For the micro conductive line, memory device fabrication process use many expensive processes such as manufactur-ing of photo mask, coating of photo resist, exposure, development, and etching. However, direct printing technology has the merits about simple and cost effective processes because nano-metal particles contained inks are directly injective without mask. And also, this technology has the advantage about fabrication of fine pattern line on various substrates such as FPCB, PCB, glass, polymer and so on. In this work, we have fabricated the fine and thick metal pattern line on flexible PCB substrate for the next generation electronic circuit using Ag nano-particles contained ink. To improve the line tolerance on flexible PCB, metal lines are fabricated by sequential prinitng method. Sequential printing method has vari-ous merits about fine, thick and high resolution pattern lines without bulge.

Electronic display markets has been developed. The cathode ray tube of brown form recently celebrated their 100th by first display. Also LCD of flat form recently celebrated their 25th by second display and it has advantage of small volume, lower consumption power. But FPD has problem that is property of brittle and noncarrying by glass substrate. Therefore the arrival of portable electronics devices has put an increasing premium on durable, lightweight and inexpensive display components. It is flexible display by third display. Also electronics field such as printed wiring board, RFID, membrane switch prefer flexible display. The conductive pattern can be used mostly in field of electronic displays and electronics. This manufacture of conductive pattern in present used is screen printing. The the conductive pattern. It has advantages of flexibility, high conductivity, drying in low temperature, good conductivity. screen printing has problem that is low productivity and use not flexible substrate because of high fire temperature. This study was developed novel method to form the conductive pattern. It has advantages of flexibility, high conductivity, drying in low temperature, good conductivity.

We have manufactured Ag pastes for gravure printing by adding different solvent contents. Then the gravure printability and properties of conductive patterns gravure-printed by the different rheology characteristics of pastes were investigated. The dispersity of pastes was increased and the viscosity and shear rate dependence of viscosity for pastes were decreased by increasing the solvent content. Also storage modulus G', loss modulus G" and angular frequency value when G" starts to be bigger than G' of pastes were increased by decreasing the solvent content. These mean a flow drop of paste. As a result of gravure printing using two plates which have different line counts(175line and 350line), conductive patterns printed using 175line were spreaded more but Ag packing, thickness and conductivity of the conductive patterns were better than those printed using 350line. And the spread values of conductive patterns were increased with solvent contents but the best properties for Ag packing, surface roughness and conductivity of the conductive pattern were obtained by paste (3) which has 550cps of viscosity at $100s^{-1}$ and tan ${\delta}$ > 1 at 10rad/s. As a result of gravure printing using 350 line plate and paste (3), the conductive pattern has $1.2{\mu}m$ of film thickness and $1.9{\times}10^{-5}{\Omega}{\cdot}cm$ of conductivity.
Laser induced surface activation (LISA) technology requires refined selection of process variables to fabricate conductive microcircuits on a general polymer material. Among the process variables, laser mode is one of the crucial factors to make a reliable conductor pattern. Here we compare the continuous wave (CW) laser mode with the pulse wave (PW) laser mode through determination of the surface roughness and circuit accuracy. In the CW laser mode, the surface roughness is pronounced during the implementation of the conductive circuit, which results in uneven plating. In the PW laser mode, the surface is relatively smooth and uniform, and the formed conductive circuit layer has few defects with excellent adhesion to the polymer material. As a result of a change of laser mode from CW to PW, the value of Ra of the polymer material decreases from 0.6 ㎛ to 0.2 ㎛; the value of Ra after the plating process decreases from 0.8 ㎛ to 0.4 ㎛, and a tight bonding force between the polymer source material and the conductive copper plating layer is achieved. In conclusion, this study shows that the PW laser process yields an excellent conductive circuit on a polymeric material.
Noncontact direct-printed conductive silver patterns with an enhanced electrical resistivity are fabricated using a silver ink with a mixture of silver nanoparticles and nanoplates. The microstructure and electrical resistivity of the silver pattern are systematically investigated as a function of the mixing ratio of the nanoparticles and nanoplates. The pattern, which is fabricated using a mixture with a mixing ratio of 3(nanoparticles):7(nanoplates) and sintered at $200^{\circ}C$ shows a highly dense and well-sintered microstructure and has a resistivity of $7.60{\mu}{\Omega}{\cdot}cm$. This originates a mutual synergistic effect through a combination of the sinterability of the nanoparticles and the packing ability of the nanoplates. This is a conductive material that can be used to fabricate noncontact direct-printed conductive patterns with excellent electrical conductivity for various flexible electronics applications, including solar cells, displays, RFIDs, and sensors.

