데이터과학 교육과정에 대한 분석적 연구 (An Analysis of Data Science Curriculum in Korea)

  • 이 연구에서는 2019년 10월 현재 우리나라에 개설된 데이터과학 교육과정의 현황을 분석하기 위해 먼저, 데이터과학 분야의 교육과정을 분석한 기존 연구와 데이터과학 분야 전문가에게 요구되는 역량에 대한 분석을 진행하였고, 이를 바탕으로 우리나라에 개설된 80개의 교육과정과 2,041개의 교과목을 대상으로 학문 영역 특징 기반 분석, 데이터 전문가 역량 기반 분석과 교과목명 내용 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 우리나라에서의 데이터과학 전공 교육은 기술과 직업 실무적 관점보다는 학문적 접근을 바탕으로 한 연구 중심의 전문적 교육과정으로 자리 잡았으며, 통계적 분석 역량을 중심으로 많은 교과가 개설되었고, 정보기술, 통계학, 경영학을 중심으로 한 학제적 특성이 교육과정에 반영되었음을 확인하였다.

  • 본 논문은 전직을 원하는 내담자들에게 전직지원 서비스를 수행하는 상담자들이 갖추어야 할 역량을 분석한 연구로, 최근 다양한 영역에서 전직에 대한 관심이 대두되고 있는 경향성을 반영하였다. 아직까지 전직의 영역 및 조직화는 명확한 대한 체계가 잡히지 않아 그 영역을 단정하기 어려운 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 전직지원서비스 및 상담을 실시하는 전문가들에게 특별히 요구되는 전문역량을 파악하고, 실제 상담 장면에서 그것을 적용하여 내담자의 필요를 조력하는데 그 의의가 있다. 연구문제의 해결을 위해 본 연구에서는 델파이 기법을 사용하여 총 3회의 설문을 실시하였다. 그 결과 전직지원상담의 현황 및 전문가들에게 요구되는 구직자들의 다양한 수요를 총 3개의 역량군, 13개의 역량요소, 55가지의 역량지표로 도출하였으며, 이를 토대로 현재의 전직지원 여건 및 향후 전망을 논의하였다.

온라인 여행사 여행체험활동 특성이 기억할만한 관광경험, 만족도 및 충성도에 미치는 영향: S-O-R 프레임워크를 기반으로 (The Effect of the Characteristics of Tours and Activities in Online Travel Agencies on Memorable Tourism Experiences, Satisfaction, and Loyalty: Based on the S-O-R Framework)

  • Purpose Recently, the tours and activities (TAA) market provided by online travel agencies (OTA) has grown rapidly and has become the third-largest in the travel industry. However, compared to its practical proliferation, TAA has not yet received much academic attention. This study aims to discuss the effect of the four domains (e.g., educational, entertainment, escapist, and esthetic experiences) of the experience economy on users' memorable tourism experiences (MTE), satisfaction, and loyalty in the context of TAA. Moreover, the study investigates how this mechanism varies depending on the tour guides' professional competency. Design/methodology/approach This study developed a research model based on the S-O-R framework. Using the survey method, data were collected from consumers who had experienced TAA offered by OTA more than once within one year. A total of 307 respondents (consumers) were used for the final analysis, and developed hypotheses were tested using a structural equation model technique. Findings The results of this study are as follows. First, educational, entertainment, and escapism experiences in the experience economy positively affect MTE. Second, within the experience economy, entertainment and esthetic experiences have a positive effect on satisfaction. Third, MTE positively influences satisfaction, repurchase intention, and recommendation intention. Fourth, satisfaction has a positive impact on repurchase and recommendation intentions. Finally, according to the level of tour guides' professional competency, there is a significant difference in the effect of escapism experience on MTE/satisfaction.

