시판되는 한국전통음식의 이용현황 및 선호도의 세대간 차이 (The Difference between Generations in Utilization and Preference for the Commercial Korean Traditional Foods)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the difference between generations in utilization and preference of the commercial Korean traditional foods. Results showed that middle school student tried the commercial Korean traditional foods more frequently than adult. While students tried soup, broth and one-bowl dish most frequently and favored grilled and pan fried foods, adults tried most frequently and liked best Kimchi, salt-fermented fish and beverages. The reason why the commercial Korean traditional foods were favored was the taste by student and time-saving by adult. As for the reasons why they disliked the commercial Korean traditional foods, both groups answered that they were not beneficial for health. To increase the consumption of the commercial Korean traditional foods students required then to be improved into better taste and adults into better sanitariness. There was difference between two generations in utilization and preference for some commercial Korean traditional foods surveyed.

  • Cosmetics market information is important due to advances in information communication technology and the growth of cosmetics market. This study analyzed the relationship between the pre-purchase utilization of information (commercial, neutral, personal and experiential) and the post-purchase satisfaction of skin care cosmetics, categorized as functionality, safety, economic feasibility, information reliability, purchase convenience, condition of purchase place, packaging/design of product and service. This study analyzed reliability, frequency, differences, correlation and regression analysis using SPSS ver. 24.0. The study results are summarized as follows. First, gender was a significant variable in the level of information source utilization. Women used commercial, neutral, and experiential information sources more actively than men. However, women had lower post-purchase satisfaction that could be understood through expectation disconfirmation theory. Women have very high expectations that can lower post-purchase satisfaction. Second, information source utilization can improve post-purchase satisfaction for cosmetics. The consumer post-purchase satisfact the lowest in the commercial information source; however, consumers were satisfied when the commercial informationinformation sourceenon and regre. Third, the consumeried itnformation sourceenon and regression analysis ial, neutral,source and reflected the characteristics of experiential goods. Therefore, companies should provide accurate commercial, personal and experiential information to increase consumervide accurate commercial, per as well as conduct experiential marketing.

한과류의 이용실태 및 시판 한과류의 품질에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Utilization Status of Korean Traditional Cookies and the Evaluation of their Commercial Products' Quality)

  • The present survey was designed to find out the utilization status of korean traditional cookies and the evaluation degrees of their commercial products' quality subjects. The subjects were housewives randomly selected who lived in Seoul, Deajeon, Youngju city (Kyoung Buk Province area), and Sechon khun (Chung Nam province area). We performed this survey from November 16 to 28, 1987 by questionnaire method. The results obtained can be summarized as follows; 1) In the subjects' home, 25 kinds of Korean traditional cookies were used. All of them Youmilkwa and Kangjeong type were used more frequently than the other types and Jeonkwa, Dasik, and Suksilkwa were used scarcely. 2) Korean traditional cookies which were showed more than 20% of utilization ratio were follows; Yackwa (74.4%), Sanja (26.8%), Taraekwa (22.6%), Seban-kangjeong (21.7%). 3) On New Year's day, Korean traditional cookies were used more frequently than harvest festival day but their utilization ratio of western cookies was follows; New Year's day was 10%, and harvest festival day was 6.2%. 5) On ceremonial day, Youmilkwa and kangjeong type were used more frequently than jeonkwa, Dasik, and Suksilkwa type. 6) All of ceremonial days, korean traditional cookies were used most frequently on the 60th birth day and their utilization ratio was extremely low on the 100th day after birth, 1st birth day, and funeral day. 7) Generally western cookies were used more frequently than Korean traditional cookies on the birth day of children and adults. 8) Convinience (64.8%) was the most favored cause purchasing the commercial products but many subjects (37.0%) wanted to make the Korean traditional cookies at home. 9) All the quality properties of commercial products, taste, package, and storage property were favored but price and hygienic property were poorly evaluated by subjects. The evaluation about taste and package property of commercial products was affected by academic career (p<0.05), and shelf life was affected by age (P<0.01) significantly. And hygienic property was significantly affected by age and academic career respectively. (P<0.01).

신개발지 일반주거지역의 용도전환시 공간변용 특성에 관한 연구 - 대전 둔산 신시가지를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Characteristics of Space Utilization after converting of Residential District in a New Development Area - Focused on Dunsan of Daejeon City -)

  • The purpose of this study is to find the characteristics of space utilization and the problems that follows after converting in a new developmental residential area. This study used the content-analysis method and analysis was made on the floor plans for 95 different conversion cases. Above all, 190 unit plans (the unit plans for conversion before and after) were analyzed. The results of this study were as follows; 1) There were 8 types of conversion according to such usages as residential, commercial and residential-commercial buildings. 2) In the case of conversions, from residential to commercial, there was a tendency each floor was integrated to exclusive use for commercial or commercial with small portions of residential usage. And in the case of conversions from commercial to residential, there was a tendency that all space of each floor were changed to exclusive usages for residential purposes. 3) In case of usage conversion from commercial to residential, there were constraints for balcony installation, because of its original lot-structure and building equipments. Also, when the basement was converted for residential purpose, there was no possibility for an extra lighting or ways to ventilate the area.

