The purpose of this study is to analyze the growth factors of foreign private security and to propose a successful activation method through collaboration between Korea private security guard and Korean private security guard. The results of this study are as follows. First, we need to acknowledge the need for Korean - Chinese security activities in Korea. Secondly, analysis and research should be conducted to find out why Korean - Chinese security activities are needed in Korea. Third, it is necessary to improve the language ability as one of the efforts to escape the limited domestic security activities by analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the Korean - Chinese security activities it is difficult, it should be possible to select talented people who can speak language and to be able to work as a security guard. Fourth, it is urgent to improve the perception of Korean - Chinese in order to promote Korean - Chinese security activities and domestic security activities.
This study was done to identify the effects of the inter-professional education program on the knowledge, attitude, and self-confidence of patient safety in the clinical practice of nursing, physical therapy and biomedical laboratory students. Each week for 6 weeks, a lecture and group discussion were given to twenty-nine students. Data were collected by self-administered questionnaire and interview. The knowledge and self-confidence were increased but the attitude was not changed. Students showed the increased their awareness of patient safety and the importance of collaboration with other occupational groups. It is necessary to establish a inter-professional education program between departments to enhance the ability to work collaboratively based on good communication along with knowledge, attitude in clinical settings.
Purpose - This study examines the status of franchises and qualifications for franchising business, examines the franchising qualifications focusing on overseas cases, and suggests policy directions for strengthening the qualifications of franchising business. In order to achieve these purposes, the study reviewed the cases of USA, China, Australia, and United Kingdom franchising business law. Literature Review - According to the Fair Trade Commission, franchise is defined as a transactional relationship in which a franchiser provides certain support and education to franchisees in order to sell their goods and services more effectively. In addition, a franchise is a legally and financially independent business of franchisers and franchisees, and according to the concept of affiliates, it is necessary to define a franchise as a product and service marketing based on close and continuous collaboration. A franchiser can be defined as a company with the ability to develop a franchise system, create sustainable value based on it, and replicate "KNOW-HOW" to sellers. Case Study - This study examined the requirements for establishing a franchiser in the United States, China, Australia, and United Kingdom. In most countries, the requirements of franchisers must be operated for at least one year, which means that education, manual production, and continuity of stores should be checked. Suggestion - Based on Korea's population density and consumption sales index, we propose a screening system that registers through 2 + 1 systems, which require two stores to be operated for more than a year, by dividing Korea's commercial rights into two and a screening system instead of simple registration. In the case of a small franchisors, at least one franchsing retail store must be operated for at least one year, which should be applied to only one brand.
The objective of this study was to conduct a 'Theory of Home Economics Education' class using online problem-based learning(PBL) for prospective home economics(HE) teachers. The aim was to enable teachers to analyze the learning experience in the classroom, and to prepare operational strategies for online PBL on this basis. In order to achieve this, online PBL was applied to 31 students participating in the 'Theory of Home Economics Education' at the Department of HE in a university in Seoul, and the results were collected from the learning process. This also involved a reflective journal, a survey on the learning experience and the impacts was conducted. Moreover, analysis was undertaken on the learning activities, learning difficulties, and improvements. The main research results are as follows. Firstly, students accessed Webex, an online video conferencing program, and performed two PBL tasks: 'Making Home Economics Promotion Materials' and 'Presenting Teaching Strategies to Improve Learner's Immersion in Online Classes'. Secondly, learners established their own identity of HE learned about the HE class plans themselves. They also encountered realistic experience as HE teachers and learned communication and collaboration skills. Furthermore, they acquired creative problem-solving and self-directed learning ability, community consciousness, as well as the attitude of consideration and respect. Thirdly, students lacked knowledge of learning content and encountered difficulty in solving data research, analysis processes, and unstructured problems. They were affected by a lack of time and encountered problem in communicating with other team members in an online environment. As an improvement in online class operation, it was considrered necessary to reduce the learning burden by securing time and reducing the number of assignments, as well as to explain active interaction with instructors and PBL.
e-Learning content can be defined as digital content to achieve educational goals. Since it is an educational material that can be distributed in offline, online, and mobile environments, it is important to create content that meets the learner's education environment and educational goals. In particular, if the learner is a public official, the vision, philosophy, and characteristics of each local government must reflect. As non-face-to-face online education expands further due to the COVID-19 pandemic, local governments that have relied on onsite education in the past urgently require developing strong basic competency education and special task competency content that reflect regional characteristics. Such e-learning content, however, hardly exists and the ability to independently develop them is also insufficient. In this circumstance, this case study describes the process of self-production of e-learning content suitable for Busan's characteristics by the Human Resource Development (HRD) Institute of Busan City, a local government. The field of instructional design and instructional technology is always evolving and growing by blending technological innovation into instructional platform design and adapting to the changes in society. Busan HRD Institute (BHI), therefore, tried to implement blended learning by developing content that reflected the recent trend of micro-learning in e-learning through a detailed analysis. For this, an e-learning content developer with certain requirements was selected and contracted, and the process of developing content through a collaboration between the client and developer was described in this study according to the ADDIE model of Instructional Systems Development (ISD).
