The purpose of this study is to analyse the formation process and spatial structure of the mountainous village in the historic process as the case study on Yowon-village, Gyeongbuk province. The findings are summarized as the follows. The traditional location of the Yowon mountain village has been strongly influenced by local topology, drinking water, the form and time of the early setters. The spatial structure of the village was changed by the construction of road and accessibility to the road after the introduction of commercial agriculture. The form of the village consists of small scale of concentrated villages and dispersed. villages. Specifically, Yowon 1 ri has been restructured as a small scale of concentrated village and Yowon 2 ri as a dispersed one. The facilities both located in the center of the traditional village and related to communal life were moved outside while those for commercial agriculture were located in the center of the village. In sum, the village had been traditionally life-oriented and closed, but it was production-oriented and open particularly after the introduction of commercial agriculture.

The purpose of this study was to provide useful information for establishing efficient marketing direction by investigating the performance (satisfaction) and importance for the quality of Korean traditional commercial beverages. The subjects were 320 participants (130 males and 190 females) in Daegu and Kyungpook. The importance and satisfaction score of Korean traditional commercial beverages were measured on a five-point Likert scale. The results are summarized as follows. The overall satisfaction score on Korean traditional commercial beverages was 2.96 points. The beverages with the highest satisfaction scores were 'green tea' (3.48 points) 'shickhae' (3.35 points) and 'rice tea' (3.34 points) whereas 'ppongip tea' (2.58 points) 'gugija tea' (2.63 points) and 'gukhwa tea' (2.64 points) scored lowly. From the analysis of the difference between importance and performance of Korean traditional commercial beverages, importance (3.11 points) was rated much higher than performance (3.66 points). In the IPA result, it was important to continuously maintain 'taste', 'hygiene', 'freshness', 'period of circulation', 'wrapping condition' etc. Some items such as 'nutrition', 'safety', 'health', and 'ingredient' did not need intensive care and operation.

The objective of this study is to examine the determinants of the liquidity of 17 commercial banks listed on the Vietnamese Stock Exchanges, HOSE, HNX and UPCoM. The study uses the quarterly audited financial statements from the first quarter of 2006 to first quarter of 2020; it includes 496 observations. Data on GDP and inflation are compiled from the International Monetary Fund and the General Statistics Office of Vietnam. Once collected, the data were organized along the line of unbalanced panel data. The results show that total asset size, return on total assets, and credit growth are positively associated with the liquidity of the listed banks; whereas the interaction between the bank size and the return on total assets has a negative impact on the liquidity of commercial banks listed on the HNX, HOSE, UPCoM. In order to maintain good liquidity, commercial banks need to focus on effective credit growth, ensure a high rate of profit over total assets, and at the same time focus on developing the scale of total assets. However, the development of the size of the total assets should be noted in the balance between the total assets and the rate of return on the total assets.

With the increasing trend in CFB(Circulating Fluidized Bed) boiler scale, the EHE(External Heat Exchanger) must be adopted to the large-scale boilers to recover insufficient heat transfer surface. In this study, the numerical analysis model for EHE in commercial 300MWe CFB boiler was developed with the inclusion of mechanistic model, which enables the heat transfer prediction. Finally, the calculated absorbed heat and derived heat transfer coefficient are evaluated through the verification with experimental data.

The globalisation of software production processes is a maze of connected phenomena with dramatically increasing importance as the development of W related industries and services escalates on a global scale. While commercial and industrial software production and related services are historically associated with advanced industrial economies of the North & West, contemporary changes of the past decade suggest that the industry is developing rapidly on a global scale incorporating countries that have historically been classified as '2nd and 3rd world' or periphery and semi-periphery by different theoretical approaches. The certification of software products can provide a greater level of acceptance and feeling of security to customers of these products. This paper presents a certification method for the quality of package software. First of all, the evaluation criteria are derived from ISO/1EC 9126 and 12119 standards, and then the evaluation module are designed considering the measurement scale type. The results can be applied to construct the certification scheme of software product quality for the commercial purpose.

Bipolar membranes have gained increasing interest as a tool for an efficient production of acids and bases from the corresponding salts. A large number of potential applications have been identified in the chemical and biochemical industry have been identified and evaluated on a laboratory scale. In spite of extensive research efforts and laboratory and pilot plat test, there are hardly any large-scale commercial plants. In this paper the basic concept of the electrodialytic water dissociation with bipolar membranes are briefly reviewed. The limitations of today\`s bipolar membranes are indicated. Selected examples of successful applications of the bipolar membrane technology are discussed.

There have been many efforts to utilize the outstanding properties of graphene for macroscopic applications such as transparent conducting films useful for flexible/stretchable electronics. However, the lack of efficient synthesis, transfer, and doping methods limited the scale and the quality needed for the practical production of graphene films. In this presentation, we introduce ultra-large scale (~30 inch) synthesis and roll-to-roll transfer of graphene films showing excellent electrical and physical properties suitable for practical applications. Considering the outstanding scalability/processibility of roll-to-roll and CVD methods and the extraordinary flexibility/conductivity of graphene films, we expect the commercial production and application electrodes replacing the use of ITO can be realized in near future.

In this paper, we aim to build a gentrification analysis model and examine its characteristics, focusing on the point at which rents rose sharply alongside the recovery of commercial districts after the gradual resumption of daily life. Recently, in Korea, the influence of social distancing measures after the pandemic has led to the formation of small-scale commercial districts, known as 'hot places', rather than large-scale ones. These hot places have gained popularity by leveraging various media and social networking services to attract customers effectively. As a result, with an increase in the floating population, commercial districts have become active, leading to a rapid surge in rents. However, for small business owners, coping with the sudden rise in rent even with increased sales can lead to gentrification, where they might be forced to leave the area. Therefore, in this study, we seek to analyze the periods before and after by identifying points where rents rise sharply as commercial districts experience revitalization. Firstly, we collect text data to explore topics related to gentrification, utilizing LDA topic modeling. Based on this, we gather data at the commercial district level and build a gentrification analysis model to examine its characteristics. We hope that the analysis of gentrification through this model during a time when commercial districts are being revitalized after facing challenges due to the pandemic can contribute to policies supporting small businesses.
