In these day, many data including sensor, delivery, credit and stock data are generated continuously in massive quantity. It is difficult to learn from these data because they are large in volume and changing fast in their concepts. To handle these problems, learning methods based in sliding window methods over time have been used. But these approaches have a problem of rebuilding models every time new data arrive, which requires a lot of time and cost. Therefore we need very simple incremental learning methods. Bayesian method is an example of these methods but it has a disadvantage which it requries the prior knowledge(probabiltiy) of data. In this study, we propose a learning method based on attribute values. In the proposed method, even though we don't know the prior knowledge(probability) of data, we can apply our new method to data. The main concept of this method is that each attribute value is regarded as an expert learner, summing up the expert learners lead to better results. Experimental results show our learning method learns from data very fast and performs well when compared to current learning methods(decision tree and bayesian).
Purpose - Open source software has high utilization in most of the server market. The utilization of open source software is a global trend. Particularly, Internet infrastructure and platform software open source software development has increased rapidly. Since 2003, the Korean government has published open source software promotion policies and a supply promotion policy. The dynamism of the open source software market, the lack of relevant expertise, and the market transformation due to reasons such as changes in the relevant technology occur slowly in relation to adoption. Therefore, this study proposes an assessment model of services provided in an open source software service company. In this study, the service level of open source software companies is classified into an enterprise-level assessment area, the service level assessment area, and service area. The assessment model is developed from an on-site driven evaluation index and proposed evaluation framework; the evaluation procedures and evaluation methods are used to achieve the research objective, involving an impartial evaluation model implemented after pilot testing and validation. Research Design, data, and methodology - This study adopted an iteration development model to accommodate various requirements, and presented and validated the assessment model to address the situation of the open source software service company. Phase 1 - Theoretical background and literature review Phase 2 - Research on an evaluation index based on the open source software service company Phase 3 - Index improvement through expert validation Phase 4 - Finalizing an evaluation model reflecting additional requirements Based on the open source software adoption case study and latest technology trends, we developed an open source software service concept definition and classification of public service activities for open source software service companies. We also presented open source software service company service level measures by developing a service level factor analysis assessment. The Behavior-Structure-Evolution Evaluation Model (BSEM) proposed in this study consisted of a rating methodology for calculating the level that can be granted through the assessment and evaluation of an enterprise-level data model. An open source software service company's service comprises the service area and service domain, while the technology acceptance model comprises the service area, technical domain, technical sub-domain, and open source software name. Finally, the evaluation index comprises the evaluation group, category, and items. Results - Utilization of an open source software service level evaluation model For the development of an open source software service level evaluation model, common service providers need to standardize the quality of the service, so that surveys and expert workshops performed in open source software service companies can establish the evaluation criteria according to their qualitative differences. Conclusion - Based on this evaluation model's systematic evaluation process and monitoring, an open source software service adoption company can acquire reliable information for open source software adoption. Inducing the growth of open source software service companies will facilitate the development of the open source software industry.
Purpose - The ICT market in the EU is lagging behind that of the US; however, algorithm and software development within the EU have grown steadily, and they involve focusing on the creative cultural convergence conceptualized as part of Horizon 2020 and connecting neighboring markets in the EE and the Mediterranean region. It is essential to study the requirements to market the EU's creative ICT development in emerging industrial countries after examining its applicability in these countries. Research design, data, and methodology - This study deals with data pertaining to the EU's creative industry and competitive edge. The global cultural expansion of the EU facilitates a new concept involving not only low-cost IT products to enhance local cultural artifacts through R&D and the construction of efficient infrastructure services, but also information exchange with a realistic commercialization of the technology that can be applied for creative cultural localization. In the European industry, research on algorithms has been applied for the benefit of consumers. We investigated how the process is conducted in the EU. Results - Europe needs to adjust its economic structure to the local culture as part of IT distribution convergence. The convergence has been converted into a production algorithm with IT in the form of low-cost production. This is because there is an attempt to improve the quality of transport infrastructure, workforce availability, and the distribution of the distance to the local industries and consumers, using IT algorithms. Integrated into the manufacturing industry, based on the ICT infrastructure and solutions, smart localized regional clusters are formed with the help of grafting. Europe has own strategy to increase the number of hub-and-spoke cities. Europe is now becoming integrated, with an EPC system for regional cooperation rather than national competition in ICT technology. Europe has also been recognized in this study as changing the step-by-step paradigm for global competitiveness through new creative culture industries. Conclusions - As a result, there are several ways of converging with others through EU R&D intensity; therefore, the EU can be seen as successfully increasing marginal value, which is useful in developing a special industrial cluster or local cultural cities that create converged development by connecting people and objects with IT. In fact, when compared to the US, Europe has a strong culture and the car industries have a tendency to overshadow the IT industries with integration of services in IT distribution. Considering the rapid environmental changes, the convergence of IT services is likely to take place in Europe, similar to the pharmaceutical industry and the automotive industry. This requires a focus on human resources and automated systems management. The trend is to move away from low-wage industries, switched to key personnel centers of the local university-industry. EU emphasizes the creation of IT market demand in Europe involving local cultural convergence for marketing as the second step to strengthen the economic hub-and-spoke areas.

