The purpose of this study was to find the effects of parenting behavior, parenting involvement and father-child communicationon on children's multiple intelligence. For this purpose, 182 children selected from three elementary schools and their fathers participated in the study. The findings of this study are as follows : First, there were some significant differences in children's multiple intelligence according to the children's grade, gender, father's educational background and income. Second, there were some significant differences in children's multiple intelligence according to the parenting behavior, warmth acceptance, rejection restriction and permissiveness nonintervention behaviors, and to leisure activity, life guidance, study guidance of parenting involvement and to father-child open communication, problematic communication. Third, It was also found that children's grade, gender, father's educational background, warmth acceptance behavior, permissiveness nonintervention behaviors and open communication, problematic communication were all significant predictors of the children's multiple intelligence. In order to increase the children's multiple intelligence, parents should be warmer and more accepting and have open commnication with their children.

This study investigated the relationship between maternal facilitative communication perceived by children and the social adjustment which was measured as pro-social behaviors and aggressive behaviors in children. Special attention was given to the mediating effect of the child's self-regulation on the relationship. The subjects, selected by convenience sampling method, were 193 fourth and fifth grade elementary school students. Data was analyzed through Pearson's correlation, reliability analysis, and multiple regression using the SPSS 12.0. The findings of the study were as follows. First, the mother's facilitative communication perceived by the child was positively associated with the pro-social behavior, while, it was negatively correlated with the aggressive behavior of the child. Second, the mother's facilitative communication had direct effect on the prosocial behavior and the aggressive behavior of the child. Third, the direct impact of facilitative communication on social adjustment was mediated by the self-regulation variable. Based on these findings, this study proposes strategies for the improvement of children's adjustment during late childhood.

This study examined the effect of Internet exposure on plastic consumption behaviors, and the mediating effect of social norms. The survey participants in this study were 220 college students. Collected data were analyzed by the SPSS 26.0 and PROCESS macro 4.1 (model 4). The results of this study showed that the relationship between Internet exposure and intention to plastic consumption was mediated by descriptive norms. These results suggest that Internet exposure and social norms are important factors that can promote or constrain plastic consumption behaviors. Based on these results, we presented the theoretical and practical implications of this study.

The purpose of this study is to find a mother's influence on her children regarding environmental preservation. The questions of this study are how a mother's background variables influence on their own behaviors, how the children's background variables influences on their own behaviors, how a mother's background variables influence on their children behaviors. This is used self-writing questionaires the 538 subjects are 4th, 5th and 6th grade children and their mothers living in Kwangiu, in June, 1998. The data are analyzed by Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Pearson's correlation, Regression analysis, Path analysis, Coronbach'$\alpha$ coefficent, and Factor analysis. These are the major resets of this study. 1) In case of mothers, the background variables for them to be influenced the environmental presentation behaviors show the frequency of contact for environmental information, average income, family cohesions, the level of communication, egoistic orientation, and age. 2) In Children, the background variables which are influenced on their environmental presentation behaviors represent the frequency of contact for environmental information, family cohesion, biospheric orientation, and the grade level of children. This is, the children who have the more chance of environmental information contact, the higher family cohesion, the higher biospheric orientation, and the lower grade level show the more environmental preservation behaviors. 3) The children who grow seeing their mothers'environmental behaviors such as sorted disposal, recycle behavior, and purchasing behaviors also show the more same behaviors.

Van der Pol's oscillators is non-conservative oscillator that having nonlinear damping phenomena. The energy of its system is dissipative at a high amplitude whereas its system creates the energy at low amplitude. In order to identify another behaviors in the Van der Pol oscillator, the periodic external force applied in the Van der Pol oscillator. This paper confirms the pattern of variation for the limit cycle according to parameter variation in order to identify another behaviors in the Van der Pol oscillator.

SDL has been standardized to specify behavioral aspects of communication systems based on the formal description technique, and it is powerful and user friendly in the sense of supporting human communication and understanding, formal analysis andcomparison of behaviors, alternative implementations and design optimization, and its structural decomposition. However, SDL is not sufficient for an efficient handing of entrire system descriptions because the communication systems are generally very complex, and composed from the various interactions among sub-systems. Also, it is very difficult to explicitly verify dynamic views such as liveness and reachability. it leads the demands on analysis scheme to verify dynamic behaviros of specified systems. This paper presents modeling concepts of Petri Nets from SDL and transformation rules to Numerical Petri Nets to provide efficient technqiques for verification of dynamic behaviors, and proposes the reachability garaph that is able to trace all reachable states of a modeled system and reduce an information loss on the reachability tree.

This research is on the relationship among organizational communication and organizational citizenship behavior focused on the moderating effect of transformational leadership. The objective of this research is to conduct positive verification of organizational communication impacting on organizational citizenship behavior. Also, to perform positive verification on moderating effect of transformational leadership. The variables are downward communication, upward communication, unofficial communication, organizational citizenship behavior including participatory actions, altruistic behavior, mindful behaviors, and transformational leadership. It was verified on survey of 232 peoples. The verification and analysis results will be provided to impact of organizational communication on organizational citizenship behavior, the downward communication impacts all elements of citizens' behaviors, and upward communication impacts of participatory actions. On the other hand, the unofficial communication did not impact at all. Moreover the results of moderating effect of transformational leadership. The transformational leadership act as moderator in downward, upward communications. but did not act as a moderator on the unofficial communication. The research suggests to use transformational leaderships to commanders and leaderships at military organizations to put efforts on active communication in order to manage unit more effectively and efficiently and to make members of organization to voluntarily. It is assessed that this paper will serve as a reference to whoever in military reform group or organization working for military developments working for creating elite forces.

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of food service web site users' functional recognition extent on switching behaviors. For this, a survey of web site users was carried out. As for analytic methods, frequency analysis was used to examine respondents' demographic features. In addition, simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis were carried out used to look into the influence of functional recognition of food providers' web sites on switching behaviors. Study findings are as follows: all the functional variables such as entertainment, advertisement & public relations, communication and purchase decision-making function have significant influence on users' switching behaviors. When users' recognition extent of food providers' online web sites is high, their switching behavior is also high. In particular, the following clause have the greatest influence upon users' switching behaviors pattern. In the function of entertainment, (1) it is easy to search on web site; in the advertisement function, (2) the image of restaurant can easily be recognize; In the communication function, (3) the image of new products can be seen with ease; and in the purchase decision-making function, (4) web sites are easily accessible.

Microblog services are such new communication channels with some considerable potential to improve information sharing. The idea of sharing short messages using multiple access points seems to be appealing to people worldwide. Through the lens of flow and social identity, we explored factors that influence information sharing behaviors in microblog services. With an empirical study, we examined enjoyment and concentration(flow) and self-presentation(social identity) in microblog services like twitter can contribute to the user behaviors. Our aim was to gain insight into ways of creating an environment that facilitating voluntary sharing of information. Our findings suggested that enjoyment, concentration, and selfpresentation were crucial determinants of information sharing behaviors in microblog services. This study has important implications for academic researchers and practitioners who seek to understand why microblog service users share their information with other members in microblog services.

This paper presents mobile robot control architecture of hierarchical behaviors, inspired by biological life. The system is reactive, highly parallel, and does not rely on representation of the environment. The behaviors of the system are designed hierarchically from the bottom-up with priority given to primitive behaviors to ensure the survivability of the robot and provide robustness to failures in higher-level behaviors. Fuzzy logic is used to perform command fusion on each behavior's output. Simulations of the proposed methodology are shown and discussed. The simulation results indicate that complex tasks can be performed by a combination of a few simple behaviors and a set of fuzzy inference rules.
