The 6th Worldwide Air Transport Conference was held in Montreal in March 2013 under the auspices of ICAO. This conference, which has been held every ten years, is dealing with virtually every issue of international air transport, and aiming at updating ICAO policy in order to ensure long-term growth of international civil aviation. Last conference which took place in 2003 focused on the liberalization of air transport, and the 6th conference shifted its focus from whether to push for liberalization, to how to implement it. The main agenda items for the 6th conference was liberalization, safeguards, ownership, fair competition, airports and air navigation facilities, charges, and ICAO policy. The liberalization, and in particular progressive liberalization has been a main theme over the past decades. In the process leading to liberalization, there needs to be the expansion of market access, easing regulation on ownership and control of airlines. Furthermore, the provision of enough infrastructure such as airport and air navigation facilities may be contributing factor to remove impediments to liberalization. However, out of concern as for undermining interests of consumer and the weak, when liberalization is proceeding in a sudden and radical manner, there should be safeguards so as to ensure market participation by developing countries, consumer protection, and economical and transparent decision on taxes and charges. Fair competition which differs from promoting competition in the market, is a policy in order to protect the weak players and consumers from monopoly and oligopoly. The Korean delegation submitted 3 WPs (WP/85, 86 and 87) and 1 IP, and presented WPs, at the conference, which were a lot compared with previous occasions. A paradigm shift was emphasized to expedite the process of liberalization at the 6th conference. The reality is that with many previous recommendations to stress the importance of liberalization, and to urge States to change their attitudes, the pace of the liberalization has been very slow and staggering. The liberalization of air transport will contribute to the growth of air transport and related industry, to create new employment, promoting tourism and regional development, and further to facilitating mutual understanding and exchange, which will also lead to making a barrier-free world. In this context, it is expected that the next conference will also evaluate the on-going process of liberalization.

최근 멀티미디어 서비스는 동영상 압축 기술 및 네트워크의 발달을 기반으로 하여 다양한 응용 서비스를 제공하고 있으며, 이 중 화상 회의 시스템은 이 두 가지 기술이 효과적으로 사용된 대표적인 예이다. 원격 사용자간의 원활한 의사전달을 위해 고려된 화상회의 시스템은 효과적인 응용 서비스로 분류되고 있지만, 이러한 서비스 제공을 위한 기술을 이용하여 빈도가 훨씬 많은 일반적인 회의를 지원하는 응용서비스는 드문 편이다. 본 논문에서는 얼굴 정보와 화자 정보를 기반으로 오프라인 회의를 보조하는 시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 시스템은 소규모의 마이크와 캠을 이용하여 화자의 위치를 파악하고 캠에서 얻어진 정보를 이용하여 얼굴 영역 정보를 분석하고 인식한 후 화자 정보를 추출하여 발언자들을 추적 하여 기록하는 기능을 제공한다.

No organization can survive in today's modern society of information and high technology without internet and/or intranet. International convention industry is one of many high-technology dependent fields today which have started gathering new attention since the new millennium had begun. According to our survey, no professional convention organizer has used so far any type of integrated information system which is the vital source of support of the convention industry. Only the general purpose office softwares have been in use. The main purpose of this study is to design a model for ICIMS(International Convention Information Management System) to manage all the related information of international convention in a systematic and integrated way and to implement its prototype. International convention system in general had been analyzed to enhance the level of accuracy of the model for ICIMS. A simulation of an international conference was conducted to test the core module of the ICIMS model.

본 논문은 WebRTC를 통해 웹 브라우저 안에서 플러그인의 도움 없이 peer-to-peer로 실시간 화상회의 서비스를 구현하였다. 영상, 음성과 채팅 서비스를 지원하며 WebRTC, Javascript, HTML, Node.js, CSS 기반으로 구현하였다. 시그널링 관련 STUN과 TURN 서버의 사용을 위해서는 ICE 프레임워크를 사용하였다. PC와 스마트폰에서의 일 대 일 화상회의 서비스의 작동 결과를 확인하였다.