In this paper we address the symmetric-invariant problem in boundary image matching. Supporting symmetric transformation is an important factor in boundary image matching to get more intuitive and more accurate matching results. However, the previous boundary image matching handled rotation transformation only without considering symmetric transformation. In this paper, we propose symmetric-invariant boundary image matching which supports the symmetric transformation as well as the rotation transformation. For this, we define the concept of image symmetry and formally prove that rotation-invariant matching of using a symmetric image always returns the same result for every symmetric angle. For efficient symmetric transformation, we also present how to efficiently extract the symmetric time-series from an image boundary. Finally, we formally prove that our symmetric-invariant matching produces the same result for two approaches: one is using the time-series extracted from the symmetric image; another is using the time-series directly obtained from the original image time-series by symmetric transformation. Experimental results show that the proposed symmetric-invariant boundary image matching obtains more accurate and intuitive results than the previous rotation-invariant boundary image matching. These results mean that our symmetric-invariant solution is an excellent approach that solves the image symmetry problem in time-series domain.

IoT(Internet of Things) is a concept of connected internet pursuing direct access to devices or sensors in fused environment of personal, industrial and public area. In IoT environment, it is possible to access realtime data, and the data format and topology of devices are diverse. Also, there are bidirectional communications between users and devices to control actuators in IoT. In this point, IoT is different from the conventional internet in which data are produced by human desktops and gathered in server systems by way of one-sided simple internet communications. For the cloud or portal service of IoT, there should be a file management framework supporting systematic naming service and unified data access interface encompassing the variety of IoT things. This paper implements a DB-based virtual file system maintaining attributes of IoT things in a UNIX-styled file system view. Users who logged in the virtual shell are able to explore IoT things by navigating the virtual file system, and able to access IoT things directly via UNIX-styled file I O APIs. The implemented virtual file system is lightweight and flexible because it maintains only directory structure and descriptors for the distributed IoT things. The result of a test for the virtual shell primitives such as mkdir() or chdir() shows the smooth functionality of the virtual file system, Also, the exploring performance of the file system is better than that of Window file system in case of adopting a simple directory cache mechanism.

