인터넷 서비스 가입자망은 다양한 멀티미디어 서비스를 제공하는 새로운 대안으로 제시되고 있는 망이지만 접속 방식에 따라서 여러 가지 형태와 특성을 가지고 있다. 접속 방식 별로 여러 가지의 이기종(異機種) 장비들이 배치되고 있으며, 전국적으로 분산된 가입자 망 장비 및 자원에 대한 효율적이며 집중적인 통합 관리를 위해서는 관리되는 장비의 종류에 무관한 일반적인 정보 모델인 단일화된 개념적/추상적 관리객체 모델이 요구된다. 본 논문은 인터넷 서비스 가입자망을 통합 관리하기 위한 추상적이며 논리적인 관리객체 모델을 제시하였다. 그리고 이를 기반으로 UML을 이용한 객체지향 방법론을 적용하여 가입자망인 DOCSIS 기반의 케이블데이터 서비스를 위한 가입자망과 VDSL서비스를 위한 가입자망에 대해 동일한 모델을 적용하여 하나의 통합된 가입자망을 관리할 수 있는 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다.

일반 가입자들에게 초고속 인터넷 서비스를 제공하기 위해서 구성되는 가입자 망은ADSL, VDSL, DOCSIS 등 다양한 종류의 접속방식과 그에 따른 이기종(이기종)의 장비들로 이루어져 있다. 이러한 가입자 망은 전국적으로 분산되어 있으며, 분산된 가입자 망은 효과적이며 집중화된 형태로 관리하기 위해서는 다양한 형태의 접속방식을 지원하는 이기종 장비 및 단말들의 상위 개념으로서 추상적이며 논리적인 객체 관리모델이 필요하다. 본 논문은 통합된 계층적 망관리를 가능하게 하는 인터넷 가입자 망에 대한 모델링 구조론 RM-ODP흘 이용하여 제시하였다. 그리고 가입자 망의 예로서 UML을 이용한 객체지향 방법론을 채택하여 DOCSIS의 HFC 가입자망에 대한 관리 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다.

국내의경우, 초기 Cost모델 작성을 위한 비용관련 정보의 축적이 체계적으로 이루어지지 않고, 과거에 수행된 유사 프로젝트의 실적데이터에 대한 정보가 부족해 주 기능 대비 비용에 대한 효용성을 명확히 판단하기 어려워 신뢰할 수 있는 대상선정이 이루어지지 않고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구는 과거 수행된 유사 프로젝트의 비용 정보를 축적, 공유, 활용, 학습할 수 있고, VE활동의 대상선정을 위해 준비단계에서 수행되는 Cost모델의 체계적이고 효율적 분석이 가능한 웹기반 'Cost 모델 분석 시스템(Cost Model Analysis System: CMAS)'의 개념적 모형을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구에서 제시한 Cost모델 분석 시스템의 개념적 모형을 활용하여 실질적인 시스템이 구축된다면 효과적인 VE 수행을 위한 합리적이고 신뢰성 있는 대상선정이 이루어질 것으로 판단된다.

This study is to ascertain pre-service teachers' conceptions for the causes of season change, to verify their conceptional mistakes, and to analyze how their conceptions are changed while presenting Disproof-Experiment Model where they cannot explain it with their current conceptions. 32 junior students of Education universities, pre-service elementary teachers, located at the middle of Korea participated in this research including two interviews and one experiment activity. As a result of analyzing of the data, the pre-service teachers held diverse conceptions for the causes of season change such as to mistake the phenomena, the distance between the earth and the sun, the tilting of the rotation axis and the revolving around the sun while changing the tilting direction of the rotation axis as the cause. After applying Disproof-Experiment Model designed by the researchers in order to change the current conception above, the conception changes of the pre-service teachers were investigated. Diverse Disproof-Experiment Models were used differently depending on the pre-service teachers' conceptions. As a result of the application of Disproof-Experiment Model, 26 out of 28 pre-service teachers were changed to scientific conceptions. It was determined that in order to modify pre-service teachers' conceptions, designing and presenting the Disproof-Experiment Model appropriate to their conceptions are effective after analyzing their conceptions. In case of conceptions that pre-service teachers feel difficult, it was established that unraveling experiment models prescribed after investigating the preconceptions and identifying the misconceptions are important.

