청소년의 성행동 위험요인에 관한 연구 (A RESEARCH ON RISK FACTORS OF ADOLESCENT SEXUAL BEHAVIORS)

  • 본 연구는 생태계 이론에 근거하여 비계획적인 청소년기 성행동의 위험 요인을 파악하고자 실시되었다. 1996년 9월 12월까지 13~18세 연령 범위의 청소년 2326명에게 설문을 실시하였다. 미혼모 보호소에 있는 대상을 제외하였을때 응답자외 8.8%가 과거 성행동 경험이 있다고 보고하였다. 그 글 남자는 13.4% 여자는 5.0%로서 남자가 2.7배 더 많았고 13세(3.2%)보다 18세(19.2%)에서 약 6배 더 많았다. 연령과 성별을 맞추어 성행동 경험군과 비경험군을 비교한 결과 다섯가지의 위험요인이 발견되었다. 첫째 개인요소로서 자신의 잠재된 능력에 대한 고려가 부족하고 음주, 흡연, 약물 복용, 가출등의 경력이 있거나 포르노에 노출된 경우 그리고 자신이 성에 대해서 많이 알고 있다고 생각하는 것들이 포함된다. 둘째 요인은 가족 요인으로서, 가족의 중요성을 덜 느끼고 가족의 지시를 덜 받는 경우, 수입이 높고 평균보다 많거나 적은 경우 등이 포함된다. 셋째 요인은 또래 문제로써, 친구들이 실제보다 더 많은 문제 행동을 하고 있다고 믿는 경향이 포함된다. 넷째, 학교 요인으로는 학교의 중요성을 느끼지 못하고 학업 능력이 좋지 않을 경우에 성행동 위험이 높아졌다. 자아가 형성되는 시기인 사춘기에 예기치 않은 성행동을 예방하기 위해서는 가족관계와 학교생활에 주목해야 하며, 본 연구에서 밝혀진 위험 요인들이 향후 성행동에 미치는 영향에 대한 전향적 연구가 필요하다고 할수 있다.

방임 및 보호 아동·청소년 원가정 회복지원 시범사업의 현황과 과제 (Recovery Support Service for Neglected Children and Their Families of Origin: Status and Suggestions)

  • 정부의 아동학대 대응체계가 전면 개편되고 있으나 최근에도 아동·청소년 대상의 학대와 방임은 계속 증가하고 있다. 학대 행위자의 75%가 부모라는 점은 재발 위험이 높을 가능성을 나타내며, 따라서 가해 부모에 대한 교육과 치료를 통한 가족 관계 및 양육환경의 개선 및 가족기능회복이 시급하다. 본 연구의 목적은 방임 및 보호 아동·청소년과 부모의 지속적인 관계 개선을 통해 원가정의 건강성 회복을 도모하는 시범사업의 현황 및 실태 분석을 통해 지역사회 기반의 원가정 기능회복지원 사업의 확대 및 개선 방안을 제시하고자 이루어졌다. 시범사업은 2020년 6월부터 11월까지 진행되었으며, 지역에 따라 코로나-19의 확산 및 사업운영 인력의 개인역량, 타 가족사업과의 협력, 지역 자원 활용 정도 등에 따라 서비스 제공 정도에 차이가 있었다. 그럼에도 원가정 회복지원 서비스 제공과정이 보다 체계화 되었고, 학대 재발 방지를 위한 지역사회 네트워크 기반이 형성되었다. 이에 원가정 회복지원 사업이 보다 확대되기 위해서 첫째, 기존 아동 학대 보호 기관과의 서비스 제공을 위한 범정부적 협업 시스템이 마련되어야 하며, 둘째, 원가정 대상자 발굴을 위한 지역별 사례 발굴 경로가 다양하게 구축되어야 한다. 셋째, 시범사업 운영기관의 노하우를 타 지역 센터와 공유함으로써 동반성장 체계를 마련하여 안정적인 사업운영 체제가 조성되어야 한다. 마지막으로 지역 내 기존 보호 아동 기관과의 서비스 중복을 피하기 위해 예방이나 재발 방지 차원에서 '원가정 보호' 및 모니터링에 집중할 필요가 있다. 이를 토대로 지역별 특색을 살리며 서비스 표준화를 모색할 수 있는 운영지침과 성과평가 방안이 마련되어야 할 것이다.

