전송왜곡보상용 다중가변등화기 설계에 관한 연구 (A Study on Design of Multivariable Equalizer for Transmission Distortion Compensation)

  • A multivariable equalizer is designed which compensates transmission distortion for coaxial transmission line. The characteristic transfer function with bilateral parameter domain is approximated using the expansion method of orthonormal function and Gram Schmidt orthogonal function, but the parameter domain of approximated function is limited to unilateral. To solve that problem, Bode type transfer function is used to give bilateral variable characteristic to approximated function. The multivariable equalizer in this paper can be substituted for the current equalizer which consist of a fixed equalizer and a variable equalizer.

A Topological Transformation and Hierarchical Compensation Capacitor Control in Segmented On-road Charging System for Electrical Vehicles

  • Experiencing power declines when the secondary coil is at the middle position between two primary coils is a serious problem in segmented on-road charging systems with a single energized segmented primary coil. In this paper, the topological transformation of a primary circuit and a hierarchical compensation capacitor control are proposed. Firstly, the corresponding compensation capacitors and receiving powers of different primary structures are deduced under the condition of a fixed frequency. Then the receiving power characteristics as a function of the position variations in systems with a single energized segmented primary coil and those with double segmented primary coils are analyzed comparatively. A topological transformation of the primary circuit and hierarchical compensation capacitor control are further introduced to solve the foregoing problem. Finally, an experimental prototype with the proposed topological transformation and hierarchical compensation capacitor control is carried out. Measured results show that the receiving power is a lot more stable in the movement of the secondary coil. It is a remarkable fact that the receiving power rises from 10.8W to 19.2W at the middle position between the two primary coils. The experimental are in agreement with the theoretical analysis.

Nonlinearity Detection and Compensation in Radio over Fiber Systems Using a Monitoring Channel

  • A radio over fiber (RoF) system is a kind of analog optical transmission system and considered as a strong candidate for the next-generation fronthaul link in the future mobile network. In RoF systems, nonlinearity compensation is essential to increase the link capacity. In this paper, we propose a nonlinearity detection and compensation scheme using a monitoring channel in RoF systems. A monitoring channel is added at the transmitter site and used for transmitting a reference signal in an RoF transmission. The nonlinearity in the RoF transmission is detected by comparing the received monitoring signal and the original reference signal at the receiver site. Finally, the nonlinearity is compensated at the receiver by giving the reverse function of the detected nonlinearity. Our results show that the proposed scheme can almost remove the error vector magnitude degradation induced by the nonlinearity in the RoF system.

  • This paper presents the implementation of the real-time object tracking control of the ROBOKER head. The visual servoing technique is used to track the moving object, but suffers from ill-estimated Jacobian of the virtual link design. To improve the tracking performance, the RBF(Radial Basis Function) network is used to compensate for uncertainties in the kinematics of the robot head in on-line fashion. The reference compensation technique is employed as a neural network control scheme. Performances of three schemes, the kinematic based scheme, the Jacobian based scheme, and the neural network compensation scheme are verified by experimental studies. The neural compensation scheme performs best.

  • One of the major limitations of productivity and quality in machining is machining accuracy of the machine tools. The machining accuracy is affected by geometric, volumetric errors of the machine tools. This paper suggests the enhancement method of machining accuracy for precision machining of high quality metal reflection mirror or optics lens, etc. In this paper, we study 1) the compensation of linear pitch error with NC controller compensation function using laser interferometer measurement, 2) the method for enhancing the accuracy of NC milling machining by modeling and compensation of volumetric error, 3) the generation of the parabolic face profile. And the method is verified by the parabolic face machining experiment with a vertical three axes NC milling machine. After this study, we will inspect using On-machine measurement and study the repetitive machining by a compensated path

