In general, a third rail current collecting shoegear is used widely in the light rail transit system, which is more efficient than overhead pantograph. Therefore, Korean standard specifications for the light rail transit prescribes for the application of it. This paper describes the development of third rail current collecting shoegears, which is suitable to Korean situation and satisfied with Korean standard specifications, Two types are developed for steel wheel AGT system and rubber tyred AGT system, and various experiments are executed.

We have developed and reported several micro-spikes for minimally invasive biopsy. This paper presents a diagnosis protocol for micro-spike biopsy using paraffin-based tissue collecting tool. Using the proposed tissue collecting tool, which has a negative micro-spike structure in a porous chamber, the biopsied tissue in a micro-spike is effectively detached. The proposed diagnosis protocol prevents the loss of tissues in a paraffin embedding and sectioning process. Hence, it is compatible with conventional histopathology without additional reagents and processes. The gastro-intestinal tissue of a pig is biopsied in an in vivo environment, and then it is detached from a micro-spike using the paraffin-based tissue collecting tool. A histopathological photomicrograph of the detached tissue is acquired with the proposed diagnosis protocol. The acquired image offers clinical quality. This result shows that the paraffin-based tissue collecting tool is applicable to the medical practice.

Objectives: Most of the $PM_{10}$ in subway stations is spread by the train-induced wind from the tunnels. Therefore, in order to improve air quality in subway stations, it is important to remove the $PM_{10}$ from the tunnels. After the installation of PSD (platform screen doors), the influence of train-induced wind and $PM_{10}$ at the platform has decreased, but is estimated to have increased in subway tunnels. This study was conducted to investigate the control of $PM_{10}$ in subway tunnels by applying a 500-fold diluted solution mixed with a humectant using a natural polymer. Methods: For this purpose, we tested the dust reduction effect in a laboratory and corrosion test and water pollution using fish and aquatic plants for the natural dust collecting agent. In the tunnel of a subway station, we used the natural dust collecting agent over 15 days. The study was carried out on $PM_{10}$ control during operation, which accounts for more than 70% of subway dust. Results: As results, the natural dust collecting agent exhibited an excellent dust control effect, and it was safe for water quality and soil. It showed the effect of controlling $PM_{10}$ in the subway tunnel by 49.5- 64.7% over 15 days. The use of the dust collecting agent for the control of $PM_{10}$ could be confirmed in the subway. Conclusion: It is necessary to clearly explain the major portions of chemical components contained in $PM_{10}$ to figure out the characteristics of $PM_{10}$ and to develop effective reduction measures to decrease the adverse effects of $PM_{10}$ in the subway.

이 연구는 부마항쟁 결락기록에 관한 수집 등의 기록화 방안을 마련하기 위하여 기록학적 수집방법론을 검토하고 Larry Hackman과 Joan Warnow-Blewett이 제시한 '도큐멘테이션 전략'의 실행모델을 적용하여 예비분석을 진행하였다. 먼저 부마항쟁을 개괄적으로 살펴보고, 효과적인 기록화 방안을 도출하기 위해서 범위를 마산항쟁으로 좁혀, 마산항쟁을 중심으로 예비분석을 수행하였다. 이어서 마산항쟁의 행위그룹의 유형과 활동을 분석하여 마산항쟁 도큐멘테이션의 영역을 정리하였다. 마지막으로 마산항쟁의 일부 행위그룹을 선정하여, 직접 기록을 조사하였다. 이를 토대로 결락기록의 현황 조사 및 분석, 수집정책 마련과 능동적 수집, 수집기록의 관리정책 수립 및 통합적 관리에 관한 세부적인 관리방안 등을 제시하였다.

Mongolian gerbil (Meriones unguiculatus) has been as an model animal for studing the neurological disease such as stroke and epilepsy because of the congenital incompleteries in Willis circle, as well as the investigation of water metabolism because of the long time-survival in the condition of water-deprived desert condition, compared with other species animal. Aquaporin 2 (AQP2) expressed at the surface of principal cells in collecting duct results from an equilibrium between the AQP2 in intracellular vesicles and the AQP2 on the plasma membrane. Aquaporin 4 (AQP4), which is expressed in cell in a wide range of organ, is also present in the collecting duct principal cells where this is abundant in the basolateral plasma membranes and represent potential exit pathways from the cell for water entering via AQP2. In this research, we divide 3 groups of which each group include the 5 animals. In the study of 7 or 14 days water restricted condition, we investigated the AQP2 and AQP4 by using a quantitative immunohistochemistry in the kidney. The results obtained in this study were summarized as followings. AQP2 is abundant in the apical plasma membrane and apical vesicles in the collecting duct principal cell and at rare abundance in connecting tubules. In the water-deprived Mongolian gerbil kidney, expression of AQP2 was continuosly increased in the cortical collecting duct and inner medullary collecting duct. This increase was both the apical region and cytoplasm. AQP4 is mainly expressed in the inner medulla, although some expression is also noted in the more proximal segment. In the water-deprived Mongolian gerbil kidney, AQP4 was also increased in the inner medullary collecting duct. Immunoactivity was increased in entire inner medullary collecting duct and newly detected in cytoplasm of principal cell. These findings suggest that increased levels of AQP2 and AQP4 in the cortical and inner medulalry collecting duct may play a important role for maintain fluid balance in the water-deprived kidney.

