Objectives This study obserbed the efficiency of Sweet Bee Venom pharmacopuncture on the treatment of 70 Molluscum Contagiosum cases. Methods 70 patients admitted for Molluscum at Love Blossoming Oriental medicine clinic from February 2007 to October 2007 were administered with Sweet Bee Venom Pharmacopuncture and measured an analyzed changes in symptoms. Results 1. Regardless of age or duration of Molluscum Contagiosum, all 70 patients showed improvement. 2. Recurrence of Molluscum Contagiosum was not noticeable when treated with Sweet Bee Venom Pharmacopuncture, and the duration of treatment was significantly shorter than treation with conventional allopathic ointment. Conclusion Based on above findings, we can deduce Sweet Bee Venom Pharmacopuncture has superior anti-viral effects on th pox virus of Molluscum Contagiosum.

Herpes Zoster Ophthalmicus comprises 7% of all herpes zoster infection, 50% of those involving eyeballs, and is one disease entitiy with a very grave prognosis. We have experienced a 68-year-old man who visited the emergency room complaining of severe pain in his eye and headache with loss of vision. He was seen by neurosurgeons, dermatologists and ophthalmologists, and finally sent to the pain clinic for control of pain under the diagnosis of herpes zoster ophthalmicus. In spite of zealous treatment efforts, loss of vision, pain and infectious condition did not recover; and furthermore, due to severe infection, he had his eyeball extracted 100 days after the onset of diseases. 140 days after onset, contralateral hemiplegia accompanied the disease process. We present an unusual case of herpes zoster ophthalmicus with no treatment effect.

Background: Recently, the number of pain clinics in Korea is gradually increasing. It is the purpose of this article to analyze and assess our patients over a 1-year period to improve the overall quality of pain management. Methods: We analyzed 1,133 patients who visited the Chosun University Hospital Pain Clinic from May 2000 to April 2001, according to months, age, sex, disease, and type of blocks administered. Results: The most frequent age group was in their sixties. About one half of the patients complained of lower back pain (45.6%) and epidural blocks (46.5%) were most frequently administered as a treatment. Conclusions: More personnel are required to be involved in pain management. Additionally, we should make every effort to conduct research to develop good quality treatments.

This study is aiming to obtain the pabulum of architectural planning about out-patient clinic department in armed force hospital with search. The discussion was about characteristic problems and differentiated planning characteristics of common general hospital, So the conclusion of research is as follows. In army medical facilities, Because of architectural standard of out-patient clinic department about scale of facilities and characteristic in each examination-part is unprepared, it may have to be readied. Out-patient clinic department was become plan to scale about whole 7~8% in hospital to SB hospital in 95 but was planed about 5% of whole scale from PS hospital in 97. When plan hospital, increase of equipment and increase of module size about bed for the convenience of patient or employees are judged for cause in hospital since 97 years than previous hospital in 95.

Dental care is becoming more available on the NHI(National Health Insurance) in Korea. Especially, complete denture, partial denture, dental scaling, and dental implant has been applied by NHI from 2012 to 2014. Although, the entire nation is not eligible for the benefit now, the more dental coverage of NHI is extended, the more regulaition is tightened. Essential documents for proof of correctness of dental treatment covered by NHI are dental records and the receipt book. Summary of regal regulation about them is as follows 1. Chief complaints of patients, diagnosis, progress, and act of treatment, drugs and materials of treatment, doctor's sign, date and hour should be placed accurately on dental record 2. Dental clinic should collect patients sharing of the dental cost covered by NHI. 3. Dental clinic should keep the receipt as proof of purchase of dental drugs or materials.

The purpose of this study is standardization of herbology terminology. For a long time, it was important problem that the Oriental Medicine didn't have standardization of terminology. For this reason, development of oriental medicine has been slow. We studied how we search methods of herb efficacy by the use of terminology table. In this way, we will suggest basic data and helpful methods of standardization of Oriental Medicine terminology.

This is a study on space planning of dental clinic by case analysis of 30 dental clinics that were cons tructed or designed in metropolitan area in recent years, It is analyzed as the following, required basic or additional rooms according to size divisions of gross floor area, relationship of treatment chair number and floor area, ratio of gross floor area and waiting zone, medical treatment zone, supporting zone, management zone, and zoning planning, space types of medical treatment zone, etc. This study can be used as basic data for planning of dental clinic and related future researches.

Both pelvic pain associated with cancer and chronic benign conditions may be alleviated by blocking the superior hypogastric plexus. Traditional bilateral placement of needles is the appropriate technique for the patient with pelvic pain due to the bilateral distribution of the disease as well as allowing for individual difference of pelvic cavity. However the technique is a very difficult procedure and painful for the paient. However we have performed transdiscal superior hypogastric plexus neurolysis free of complication.
