This study was initiated with the attention of demanding new and diverse approaches, we're talking familiar with imitations in the design process like a way to draw a image. So I studied a convergence of humanities and visual arts with the understanding and conceptual approach of the formless. The purpose of this study is to develop formless languages and to organize practical courses which are to enable deeper research and design expression on theoretical approaches and explanations of outcomes required before and after the process when we practice in connection with the formless. The method of this study is to draw detailed items from selected words through advanced researches, work and author researches and practice teaching. The results of the study I proposed the formless language that is related to the horizontality in spatial positioning system, and pulse in the separation of space and time, and entropy in structural orders of the system, and base materialism in the limitation of matter as the operating mechanism and parent item of formless. And those elements are related with shape, size, shading, color, texture, space, structure as visual elements of formative elements and those have various adjectival meanings as the subordinate concept. So I presented an education materials of basic design which is to enable understanding and expressing the formless language in the overall process of formless visual art(theoretical approach, practice course, presentation, etc.). Based on these study results, I hope that this educational materials will be used as educational contents that makes them express and understand different new beauties, and a role that reveals social identity, and a reference for research on a formless visual arts.

In this paper, sets of engineering analyses were conducted to renew the overall dimensions and configurations of a disposal container proposed as a prototype in the previous study. Such efforts and calculation results can provide new design variables such as the inner basket array type and thickness of the outer shell and the lid & bottom of a spent nuclear fuel disposal container. These efforts include radiation shielding and nuclear criticality analyses to check to see whether the dimensions of the container proposed from the mechanical structural analyses can provide a nuclear safety or not. According to the results of the structural analysis of a PWR disposal container by varying the diameter of the container insert, the Maximum Von Mises stress from the 102 cm-container meets the safety factor of 2.0 for both extreme and normal load conditions. This container also satisfies the nuclear criticality and radiation safety limits. This decrease in the diameter results in a weight loss of a container by $\sim20$ tons.

Many studies have been conducted on asset management of public facilities, as the importance of such management has been increasing. This basic study aims to present strategies for the practical use of public asset management, and seeks to propose efficient management and utilization measures from a cost perspective by comparing and analyzing the importance and impact relationship between cost items for public asset management. In this study, 19 sub-items and the top 4 items were chosen by deriving cost factors based on the previous literature. A survey was conducted, and the results of the survey were analyzed by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) and Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) methods. The AHP was used to derive the priority between items, and ISM was used to identify major groups and mutual influences. As a result, those items showing both high priority and high importance, such as user cost, dismantling/disposal cost, replacement cost, maintenance/repair cost, etc. are determined as priority items to be considered for public asset management of public facilities. Also, it is necessary to minimize the impact on other items in public asset management by those items which are impacted less by other items but have significant impact on the items such as initial construction costs, conceptual design costs, construction costs, and supervision costs. It is expected that the results and analysis methods presented in this study can be used to provide strategies for asset management of public facilities.
Purpose: The purpose of this study examines the mediating effect of clan leadership in the relationship between hierarchy culture and organizational commitment. Most previous research focused on the relationship between organizational culture and organizational performance or organizational culture and job satisfaction. There are few empirical studies that focus on organizational commitment data because it is difficult to collect in many cases of export-driven small and medium sized enterprises. However, this research measures affective commitment, continuance commitment, and normative commitment differently than previous research, which is mostly focused on the hierarchy culture, clan leadership, and organizational commitment measurements. Research design, data, methodology: Conceptual research model is based on the studies of Cameron and Quinn (2011), and Gungor and Sahin (2018). The model is designed with three constructs such as hierarchy culture, organizational commitment, and clan leadership. The monitor culture and coordinator culture are as proxy for the hierarchy culture. The affective commitment, continuance commitment, and normative commitment are as proxy for the organizational commitment. And also the facilitator leadership and mentor leadership are as proxy for the clan leadership. Based on three hundred cases such as export-driven small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs), this study verify the hypothesis. Hypothesis was analyzed with the structural equation modeling. Results: In case of export-driven small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs), clan leadership acts as a mediator in the relationship between hierarchy culture and organizational commitment. In case of export-driven small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) with high organizational commitment, clan leadership acts as a mediator in the relationship between hierarchy culture and organizational commitment. In case of export-driven small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) with low organizational commitment, clan leadership did not act as a mediator in the relationship between hierarchy culture and organizational commitment. Conclusions: By controlling for the mediating effect of clan culture, this study have improved the academic contributions as well as policy and practical implications through empirical study of clan leadership that affect organizational commitment in the fields of hierarchy culture. In addition, this study means that the mediating effects on the variables of clan leadership were examined.
Compared to the wide spread of convergence in government and industries there are still lack of theoretical foundation and effective methodologies to successfully implement it. Especially, there are few remarkable results on the ideal types of convergence business model (BM) in both domestic and foreign researchers. In this paper we show theoretical types, strategic alternatives, and design steps of convergence BM could be developed based on '4WH1H model' which is a conceptual framework of a BM. 4W1H model includes 5 constituents of a BM, i. e., customer value, value proposition, operation, target market, and supply capability. We derive 5 theoretical types of convergence BMs depending on the focus of innovation, i.e., value, product, operation, market, and capability. After defining the constituents and types (i.e., structural aspects) of convergence BM, we also show a BM could be linked with business strategy by defining the interaction among 5 constituents (i.e., behavioral aspects) of convergence BM.
The sag effect of long stay cables is one of the key factors restricting further increase in the span of cable-stayed bridges. Based on the formerly proposed concept of long stay cables lifted by an auxiliary suspension cable in cross-strait cable-stayed bridges, corresponding static approximate calculations and analytical theory based on catenary and parabolic cable configurations are established. Taking a main span 1400 m cable-stayed bridge as the research object, three typical lifting conditions and the whole process of auxiliary cable lifting are analyzed and discussed. The results show that the sag effect is effectively reduced. The support efficiency is only improved when the cables are lifted above the original cable chord. Reduction of the horizontal component force of the cable is limited. The equivalent elastic modulus and the vertical support stiffness of the lifted cables are significantly increased with increased horizontal projection length and not sensitive to the change of the lifting point position. The scheme of lifting the cable to the chord midpoint is more economical because of the less steel required for the auxiliary suspension cable, but its effect on improving the vertical support efficiency is limited. The support efficiency is better when the cable is lifted to the cable end tangential to the original cable chord, but the lifting force and the cross-sectional area of the auxiliary suspension cable are doubled. The approximate calculation results of the lifted cables are very close to the numerical analysis results, which verifies the applicability of the approximation method proposed in this study. The results of parabolic approximation calculations are approximately equal to that of catenary cable geometry. As the parabolic approximation analysis theory of lifted cables is more convenient in mathematical processing, it is feasible to use parabolic approximation analysis theory as the analytical method for the conceptual design of lifted cables of super-long span cable-stayed bridges.
Purpose With the advent of the 4th Industrial Revolution era, ICT convergence industry is leading the wave of new change. These changes in the industrial field are recognizing convergence as a strategic cooperation tool of management for creating new value. In order to achieve the research purpose, conceptual understanding of ICT convergence is summarized by focusing on concepts, features, types and cases. In addition, this study established the theoretical rationale for the determinants of ICT convergence performance, and examined previous researches related to ICT convergence. Design/methodology/approach The empirical research method is based on a survey of 510 companies including managers and mid-level practitioners who understand the contents of the relevant field, 305 data were used for analysis. We conducted exploratory factor analysis to verify the grouping of these questionnaire items and conducted confirmatory factor analysis to analyze the validity and reliability of the measurement model. Through the statistical analysis, we analyzed the structural relationship of ICT firms' competencies for convergence performance. Findings Linkage of ICT strategies established by corporations is an important factor for enhancing resource capacity and convergence ability. It is important to ensure that product innovation, consumer-oriented strategies, and ICT strategies for the implementation of business strategies are closely linked. In addition, in the convergence environment, companies should make efforts to develop convergence ability and improve organizational performance through utilization of ICT resources. From the CEO's perspective, it is necessary to understand the knowledge, technology and resources arising from the convergence environment, and to integrate with the resources possessed by the enterprise to induce the organization's performance.