가족계획과 모자보건 통합을 위한 조산원의 투입효과 분석 -서산지역의 개입연구 평가보고- (An Intervention Study on Integration of Family Planning and Maternal/Infant Care Services in Rural Korea)

  • This project was a service-cum-research effort with a quasi-experimental study design to examine the health benefits of an integrated Family Planning (FP)/Maternal & Child health (MCH) Service approach that provides crucial factors missing in the present on-going programs. The specific objectives were: 1) To test the effectiveness of trained nurse/midwives (MW) assigned as change agents in the Health Sub-Center (HSC) to bring about the changes in the eight FP/MCH indicators, namely; (i)FP/MCH contacts between field workers and their clients (ii) the use of effective FP methods, (iii) the inter-birth interval and/or open interval, (iv) prenatal care by medically qualified personnel, (v) medically supervised deliveries, (vi) the rate of induced abortion, (vii) maternal and infant morbidity, and (viii) preinatal & infant mortality. 2) To measure the integrative linkage (contacts) between MW & HSC workers and between HSC and clients. 3) To examine the organizational or administrative factors influencing integrative linkage between health workers. Study design; The above objectives called for quasi-experimental design setting up a study and control area with and without a midwife. An active intervention program (FP/MCH minimum 'package' program) was conducted for a 2 year period from June 1982-July 1984 in Seosan County and 'before and after' surveys were conducted to measure the change. Service input; This study was undertaken by the Soonchunhyang University in collaboration with WHO. After a baseline survery in 1981, trained nurses/midwives were introduced into two health sub-centers in a rural setting (Seosan county) for a 2 year period from 1982 to 1984. A major service input was the establishment of midwifery services in the existing health delivery system with emphasis on nurse/midwife's role as the link between health workers (nurse aids) and village health workers, and the referral of risk patients to the private physician (OBGY specialist). An evaluation survey was made in August 1984 to assess the effectiveness of this alternative integrated approach in the study areas in comparison with the control area which had normal government services. Method of evaluation; a. In this study, the primary objective was first to examine to what extent the FP/MCH package program brought about changes in the pre-determined eight indicators (outcome and impact measures) and the following relationship was first analyzed; b. Nevertheless, this project did not automatically accept the assumption that if two or more activities were integrated, the results would automatically be better than a non-integrated or categorical program. There is a need to assess the 'integration process' itself within the package program. The process of integration was measured in terms of interactive linkages, or the quantity & quality of contacts between workers & clients and among workers. Intergrative linkages were hypothesized to be influenced by organizational factors at the HSC clinic level including HSC goals, sltrurture, authority, leadership style, resources, and personal characteristics of HSC staff. The extent or degree of integration, as measured by the intensity of integrative linkages, was in turn presumed to influence programme performance. Thus as indicated diagrammatically below, organizational factors constituted the independent variables, integration as the intervening variable and programme performance with respect to family planning and health services as the dependent variable: Concerning organizational factors, however, due to the limited number of HSCs (2 in the study area and 3 in the control area), they were studied by participatory observation of an anthropologist who was independent of the project. In this observation, we examined whether the assumed integration process actually occurred or not. If not, what were the constraints in producing an effective integration process. Summary of Findings; A) Program effects and impact 1. Effects on FP use: During this 2 year action period, FP acceptance increased from 58% in 1981 to 78% in 1984 in both the study and control areas. This increase in both areas was mainly due to the new family planning campaign driven by the Government for the same study period. Therefore, there was no increment of FP acceptance rate due to additional input of MW to the on-going FP program. But in the study area, quality aspects of FP were somewhat improved, having a better continuation rate of IUDs & pills and more use of effective Contraceptive methods in comparison with the control area. 2. Effects of use of MCH services: Between the study and control areas, however, there was a significant difference in maternal and child health care. For example, the coverage of prenatal care was increased from 53% for 1981 birth cohort to 75% for 1984 birth cohort in the study area. In the control area, the same increased from 41% (1981) to 65% (1984). It is noteworthy that almost two thirds of the recent birth cohort received prenatal care even in the control area, indicating that there is a growing demand of MCH care as the size of family norm becomes smaller 3. There has been a substantive increase in delivery care by medical professions in the study area, with an annual increase rate of 10% due to midwives input in the study areas. The project had about two times greater effect on postnatal care (68% vs. 33%) at delivery care(45.2% vs. 26.1%). 4. The study area had better reproductive efficiency (wanted pregancies with FP practice & healthy live births survived by one year old) than the control area, especially among women under 30 (14.1% vs. 9.6%). The proportion of women who preferred the 1st trimester for their first prenatal care rose significantly in the study area as compared to the control area (24% vs 13%). B) Effects on Interactive Linkage 1. This project made a contribution in making several useful steps in the direction of service integration, namely; i) The health workers have become familiar with procedures on how to work together with each other (especially with a midwife) in carrying out their work in FP/MCH and, ii) The health workers have gotten a feeling of the usefulness of family health records (statistical integration) in identifying targets in their own work and their usefulness in caring for family health. 