정기항공사 소속 조종사의 비행경력에 따른 시계접근능력 차이 분석 : 비모수 통계검정을 포함하여 (A Difference Analysis on Visual Approach Accessibility of Airline Pilots Based on Flight Experience including Non-parametric Statistical Test)

  • 본 연구는 정기항공사 소속 조종사들을 대상으로 그들의 비행경력과 운항능력에 대한 실증연구를 하였다. 첫째, 정기항공사 소속 조종사들의 비행경력(비행시간 및 기종)에 따른 운항능력의 차이를 분석하였다. 이를 통해 신규로 항공운송용 조종사로 진입하고자 하는 인력들에 대해 항공사가 기대하는 조종사의 운항능력의 수준을 검증할 수 있었다. 분석결과 기장의 경우 해당기종 비행시간이 500시간이든 1500시간이든 시계비행 운항심사 결과 간의 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 부기장은 1,500시간 이상부터는 시계비행 운항심사 결과의 차이가 나타났다. 부기장은 기장과 달리 해당기종 비행시간을 많이 가질수록 안정적인 시계접근을 할 수 있음이 판명된 것이다. 기종특성과 관련하여 cable 또는 fly-by-wire 기종에 따라 기장 집단은 시계비행 운항능력의 차이가없었다. 즉, 시계접근의 경우는 기종에 관계없이 기장급 조종사의 기량이 평가된다고 할 수 있겠다. 부기장집단에서는 기종 특성에 따른 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 판명되었다.

한국 생명공학산업의 혁신네트워크에 관한 실증연구 (An Empirical Study on Innovation Networks in the Korean Biotechnology Industry)

  • 본 연구는 혁신체제론에 입각해서 국내 생명공학산업의 조직간 혁신네트워크 현황 및 활성화방안을 실증적으로 분석했다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면, 다음과 같다. 아직 국내 생명공학산업의 혁신네트워크는 활성화되지 못했지만 혁신네트워크에 참여하고 있는 벤처기업 근무자, 대학교수, 공공연구기관 연구원들은 혁신네트워크 및 혁신네트워크의 성과에 대하여 긍정적으로 평가하고 있다. 이는 국내 생명공학산업의 혁신네트워크가 활성화될 필요성이 있음을 의미한다. 실증분석 결과 혁신네트워크에 참여하는 주체들의 의지와 능력이 제고되고, 혁신네트워크 내 참여주체간 신뢰와 통제가 강화되고, 혁신네트워크내 참여주체들의 기술접근과 자원확보가 잘 이루어진다면, 혁신네트워크는 더욱 활성화될 수 있을 것이다.

The Benefits and Challenges of Interprofessional Education Assessment for Health Care Professionals

  • Interprofessional education (IPE) fosters effective team-based collaborative practice among members of different health care professions to advance high-quality and safe patient care. Although the importance of IPE has been recognized and IPE initiatives have expanded rapidly in the past decades, substantial difficulties in IPE assessment still exist. At present, a lack of consensus on the optimal approach to IPE assessment contributes to uncertainty about the level of attainment of collaborative team performance. This paper aims to provide an overview of the benefits and current challenges associated with IPE assessment. Furthermore, a multifactor model with an assessment matrix and assessment blueprints from a recent study is briefly discussed. We also provide examples of assessment blueprints for the team management of stroke patient discharge covering a competency examination at the levels of individuals, the team, and the task.

시간동인 활동기준원가계산 기반 재가 방문간호센터 원가관리프로그램 개발 및 적용 (Development and Application of Cost Management Program for Visiting Nursing Centers Using Time-Driven Activity-Based Costing)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to develop a web-based cost management program for visiting nursing centers (CMP-VNC), using time-driven activity-based costing (TD-ABC), and to analyze effects of the program. Methods: The CMP-VNC was developed using the combined prototyping approach and system developing life cycle method following four stages: need analysis with comprehensive literature reviews and focus group interviews, design and development of program algorithm, evaluation of the developed program validity using experts and users group, and application and effects analysis. The non-equivalent control group pretest-posttest design was used to analyze the effects of the program. The program demonstration was conducted for four weeks with 60 visiting nurses in 35 visiting centers. Results: The web-based program was developed. It has five interfaces with basic and special functions using TD-ABC, namely, input, visiting nursing activity, visiting nursing activity cost, cost efficiency, and cost calculation report. The experimental group showed significantly higher cost perception and cost confidence than control group. Conclusion: We found that the CMP-VNC can be an effective tool to increase visiting nurses' competency of costing and enhance efficiencies of visiting nursing centers.