A Novel Hybrid Active Power Filter with a High-Voltage Rank

  • A novel hybrid active power filter (NHAPF) that can be adopted in high-voltage systems is proposed in this paper. The topological structure and filtering principle of the compensating system is provided and analyzed, respectively. Different controlling strategies are also presented to select the suitable strategy for the compensation system. Based on the selected strategy, the harmonic suppression function is used to analyze the influence of system parameters on the compensating system with MATLAB. Moreover, parameters in the injection branch are designed and analyzed. The performance of the proposed NHAPF in harmonic suppression and reactive power compensation is simulated with PSim. Thereafter, the overall control method is proposed. Simulation analysis and real experiments show that the proposed NHAPF exhibits good harmonic suppression and reactive power compensation. The proposed compensated system is based on the three-phase four-switch inverter, which is inexpensive, and the control method is verified for validity and effectiveness.

  • In this paper, the power loss due to PV module mismatch in PV string is analyzed and a mismatch compensation method is proposed to improve the efficiency of PV system. The analysis of mismatch loss using PV model simulation reveals that the mismatch module may decrease the total efficiency because the MPPT function of power conditioner make the PV system operate at the local maximum point. The mismatch loss can be severe if the maximum power point current of mismatch module is less than that of string. The proposed compensation method which is simply implemented with a buck type converter shows the possibility to remove the mismatch loss. The effectiveness of the analysis and compensation method is verified by a prototype experiment.

  • STATCOM which is connected the load parrallel with capacitor. is the reactive power compensation device. In this paper. appling the PSIM(POWERSIM) software to STATCOM system. it is simulated the reactive power compensation of balancing load. And, setting a thoroughly going over it's results. we confirmed the function propriety of developed STATCOM system. So, it will be applied the reactive power compensation experimentation of the developing 30kVA STATCOM at our laboratory.

Global Sliding Mode Control based on a Hyperbolic Tangent Function for Matrix Rectifier

  • The conventional sliding mode control (CSMC) has a number of problems. It may cause dc output voltage ripple and it cannot guarantee the robustness of the whole system for a matrix rectifier (MR). Furthermore, the existence of a filter can decrease the input power factor (IPF). Therefore, a novel global sliding mode control (GSMC) based on a hyperbolic tangent function with IPF compensation for MRs is proposed in this paper. Firstly, due to the reachability and existence of the sliding mode, the condition of the matrix rectifier's robustness and chattering elimination is derived. Secondly, a global switching function is designed and the determination of the transient operation status is given. Then a SMC compensation strategy based on a DQ transformation model is applied to compensate the decreasing IPF. Finally, simulations and experiments are carried out to verify the correctness and effectiveness of the control algorithm. The obtained results show that compared with CSMC, applying the proposed GSMC based on a hyperbolic tangent function for matrix rectifiers can achieve a ripple-free output voltage with a unity IPF. In addition, the rectifier has an excellent robust performance at all times.

도로 편입률에 따른 토지이동 대상필지 보상비 분석 (The Compensation Cost Analysis of Parcels for Land Alternation according to Occupation Ratio to Road)

  • 최근 지적공부와 실제 토지이용 현황과의 불일치로 토지관리 업무에 많은 민원이 발생하고 있다. 이러한 문제를 개선하기 위해서는 토지관련 정보를 이용하여 토지이동 대상필지를 정확하게 선정하고 시나리오별로 보상비를 평가하는 것이 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 연속지적도와 실폭도로를 기반으로 GIS 공간중첩을 수행하였으며, 도로편입률에 따른 퍼지함수를 적용하여 지목과 소유구분별 토지이동 필지수와 면적을 분석하였다. 또한 토지이동 대상필지의 개별공시지가 정보를 이용하여 시나리오별 보상비를 계산하였으며, 이를 지목과 소유구분에 따라 읍면별로 정리하였다. 본 연구에서는 읍면별 토지이동 대상필지에 대한 보상비를 시나리오별로 제공함으로서 지자체 재정여건에 부합하는 토지이동 대상필지 업무를 효과적으로 지원할 수 있었다.