2. On the other hand, because of a lack of required organizational factors, complete linkage was not obtained as the project intended. i) In regards to the government health worker's activities in terms of home visiting there was not much difference between the study & control areas though the MW did more home visiting than Government health workers. ii) In assessing the service performance of MW & health workers, the midwives balanced their workload between 40% FP, 40% MCH & 20% other activities (mainly immunization). However, $85{\sim}90%$ of the services provided by the health workers were other than FP/MCH, mainly for immunizations such as the encephalitis campaign. In the control area, a similar pattern was observed. Over 75% of their service was other than FP/MCH. Therefore, the pattern shows the health workers are a long way from becoming multipurpose workers even though the government is pushing in this direction. 3. Villagers were much more likely to visit the health sub-center clinic in the study area than in the control area (58% vs.31%) and for more combined care (45% vs.23%). C) Organization factors (admistrative integrative issues) 1. When MW (new workers with higher qualification) were introduced to HSC, it was noted that there were conflicts between the existing HSC workers (Nurse aids with less qualification than MW) and the MW for the beginning period of the project. The cause of the conflict was studied by an anthropologist and it was pointed out that these functional integration problems stemmed from the structural inadequacies of the health subcenter organization as indicated below; i) There is still no general consensus about the objectives and goals of the project between the project staff and the existing health workers. ii) There is no formal linkage between the responsibility of each member's job in the health sub-center. iii) There is still little chance for midwives to play a catalytic role or to establish communicative networks between workers in order to link various knowledge and skills to provide better FP/MCH services in the health sub-center. 2. Based on the above findings the project recommended to the County Chief (who has power to control the administrative staff and the technical staff in his county) the following ; i) In order to solve the conflicts between the individual roles and functions in performing health care activities, there must be goals agreed upon by both. ii) The health sub·center must function as an autonomous organization to undertake the integration health project. In order to do that, it is necessary to support administrative considerations, and to establish a communication system for supervision and to control of the health sub-centers. iii) The administrative organization, tentatively, must be organized to bind the health worker's midwive's and director's jobs by an organic relationship in order to achieve the integrative system under the leadership of health sub-center director. After submitting this observation report, there has been better understanding from frequent meetings & communication between HW/MW in FP/MCH work as the program developed. Lessons learned from the Seosan Project (on issues of FP/MCH integration in Korea); 1) A majority or about 80% of the couples are now practicing FP. As indicated by the study, there is a growing demand from clients for the health system to provide more MCH services than FP in order to maintain the achieved small size of family through FP practice. It is fortunate to see that the government is now formulating a MCH policy for the year 2,000 and revising MCH laws and regulations to emphasize more MCH care for achieving a small size family through family planning practice. 2) Goal consensus in FP/MCH shouBd be made among the health workers It administrators, especially to emphasize the need of care of 'wanted' child. But there is a long way to go to realize the 'real' integration of FP into MCH in Korea, unless there is a structural integration FP/MCH because a categorical FP is still first priority to reduce the rate of population growth for economic reasons but not yet for health/welfare reasons in practice. 3) There should be more financial allocation: (i) a midwife should be made available to help to promote the MCH program and coordinate services, (in) there should be a health sub·center director who can provide leadership training for managing the integrated program. There is a need for 'organizational support', if the decision of integration is made to obtain benefit from both FP & MCH. In other words, costs should be paid equally to both FP/MCH. The integration slogan itself, without the commitment of paying such costs, is powerless to advocate it. 4) Need of management training for middle level health personnel is more acute as the Government has already constructed 90 MCH centers attached to the County Health Center but without adequate manpower, facilities, and guidelines for integrating the work of both FP and MCH. 5) The local government still considers these MCH centers only as delivery centers to take care only of those visiting maternity cases. The MCH center should be a center for the managment of all pregnancies occurring in the community and the promotion of FP with a systematic and effective linkage of resources available in the county such as i.e. Village Health Worker, Community Health Practitioner, Health Sub-center Physicians & Health workers, Doctors and Midwives in MCH center, OBGY Specialists in clinics & hospitals as practiced by the Seosan project at primary health care level.

