HVOF 용사 건의 이동속도가 WC-Co 코팅층의 두께 형성 및 표면 특성에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Gun Nozzle Movement Speed in HVOF Process on the properties of Coating Thickness and Surface)

  • In order to process materials such as engineering plastics, which are difficult to mold due to their high strength compared to conventional polymer materials, it is necessary to improve the hardness and strength of parts such as screws and barrels of injection equipment in extrusion system. High-velocity oxygen fuel (HVOF) process is well known for its contribution on enhancement of surface properties. Thus in this study, using the HVOF process, WC coating layers of different thicknesses were bonded to the surface of S30C substrate by controlling the movement speed of the spray nozzle and each property was evaluated to decide the optimization condition. Through the results, the thickness of WC coating layer increased from 0 to 200 ㎛ maximum, along with the decrement of nozzle movement speed and the surface hardness get increased. Especially, the coated layer with the thickness over 180 ㎛ under the nozzle speed 500 mm/s had high hardness than thinner layer. In addition, the amount of wear consumed per unit time was also significantly reduced due to the formation of the coating layer.

교대의 측방변위와 대책공법에 대한 사례연구 (A case study on the lateral movement of bridge abutment foundation and repair methods)

  • 연약지반 상에 설치하는 교대의 말뚝기초는 편재하중으로 인하여 교대의 측방변위가 발생하는 경우 사례가 자주 있다. 본 연구에서는 측방변위가 발생된 국내 ${\bigcirc}{\bigcirc}$교량의 측방유동에 대하여 측방유동지수(F)에 의한 판정법, 측방유동판정수(I), 수정 I지수($M_I$)법에 의한 판정법과 유한요소법으로 판정하였다. 또한 계측관리를 통하여 측방유동의 진행성과 일련의 지반조사, 토질시험을 통하여 측방유동의 원인을 분석한 결과 설계시 예측하였던 압밀에 의한 전단 강도의 증가가 적어 전단강도의 부족으로 인하여 측방유동이 발생한 것으로 판단되었다. 보강방안으로는 압성토와 앵커보강을 병용하는 방안을 선정하였고 그 효용성을 유한요소법을 이용한 수치해석으로 확인하였다.

  • The spasmogenic activities and acute toxicity study of Yumijangquebo (YMJQB), a Korean herbal laxative formulation, were subjected to pharmacological evaluation. When tested in the contractile extent of guinea pig ileum, YMJQB displayed a spasmogenic effects in a concentration up to 0.05mg/ml and then decreased contractility of ileum; exhibiting the similar pattern with acetylcholine, a physiological regulator for peristaltic movement of the gut.(omitted)

  • While the projectile in the induction type coil guns is in motion, there exists an induced current in the sleeve coils of the projectile. The motion includes not only the z-axial movement but transversal movement. The projectile in coil guns, which is not supported physically, gets a force in the transversal axis to have a motion in this axis. As a result of this motion, sleeve effects are exhibited to the projectile. This paper presents the analysis of the secondary effect especially due to the propelling velocity of the projectile.

  • In this paper, we propose an efficient Care of Address (CoA) configuration scheme for network mobility support in the railroad environment. Mobile routers in a train visit each access router in the fixed order. Such regular movement characteristic of a train enables a current subnet access router to inform the next subnet access router of the mobile routers' interface identifiers before the mobile routers move to the next subnet access router. So, the next subnet access router can make care of addresses for the mobile routers in advance. The numerical results show that the proposed scheme outperforms the stateless scheme with respect to CoA configuration time.

  • 본 연구에서는 배면성토에 의하여 발생하는 연약지반의 측방유동 판정기준을 평가하고 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 군장신항만 잔교구조물 현장의 측방유동을 계측하였으며, 계측결과와 판정기준을 비교, 분석하였다. 연구결과, 비배수강도로 표현되는 측방유동 한계하중, 일본 도로공단 측방이동지수, 일본 건설성 토목연구소 측방이동판정수. 한국 도로공사 수정 I 지수 등이 각 기준값보다 작은 값에서 측방유동이 발생하였다.

  • Mobile IP Scheme의 이동 에이전트들은 이동 노드가 무선환경에서 망의 경계를 지나 다른 망으로 소속이 변경되었는지, 어떤 망으로 변경되었는지를 알려주기 위해 주기적으로 방송을 한다. 홈 네트웍에서 외부 망으로 이동하는 경우에 외부 망에서 CoA 할당 및 바인딩 업 데이트를 통하여 이동성을 지원할 수 있지만 무선 인터넷과 같은 이동성이 빈번한 경우에는 이동에 따른 데이터의 손실과 전송지연에 따른 QoS를 보장할 수 없게 되는 주요한 문제가 발생하게 된다. 또한 MN 가 되돌아 오는 경우 모바일 단말이 현재의 셀에서 멀어지고 있거나, 이동했을 경우 이동감지 단계와 CoA 를 재 설정하고 등록에 따른 메시지 전달이 증가하기 때문에 오버헤드가 상당히 증가하게 되는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 모바일 단말이 이동이 빈번하거나 기존의 셀로 되돌아오는 경우에 모바일 단말에 프리픽스를 비교하여 재 등록에 따른 메시지 교환을 생략할 수 있게 함으로써 빠른 핸드오프를 가능하게 했다.

A Study on Loading Arm Envelope and Alarm Setting according to Ship Movement

  • This study was carried using the new approach method to design appropriately the Loading Arm length and the alarm setting according to ship movements on Loading and Unloading marine Berth. The quasi-static mooring analysis was performed to estimate 110,000DWT ship's movements based on environmental conditions such as wind, current and wave. The mooring motion of the ship is very important to determine the loading arm scope, and in this case, the operation condition is performed on the ship without considering the damaged condition of the mooring line because the ship movement in case of damage is larger than intact, and all operations are stopped, the loading arm being released due to control system. From the result of mooring analysis, motion displacements, velocities and accelerations were simulated. They were used to simulate the maximum drifting speeds and distances. The maximum drifting speeds were checked to be satisfied within drifting speed limits. The total maximum drifting distances were simulated with alarm steps of the new approach method. Finally, the loading arm envelopes using the total maximum drifting distances were completed. Therefore, it was confirmed that the new approach method for loading arm envelopes and alarm settings was appropriate from the above results. In the future, it will be necessary to perform the further advanced dynamic mooring analysis instead of the quasi-static mooring analysis and to use the precise computer program analysis for various environments and ship movement conditions.
