Transcranial radiograph is widely used in the diagnosis of craniomandibular disorder because it can be used by the dentist with relative ease in spite of image distortion. But correct information can be obtained only when one know the image change by projection angulation. The author compared the condyle position in the 3 groups of transcranial radiographs (horizontal angulation - 0°, 5°, individualized) with that in the individualized corrected lateral tomogram by objective and subjective evaluation methods. The results were as follows: 1. Among 3 transcranial groups, the condyle position in individualized group showed the highest concordance rate with that in the tomogram group in objective and subjective evaluation methods. 2. Correlation coefficient between individualized transcranial group and tomogram group in objective evaluation method was highest (P≤0.01). 3. Image clarity in individualized transcranial group was worse than that of the other two transcranial groups.

The authors report series of 360 cases of transthoracic fine-needle aspiration cytology (TFNA) from Oct. 1982, through Aug. 1986 at the Seoul National University Hospital. A diagnosis of neoplastic lesion was established in 50.3% of the cases. A non-neoplastic diagnosis was made in 38.5%, nondiagnostic one in 6.5% and inadequate one in 4.7% of the total. Statistical findings on cytological diagnoses were as follows. Specificity was 100% ; sensitivity, 92% ; predictive value for positive, 1.0 ; predictive value for negative, 0.9 ; concordance rate, 84.2% ; diagnostic accuracy in non-neoplastic lesion, 65.4%, and typing accuracy in malignant tumor, 0.77.

Recently natural disasters such as the frequency and intensity of drought have been increasing as a result of climate change. This study suggests a drought index, WADI (Water Availability Drought Index), that considers water availability using 6 components (water intake, groundwater level, agricultural reservoir water level, dam inflow, streamflow, and precipitation) using the Z score and data monitoring on a nationwide level. SPI (Standardized Precipitation Index) was applied in coastal area. For the severe droughts of 2001 spring and 2008 autumn, the index was evaluated by comparison with reported damage areas. suggested to combine The spatial concordance rate of WADI in 2001 and 2008 for estimation of the degree of drought severity was 50 % and 24 % compared to the actual recorded data respectively.

This study evaluated attachment representation of school aged children, its relation to classification of family drawings, and their association with children's perceptions about families. The attachment representation of 43 children 6-9 years of age was evaluated by the Manchester Attachment Story Task (Green, Stanley, & Goldwyn, 2003) children's family drawings were classified by Fury's Family Drawing Scales (1996). Results showed that 12 children (28%) were avoidant, 23 (54%) secure, 4 (9%) resistant, and 4 (9%) were disorganized. Classification of childhood attachment representation showed a high concordance rate (86%) with family drawings. Securely Attached children showed positive perceptions such as family pride/happiness and vitality/creativity while Insecure children showed negative perceptions like emotional distance, tension and bizarreness.

As a step preliminary to the factor-analysis of a child-rearing attitude scale under construction, its preliminary form containing a total of 368 self-answered questions was administerd to 88 married women with one or more children in the grade school age. all graduates of colleges and in possession of a home telephone and a house, twice from one week apart. The test-retest correlation coefficients, calculated for each test item based on the subject's choice among the three response alternatives on two test ocasions, ranged from .80 to .10. The cut-off point of r=.41 or lower led to the elimination of 48 items. As a point of incidental interest, the rate of response concordance. The namber of subjects giving the same categroy response on two occasions was calculated for each item and it was correlated with its test. retest correlation coefficient. The two different indices of item test-retest reliability were found not related to each other. Empirical evidence, as well as rational justifications, was presented to show that the correlation coefficient is the better of the tow indices of item test-retest reliability.

ELEECTRE is a less demanding and potentially Bffective multiattribute evaluation method for pre-editing proeedure. The method, however, was developed based on probabilistic mathematicsand its reliability has never'been emprieally tested. This article examined the reliability of ELECTRo under various conditions of linear and non-linear utility func- tions using a Monte-Carlo shnulation, and found the method eausea a considerably high rate of error. To enhance the reliability of ELECTRE, two ways of modi(ication - adjust- ment of threshold values of concordance and discordance matrices, and adjustment of the required nunlber of probably-dominant alternatives to eliminate a probably-dominated alternative - were suggested, and their effctiveness was also tesed by a Monte-Carlo simulation. The simulation result chows that these modifications cponsiderably improve the reliability of ELECTRE, and yet maintain a reasonably high level of efficiency. Through these modifications, ELECTRE can be used as an efficient and feliable pre-editing method. Ways to implement ELECTRE in the construction of plainning decision support systens were discussed. The impli(els combination of this method and other multiattribute evaluation methods will help to create more effective decision suport systems.