문제도박자의 단도박 의도를 예측하는 계획된 행동 이론 검증 (Verification of the Theory of Planned Behavior that Predicts the Intention for Gambling Abstinence of Problem Gamblers)

  • 본 연구는 계획된 행동이론에 근거하여 문제도박자의 단도박 의도를 예측하는 모형의 적용가능성을 검증하기 위함이다. 지역사회 기관을 이용하는 문제도박자 100명을 대상으로 단도박 태도, 주관적 규범, 지각된 통제력과 단도박 의도를 조사하였다. 그리고 계획된 행동이론에 기반한 모형검증을 위해 단도박 태도, 주관적 규범, 지각된 통제력이 단도박 의도에 영향을 미치는지 구조방정식 모형으로 분석하였다. 연구모형 분석결과 단도박 의도에 가장 강력한 예측요인은 지각된 통제력이고 그다음이 단도박 태도였다. 그러나 주관적 규범은 단도박 의도에 의미 있는 영향력을 가지지 않았다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구자들은 문제도박자의 회복을 위해 단도박 효능감과 단도박 행동에 대한 긍정적 태도를 향상시키기 위한 인지행동적 개입을 제안하였다. 즉, 도박문제로부터 회복할 수 있다는 신념 강화를 위해 지속적인 지지와 대처기술훈련이 필요하고, 긍정적 태도를 향상하기 위한 도박문제 정보제공과 교육 역시 도움이 될 수 있다. 따라서 중독관리기관을 중심으로 도박문제에 대한 치료뿐만 아니라 예방 차원의 개입을 고려해 볼 수 있다.

지방공무원의 직무관여가 조직성과에 미치는 영향 (Job Involvement of Local Officials have Impact on Organizational Performance)

  • 본 연구에서는 직접적으로 지역주민들과 대면 접촉하고, 행정서비스를 제공하고 있는 최일선의 읍면동사무소 지방공무원의 직무관여에 대한 태도가 조직몰입 및 조직성과에 미치는 영향 관계를 파악하고, 직무관여와 조직성과 간의 관계에서 조직몰입이 매개변수의 역할을 수행하는 여부도 파악하고자 하였다. 분석결과, 직무관여는 조직몰입에 직접적인 영향을 미치지만, 조직성과에는 직접적인 영향을 미친다고 할 수는 없다. 그리고 조직몰입은 조직성과에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 직무관여는 조직성과에는 직접적인 영향을 미치지는 못하지만 조직몰입을 통한 간접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 조직몰입은 직무관여와 조직성과 간의 관계에 있어서 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 시사점은 최일선에서 지역주민에게 서비스를 제공하고 있는 읍면동 지방공무원이 그들의 직무 내용(민원접수 및 처리, 지역주민 복지서비스 및 봉사활동 제공 등) 파악과 직접적인 계획수립 및 집행에 관여할 경우, 직무관여에 따른 그 조직에 대한 애착심과 충성심, 그리고 자부심과 조직몰입을 향상시킬 수 있다는 것이다.

한방 공공의료의 활성화에 관한 연구 - 공중보건 한의사의 활동을 중심으로 - (A Study on Activation of Oriental Medicine in Public Health Sector : The role of Oriental Public Health Physicians)

