Purpose - This study shows that which country has more competitiveness in aerospace industry. The reason why author choose aerospace industry for research is aerospace industry is one of major business in every country in the world instead of infant industry. Research design and methodology - In order to research this topic, there are 3 tools to analyze competitiveness in aerospace industry. To achieve analysis of competitiveness between USA and England, UN comtrade program which provides huge database including time serial data. Results - All of TSI are over zero (0) which means that from 2000 to 2018, USA aerospace industry is export specialization as USA aerospace industry has comparative advantage against England aerospace industry. All of TSI in USA are approaching to figure +1 as export specialization except 2010. Conclusions - Even though RCA value in 2000 is 6.313, however, when time goes by and they are 8.997 in 2005, 8.007 in 2010 and 8.389 in 2015 respectively and RCA value is slightly going down as figure 7 in 2018. we review above market share analysis data, USA has overpoweringly superior competitive power against British aerospace industry.

The purpose of this comparative study is to compare and evaluate venture business of electronic and communication industry by Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA). DEA is a linear programming-based technique that converts multiple input and output measures into a single comprehensive measures of productive efficiency. In this paper, the CCR model and trend analysis model are used to examine the efficiency of 18 venture business. Input variables are number of employees. raw-material costs and production capability and output variables are real production, sales revenues and net income after taxes. DEA approach broad information like as efficiency level of each Decision Making Unit(DMU), reference group of efficiency improvement and trends of efficiency shift. Finally, the correlation of input and output variables are examined to examine the relationship among variables.

The EU holds about 50% of exports and imports in the world trade of services. The insurance markets have undergone a significant consolidation in solvency rule, cross-border registration, and standardized accounts. In the EU-Korea FTA negotiations the EU is interested in mutual certification of qualifications as well as market liberalization of law, finance and distribution and so forth. When the negotiation with respect to the mutual certification of qualifications comes to a settlement, the two countries will drive it in service areas. Korea should examine european certification regulations and improve domestic insurance-related institutions. France is the focal country of the EU. The paper provides a comparative study of insurance markets and agents in France and Korea. The paper argues that Korea should initiate institutional changes and be transformed into an insurance service exporting country for the specialized insurance agents to move to EU countries.

Although there is a lot of literature on the effectiveness of regional trade agreements(RTAs), it is usually analyzed only using trade-related theories and data. However, this paper has a differentiation in that we examine the linkage between international trade and financial markets through the stock markets reactions when the trade agreements related news arrived. Specifically, using an event study, we look into the Korea-US free trade agreement(KORUS FTA) which is the most commercially significant FTA in almost two decades for both the countries. Korean stock market generally responded more sensitively to FTA news than the US stock market, especially in 'Auto & Parts', 'Electrical Equipment' and 'Chemicals' industries. And the investors' perception toward the effect of KORUS FTA on Korean industries changed from negative to positive as negotiations proceed. Korea has a comparative advantage in the production of labor-intensive goods relative to US, but the economies of scale hypothesis does not hold.

The purpose of this paper is to shed light on the current status of Industry 4.0 policies in India and provide holistic policy recommendations in the transition towards Industry 4.0. The study was conducted based on the content-centric review of written policy documents like policy memoranda (memos), green papers and white papers, policy briefs, policy reports, opinion pieces, and newspaper and academic publications on Industry 4.0. India lacks infrastructure, regulatory framework, architectural reference model, incentives, skills, and standard roadmap towards Industry 4.0. The current policy status and policy recommendations presented in this study can serve as a great asset for academicians, policymakers, and practitioners to prepare a holistic roadmap for Industry 4.0 policy implementation. The study is first to assess India's current policy status and compare with Germany towards Industry 4.0. Besides, it is expected to assist government policymakers in formulating tangible policy outputs and strategic roadmaps.

The application of ultrasound (US) in pain medicine has been a rapidly growing field since the 2000s. Musculoskeletal injections, peripheral nerve blocks, and neuraxial injections under US guidance have been acknowledged for managing chronic pain. Although many studies on US-guided pain procedures have been published, there needs to be a classification system to evaluate which image device, the US or fluoroscopy, is clinically and technically better in various pain interventions. Therefore, this narrative review introduces the classification system for the US-guided pain procedures according to their clinical and technical outcomes and designates US-guided pain procedures into one of the four categories by reviewing previous prospective randomized comparative trials.

The purpose of this study was to review national mental health policy goal in Korea and America, and to suggest strategies for advancing the national mental health policy in Korea. Objectives: First, the review of nation mental health policy in Korea. Second, the review of nation mental health policy in America. Third, the development of nation mental health plan in Korea. Methods: To achieve this objectives, review the books, journals, and national published papers and so on. Results: First, 15 goals are planned for mental health promotion in Korea Health Plan 2010. Second, 14 goals and multiple strategies are planned for mental health promotion in America Healthy People 2010. Third, 3 plans are suggested for mental health promotion in Korea. Conclusion: Mental Health is essential dimension in holistic health. And mental health promotion has been increasingly emphasized in national health plan. Therefore, effective nation mental health policy establishment would be needed continuously.

최근 WTO 체제의 출범, 지역주의 확산 등으로 국제통상환경은 변화하고 있으며, 각국의 통상정책에 상당한 영향을 미치고 있다. 특히 미국, EU, 일본의 통상정책은 한국을 비롯한 국채통상환경 전반에 매우 민감한 영향을 주고 있다. 이러한 국제통상환경의 변화에 따라 필요한 것은 주요국의 통상정책 및 제도에 관한 연구이다. 본 연구는 미국, EU, 일본, 한국의 통상정책과 수단의 특징을 비교 분석하였는데, 각국 통상정책의 다양한 특성을 보여주고 있다.

Chlorophasts are a central structural feature of stomatal guard cells. Guard cell chloroplasts have both photosystems I and II (PS I and II), carry out O2 evoluation , cyclic and noncyclic photophosporylation, and possess the Calvin-Benson cycle enzymes involved in CO2 fixation. These imply that guard cell chloroplasts have a normal photosynthetic carbon reduction pathway just like their mesophyll counterparts, indicating similar fuctional organization of thylakoid membranes in both types of mesophyll and guard cell chloroplasts. It has been, however, found that guard cell chloroplasts have distinctive and comparative properties in their photosynthetic performance. In this article, I review the intrinsic features on the light reaction of and carbon reduction by guard cell chloroplasts.

This paper is organized as follows. Section 2 illustrates several applications of neural networks. Section 3 presents the theoretical aspects of the major neural network paradigms as well as the structure of the back -propagation network used in the study. Section 4 describes the experiment including data analysis, modeling, and the performance criteria followed by the detailed discussion of the experimental results. Future research avenues including advantages and limitations of neural network are presented in the last section.