  • It seems that outdoor-space has been properly neither planned nor used in the Mixed-Use Dwellings. The purpose of this research is to analyze the present condition and problems of outdoor-space utilization in the Mixed-Use Dwellings to find the application and the correlativity between outdoor-space types and forming factors. The results are as follows; 1) Entire samples of outdoor-space are classified into 6 groups by the road and site jointing type and the building layout type. 2) There are 5 prime factors forming and utilizing outdoor-space, which are the hierarchy of the road, the way of parking area utilization, the types of business in the commercial part, combining type of two uses which are residential and commercial, and the type of access to each part of them. 3) Amongst the factors, the way of parking area utilization, combining type, and the type of access are greatly related to the type of outdoor-space in the Mixed-Use Dwellings.

도시 복합상업시설의 범죄예방 환경계획을 위한 연구 - 이용자 의식조사를 중심으로 - (A Study on Crime Prevention Through Environmental Planning of Urban Mixed-use Commercial Facilities - Focused on the Users' Consciousness -)

  • The most important issue of modern cities is a crime. Crime prevention through environmental planning is needed in the urban mixed-use commercial facilities which have an important role of modern urban life, and have a positive elements for local society. The purpose of this study is to propose a direction of crime prevention through environmental planning for the urban mixed-use commercial facilities. In order to accomplish this purpose, a questionnaire survey is performed on users of urban mixed-use commercial facilities to evaluate the importance and satisfaction. The conclusions are as follows; 1) Crime prevention through environmental planning is needed in the public space which forms boundary between urban mixed-use commercial facilities and other urban facilities. 2) Safety support planning is necessary for women and children for crime prevention of urban mixed-use commercial facilities. 3) Crime prevention planning is needed in urban mixed-use commercial facilities of the various isolation space. 4) Crime prevention through environmental planning is needed for facilities of after business hours. 5) Various security alarm system considering the characteristics of the space is needed for crime prevention. 6) Community program is necessary in order to increase the utilization of external public space. 7) A sign is necessary to prevent a criminal act in urban mixed-use commercial facilities. 8) The connection of commercial facilities and activity inducing factors is needed.

참전복 치패용 배합사료의 단백질원로서의 밀배아박 첨가효소 (Utilization of Wheat Germ Meal As a Protein Source of Formulated Diet for Juvenile Abalone (Haliotis discus hannai))

  • A growth trial was conducted to investigate the utilization of wheat germ meal as a protein source of formulated diet for juvenile abalone (Haliotis discus hannai). Four replicate groups of the abalone average weighing 150mg were fed one of four isonitrogenous (33%) and isolipidic (6%) diets containing 0%, 10%, 20%, or 30% wheat germ meal for 18 weeks. In addition, these formulated diets were compared with commercial diet. Survival rate, weight gain, soft body weight , and shell growth of abalone fed diets containing 0%, 10%, 20%, or 30% wheat germ meal were not different (P>0.05) from those of abalonn fed the control diet and commercial diet. There were no significant differences (P>0.05) in soft body composition of moisture, protein and lipid. It si concluded that wheat germ meal were be used as a partial protein source of formulated diet for juvenile abalone.

충북지역 대학생의 가공 판매되는 한국전통음식에 대한 이용실태 (Use of the Commercial Korean Traditional Foods among College Students in Chungbuk Area)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the awareness and preference for the commercial Korean traditional foods among college students in Chungbuk area. There was no significant difference between male and female strudents in frequency and occasion of utilization of the commercial Korean traditional foods. Grilled and pan fried foods were the most preferred items and most frequently used by both male and female students They disliked cooked rices and soups most. The major reason why they liked or dislike them was due to whether they were palatable or not. The flavor seemed to be the most important factor for consumer's preference and it should be improved to increase the consumption of the commercial Korean traditional foods.

  • This paper deals with the application of commercial mobile communication system for improvement of the military mobile wireless communication systems. Currently, commercial mobile communication systems are rapidly growing from first and second Generation system to third and forth Generation system, which can provide multimedia service of high speed and high capacity(e.g., IMT-2000). If we adapt these emerging commercial technology for the military communication, the military will have many benefits in terms of cost saving, early operational deployment and performance. And it is possible to support the communication necessary in the future warfield operational environment. Therefore, we analyzed differences between commercial systems and military systems, and adaptability in terms of security, survivability and performance. Finally, we proposed a stepwise utilization scheme to improve the military mobile wireless communication
