Korean university libraries are increasing their library collection each year according to the standard set by the Ministry of Education. The standard states that all the university libraries are required to keep 3 books for newly enrolling students, 30 books for each enrolled student and 5, 000 books for each department. The increasing number of the university library collection brings many problems in the libraries. 1. The size of the library collection is not related to the satisfaction of the library user's requests. The satisfaction is usually related to number of the new publications received in the library. Z. The Korean publication is limited to a small number. It could not meet the university standard. Therefore, the number is filled with the foreign publications. But the use of them is not frequent. Even the number of the domestic and foreign new publications together could not meet all the requests of the university library users. Only cooperation with other libraries will be able to meet most of the diversified requests. 3. Most of the present library collection are not likely to be used in the future and they should be eventually discarded. Present library administration put too much emphasis on the size of library collection and only the aquisition of the material is main concern of the university librarians. They need to consider other factors in the aquistion of the library collection. They should make their collection development in accordance with user's requests in addition to meet the university standard.

이 연구는 도서관목록이 이용자 친화적으로 발전하기 위해서는 이용자들의 정보요구에 기반 해야 함을 전제로 두고, 이용자 요구 기반 도서관목록의 모습을 제안하고 실제 구현 가능성을 점검해 보는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 이를 위해 이 연구에서는 (1) 이용자들의 정보요구와 정보탐색행태에 대해서 자세히 살펴보고, (2) 이용자 요구 분석의 결과를 토대로 도서관목록을 직접 구현한 뒤, (3) 이용자들의 만족도 평가를 통해 이 연구에서 제안한 도서관목록의 유용성을 도출하였다. 나아가 (4) 연구의 전 과정을 진행하면서 봉착했던 어려움과 한계를 논의하면서 이용자 요구 기반의 도서관목록을 구현하고자 할 때 선행되어야 할 과제에 대해서 논의하였다.

이 연구는 우리나라 대학생 집단을 대상으로 대학도서관 전자책 서비스 만족도를 조사하였다. 전자책 이용에 대한 현황을 파악하고자 이용행태를 조사하였고, 전자책 이용행태와 전자책 서비스품질차원에 따른 만족도를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 대학도서관 전자책 서비스에 대한 전반적인 만족도는 평균 2.93으로 보통인 것으로 조사되었다. 또한 이용빈도가 높은 이용자일수록 만족도가 높았고, 저학년 집단에 비해 고학년 집단과 대학원집단이 전자책서비스에 대한 전반적인 만족도에서 유의미하게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 만족도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 전자책서비스품질차원은 콘텐츠이며, 도서관 지원서비스, 시스템 순으로 영향을 미쳤다. 이상의 분석결과를 토대로 향후 전자책에 기반한 대학도서관 서비스를 활성화하기 위해서는 도서관 홍보를 비롯하여 이용자 교육의 강화, 콘텐츠의 다양성과 최신성을 유지할 것을 제안하였다.

본 연구는 온라인 데이터베이스 이용자와 비이용자의 선행 정보탐색이 이용자 만족도에 끼치는 영향에 관하여 알아보기 위해 시도되었다. S대학 학생들의 도서관 시스템 이용 행태를 분석해봄으로써, 도서관의 정보서비스 및 시스템 점검과 효율성 측정 그리고 이용자 만족도를 높이기 위해 고려해야 할 사항들을 파악해보는데 목적이 있다. 그 결과 온라인 시스템을 이용하는 이용자가 이용하지 않는 이용자 보다 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 이용자들의 요구를 만족시키기 위하여 다양한 정보 접근점을 제공해야 할 것으로 생각된다.

본 연구는 국 공립대학도서관, 사립대학도서관, 전문대학도서관, 지방자치단체 소속 공공도서관을 선정하여 관종별 도서관 사서들의 직무만족도의 차이점을 측정 비교 분석하였다. 측정항목으로 10가지 직무만족 요인을 선정하여 전체적인 사서의 직업만족도와 직무만족, 고용만족, 승진제도 만족, 업무분장만족, 보수제도 만족, 복무제도 만족, 시설환경 만족, 교육훈련 만족, 후생복지 만족, 인간관계에 대한 만족 요인을 비교 분석 하였다. 첫째, 전체적인 사서의 직무만족도는 5점 척도 만점에 3.940으로 비교적 높은 만족도를 보였으며, 관종별로는 사립대학 도서관, 전문대학 도서관, 공공도서관, 국 공립대학 도서관 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 직무만족요인에 선정된 10가지 항목에 대한 전반적인 관종별 만족도 순위는 교육훈련, 직업, 복무제도, 인간관계, 고용제도, 업무분장, 시설환경, 보수제도, 후생복지, 승진제도 만족 순으로 측정되었다.

