본 연구는 중환자실 간호사를 대상으로 컬러테라피를 적용하여 직무스트레스와 우울에 미치는 효과를 검정하기 위한 유사실험 연구로 비동등성 대조군 전후 설계이다. 연구의 대상자는 500병상 규모의 2차 의료기관인 S시에 소재하는 S병원, B시 소재하는 P병원, 2개의 종합병원 중환자실 간호사를 대상으로 하였다. 자료수집 기간은 2020년 11월 2일부터 12월 25일까지 8주이며, 실험군 29명, 대조군 29명이었다. 자료는 SPSS 22.0 Program을 이용하여 일반적 특성은 빈도와 백분율, 동질성 검정은 chi-square test, independent t-test, 실험처치 전 종속변수에 대한 동질성 검정은 independent t-test, 실험 후 종속변수의 차이는 independent t-test, 집단 내 실험전후의 종속변수의 차이는 paired t-test로 분석하였다. 실험군은 노랑, 빨강, 파랑, 3가지 색상이 그려진 표준화된 캔버스 액자를 활용하여 1일 2회(근무 전, 근무 후), 10일 동안 총 20회 컬러테라피를 적용하였고, 대조군은 컬러테라피를 적용하지 않고 평상시와 같이 생활하며 근무한 결과 실험군은 대조군보다 직무스트레스 점수가 0.43점, 우울 점수가 0.26점 유의하게 감소하였다.

본 논문에서는 색이 가지는 연상적인 언어를 살펴보도록 한다. 또한 색의 연상 작용은 경험에 의한 상징을 동반하는 심리적 활동에도 관계 한다. 따라서 상징과 그 치료 및 효과도 살펴보도록 한다.

Objective : This study was performed to examine the Magnetic therapy decrease the allergic reaction of Bee Venom. Methods : We injected BV to sample group(n=10) and control group(n=10) at 2 points of body, and also sample group was treated with Magnetic therapy additionally. We observed the change of local pain, pruritus, color difference value at 1 hour, 24 hours after injection. Results : Local pain, pruritus and color difference value of sample group were more decreased than control group. Conclusions : The Magnetic therapy decreased allergic reaction of Bee Venom.

본 연구에서는 컴퓨터를 이용하여 미술치료에서 윤곽선의 예리성으로 형태를 평가하고 컬러이미지스케일을 통해 색채를 평가하여 '부드러운-딱딱한'의 정도를 정량적으로 평가하는 방법을 제안한다. 회귀모형을 사용하며 종속 변수는 색채 전문가가 그림을 '부드러운-딱딱한'으로 평가한 순위가 된다. 독립변수는 그림의 명도 및 채도의 평균과 표준편차, 그림의 색채 수, 픽셀의 양, 클러스터의 수, 윤곽선의 길이 및 예리성 등을 고려한다. 단계별 회귀분석에 의하여 종속변수를 설명하는 적절한 독립변수들을 선정한다. 평가자 간의 신뢰성을 살피고 평가자 순위와 시스템 순위 간의 순위상관계수를 통해 시스템의 타당성을 입증한다. 객관적이고 정량적 평가를 가능케 함으로써 색채심리 연구, 미술치료뿐만 아니라 패션, 섬유, 인테리어 산업 등에 유용한 정보를 제공한다.

Objective : The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of sensory stimulation for static balance on normal children. Sensory input was consisted of colors, and music tempo stimulation. Methods : Participants were consisted of 20 normal kindergarten children ranging in age from six to seven years. The static balance was tested by a BPM(Balance Performance Monitor). In this study one-way ANOVA was used and the statistical significance level of results was determined at 0.05. Results : 1. According to color stimulation, there was no significant difference in static balance among red, yellow, green(p>0.05). 2. According to music tempo stimulation, there was no significant difference in static balance, among the high music tempo and low music tempo children in a general environment(p>0.05). 3. However, both green color and low music tempo stimulation have a little effect on static balance on normal children. Conclusion : These results indicate the possibility that the application method of green color and low music tempo stimulation may help in the improvement of static balance for the disabled children. This study will be used as the foundational data of therapeutic environment for the disabled children.

COVID-19 장기화의 여파로 인해 스트레스 및 정신적 질환을 겪는 현대인이 늘어나고 있다. 최근에는 LED 조명을 이용하여 집중력 향상, 스트레스 완화, 피부관리, 수면의 질 개선 등을 위해 다양한 방법으로 컬러테라피가 연구 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 사람의 심신 상태를 분석하기 위해 PPG(Photoplethysmogram) 센서를 이용하여 맥파를 계측하고 심박변이도를 추출한다. RGBLED와 아두이노를 이용하여 심리상태 안정에 주로 사용되는 여러 파장의 색상조명을 제작하고, 심신상태의 변화에 따라 자동으로 색상을 변경해주는 무드등 시스템을 제안한다.

The objective of this study was to develop a fashion therapy program for improving body image and self-esteem among male workers. Accordingly, the demand for fashion therapy programs was examined by conducting a literature review, survey, and in-depth interviews with men working in the Daegu and Gyeongbuk areas. The results are summarized as follows. The fashion therapy program followed a framework of "introduction-development-final" and was 60 minutes in length, for four sessions (one per week). The contents of the program consisted of a study of the participants' appearance and any concerns they had about their body in Session 1. In Session 2, differences in image perception were examined according to color coding of menswear and personal color. Session 3 comprised understanding what styling is required to supplement men's body shape and what style is suitable for each participant. The content of Session 4 determined how to build social performance or positive image using nonverbal elements. Overall, this study has great significance in that it has developed a study on fashion therapy program originally applied for psychological treatment with women that has been adapted as a program to help improve positive emotions and social competitiveness of male workers in an office environment.

Objective : Biologic responses to color stimulation was observed and analyzed in relation with Korean medicine diagnostics. Methods : Twelve volunteers participated and completed the questionnaire on Hanyeol or Joseup patterns of Korean medicine diagnostics. Standard deviation of RR intervals (SDNN), an overall indicator of heart rate variability, was measured while wearing partially transparent acetate film glasses of various colors: (1) transparency or black, (2) red, green, or blue, or (3) cyan, or yellow. Results : Different responses to the color environmental stimulation were observed. Yeol pattern score was inversely related with the SDNN value under red color stimulation. Conclusion : This line of observations may serve as a basis of clinical application of color therapy, in particular, in relation with pattern diagnosis of Korean medicine, and may be applied in combination with existing electrodermal meridian measurement systems for better evaluation of Gi (life energy) phenomenon.

목 적: X선이 조사된 물질의 색변화를 통하여 방사선 측정 및 선량분포확인을 위한 물질로서의 가능성에 대하여 평가하고자 한다. 대상 및 방법: 순수한 KCl과 KCl에 희토류 물질인 Eu를 0.5 mol% 첨가하여 초크랄스키 방법으로 각각의 단결정을 성장시키고 선형가속기를 이용하여 X선조사선량에 따른 KCl결정의 색 변화를 관찰하였다. 결 과: 고 에너지 X선조사에 의해 KCl:Eu 단결정은 가시광의 푸른색 형광과 함께 자주색을 나타내었고 순수한 KCl 단결정은 눈으로 확인할 수 있을 정도의 형광은 관찰되지 않았지만 보라색으로 착색되었다. 결 론: KCl 단결정의 색 변화는 X선으로 인하여 안정된 색 중심이 생기고 이러한 색변화는 X선 측정물질과 펜톰으로 유용하게 사용되어질 것이다.