The purpose of this study is to suggest that the movement expression activity of intellectually disabled people is effective in the learning process of LMA motion recognition based on Kinect sensor. We performed an ICT motion recognition games for intellectually disabled based on movement learning of LMA. The characteristics of the movement through Laban's LMA include the change of time in which movement occurs through the human body that recognizes space and the tension or relaxation of emotion expression. The design and implementation of the motion recognition model will be described, and the possibility of using the proposed motion recognition model is verified through a simple experiment. As a result of the experiment, 24 movement expression activities conducted through 10 learning sessions of 5 participants showed a concordance rate of 53.4% or more of the total average. Learning motion games that appear in response to changes in motion had a good effect on positive learning emotions. Polyethylene-GOX 조합 추진제를 이용하여 소형 하이브리드 로켓 모터의 연소 특성에 관한 실험적 연구를 수행하였다. 단일 포트 형상으로 가공된 연료 그레인을 사용하였으며, 연소 전후 연료 그레인의 질량 변화를 통해 평균 후퇴율을 결정하였다. 평균 후퇴율식은 Marxman[3,4]과 Altman[14]의 이론식을 기반으로 도출되었으며, 이를 실험 측정치와 비교한 결과, Marxman의 후퇴율 모델이 Altman의 모델 보다 다소 정확함을 확인하였다. 또한, PE-GOX 추진제의 평균 후퇴율에 대한 고찰로부터 하이브리드로켓 모터 작동 시 일정 산화제 유량 하에서 유입 연료 유량 변화가 상당히 적어 O/F 변화가 미미함 을 알 수 있었다.

We analyze the clustering of large scale structure in the Universe in a model independent method, accounting for anisotropic effects along and transverse to the line of sight. A large sample of 690,000 galaxies from The Baryon Oscillation Spectroscopy Survey Data Release 11 are used to determine the Hubble expansion H, angular distance D_A, and growth rate GT at an effective redshift of z=0.57. After careful bias and convergence studies of the effects from small scale clustering, we find that cutting transverse separations below 40 Mpc/h delivers robust results while smaller scale data leads to a bias due to unmodelled nonlinear and velocity effects. The converged results are in agreement with concordance LCDM cosmology, general relativity, and minimal neutrino mass, all within the $68{\backslash}%$ confidence level. We also present results separately for the northern and southern hemisphere sky, finding a slight tension in the growth rate -- potentially a signature of anisotropic stress, or just covariance with small scale velocities -- but within $68{\backslash}%$ CL.

To attempt to measure the effect of domestic product P.H.A. kit 'Hepa-S' after completion of 'Hepa-Vax' vaccination schedule, P.H.A. test and R.I.A. test on the 330 healthy adults were carried out. The results obtained were as follow ; 1. The positive anti HBs rate after completion of 'Hepa-Vax' vaccination were; in P.H.A. test with domestic product P.H.A. kit 81.2%, in P.H.A. test with foreign product P.H.A. kit 82.7%, and in R.I.A. test 95.8% 2. Using the result of R.I.A. test as the standard, sensitivity of P.H.A. test with domestic product P.H.A. kit was 84.8% and specificity was 100.0% 3. Using the result of R.I.A. test as standard, sensitivity of P.H.A. test with foreign P.H.A. kit was 86.4% and specificity was 100.0%. 4. The concordance rate of P.H.A. test with domestic product and foreign product kit was 98.5%. On the result of this study, there was no significant difference in the validity between the domestic product P.H.A. kit 'Hepa-S' and the foreign P.H.A. kit $'Hebsgencell^{TM}'$. So that it is recommendable to use domestic product P.H.A. kit instead of foreign product P.H.A. kit.