A static performance tester for a torque rod assembly was developed to evaluate the three characteristics of the rod rubber bushing : radial spring characteristic, thrust spring characteristic, and rotational torque characteristic. Among the various schemes considered in the conceptual design stage, the final versatile type was determined to perform three different tests in one machine. The performance testing machine carried out radial spring test, thrust spring test, and torque test of the torque rod assembly. Static performance of the torque rod assembly was evaluated with the tester developed and fatigue strength of the assembly was also tested with the servo-hydraulic structural fatigue testing machine. The life of the component was found to be related with the rubber quality and adhesionability between the rubber and the steel rod. The optimum rubber hardness was experimentally found by changing the chemical compositions of rubber, and the adhesion was improved by optimizing the shape of the outer section of a the rubber, this study ensured the development of a reliable torque rod assembly.
Purpose This paper attempts to explain the recent expanding trend in Mobile Grocery Shopping(MGS). More specifically, the authors have applied the Post Acceptance Model(PAM) in order to examine the conceptual structure among the four constructs of 'Expectation Confirmation', 'Perceived Usefulness', 'User Satisfaction', and 'Continuance Intention to Use' in Mobile Grocery Shopping. Design/methodology/approach Through a survey agency, data were collected from a sample of 312 consumers who had the previous experience in Mobile Grocery Shopping. The Structural Equation Modeling(SEM) analysis was conducted with the survey data using AMOS 22.0. Subsequently, 8,200 real customer data from an open market site were collected in order to find out their revisit and repurchase behavior. Findings This study supported the causal relationships of Expectation Confirmation → Perceived Usefulness, Expectation Confirmation → User Satisfaction, Perceived Usefulness → User Satisfaction, and User Satisfaction → Continuance Intention to Use, but did not support the direct effect of Perceived Usefulness on the Continuance Intention to Use Mobile Grocery Shopping. This implies that consumers with any experience in Mobile Grocery Shopping would not consider repurchase, unless they are satisfied with the experience even though they perceive its usefulness. Also, Expectation Confirmation has much larger effect on User Satisfaction than Perceived Usefulness. In addition, the real customer data showed that the revisit and the repurchase rate of mobile grocery shoppers were higher than those of online grocery shoppers, although the rates of adding to shopping carts, coupon downloads, and adding to favorites are similar.