효율적으로 누에똥을 수집할 수 있는 사육장치 및 수집기를 개발하기 위하여 본 연구를 수행하였다. 1. 사육장치 무게를 경량화하고 조립식 및 바퀴를 부착하여 급상 및 수집작업시 편리성을 제고하였다. 2. 누에자리망 크기별 수집량은 7.0*7.0 mm망 이용시 5.0*5.0 mm 대비 36% 많았으나, 떨어지는 누에가 5령 사육기간 동안 다소(0.3%) 있었다. 3. 누에 수거기를 이용한 수집노력은 수작업 대비 37%의 절감효과가 있었다. 4. 상자당 누에똥 수집량은 2단 사육시 19.7kg의 잠분이 수집되었다. 5. 노동투하시간(시간/상자)은 현행(손수집) 대비 개선(수집기)이 65%수준으로 35%의 노력절감이 있었고 노동생산성(kg/시간)은 55% 증가하였다. 6. 생산비에서도 현행 대비 개선이 35.9% 비용절감이 있었다. 7 누에수거 및 누에통수거시 흡입구 조절할 수 있도록 제작하였다.

기록은 지역에 대한 공동기억을 담고 있는 사회적 기억장치로, 공공기록만으론 사회의 모든 모습을 담거나 재현할 수는 없다. 일본은 '한신 아와지 대지진'을 겪으면서 비록 체계적인 도큐멘테이션 전략에 의한 것은 아니었지만 기관간 협력수집의 가능성과 적극적인 기록 생산 수집 노력을 보여주었다. 이 과정에서 나타난 특징은 다음과 같이 정리될 수 있다. 첫째, 수집에 있어 적극적인 협력 및 분담 노력이다. 특히 공공기관 보다 민간의 활동이 돋보이는데 기관간 협력 노력은 더 많은 사회기억과 역사기록을 다음 세대로 전하는 단초가 되었다. 둘째, 적극적인 관련기록의 생산과 수집이다. 민간단체도 여러 활동의 기록을 스스로 남기기도 하였다. 경험을 구체적으로 기록하여 후세에 남기는 것은 살아남은 이들의 책임이라고 인식했는데, 지진이라는 큰 사건을 겪으면서 스스로의 체험을 기록화해야 한다는 사명감과 역사의식이 성장했음을 인정하지 않을 수 없다. 셋째, 기록의 수집범위에 한계가 없었다는 점이다. '한 점이라도 많은 기록자료를 후세에 전달하자', '일상적인 것들이어서 자료나 기록이라고 생각하지 못했던 것들도 당시의 상황을 나타내는 귀중한 "삶의 정보"로 후세에 남길 가치가 있다'라는 몇몇 기관의 구호처럼 재해 지역이라는 울타리 안에 있던 사람과 장소에 대한 모든 기록은 수집대상이었다. 이 사례에서 우리는 사회의 무엇을, 어떻게, 왜 다음 세대에게 전할 것인가에 대한 특정 계층의 뛰어넘은 의지와 열정을 확인할 수 있었는데, 이는 민간영역의 기록화를 모색해야 하는 우리에게 시사하는 바가 많다.

아시아에서는 기원전부터 남아시아의 인도에서 재배 생산한 목화와 면직물이 아시아 전 권역으로 육로와 해로를 통해 전파됨으로써 목화길과 면문화권이 형성되었다. 우리나라에서는 1363년 문익점이 중국에서 들여온 재래면을 재배하다가 1904년부터 일본을 통해 들어온 육지면을 재배하였다. 특히 광주 전남은 조선시대까지 재래면 생산이 가장 활발한 지역이었고, 육지면 도입 후에는 목화 재배와 면직물 생산의 중심지였다. 이처럼 넓은 지역을 대상으로 목화문화자원을 수집 기록하기 위해서는 먼저 그 구성 요소들을 분류한 문화자원세트를 만들고 그에 따라 수집할 객체를 조사한다. 수집 대상 지역은 전파 경로와 목화에 관해 지역이 갖는 의미를 토대로 선정한다. 아시아 전체에서 관련 자원을 직접 수집하기 어려우므로 자료를 소장하고 있는 개인 기관 단체와의 교류 협력을 통해 자원을 공유하는 방안을 마련해야 한다. 광역 문화자원의 수집 기록에 필요한 학제간 연구를 위해 다양한 분야의 관련 전문가를 적극 활용하여야 한다. 실제 유물 수집의 한계를 고려하여 디지털 형태의 자료를 위주로 아카이브를 구축하고 이를 누구나 원격으로 향유 활용할 수 있도록 웹을 통해 제공하여야 한다. 사용자가 자원들의 유사와 차이, 상호간의 맥락을 이해할 수 있도록 온 오프라인에서 비교 전시하는 방법을 마련하여야 한다.

In this research, it is investigated the collecting efficiency of jet oil to several types of piston oil cooling gallery by using recently developed PCJ (piston cooling jet) rig tester. So it will be selected for a better design of piston oil cooling gallery. The collecting efficiencies at each type of piston cooling galleries are measured under conditions of a few piston positions, and several oil jet pressures and oil viscosities. Furthermore, the type of jet cone will be compared for a few jet pressure conditions. The selected type of piston oil cooling gallery is planned to be applied to the target engine which is now developing to satisfy the EURO VI emission regulation.

물 개질반응 고속선회 소각로 시험 설비를 제작하였다. 개질 반응실과 연소실은 직접 연결이 되게 하였다. 소각로와 집진 장치는 일체형으로 만들어 2중 격벽식 공기 냉각 구조로 만들었다. 송풍기를 집진장치 내부에 내장하여 공간적으로 효율성을 향상시켰다. 집진부의 옆에 부착된 다수의 집진통을 이용하여 분진을 수거하여 백필터가 별도로 필요없는 축류 유동형 다단식 집진장치를 적용하였다. 배출되는 가스 중 다이옥신을 측정한 결과 기준치 이하의 결과를 얻었다. 배출가스와 중금속을 측정한 결과 환경기준치 이하의 결과를 얻었다.
