  • Radiation due to accretion from an accretion disc around the intermediate polars and photoabsorption of this radiation in the accretion funnel have been taken into account as a phenomenological model to study the physics of the magnetic funnel in the magnetic compact star. The first results show that such a model scenario can be used to estimate some parameters in these systems. Some constraints of this model regarding to the observational data of one intermediate polar, EX Hya, are also discussed.

  • In this paper, we define precompact set in intuitionistic fuzzy metric spaces and prove that any subset of an intuitionistic fuzzy metric space is compact if and only if it is precompact and complete. Also we define topologically complete intuitionistic fuzzy metrizable spaces and prove that any $G\delta$ set in a complete intuitionistic fuzzy metric spaces is a topologically complete intuitionistic fuzzy metrizable space and vice versa.

  • In this paper we deal with some shadowing properties of discrete dynamical systems on a compact metric space via the density of subdynamical systems. Let $f:X{\rightarrow}X$ be a continuous map of a compact metric space X and A be an f-invariant dense subspace of X. We show that if $f{\mid}_A:A{\rightarrow}A$ has the periodic shadowing property, then f has the periodic shadowing property. Also, we show that f has the finite average shadowing property if and only if $f{\mid}_A$ has the finite average shadowing property.

  • The aim of this article is to define fuzzy maximal open cover and discuss its few properties. we also defined and study fuzzy m-compact space and discussed its properties. Also we obtain few more results on fuzzy minimal c-regular and fuzzy minimal c-normal spaces. We have proved that a fuzzy Haussdorff m-compact space is fuzzy minimal c-normal.

  • In this paper we study a pointwise version of Walters topological stability in the class of homeomorphisms on a compact metric space. We also show that if a sequence of homeomorphisms on a compact metric space is uniformly expansive with the uniform shadowing property, then the limit is expansive with the shadowing property and so topologically stable. Furthermore, we give examples to illustrate our results.

  • This paper presents a systematic study for theoretical aspects of a unified approach to the abstract relative Fourier transforms over canonical homogeneous spaces of semi-direct product groups with Abelian normal factor. Let H be a locally compact group, K be a locally compact Abelian (LCA) group, and ${\theta}:H{\rightarrow}Aut(K)$ be a continuous homomorphism. Let $G_{\theta}=H{\ltimes}_{\theta}K$ be the semi-direct product of H and K with respect to ${\theta}$ and $G_{\theta}/H$ be the canonical homogeneous space (left coset space) of $G_{\theta}$. We introduce the notions of relative dual homogeneous space and also abstract relative Fourier transform over $G_{\theta}/H$. Then we study theoretical properties of this approach.

  • A space X is cs-starcompact if for every open cover $\mathcal{U}$ of X, there exists a convergent sequence S of X such that St(S, $\mathcal{U}$) = X, where $St(S,\mathcal{U})\;=\; \cup\{U{\in}\mathcal{U}:U{\cap}S{\neq}\phi\}$. In this paper, we prove the following statements: (1) There exists a Tychonoff cs-starcompact space having a regular-closed subset which is not cs-starcompact; (2) There exists a Hausdorff cs-starcompact space with arbitrary large extent; (3) Every Hausdorff centered-Lindel$\ddot{o}$f space can be embedded in a Hausdorff cs-starcompact space as a closed subspace.

  • In the general accretion disk model theory, the accretion disk surrounding an astronomical object comprises fluid rings obeying Keplerian motion. However, we should consider relativistic and rotational effects as we close in toward the center of accretion disk surrounding spinning compact massive objects such as a black hole or a neutron star. In this study, we explore the geometry of the inner portion of the accretion disk in the context of Mukhopadhyay's pseudo-Newtonian potential approximation for the full general relativity theory. We found that the shape of the accretion disk "puffs up" or becomes thicker and the luminosity of the disk could exceed the Eddington luminosity near the surface of the compact spinning black hole.

  • Korea Astronomy and Space Science Institute (KASI) has been developing the Camera System for the Total Solar Eclipse (TSE) observation. In 2016 we have assembled a simple camera system consisting of a commercial camera lens, a polarizer, bandpass filters, and a Canon camera to observe the solar corona during the Total Solar Eclipse in Indonesia. For 2017 TSE observation, we have studied and adapted the compact coronagraph design proposed by NASA. The compact coronagraph design dramatically reduces the volume and weight, and used for TSE observation. The camera is used to test and verify key components including function of bandpass filter, polarizer, and CCD during observing the Total Solar Eclipse. In this poster we focus on optical engineering works including designing, analyzing, testing, and building for the TSE observation.

  • The interaction between the magnetic field and the accreting matter in the magnetic compact star has taken into account in order to find some constraints between physical paramerters in these systems. We show that the interaction radius, where the matter begins to funnel in the magnetosphere, can be described as a function of the magnetic moment acctetion rate and the width of the interaction zone. This radius, after estimated iteratively for a given parameter set has been used in order to study the radiation of X-rays in the magnetic compact star. Some results of such study in context with the interaction radius in the intermediate polar have been discussed.