Background: Dental hygienists undergo 3 or 4 years of college education, and dental hygienist education must receive continuous feedback through evaluation. The purpose of this study was to compare the educational performance of students from the Department of Dental Hygiene in 2018 with those from other departments in the healthcare field. Methods: We used data from the National Assessment of Student Engagement in Learning, conducted by the Korean Educational Development Institute in 2018. The survey data of 55 dental hygiene students and 60 healthcare students at K University were provided after excluding all identifying information. An independent t-test was used for comparisons between the Department of Dental Hygiene and other healthcare departments. Results: Regarding class-related activities, dental hygiene students were passive in presentations, discussions, and projects and had significantly lower grades in cooperative learning and challenging learning. Regarding extra-class activities, dental hygiene students had significantly lower global learning and external experiences, domestic experiences, club activities, and interactions with professors. Regarding learning outcomes, students had significantly lower grades in writing, speaking, critical and analytical thinking, data evaluation, understanding of data meaning, problem-solving ability, goal setting and execution, core content extraction, human and material resource utilization, creative convergence thinking, statistical understanding and analysis, information technology use, collaboration, sense of community, stress management, time management, and foreign language proficiency. Conclusions: Dental hygiene education requires innovation in educational methods and efforts of instructors to improve poor learning activities and outcomes.
The purpose of this paper is to develop an unplugged education program that develops the 4C (Creativity, Critical thinking, Communication ability, Collaboration) and CT (Computational Thinking) competencies required in modern society. This study discovered "Fine Dust Robot" as a theme suitable for the unplugged education program, and designed the Unplugged 4-hour education program which can develop 4C and CT competencies. The first stage motivates learning, and the second and third stages develop unplugged activity to develop CT. In the fourth stage, the algorithms created through unplugged activities were programmed through the natural language instruction card and produced the output. We developed educational materials that can be utilized in the unplugged education program. Finally, education programs were conducted for elementary school students, and pre- and post-tests of computational thinking were conducted for general students and gifted students. Educational effective was found in both groups.
In medically vulnerable areas in Korea, public health doctors play a significant role in providing not only general medical care but also emergency medical services to the local residents. However, it has been observed that public health doctors generally lack field experience, resulting in insufficient ability to handle emergency patients and to effectively use medical equipment. This study confirmed the effectiveness of education after conducting remote education using smart glasses on how to use medical equipment necessary for public health doctors. Specifically, real wear was used for smart glasses for medical equipment utilization education, and 10 public health officials in 10 islands in Shinan-gun were targeted. After the training, both the effect of using the equipment and the level of satisfaction were 3 or higher. Therefore, it was confirmed that remote education using smart glasses can be usefully used for public health doctors in medically vulnerable areas.

Mobility is an essential human need. Human survival and societal interaction depend on the ability to move people and goods. Efficient mobility systems are essential facilitators of economic development. Cities could not exist and global trade could not occur without systems to transport people and goods cheaply and efficiently. Rail has been considered as one of the important components of the transportation infrastructure required to service and improve the performance and productivity of an economy. In Nigeria, the rail infrastructure built by the colonial master several decades ago has been left in a state of total deterioration. This long neglect was occasioned by the failure of the government to pay adequate attention to infrastructure development. There is a vital and urgent need for rail infrastructure development in Nigeria. This study presents a systematic review of the evolution of rail, the current nature of railway infrastructure delivery in Nigeria, and offers possible suggestions on how to achieve an effective and sustainable rail infrastructure delivery in Nigeria. A thorough literature search of academic databases was conducted on current research trends on the subject of railway infrastructure by systematically reviewing selected published articles from reputable research domains. The analysis of the selected articles revealed the following among others (1) the existing railway infrastructure is in a state of mess and not sustainable, and (2), Government's investment/commitment in rail infrastructure seems inadequate compared to what is obtainable in other developed countries. Rail infrastructure development cannot be left to the Federal government of Nigeria to solve on its own; collaboration and participation are required. Government as a matter of priority should devote considerable attention to the development of rail infrastructure to harness the economic potential and transformation that sustainable rail infrastructural projects will provide.

The purpose of this study is to identify the characteristics of school library services using the RGT (repertory grid technique), and to examine whether there are differences in the perceptions and internal experiences of school library services between human resources (librarian teachers, subject teachers, and librarians). I used indicators such as element intensity, construct extremity, discrepant constructs, and implicative dilemmas to analyze the characteristics of school library services. The elements of the repertory grid were set to 9, and 14 constructs were set through focus group interviews with 3 librarian-teachers. The GRIDCOR 6.0, which can be accessed online, was used to complete the repertory grid for 30 graduate students of the College of Education, and 6 of them were selected and analyzed, considering the demographic characteristics. From the perspective of element intensity, it was found that the following school library services are important and influential: resource management, teacher-librarian collaboration, and reading and information counseling services. The clarity of one's role, the actual performance, and self-regulatory ability were ranked high from the perspective of constructs intensity.
