A layout planning of the rural village must consider regional, environmental and historical background, at the view of future-oriental. The study is Ryongsan-chon, that common the Korean rural village in China. It has a good environment for agriculture but lacking facilities for life. The layout plans that consider the characteristic of in-China, and Korean made out.

Ulnar collateral ligament injuries have been increasingly common in overhead throwing athletes. Ulnar collateral ligament reconstruction is the current gold standard for managing ulnar collateral ligament insufficiency, and numerous reconstruction techniques have been described. Although good clinical outcomes have been reported regarding return to sports, there are still several technical issues including exposure, graft selection and fixation, and ulnar nerve management. This review article summarizes a variety of surgical techniques of ulnar collateral ligament reconstructions and compares clinical outcomes and biomechanics.

This paper describes the finite element analysis(FEA) for the design of common core-type and separated core-type rotational speed sensor(RSS) for SMART MCP and compared with the low/ high speed characteristics of prototype RSS. As a result, it is shown that the characteristics of prototype RSS have a good agreement with the results of FEA.

This paper is a part from the series study on the 22.9KVY multiground destribution system and its is divided into three parts as follow. A.C. Network Analyzer study on the load current flow when one phase line of the feeder is out of seroice because of cutting. A.C. Network Analyzer study on the increasing zero sequence current in the good feeders when one feeder is under fault of single phase short. Field test report of the common use of open telephone line on same poles of 22.9KVY distribution system.

Nitrogen pollution in urban and rural groundwater is a common problem and poses a major threat to drinking water supplies based on groundwater. In this work, the kinetics of nitrification-denitrification coupled reactions are modeled and new reaction modules for the RT3D code describing the fate and transport of nitrogen species, dissolved oxygen, dissolved organic carbon, and biomass are developed and tested. The proposed nitrogen transformations and transport model showed very good match with the results of other public codes.

The TSP(Traveling Salesman Problem) is one of the most widely studied problems in combinatorial optimization. The most common interpretation of TSP is finding a shortest Hamiltonian tour of all cities. The objective of this paper proposes a new heuristic algorithm MCH(Multi-Convex hulls Heuristic). MCH is a algorithm for finding good approximate solutions to practical TSP. The MCH algorithm is using the characteristics of the optimal tour. The performance results of MCH algorithm are superior to others algorithms (NNH, CCA) in CPU time.

Thirteen patients with various musculoskeletal inflammatory conditions and 2 postherpetic neuralgia patients received transcutaneous iontophoresis with dexamethasone sodium phosphate (1 ml = 4 mg) and 4% lidocaine hydrochloride (2 ml=80 mg, direct current 4 mA, 20 min.). Seven patients showed excellent pain relief, 4 patients showed good pain relief, and the rest of the patients had fair or poor pain relief. No side effects were seen but skin irritation and painless electrical bum were common. Results of the study indicate that iontophoresis is an effective treatment of inflammed tissues which guarantees a painless, safe and sterile method.

A novel ultra-low-power readout circuit for a pH-sensitive ion-sensitive field-effect transistor (ISFET) is proposed. It uses an ISFET/reference FET (REFET) differential pair operating in weak-inversion and a simple current-mode metal-oxide semiconductor FET (MOSFET) translinear circuit. Simulation results verify that the circuit operates with excellent common-mode rejection ability and good linearity for a single pH range from 4 to 10, while only 4 nA is drawn from a single 1 V supply voltage.

A cheap, simple, and exact method for the preparation of handmade blowgun was studied. The blowgun-dart-adhesive -stand made of plastic syringe shaft was simple and convenient to make a blowgun dart accuratly. The needle end sealing method with wire-lead(solder) made the needle good to secure and simple to make. Because of easy exchangeability, the tail-piece made of yarn and a rivet is able to use permanently. And the materials of this blowgun were inexpensive, common and easily obtainable. This blowgun dart had various capacity up to 12ml.

Laryngomalacia is the most common cause of inspiratory stridor and varying degrees of airway obstruction in infants but rarely occurs in children or adults. However, acquired airway obstruction would be developed due to the presence of redundant mucosa in the aryepjglottic folds similar to that seen in congenital laryngomalacia after central nervous system damage. To this condition, the term“Neurasthenic Laryngomalacia”is applied. We have recently experienced a case of neurasthenic larygomalacia, which has been managed by laser aryepiglottoplasty with good result. We report management and outcome of this patient with a review of the literatures.