임상간호사의 비판적 사고 (Critical Thinking of Clinical Nurses)

  • Introduction: Critical thinking involves identifying problem(s), assessing resources, and generating possible solutions and allows clinical nurses to decide which solution is the most reasonable under the given circumstances, taking into consideration the "hat ifs" and how they will affect the end result. This research was conducted to further understanding and identification of subjective factors in critical thinking in clinical nurses. Methods: The research design was a Q-Methodological Approach. Q-population was formulated from a non-structured questionnaire and interviews from 17 experienced clinical nurses. Thirty selected Q-statements were sorted by 30 experienced clinical nurses. Results: Four factors for critical thinking were identified: (1) Deductive reasoning based on causal relation, (2) Construction of an effective model based on patients' responses, (3) Formulating categories based on priorities for effective interventions, and (4) Judging validity of the situational significance on clinical performances. Conclusion: Critical thinking is an attitude and reasoning process. From this study, the frame of reference for clinical nurses in formulating critical thinking within the context of clinical settings is identified and indicates the way nurses utilize thinking skills when they care for patients and areas that need further exploration as nurses and faculty develop education systems to advance clinical performance competency.

국내 손해 보험사의 e-Business 기업 혁신 사례 연구 (A Case Study of Process Innovation for e-Business Transformation: Lessons Learned from a Korea-Based Leading P&C Insurance Company)

  • As insurers have undergone changing customer expectations, increased cross-industry competition and restructured distribution channels, they need to enhance customer relationships, cut costs, increase agility and streamline operations while differentiating the core competency. As such, the importance of e-business transformation has increased where organizational core processes are restructured around customers and interned-based technology is adopted for flexible and adaptive information systems. This paper presents a case study of process innovation for e-business transformation in a Korea-based leading property & casualty insurance company. The company initiated three years-long e-business transformation program to remain competitive and to keep sustainable growth under risky and down economy. The program, which covered enterprise-wide business processes such as product, marketing & sales, customer, claim, investment & loan, accountings, etc., included redesigning processes from customers' viewpoint and then implementing process-aligned information systems. Leadership, sponsorship, change management, performance measurement, business and IT alignment, empowerment, and customized methodology, were emphasized throughout the program. As a result, the company could expect not only improvements in customer-centricity, sales productivity, and operational excellence but also increased revenues and profits in the next three years. The presented case addresses a feasible approach for enterprise-wide e-business transformation. Although the strategies, actions, and business and IT models are not described in detail due to confidentiality, the methodology and the success factors would be applicable to other insurers and possibly organizations in different industries.

AHP를 활용한 프로젝트 팀 구성원의 개인역량 상대적 중요도 연구 (A Study on Relative Importance of Project team members Competencies Using AHP)

  • The purpose of this paper is to identify a relative importance and priority of the factors of Competencies of project team member. It aims to present the differential competency factors from a differentiated perspective by applying the Leadership Development Questionnaire, which is the competency dimension required for manager, to team member. (1) Background: The diverse needs of customers and companies, and the uncertainty, complexity, ambiguity, and volatility of the environment surrounding the company in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution threaten the survival of company. In this respect, companies should implement the project management approach and strive to increase the capabilities of each team member. (2) Methods: AHP method was used to prioritize which factors were considered more importance level and the gap of relative importance level between project manager group and team members group. (3) Results: In the analysis of the relative importance of the upper class, weights were derived in the order of managerial competence, intellectual competence, and emotional competence. The sub-factor that respondents prioritize was communication as the 1st priority, and it was analyzed in the order of strategic perspective, achieving, critical analysis and judgement, and vision and imagination. There were some differences in the ranking of the relative importance of achieving and vision and imagination attributes between the PM group and TM group, it was analyzed that there was no significant difference overall. (4) Implications: The results of this study confirmed the recognition that team members are required to have the same competencies as the project manager. And based on the priorities of the competencies required of team members, companies are expected to cultivate professional and competent team members, and expand the roles and authority of team members so that they can actively carry out projects.
