에서는 '조율되지 않은 악기들의 전주', '불협화음과 협화음의 이중주', '아름다운 피날레 대 기약 없는 인터미션'의 3가지 핵심범주를 중심으로 이야기의 윤곽을 기술하였으며, 연구결과 전체를 통합하는 상황모형을 제시하였다. 교사들이 실제 경험한 사례들에 근거하여 구축된 유아교사와 학부모의 갈등과정 이론의 특징을 기술하는 한편, 갈등의 사회적 배경으로 신자유주의적 교육패러다임에 대해 비판적 논의를 제기하였다.