The present study investigates the impact of perceived value metrics in driving satisfaction and behavioral intention to use e-resource among its users. Utilitarian, hedonic, uniqueness, epistemic, and economic are key values selected for the purpose of investigation in the study. This empirical study is carried out through a survey and responses have been analyzed using structural equation modelling. The target group is selected by means of simple random sampling (users of e-resources in selected business schools). Findings of the study reveal that utilitarian values, hedonic values, epistemic values, and uniqueness values have a significant impact on the usage intention of e-resources; however, economic values reflect an insignificant relationship to intention to use e-resources. The study is a distinctive piece of work on investigating the most and the least significant value(s) associated with satisfaction and usage intentions of e-resources.

Purpose: Nurses' job satisfaction corresponds with personal intrinsic value, and is the strongest predicting turnover and job retention intention. This study identified the effectiveness of job satisfaction interventions related to reinforcing intrinsic motivation (JSI-RIM) for hospital nurses. Methods: This study used four core non-Korean databases (Cochrane Library, CHINHL, EMBASE, PubMed), and five Korean databases to search for RCT and NRCT articles published in English and Korean from inception to June 2019. Meta-analysis was performed using the RevMan 5.3.5 program. Results: Thirteen studies featuring 645 hospital nurses were selected for final analysis. A significant large effect was noted on self-efficacy. The effect size on perceived stress and job satisfaction were moderate; however, the effect on resilience outcomes was not significant. Conclusion: This study generated scientific evidence that would facilitate efficient job adaptation for nurses. Additionally, intrinsic factors, including job identity and meaning of work, need to be included in JSI-RIM.

The university library plays the most important role in university. It provides the space and facilities to keep a variety of books and read them. One facility which is the most frequently used in a library is a reading room. In reality, it is the place where many college students spend most of their time. However, there are sometimes severe competitions to get a seat in a reading room, especially near the time of examinations. In order to resolve this situation and to increase the student‘s satisfaction, these days, many universities have installed a seat management system. In this paper, first, problems on the management of a reading room and student’s responses are reviewed. Then operational issues on the seat management systems are investigated and analyzed through simulations. Finally, discussions are followed to improve the effectiveness of a seat management system.

본 연구는 한 중 양국 대학교 학부생들의 도서관에 대한 인식수준 측정을 통해서 도서관의 성장과 발전에 장애요인이 되는 현안 문제를 규명하고 이에 대한 대응방안을 제시하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 연구방법은 질문지기법을 사용하였다. 연구결과 도서관의 사회 및 문화적 기능에 대한 학부생들의 인식이 저조한 것으로 나타나 인식제고를 위한 도서관 문화행사를 강화시켜야 할 필요성이 있으며, 중국 학생들에 비해 한국 학생들의 학구열이 매우 낮고 아예 도서관을 찾지 않는 학생들이 많은 것으로 나타나 교과학습의 강도를 높이거나 도서관의 활용도를 높이는 유인정책이 필요하다. 또한 정보서비스에 대한 이용자의 만족제고 및 활성화를 위한 전문사서의 계속교육과 이용자에 대한 집단 및 그룹별 이용자 교육의 강화 도서관 이용을 통한 수업연계방안 프로젝트 등의 대응방안이 확립되어야 할 것이다.

대학도서관의 리모델링프로젝트를 진행할 때 가장 중요한 부분은 리모델링프로젝트의 추진방향인 목표를 잡는 것이다. 대학도서관은 주요 이용자인 학생들을 위한 공간이 되어야 한다는 것을 최종목표로 삼았을 때, 공간배치나 내부 인테리어 디자인은 자연스럽게 이용자중심적 설계로 이어진다. 본 대학도서관은 다음과 같은 세 가지의 목표를 수립하고 대학도서관 리모델링 프로젝트를 추진하였다. 첫째, 대학도서관은 이용자인 학생들의 생활의 중심장소가 되어야 한다. 둘째, 대학도서관은 이용자가 문화적인 체험의 기회를 가질 수 있도록 복합문화공간이 되어야 한다. 셋째, 대학도서관은 이용자가 오래 머물고 싶은 장소가 되어야 한다. 이용자가 도서관에 오래 머물게 될 때, 이용자는 도서관이 제공하는 서비스에 자연스럽게 노출되어 이용으로 연결되기 때문에 대학도서관은 매력적인 장소가 될 필요가 있다. 본 논문은 대학도서관 리모델링프로젝트를 수행하면서 준비한 내용과 진행의 전 과정을 소개함으로서 비슷한 프로젝트를 준비하는 관련자들과 유용한 정보와 경험을 나누고자 한다.