Recently, engineering work become very important for the leaders of the information society for the future knowledge in the 21st century and the goal of engineering education is to prepare people to practice engineering as a profession and also to spread technological literacy, increase student interest in technical careers through science and math education. The College of Engineering (COE) of Korea Maritime University (KMU) aims to be the center of both IT-related high industrial technology and the industries related to port, shipbuilding and the ocean. Especially COE focuses on the educational principles to contribute to the development of the country and the regional communities by educating specialists that have international competitiveness. With the need to expand international collaboration in terms of engineering work, it is proposed to initiate a new state of the Asian-Pacific body of engineering conference. To the extent possible the basic discussion was made to expose elements and supports as full-scale illustration of the engineering conference. The result is a body that evokes multi agreement and joint declaration among members.

Speech intelligibility is investigated on a conference room-window glass coupled system. Using MLS(Maximum Length Sequency) signal as a sound source, acceleration and velocity responses of the window glass are measured by accelerometer and laser doppler vibrometer. MTF(Modulation Transfer Function) is used to identify the speech transmission characteristics of the room and window system. STI(Speech Transmission Index) is calculated by using MTF and speech intelligibility of the room and the window glass is estimated. Speech intelligibilities by the acceleration signal and the velocity signal are compared and the possibility of the wiretapping is investigated. Finally, intelligibility of the conversation sound is examined by the subjective test.

사회활동이 활발하게 됨에 따라 사무실에서의 효율적인 업무수행을 위한 여러 가지 요구사항이 대두되고 있다. 그 일환으로 최근 기업내 회의소집 및 회의시간을 단축하고, 이동에 필요한 여행경비를 절감하기 위하여 원격 화상회의(Video Conference)나 음성회의(Voice Conference) 시스템이 주목을 받게 되었고, 이를 구축하여 활용하는 기업도 증가하고 있다. 원격회의 시스템에서는 다수인이 서로 다른 장소에서 동시에 참가하기 때문에 참가자 전원이 동일장소에 있는 것 같은 현장감을 느끼게 해주어야만 정확한 의사전달이 이루어질 수 있을 것이다. 그러기 위해서는 터미널 상호간에 입체영상정보와 입체 음향정보가 중요한 역할을 한다. 본고에서는 음향의 현장감 통신을 위하여 연구되고 있는 음상제어 방식, Stereo재생 방식, 3차원 음장재생 방식에 관한 특징을 기술하고, 그 장,단점을 비교 고찰한다. 또한 그 구성이 간단하고 다수인이 회의에 참석하기 위한 근거리 음장 재생 방식에 관한 예비실험에 관하여 보고한다.

With the development of computer technologies and the increase of internet users, Internet plays an important role in job-recruitment business. However, almost of the sites which provide job offering and job hunting service, merely have the function such as simple inquiry for information corresponding to job offering and job hunting. In this research, the online website whose task is supporting whole procedure of recruitment for real enterprises is constructed to apply the interview procedures of the real enterprises through internet. We utilize the video conference to increase the reality for interview. Also it has functions such as presentation of application form and resume and self introduction using the video conference. Through the online recruitment website we can expect time and cost saving for recruitment for both sides of enterprise to hunt the person and people to seek the job.

This is a reviewing paper on the ramjet development programs of the U.S.A. and European countries through the presented papers at the ISABE 2005 and Joint Propulsion Conference 2008. Interestingly, the programs which are developing now are only limited on the ducted rocket, neither liquid nor pure solid fuel ramjet.

This thesis proposes standard of knowledge-base system architecture for managing conferences in order to make ontology in the put of a conference rather than all parts. Also, this thesis proposes possibility of developing into the system that systematize transformed and processed information through various recognition systems, video conference, speech recognition, motion recognition, and so on, make knowledge and analyze it after preparing standards of objective estimation through simulation and analysis.