  • From 1998, Oriental Medical Physicians(OMP) is distributed in Public Health Sector. but long term plan for Oriental Medicine in Public Health is not existed. So, this study is designed for the activation of OMP Subjects in this study were comprised 3 groups of oriental medicine related persons, the group of which are Students of 11 Oriental Medical Schools, Oriental Medical Physicians in Public Health Sector, Specialist Croup of Oriental medicine Policy(total 1,458 persons). Data were collected from July 1st to November 30, 1999. Direct interview with key persons, systematic interview by using of interview protocol, e-mail and facsimile have been conducted. The results of survey were coded by Excel 5.0, and analysed with SAS 6.12 statistical package. Inter-group difference determined by T-test, and descriptive statistics have been examined. Major findings can be epitomized as follows. 1) OMP disposition to multifarious organizations and institutes such as Public Health Centers, Public Health Sub-centers, Public Hospitals, Private Hospitals in Remote-Vulnerable Area, Community Social Welfare Centers, Institutes for Heath Policy Research, etc, will promise an effective use of Oriental Medical Physician. 2) Average number of patients treated by OMP was 22.8, average budget for oriental medical department, in which OMP were affiliated, was 39.6 million Won per year. Direct cost per every patient visit was 7,210.9 Won, which is considered expensive for public health service. Therefore, development and transformation for Oriental Medical Service in Public Health Sector is desirable in economic and political aspects. 3) It is recommended that ${\ulcorner}Advisory\;Committee{\lrcorner},{\ulcorner}Planning\;Commission\;for\; Public\;Health\;in\;Oriental\;Medicine{\lrcorner}$ should be established for the activation and for the support of Oriental Medical Physician in Public Health Sector, 4) Most effective programmes for oriental public health doctor are health service programmes for the elderly, Home health visit, chronic degenerative disease control services(p<0.001). 5) Standard guideline for facilities and equipments of Oriental Medicine Department in Public Health Center is needed for optimal supply of resources and activation of public health activity.

장기요양서비스 종사자 교육과정개발을 위한 요구분석 : 활동이론(Activity Theory)을 중심으로 (Reinforcement of Long-term Care Service Specialization Need Analysis for Curriculum Development: Focused on Activity Theory)

  • 본 연구는 장기요양서비스 종사자 전문성 강화 교육과정 개발을 위한 요구분석을 통해 온라인 학습으로 성인학습자 직무역량 교육과정의 운영에 대한 시사점을 도출하기 위함을 목적으로 실시되었다. 구체적으로, 장기요양서비스 관련 선행 연구와 정부정책 자료를 분석하고, 유관근무기관의 전문가 14명을 대상으로 2019년 3월에 초점집단 인터뷰(Focus Group Interview)를 실시하여 활동이론(Activity Theory)을 분석의 틀로 활용하여 정리하였으며, 추가적으로 요양시설 종사자 25명을 대상으로 필요 교과목의 중요성과 난이도에 대한 설문인 양적자료를 기술통계 분석을 통해서 질적자료 분석의 결과를 타당화 하고자 하였다. 활동시스템의 주체-목표-도구의 윗부분을 주된 행위의 영역으로 보고, 아래의 규칙-공동체-분업을 행동을 위한 맥락적 부분으로 구분하여 요구분석과 추후 온라인 교육과정의 운영에 대한 시사점을 정리하였다. 연구결과, 기초 과목으로 '노인상담기술과 의사소통', 기본과목으로 '요양케어지도론', '현장에 필요한 치매케어기술', '케이기술과 식이요법', '근로기준법과 인사관리', 그리고 심화과정으로 '장기요양사례 관리의 활용'이라는 6개의 과목이 개발이 필요한 것으로 도출되었다. 한편 이러한 과목은 다양한 형태의 집체교육과 보수교육에 활용되어 다양한 장기요양서비스 봉사자를 위한 학습자 중심의 플립러닝으로 활용되는 방안이 제안되었다. 연구의 말미에서는 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 교과목의 효과적인 운영을 위한 교육현장에서 적용의 시사점을 제안하였다.

도시재생 과정을 통한 전통시장 비주얼머천다이징 성공사례 연구 (A Study on the Visual Merchandising of Traditional Markets in Urban Regeneration)