The human resources play an important role in a hotel cooking department. The object of this study is to gain basic data for searching an effective human resources management method of cooking department in the hotel. To achieve this object, I proceeded like this. In the second chapter, I exerted myself to arrange the theoretical system on the content of the human resources management through an internal and external philological research. In the third chapter, I established conceptional research model to study factual research and three hypotheses. And I made all high-grade hotel cooking employee in Taegu and Kyung-Buk answer an questionnaire, so practiced interrelation analysis and dispersion analysis according to research hypothesis. The results are as follows. First, the result of hypothesis 1 was that three was rather a high interrelation between the human resources management factor of cooking department and its overall evaluation. Second, the result of hypothesis 2 was that three was a significant difference about the overall evaluation of cooking business management according to the position demographically. Third, the result of hypothesis 3 was that there was a significant difference according to the scholastic ability, position and the district of hotel in the demographical evaluation of human resources management factor. The limits of this study were that first, I defined the subject as the cook employee of high-grade hotel in Taegu and Kyung-Buk, second, I utilized partial variance among many variances affecting human resources management. Therefore after this study, these limits much be overcomed and multiple and scientific study must be accomplish. So human resources of cooking department in the hotel must improve more.

Uniform and rapid pre-drying of mandarin is important to improve the storage quality. The aim of this study was to suggest the basic design of forced ventilated pre-drying facility for mandarin by thermal flow analysis using computational fluid dynamics software (FLUENT 6.2). Developed CFD simulation model was verified by comparison with experimental data. Airflows and temperature distributions in the five conceptional designs including existing ordinary temperature storage rooms were analyzed and appropriate basic design was determined. Analysis of the effect of arrangement of windows and exhaust fans on thermal flow in facility was carried out for more detailed design. The results of this investigation showed that the predicted airflow velocity by CFD simulation showed a good agreement with the measured value and optimum design condition for simulated forced ventilated pre-drying facility of mandarin has two exhaust fans and two windows on both sidewalls and cover on loaded mandarin.

지하정보의 활용에 관한 방법론적인 관점에서 인공지능기술과 데이터베이스의 활용은 최근 지구과학의 여러 분야에서 그 구체적인 적용방법이 모색되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 공학적으로 주요한 용도로 활용되는 그라우팅 공법과 관련하여 과학적인 접근방법이 필요한 그라우트의 주입제어 문제에 집중했다. 이 문제에 대한 방안으로서 암반의 특성에 따라 그라우트의 주입과정에서 동적으로 변화하는 변수들을 데이터베이스로 구축하고 이와 더불어 그라우트 밸브의 최적의 조정치를 유도하는 Fuzzy-neural hybrid system을 활용하는 방법론에 대한 개념적인 모델을 고안했다. 고안한 모델을 네 가지 사례에 적용한 결과 그라우트 밸브의 조정치가 그라우트의 주입과정에서 수반되는 역학적인 현상에 대해 합리적으로 유도되었다. 그러므로 이 모델의 알고리즘이 그라우트의 주입을 제어하는 도구로서 발전할 수 있으리라 판단된다.

본 연구는 산촌지역축제인 주왕산수달래축제를 대상으로 축제 품질서비스와 방문객만족도, 만족도와 방문객 충성도 및 축제효과 간의 개념적 구조관계를 분석하기 위하여 공변량구조모형분석을 실시하였다. 현지 설문조사는 2008년 주왕산수달래축제 방문객 445명에 대하여 조사가 이루어졌다. 분석결과, 축제 서비스품질을 구성하는 하위차원인 축제경험, 부대시설, 서비스 요인 모두 방문객만족에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며, 방문객만족은 충성도와 축제효과에 영향을 주는 것으로 분석되었다. 축제 품질서비스 가운데 하위개념인 서비스 요인은 방문객만족도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 축제의 성공적 개최나 산촌지역주민에게 긍정적 효과를 주기 위해서는 축제진행요원의 환대(친절)나 행사안내와 같은 정보제공에 우선순위를 두어 집중적으로 관리함으로써 방문객만족을 향상시킬 수 있다는 이론적 근거를 제시하고 있다.

합병기업에 있어 기업문화의 통합은 M&A의 성공 여부를 좌우하는 중요한 변수로 간주되고 있다. 본 연구는 합병기업의 기업문화 통합과 조직유효성과의 관계에 대한 선행연구를 근거로 개념적 연구모형을 수립하고, 이의 타당성을 검증하기 위하여 Pascale & Athos 및 Peters & Waterman이 제시한 7개의 기업문화 구성요소와 조직유효성의 관련성에 관한 연구가설을 설정하였다. 가설검증을 위하여 다중회귀분석을 이용한 결과 다음과 같은 사실을 발견하였다. 첫째, 합병기업의 기업문화 구성요소가 조직유효성 중 직무몰입에 미치는 영향은 기업문화의 모든 구성요소가 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 합병기업의 기업문화 구성요소가 조직유효성 중 직무만족에 미치는 영향은 기업문화 구성요소 중 공유가치를 제외한 모든 요인이 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 합병기업의 기업문화 구성요소가 조직유효성 중 조직융합에 미치는 영향은 기업문화 구성요소 중 사업능력 및 기술력을 제외한 모든 요인이 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 기업문화 구성요소 변수를 확인하고 그것이 조직유효성에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 검증한 탐색적 연구라는데 그 의의가 있다고 할 수 있다.