In this study, to fabricate a low-resistance and high optical transparency electrode film, the following steps were performed: the design and manufacture of electroforming stamp, the fabrication of a thermal roll-imprinted polycarbonate (PC) patterned films, the filled low-resistance Ag paste using doctor blade process on patterned PC films and spin coating by conductive polymers. As a result of PC films imprinted line width of $26.69{\pm}2\;{\mu}m$, channel length of $247.57{\pm}2\;{\mu}m$, and pattern depth of $7.54{\pm}0.2\;{\mu}m$. Ag paste to fill part of the patterned film with conductive polymer coating and then the following parameters were obtained: a sheet resistance of $11.1\;{\Omega}/sq$ optical transparency values at a wavelength of 550 nm was 80.31 %.

We present highly transparent liquid crystal displays (LCDs) using hybrid films based on carbon nanomaterials, metal grid, and indium-tin-oxide (ITO) grid. Carbon based nanomaterials are used as transparent electrodes because of high transmittance. Despite of their high transmittance they have relatively high sheet resistance. To solve this problem, we applied grid and made hybrid conductive films based on carbon nanomaterials. Conventional photolithography processes were used to make a grid pattern of metal and ITO. To fabricate transparent conductive films, carbon nanotube (CNT) ink was spin coated on the grid pattern. The transparency of the conductive film was controlled by shape and size of the grid pattern and the thickness of CNT films. The optical transmittance of CNT-based hybrid films is 92.2% and sheet resistance is also reduced to $168{\Omega}/square$. These substrates were used for the fabrication of typical twisted nematic (TN) LCD cells. From the characteristics of LCD devices such as transmittance, operating voltage, voltage holding ratio our devices were comparable to those of pristine ITO substrates. The result shows that the hybrid conductive films based on carbon nanomaterials could be alternative of ITO for the highly transparent LCDs.

Various types of products have been researched and developed due to the increased interest in smart clothing; in addition, studies based on physical and mechanical properties have also been actively studied to improve accuracy and reliability. This study represents a basic study for the development of smart textiles based on motion recognition for the surfing practice of beginners interested in IT convergence type. A physical durability evaluation of conductive yarn according to sewing method was later carried out. This study is a conditional specimen sewn with cotton lower thread and 100mm pattern length based on the results of previous studies. The durability of the conductive yarn according to the sewing method was evaluated according to the sewing method. Durability was evaluated by two kinds of repeated strain and abrasion tests. The specimen with applied cotton in a lower thread zigzag pattern 2mm stitch size 100mm stitch length was shown to have the most suitable durability for smart textile.
Inkjet printing is one of the direct writing technologies and is able to form a pattern onto substrate by dispensing droplets in desired position. Also, by inkjet technology manufacturing time and production costs can be reduced, and procedures can be more efficient. To form a metal pattern, it must be harmonized with conductive nano ink, printing process, sintering, and surface treatment. In this study, micro patterning of conductive line has been investigated using the piezoelectric printhead driven by a bipolar voltage signal is used to dispense $20-40{\mu}m$ diameter droplets and silver nano ink which consists of 50 nm silver particles. In addition, hydrophobic treatment of surface, overlap printing techniques, and sintering conditions with changing temperature and times to achieve higher conductivity.