  • Purpose - In urban regeneration projects, considerations for rejuvenating traditional public markets are becoming increasingly important. That is because the traditional market is not just a commercial space but also a living center for local people's existence. Cultural contents like these are invaluable assets in the contemporary economy. However, traditional markets are gradually declining because of changes in distribution systems and consumer lifestyles. New distribution systems such as modern distribution markets, home shopping, and online shopping malls made traditional markets less competitive. Further, traditional markets have not been able to adapt to the changing consumption styles of younger generations. Some say that it is a natural phenomenon that cannot be stopped. However, traditional markets are not just another distribution system but also a valuable resource that encapsulates the local people's tradition and history. Thus, a revitalization strategy for traditional public markets has become an urgent task in contemporary urban regeneration projects. This study aimed to find ways to activate traditional public markets by making it a community landmark based on visual merchandising perspectives. Research design and methodology - This study focused on analyzing Granville Island (Vancouver, Canada) as a role-model project for rejuvenating the traditional market. It investigated Granville Island both with walk-through evaluation and literature reviews. Results - We found that it has been developed not only to improve visual aspects, but also to promote cultural contents with high value added. For example, the developers maintained the visual elements that tell the original history of the site as an industrial factory. The renewal project had a balance between improving the outer look and creating attractive contents. The following are the merits of Granville Island that Korean traditional markets should note. First, they kept the whole area clean and hygienic. Second, merchants are well educated, business-savvy, and consumer-oriented. Third, the area's total environmental designs were done by professionals of a high caliber. Fourth, the city government and the merchants'association were collaborating well in their efforts to accommodate the changing needs of consumers. Conclusions - This study made the following suggestions as a conclusion. First, it will be a very powerful tool to rejuvenate the traditional market if we can discover unique cultural resources and develop them as cultural products, experiences, and events. Consumers of the 21st century have a strong tendency to consume not only material products, but also the experiences and memories attached to them. Second, in order to maintain the unique characteristics of traditional markets, fostering the viability of the merchants' association and local residents' society would be essential. Third, it is necessary to make the traditional market into a cultural place not only for the shopping patronage of local residents, but also for attracting tourists to increase sales. Finally, professional management and design approaches are needed in order to make the traditional market a pleasant space from a visual merchandising standpoint.

  • 목적 : 본 연구는 8주간 복합운동프로그램이 초등학생의 신장, 체성분, 체력에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 실시하였다. 연구방법 : 경기도에 소재한 성남종합사회복지관의 복합운동프로그램에 지원한 남녀 초등 3 ~ 6학년 학생 11명(남자=6명, 여자=5명)을 대상자로 선정하여 8주 동안 주 2회 50분씩 복합운동프로그램(국민체조, 특허스트레칭, 음악 줄넘기, 탄력밴드운동, 마무리운동)을 적용하였다. 운동 전 후의 신장, 체성분을 알아보기 위하여 Inbody 520, 체력의 변화를 알아보기 위하여 Primus RS, Commander Power Track II, 윗몸일으키기, 체전굴을 사용하여 측정하였으며, 8주 후 재측정을 실시하였다. 결과 : 8주간 복합운동프로그램 적용 후 대상자는 실험 전보다 실험 후 신장, 체성분, 하지근력, 근지구력의 측정값은 유의한 차이를 보였다. 그러나 상지근력과 유연성은 향상되었지만 유의한 차이는 없었다. 결론 : 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 초등학생의 키성장, 체성분과 체력 향상에 복합운동프로그램이 긍정적인 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 향후 연구에서 대조군과 다양한 환경적 요인들을 고려한다면 보다 나은 객관적인 결과를 얻을 것으로 생각된다.

노인의 우울과 건강증진행위와의 관계에서 대인관계와 사회적 지지의 조절효과 (Moderating Effects of Interpersonal Relation and Social Network on the Relationship between Depression and Health Behavior in Elderly)

  • 본 연구는 지역사회 노인의 우울과 건강증진행위와의 관계에서 대인관계와 사회적 지지의 조절효과를 파악하기 위하여 시도되었다. 자료수집기간은 2016년 10월 12일부터 12월 20일까지이며 D시에 소재한 노인복지관 두 곳과 문화센터 1곳에서 65세 이상의 노인 286명을 임의표집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS Statistics 20.0의 t-test, ANOVA, multiple regression을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 대상자의 우울은 20.47점, 대인관계는 21.27점, 사회적 지지는 20.92점, 건강증진행위는 111.69점이었다. 우울은 대인관계(r=-.283, p<.000), 사회적 관계망(r=-.391, p<.000), 건강증진행위와 (r=-.611, p<.000) 유의한 음의 상관관계를 보였으며, 대인관계와 사회적 관계망(r= .353, p<.000) 및 건강증진행위는(r=.372, p<.000) 유의한 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 우울과 건강증진행위와의 관계에서 대인관계는 조절효과가 없었으나(${\beta}=.380$, p=.135) 사회적 지지는 조절효과가 있어(${\beta}=.448$, p=.011) 지역사회 노인의 우울과 건강증진행위와의 관계에서 완충작용을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서, 본 연구의 결과를 근거로 지역사회 노인들의 건강증진행위를 유도하고 지속하도록 하는 데 있어 사회적 지지를 활용한 프로그램의 개발과 활용을 제안하는 바이다.
