Using an Evaluative Criteria Software of Optimal Solutions for Enterprise Products' Sale

  • Purpose - This study focuses on the use of evaluative criteria software for imprecise market information, and product mapping relationships between design parameters and customer requirements. Research design, data, and methodology - This study involved using the product predicted value method, synthesizing design alternatives through a morphological analysis and plan, realizing the synthesis in multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM), and using its searching software capacity to obtain optimal solutions. Results - The establishment of product designs conforms to the customer demand, and promotes the optimization of several designs. In this study, the construction level analytic method and the simple multi attribute comment, or the quantity analytic method are used. Conclusions - This study provides a solution for enterprise products' multi-goals decision-making, because the product design lacks determinism, complexity, risk, conflict, and so on. In addition, the changeable factor renders the entire decision-making process more difficult. It uses Fuzzy deduction and the correlation technology for appraising the feasible method and multi-goals decision-making, to solve situations of the products' multi-goals and limited resources, and assigns resources for the best product design.

보육시설장의 리더십과 보육교사의 임파워먼트와의 관계 (The Relationship between the Leadership of Child Care Center Director and the Empowerment of Child Care Teachers)

  • This study sought to determine the mediating effect of followership in the relationship between the leadership of child care center director and empowerment as perceived by child care teachers. Data were collected from 294 child care teachers in child care centers located in four cities labeled A, B and C through a structured questionnaire. To describe data the Pearson's correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis were computed. The level of child care center director's leadership which child care teacher perceived was 3.64 points in a scale of 5 points, child care teacher's empowerment was 3.50 points in a scale of 5 points and followership was 3.30 points in a scale of 5 points. COMMENT A positive correlations were found between leadership, empowerment and followership. Followership was shown to be a mediating variable between child care teachers' perceptions of leadership and empowerment. Furthermore, results also showed a strong relationship between the leadership of child-care center director and the child-care teachers' followership and empowerment, thus implying that the child-care teachers' followership is very important to increase the empowerment.

소규모지역에서 3차원 정사사진 구현을 위한 GPS와 EDM의 적용 (Application of the GPS & EDM System for 3D Orthophoto in Small Area)

  • GPS 측량은 Multi-path 오차가 발생하기 때문에 도심지역이나 숲이 있는 항공사진에서는 지상기준점을 잡기 위해 GPS측량이 어렵다. 본 논문은 소규모 지역에서 3차원 정사사진 구현을 위한 GPS와 EDM의 적용에 관한 연구이다. 삼각점에서 연구대상지역에 대한 기준점을 내린 다음 EDM으로 정밀삼각측량으로 지상기준점을 선정하였다. 그리고 항공사진을 정사투영사진으로 변환하기 위해 획득된 지상기준점을 적용하였다. 그리고 연구대상지역에 대하여 항공정사사진을 이용한 3차원 모델링을 구현하여 향 후 추진될 3차원 GIS 구축을 위한 항공사진의 활용방안에 대해서 연구하였다. Multi-path 오차로 기인하는 GPS수신이 어려운 지점을 EDM을 이용하여 영상에서 균등히 분포된 지상기준점의 획득이 가능하였고 3차원 공간정보 자료구축에서 가장 기본이 되는 소규모 지역에서 항공사진의 활용이 가능할 것으로 판단되었다.

3차원 영상을 위한 다초점 방식 영상획득장치 (Multi-Focusing Image Capture System for 3D Stereo Image)

  • In this paper, we suggest a new camera capturing and synthesizing algorithm with the multi-captured left and right images for the better comfortable feeling of 3D depth and also propose 3D image capturing hardware system based on the this new algorithm. We also suggest the simple control algorithm for the calibration of camera capture system with zooming function based on a performance index measure which is used as feedback information for the stabilization of focusing control problem. We also comment on the theoretical mapping theory concerning projection under the assumption that human is sitting 50cm in front of and watching the 3D LCD screen for the captured image based on the modeling of pinhole Camera. We choose 9 segmentations and propose the method to find optimal alignment and focusing based on the measure of alignment and sharpness and propose the synthesizing fusion with the optimized 9 segmentation images for the best 3D depth feeling.

  • 토목 구조물의 합리적인 설계를 위한 지반조사의 역할은 대상 구조물의 최적 위치를 설정하는 일에서부터 시공 방법의 선정이나 안정성을 확보하는 일에 이르기까지 필요한 각종 정보를 제공하는 것이다. 인간 생활 환경의 확대에 따라 불리한 지반 조건에 공사를 수행하여야 하는 경우가 점차 많아지고, 이에 따라 발생하는 문제에 있어서는 다양하고 복잡하여 이를 해결할 수 있기 위해서는 토목 시공뿐만 아니라 지반 자체에 대한 폭넓은 이해가 필요하게 되었다. 이에 본 고에서는 여러 가지 지질 구조 중 토목 구조물의 안정성에 가장 크게 영향을 미치는 단층과 관련된 여러 가지 사례를 소개하였으며 각 사례에 있어서 단층에 대한 대책을 분석, 요약하였다.

