This paper is concerned with the development of a new method for making and separating ice in-water and saving floated ice by installing an evaporation panel in an ice storage tank. The new method shows very good heat transfer efficiency than that of the convectional method. It is because the evaporation panel is directly contacted with water in the storage tank. The experiments were performed by varying inlet and outlet refrigerant temperatures of its evaporator. From the experimental results, the operating characteristics of in-water harvest-type ice storage system were investigated by measuring temperature and pressure at each point of the ice storage system and power required to operating compressor respect to the changes of the inlet and outlet refrigerant temperature of evaporator. It can be think that defrost frequency decreased and heavy ice created as the refrigerant temperature of evaporator outlet and defrost setting temperature is low so gotten result can effect to release efficiency. Also, consumption power, condensing heat quantity, refrigerating capacity and performance efficiency decreased as time goes by. Therefore, these results provide the basic data for system optimization, performance improvement and the possibility of application to other fields.

Acute Mastitis(急性乳腺炎=乳癰) is an acute suppurative disease appearing in the breast. It is mostly caused by galactostasis, the stagnation of liver-qi(肝鬱) and stomach-heat(胃熱). It is mostly found in breast feeding women, mostly in primiparae. It usually appears in the third and the fourth weeks of postpartum. At the beginning in the chest there appear induration, distending pain, galactostasis, inversion to cold with fever followed by the enlargement of the masses, burning red, megalgia, not subduing of chills and fever, the accumulation of it to form pus. In the early phase it is advisable to follow the therapeutic principles of soothing the liver and clearing away heat, promoting lactation and subduing swelling. After the formation of pus it is advisable to cut radially and drain the pus. External Therapy(外治法) generally refers to all the methods to treat various diseases and symptoms with application of drugs and manipulation or together with proper instruments on the body surface except the method of taking medicine orally Acute Mastitis has been regarded as surgery or the method of taking medicine orally But, based on many bibliographies, acute mastitis was treated by external therapy. Thus through the historical bibliographic studies of external therapy about acute mastitis, this study was made to help the expanding of the methods of treating acute mastitis.

PVD coating is a technology that can be applied to various industries, and is widely used for processing molds and machinery, improving performance of core parts, and extending the life. Therefore, there is a need for a research on a device and a process technology that can adjust the performance to suit each application. In this study, a PVD coating device with ion density control was used to deposit a coating layer on SKD 11, a cold die steel, with magnetron currents of 1 A, 2 A, 3 A at arc currents of 80 A, 100 A, 130 A. It examined the mechanical properties for each condition. Increasing the arc current and magnetron current could improve the thickness, adhesion, and hardness of the coating layer. Especially, When the magnetron current was high, it suppressed the droplets that could be generated by the high arc current, showing excellent surface uniformity and adhesion of the coating layer.

This report describes 46 studies related to prescriptions which are mainly used Semen Arecae from Dongeuibogam. The following conclusions were reached through investigations on the prescriptions that use Semen Arecae as a main component. 19.6% of a malaria, 17.4% of an evacuation problem, recorded the largest number of clinical frequency of the prescriptions in therapeutic use when Semen Arecae was taken as a main component in prescriptions Prescriptions that utilize Semen Arecae as the main ingredient are used in the treatment of a malaria, an evacuation problem and a malignant dermatosis. they are also used for treating 11 different types of diseases. The prescriptions are compounded with Semen Arecae as a main component which can be applied to an affection by wind-cold, a heat(fire) syndrome, a cold-stroke, a phlegm-retention syndrome, a constipation induced by apoplexy, a stagnation of vital energy, an asthenia of the spleen and the stomach, a convulsion caused by improper diet, a parasitic infestation and a traumatic disease. The dosage of Semen Arecae is 2.5pun(nearly 0.94g) to 3don(nearly 11.25g), however 1don(nearly 3.75g) has been taken the most for clinical application. When Semen Arecae is combined with basic prescriptions such as Ijintang and Bulium, it applies symptoms of malaria. In addition, when Semen Arecae is combined with basic prescriptions such as Daemainhwan, Soseungkitang and Samatang, it utilizes an evacuation problem.

This report describes the studies as follows through the research into the data of Cimicifuga heraclefolia Komarov blended prescriptions from Donguibogam. Cimicifuga heracleifola Komarov blended prescriptions are utilized for 39 therapeutic ranges. such as in dentistry, onclology, and 16 therapeutic ranges occupy over 84% totally, from dentistry to nasal disease. Cimicifuga heracleifola Komarov blended prescriptions use in the symptpms resulting from dentistry, intestine, internal disease, and they are used 22 disease also. The main pathologies of Cimicifuga heracleifola Komarov blended prescriptions found weakness in the digestive system, heat of stomach, wind of stomach in the splanchnology, and pathologies of wind-heat, wind-moisture, cold, excluding they are using for energy-blood, weakness, internal disease. The actual amount of Cimicifuga heracleifola Komarov blended has a wide capacity from 2 pun to 5 don, 1 don is broadlly used by 26%. Through the research into the main factors that we know Cimicifuga heracleifola Komarov blended prescriptions are listed in Yangmyungkyung, as they are regularly used as disease treatment and increasing the level of the general energy of the body, relaxing a skin, increasing stamina, detoxication, eliminating tumor, widely.

