Purpose: The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of hospital employees' perceptions and performance expectations on IT technologies introduction and intention to use in the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Methodology: A survey was conducted on 524 employees at 42 hospitals. Pearson's correlation analysis, regression analysis, Sobel test, and structural equation were used for the analysis. Findings: The factors of technical situation (complexity, compatibility, technical readiness, and security concerns), those of environmental situation (competitive pressure and regulatory support), and organizational situation (top management support and costs) have influenced on the recognition of employees in the hospital and the performance expectations. IT technology introduction and use intention have been influenced by technical situation, organizational situation, and environmental situation in order. But security concerns and cost factors have not statistically affected. In addition, due to the perception and performance expectations of hospital employee who have a role in mediating the introduction and use intention of IT technology, the greater the perception and performance expectations of hospital employees, the higher the intention of introduction and usage of IT technology. Practical Implications: Rather than considering the position of external customers and the position of competitive hospitals, more attention is required for the perception and performance expectations of the internal members.
The purpose of the present study was to investigate how 4-to 5-year-olds approach a competitive/cooperative task to obtain a resource. Sex and age differences were examined for the behavior and resource utilization of this task. The subjects were 74 same-age, mixed sex groups of 4 children each in three kindergartens in a large city. Each group of 4 children were classmates. The children were videotaped in a play situation where one child could view a cartoon movie (i. e. acquiring a resource) with the assistance of two children (one to turn the film tape and one to push the light-button), and the fourth child was a bystander. Time at each position and physical and verbal behavior constitute the data which were analyzed by ANOVA and ${\chi}^2$. The results of the time analysis showed that children cooperated quickly and were able to view the cartoon(resource utilization) for a large part of the session. High resource utilizers compared with low resource utilizers, exhibited more self-assertive and helping behaviors. Boys achieved more viewing time while girls were bystanders for a greater amount of time. Boys showed more physical and verbal behaviors during the task. Four-year-olds achieved less viewing time than 5-year-olds, indicating 4-year-olds were less effective in eliciting the help of their peers.
Up to these days, hotels are assumed to compete each other. Due to the spread of high quality the hotel buffet restaurants have begun to face an intensive competition. Hotel Buffet Restaurant have become the more competitive along with fund, good price, service, quality food, and management know-how. It causes the hotel restaurants confront with management difficulties. In order to overcome the management difficulties, hotel buffet restaurants have to improve their marketing abilities and especially to improve their service quality. For this, it is necessary for hotel buffet restaurants to investigate how their service providers and receivers recognize their service quality. In this research, we examined the cognitive three types of cognitive gaps among customers, service providers, and managers both on the service quality and on the positioning of hotel buffet restaurants. Their cognitive gaps proved negatively correlated with hotel's performance. This research suggests the fellowing findings. Firstly, the competitiveness of hotel buffet restaurant depends on the accurate communication and consensus among managers, service providers, and customers. Secondly, using the information about cognitive gaps recognized, each hotel buffet restaurant should develop concrete marketing plans and strategies with a careful consideration about its current competitive position and management condition.

Recently, construction industry shows active expansion in overseas construction market. But the active work limited in construction work, on the other hand, design-drawing work is evaluated shortage of competitive power. So this study aim to improve the competitive of 'domestic design-drawing work'thorough objective evaluation. Objective evaluation is consist of 'design attribution'. Design attribution is based on the execution drawing and complement by existing reasearch, expert interview. And then, list up the 'design attribution' evaluation list to carry out a survey targeting hands-on worker. Survey is consist of 'Likert 5-point scale, FMEA method'. As a result, construction company and design company show different opinions in both relative position evaluation and importance evaluation.
Knowledge can be characterized in many ways. We have categorized internal and external knowledge by its position, tacit and explicit knowledge by the degree of formalization, and general and innovative knowledge by the power of competitive advantage. They is, often, mixed in real world. Under New Economy, firms must conduct the analysis of various knowledge embodied employee's skill, its products and business process, and create a new added value. Knowledge is the important strategic resource and the ability to capture, organize, store and apply is the critical capability for substantial competitive advantage. For establishing the steps of knowledge management strategy, we described below - the identification of intellectual capital, value analysis, the building of knowledge infrastructure, the knowledge organization, value creation, and the knowledge evaluation and dynamic knowledge management.

A rapid, convenient homogeneous competitive enzyme immunoassay for estimating the amount of fenthion is described. The assay utilizes glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase-hapten conjugates that are inhibited in solution by antibodies obtained from bovine serum albumin-hapten conjugates. In order to investigate the effects of bridging group recognition on the sensitivity of dose response characteristics, the bridging groups of varying alkyl chain length were attached at the phosphate position of fenthion. Among the antibodies used, the one obtained from the use of hapten (fenthion analog) with the same bridging group structure that was used in preparing the enzyme-fenthion conjugates showed maximum inhibition (up to 51.8%) in the absence of fenthion. In the presence of fenthion, the activity of the enzyme-hapten conjugate is regained in an amount proportional to the fenthion concentration. Under the optimized condition, the $ED_{50}$ value for fenthion was $0.809{\mu}g/ml$. The assay developed in this study is a rapid effective screening method for fenthion prior to precise analysis.
The purpose of study is to understand of china clothing brand to have them to be competitive position in global market. The development of Korea in the Northeast through trade is not a matter of choice as far as national strategy is concerned, but is an important national policy that is a matter of life or death which will determine the future fate of Korea. This thesis will attempt to arrive at a general, tangible plan for the development of Korea in the Northeast centered around trade by examining the change in naval environment at home and abroad, the given economic situation in the Northeast, and the present state of essential port development in Korea-China-Japan. Its objective will be to provide strategies for the development of Busan port confrontation. For the last ten years, China has been growing at a rapid rate. Since a lot of the volume of naval trade is being transferred from Korea to China, we must do everything we can to improve the service and reduce cost. In addition, Japan also is losing international position. Japan's government and the private industry are trying to make Super Core Ports a prominent feature of their port system. If the Busan port system is to remain competitive, these aspects of the Japanese port system must be kept in mind to prevent trade from going to other ports with more competitive systems.
The main purpose of this paper is analyzing long-term growth possibility of a telecommunication Company (Telco) H. First of all, to achieve this purpose, the precise understanding about causal relations among growth and decay factors of Telco H is required. Based upon the causal analysis, a basic computer simulation model is developed. Finally, several predictive examinations about growth possibility and pattern of the Telco H are conducted using three scenarios. From simulation results, the most important policy leverages are capabilities of market share sustenance, improvement of service quality and squeezing current network facility to elevate profitability and efficiency. Recently, telecommunication industry has become more and more competitive due to introduction of Internet and deregulation. Internet has brought about global competition as well as confusion between telecommunication and broadcasting industries. At the almost same time, deregulation is a universal tendency and a catalyst of unlimited competition. Telco H has been a dominant company in Korea for last century. However, the dominant position of Telco H has been threatened by the change of competition environment. The competitive environment has many elements and keeps changing dynamically. Therefore, System Dynamics simulation methodology is adopted to examine the problem.