Information Systems Planning Method Based on Value-focused Thinking

  • In the existing ISP methods, the important' role of enterprise value is usually ignored or not recognized in the information systems planning (ISP). Besides, in some ISP methods, there is a connotative precondition that the main body of value is always the enterprise stakeholder. Thus, in ISP, the enterprise stakeholders‘ value has been recognized while the value of other main bodies has been neglected, which has resulted in boycott and other problems in normalization construction. Based on the existing ISP analysis frame and ways, this article analyzes the enterprise fundamental principle of enterprise value acting on ISP and defines the formation of enterprise value. On the basis of Keeney's analysis way of value focused thinking for decision-making, we induct the factors of enterprise value into the ISP method and set forth such an ISP process: (1) identify the aggregation of enterprise value; (2) conform the objective structure of enterprise levels; (3) determine the appraisal standard for enterprise fundamental objectives; (4) determine the basic structure for information systems ; (5) confirm the data requirements for information systems; (6) give appraisal and comment.

제7차 초등학교 수학에 새롭게 등장한 용어 '약속'의 재음미 -기하 영역을 중심으로- (Investigation a Newly Introduced Word 'Stipulation' In Recent Elementary School Mathematics - In the Area of Geometry)

  • In recent elementary school mathematics a word 'stipulation' newly appears. The word is used instead of definition. However, there seems to be some differences between definition and stipulation. So, in this paper we investigate those differences through the concept 'function of definition'. In school mathematics textbooks there are definitions which carry out special functions In mathematical contexts or situations. We can say that we understand those definitions, only if we also understand the functions of definitions in those contexts or situations. Functions of definition are classified as, stipulation-function, discrimination-function, analysis-function, demonstration-function, improvement-function. With these analyses we made a frame for investigating the characteristics of the definitions in recent elementary school mathematics textbooks. As a result of analysing functions of definition we found that generally speaking, stipulation-function is excessively emphasized and the other functions of definition are not explained adequately in school mathematics textbooks. So it is required that the textbook authors should be careful not to miss an opportunity for the functional understanding and the mathematics teachers should be aware of the functions of definitions. Finally, we comment that textbook author, teacher, and researcher should be careful in using the word 'stipulation' instead of definition, because, although there are various functions of definitions, students might ream only stipulation-function.

Exploring Reliability of Oriented Strand Board's Tensile and Stiffness Strengths

  • In this paper, we apply insightful statistical reliability tools to manage and seek improvements in the strengths of Oriented Strand Board (OSB). As a part of the OSB manufacturing process, the product undergoes destructive testing at various intervals to determine compliance with customers' specifications. Workers perform these tests on sampled cross sections of the OSB panel to measure the tensile strength, also called internal bond (IB), in pounds per square inches until failure. Additional stiffness strength tests include parallel and perpendicular elasticity indices (EI), which are taken from cross sectional samples of the OSB panel in the parallel and perpendicular directions with respect to the orientation of the wood strands. We explore both graphically and statistically these "pressure-to-failures" of OSB. Also, we briefly comment on reducing sources of variability in the IB and EI of OSB.

소셜큐레이션과 광고 - 버티컬 SNS에서 표현된 패션브랜드 이미지의 메시지 전략 - (Social curation as an advertising tool - Message strategy of fashion brand images on vertical SNS -)

  • This paper examines advertising images of fashion brands in vertical social network site (SNS) from the viewpoints of message strategies. Vertical social network sites are types of social curation systems applied to social networking, where information is selected, organized, and maintained. Fashion brands communicate with consumers by presenting images on vertical SNSs, anticipating improvements in brand image, popularity, and loyalty. Those images portray content for particular brands and seasonal concepts, thus creating paths for product sales information. Marketing via SNSs corresponds to relationship marketing, which refers to long-term interrelationship and value augmentation between the company and consumer, and viral advertising, which relies on word of mouth distribution via social network platforms. Taylor's six-segment message strategy wheel, often used for analyzing viral ads, was applied to conduct a content analysis of the images. A total of 2,656 images of fashion brands advertised on Instagram were selected and analyzed. Results indicated that brand values were somewhat related to the number of followers. Follower rankings and comment rankings were also correlated. In general, fashion brands projected sensory messages most often. Acute need and rational messages were less common than other messages. Sports brands and luxury brands presented sensory messages, whereas fast fashion brands projected routine images most often.