This study investigated the applicability of insulation curing method with double layer bubble sheets to the man concrete subjected to cold weather. Temperature history of the mass concrete indicated that the highest temperature of center section was exhibited at $34^{\circ}C$ while the that of surface section was $25^{\circ}C$. Difference between center and surface was shown to be less $10^{\circ}C$ when the temperature of center section was peak section, and thereby associated temperature cracking index was calculated 1.5, and occurrence probability of temperature cracking was 5%, so there was no temperature cracking caused by internal restraint. No temperature crack was observed by naked eye. It was clear that early frost demage and temperature cracking could be restrained due to reducing temperature difference between inner part and outside in the case double bubble sheets applied to insulation curing method in cold weather. The maturity of mass concrete is higher than outside about $72\sim89^{\circ}$ DD, so it was demonstrated to prevent early frost demage and ensure strength excellently. Insulation curing method with double bubble sheets was more economic than heating curing method.

This study has analyzed applicable characteristics on big data of the meteorology and climate depending on press releases in the media. As a result, more than half of them were conducted by governmental departments and institutions (26.9%) and meteorological administration (25.0%). Most articles were written by journalists, especially the highest portion stems from straight articles focusing on delivering simple information. For each field, the number of cases had listed in order of rank to be exposed to the media; information service, business management, farming, livestock, and fishing industries, and disaster management, but others did rank far behind; insurance, construction, hydrology and energy. Application of big data about meteorology and climate differed depending on the seasonal change, it was directly related to temperature information during spring, to weather phenomenon such as monsoon and heat wave during summer, to meteorology and climate information during fall, and to weather phenomenon such as cold wave and heavy snow during winter.

The objective of the present study is to reveal the effects of a phase-change material on the performance of a Kimchi refrigerator. Two-percent salt water, of which melting temperature was $-1.1^{\circ}C$, was used for the phase-change material. The salt water was packed in silicon cases and inserted between Kimchi container and the copper pipe of the evaporator. The maximum and minimum temperatures of the inner wall of the Kimchi container without salt-water pack were $-0.2^{\circ}C$ and $-8.9^{\circ}C$, which were remarkably improved by using the salt-water packs, resulting $-0.5^{\circ}C$ and$ -1.9^{\circ}C$. This shows a useful application of using phase-change materials for accurate temperature controls.

Rice contains a wealth of genetic diversity, both within Oryza sativa and in related A-genome species. Decades of genetic research into this diversity have identified dozens of major genes contributing to a wide variety of important traits, including disease resistance, abiotic stress tolerance (drought, salinity, submergence, heat, cold etc.), grain quality, flowering date and maturity and plant architecture. Yet despite these opportunities, very few of the major genes and QTLs known have been successfully applied through rice breeding programs to produce sustained changes in farmer's fields. This presentation will briefly examine some of the factors limiting application of major genes in the mainstream breeding programs, and steps that have been taken to alleviate those limitations. As a result of these interventions, dozens of major genes that were previously unavailable to breeders are now being used confidently in the variety development process. Case studies will be discussed of genes critical for blast resistance worldwide, rice yellow mottle virus for Africa, and new validated QTLs for salinity tolerance.

This report describes 47 studies related to the use of Fructus Schisandra main blended prescriptions from Donguibogam. The following conclusions were reached through investigations on the prescriptions that use Fructus Schisandra as a key ingredient. 1.34% of a cough, 10.6% of a consumptive disease, recorded the largest number of clinical frequency of the prescriptions in therapeutic use when Fructus Schisandra was taken as a monarch drug in prescriptions 2. Prescriptions that utilize Fructus Schisandra as the main ingredient are used in the treatmeant of a cough, a consumptive disease, an exogenous febrile disease, a carbuncle, and cellulitis, and they are also used for treating 11 different types of diseases. 3. The prescriptions are compounded with Fructus Schisandra as a monarch drug can apply to a deficiency syndrome of the lung a deficiency syndrome of both the lung and the stomach, a deficiency syndrome both the spleen and the lung a deficiency syn-drome of the kidney, a hypofunction of the bladder with cold syndrome, a cold of insufficiency type, a deficiency syndrome of the heart, a heat syndrome of the stomach, an affective by cold, an invasion by wind, a consumptive disease. 4. The dosage of Fructus Schisandra is 5pun(about 1.88g) to 5jeon(about 18.75g), however 1jeon(about 3.75g) has been taken the most for clinical application. 5. When Fructus Schisandra is combined with base prescriptions such as Ijintang Chungliongsan, Saengmaksan, it applies symtoms of cough. In addition, when Fructus Schisandra is combined with base prescriptions such as Liukmizihwangtang, Ssangbohwan, Sipjeondaebotang, it utilizes a consumtive disease.