Metadata registry (MDR) is the international standard, developed by ISO/IEC for exchange and sharing data between databases. Many MDR systems are used in diverse domains such as medical service, bibliography, environment for sharing and integrating data. However, those systems have different physical structures individually because the MDR standard defines only the metamodel for registering and storing metadata. It causes heterogeneity between the system structures and requires additional cost to maintain interoperability. ISO/IEC 13249-8 Metadata Registry Access (MRA) is developing as an international standard to provide a consistent access facility to data stored in different metadata registries. However, MRA does not consider the relationships between the concepts (classes) defined in the MDR specification. It causes that incorrect query results returned from MDR systems. It also requires additional cost of modeling and rewriting queries to reflect each physical model. Therefore, this paper suggests eMRA which considers the relationships between the concepts in MDR. The comparative evaluations are described to show the advantages of eMRA. eMRA has superior performance in query modeling and referential integrity than MRA defined by the relationship between the concept of MDR.
Images from satellites will have 1 to 3 meter ground resolution and will be very useful for analyzing current status of earth surface. An image processing system named GeoWatch with more intelligent image processing algorithms has been designed and implemented to support the detailed analysis of the land surface using high-resolution satellite imagery. The GeoWatch is a valuable tool for satellite image processing such as digitizing, geometric correction using ground control points, interactive enhancement, various transforms, arithmetic operations, calculating vegetation indices. It can be used for investigating various facts such as the change detection, land cover classification, capacity estimation of the industrial complex, urban information extraction, etc. using more intelligent analysis method with a variety of visual techniques. The strong points of this system are flexible algorithm-save-method for efficient handling of large size images (e.g. full scenes), automatic menu generation and powerful visual programming environment. Most of the existing image processing systems use general graphic user interfaces. In this paper we adopted visual program language for remotely sensed image processing for its powerful programmability and ease of use. This system is an integrated raster/vector analysis system and equipped with many useful functions such as vector overlay, flight simulation, 3D display, and object modeling techniques, etc. In addition to the modules for image and digital signal processing, the system provides many other utilities such as a toolbox and an interactive image editor. This paper also presents several cases of image analysis methods with AI (Artificial Intelligent) technique and design concept for visual programming environment.

With the increase of the establishment of temporary institutions in accordance with social issues, the importance of managing records that reflect the characteristics of temporary institutions is highlighted. However, because of the ambiguity of laws related to records management, the limited number of employees, and the lack of awareness of records management by temporary institutions, the records management has not been carried out properly. Therefore, this study seeks to identify the gaps between statutes and practices and derive improvement measures for them. As such, the concept and characteristics of temporary institutions were identified through requests for disclosure of information. Moreover, the status of the administrative committee and the records management status of various temporary organizations were determined as well. Finally, improvement measures were drawn and proposed in terms of law, system, and record management by selecting relevant institutions in accordance with the Act and conducting in-depth interviews. This study is significant as it monitored the entire process of managing the records of existing time organizations and will serve as the basis for efficiently managing the future ones.
All-on-six concept can be used as one of the treatment options to maximize the use of available residual alveolar bone for implant-supported fixed prosthesis on edentulous patients. But this process is complex and cumbersome. Digital system can be used at multiple steps, from implantation to prosthetic restoration, to overcome this shortcoming. In this case of a maxillary edentulous patient aged 76, digital system was used for restoration of 1-piece design, screw retained fixed prosthesis from diagnosis, implant surgery to fabrication of provisional and final prosthesis. For preoperative diagnosis and treatment planning stage, intra-oral information of a patient was digitalized by direct intra-oral scan. Surgical guide and immediate provisional prosthesis was designed based on this digitalized data. Patient's inconvenience was minimized by applying immediate provisional prosthesis, which was delicately fabricated according to the location data of six implants on most suitable residual alveolar bone. Then, final prosthesis was designed and fabricated going through new interim prosthesis which was newly designed and fabricated, considering patient's requests, stable vertical dimension and occlusion, and esthetic factors using digital system. We hereby report a case successfully applying digital system to multiple steps including implant surgery to fabricating prosthesis, to simplify existing complicated implant treatment procedure to an edentulous patient.

Several studies have been conducted to analyze, predict, and prevent the risk of ground subsidence occurring in urban areas. Nevertheless, there is insufficient research effort on risk analysis that utilizes the correlation between the density of underground structures (i.e., the spatial quantity of buried objects installed in the ground around the interested area) and the occurrence of ground subsidence. In this paper, a study was conducted to analyze the line density of underground structures using GIS-based spatial information data, and to link this with the recorded ground subsidences. An optimization algorithm was developed to maximize the correlation between the line density of 29 recorded ground subsidences and 6 types of underground structures that occurred between 2010 and 2015 for the analysis area. The concept of normalized line density was also proposed for the analysis. The normalized line density of the analysis area was divided into five grades (Grade 1: lowest, Grade 5: highest). When the optimization algorithm was applied, the case where the normalized line density was Grade 4 or higher at the location of the recorded ground subsidences was about > 80%. It is thought that the density analysis result of underground facilities can be applied to the ground subsidence risk analysis by using the proposed optimization algorithm.
