The purpose of this study is principle and theory of main class in a Library Classification. According to Sayers, 'The foundation of the library is the book; the foundation of librarianship is classification.' We looked at the between scientific and bibliographic classification, and at the fact that bibliographic scheme is usually an aspect classification. That is to say, the organization of topics is based on areas or activity and the first division of the scheme is into disciplines or subject domains. This first division of classification creates what are called main class. The sequence of main classes is also important. A rough definition of a amin class is that it corresponds to a sin91e notational character. Main classes usually equivalent to traditional disciplines. What constitutes a main class will vary from one classification to another. The order in which the main classes are listed is often discussed at the theoretical level, and some orders are considered to be better than others.
ACN(Aircraft Classification Number) is allocated by marketing group during early stage of aircraft design phase and is a critical parameter to decide whether the designed aircraft can be landed or not in a certain airport. The loading on the main landing gear wheels, selection of main landing gear tire and estimation of ACNs for flexible and rigid pavements were done for the proposed medium-class aircraft. The estimated ACN values are compared with the similar class aircraft. And PCN(Pavement Classification Number) values of airport in Korea are surmmarized. Results showed that the currently proposed medium-class aircraft can land any airport in Korea.

In this paper, we focused on the problem of evaluating multi-class classification accuracy and simulation of multiple classifier performance metrics. Multi-class classifiers for sentiment analysis involved many challenges, whereas previous research narrowed to the binary classification model since it provides higher accuracy when dealing with text data. Thus, we take inspiration from the non-linear Support Vector Machine to modify the algorithm by embedding dynamic hyperplanes representing multiple class labels. Then we analyzed the performance of multi-class classifiers using macro-accuracy, micro-accuracy and several other metrics to justify the significance of our algorithm enhancement. Furthermore, we hybridized Enhanced Convolution Neural Network (ECNN) with Dynamic Support Vector Machine (DSVM) to demonstrate the effectiveness and efficiency of the classifier towards multi-class text data. We performed experiments on three hybrid classifiers, which are ECNN with Binary SVM (ECNN-BSVM), and ECNN with linear Multi-Class SVM (ECNN-MCSVM) and our proposed algorithm (ECNNDSVM). Comparative experiments of hybrid algorithms yielded 85.12 % for single metric accuracy; 86.95 % for multiple metrics on average. As for our modified algorithm of the ECNN-DSVM classifier, we reached 98.29 % micro-accuracy results with an f-score value of 98 % at most. For the future direction of this research, we are aiming for hyperplane optimization analysis.
Fingerprint classification reduces the number of matches required in automated fingerprint identification systems by categorizing fingerprints into a predefined class. Support vector machines (SVMs), widely used in pattern classification, have produced a high accuracy rate when performing fingerprint classification. In order to effectively apply SVMs to multi-class fingerprint classification systems, we propose a novel method in which SVMs are generated with the one-vs-all (OVA) scheme and dynamically ordered with $na{\ddot{i}}ve$ Bayes classifiers. More specifically, it uses representative fingerprint features such as the FingerCode, singularities and pseudo ridges to train the OVA SVMs and $na{\ddot{i}}ve$ Bayes classifiers. The proposed method has been validated on the NIST-4 database and produced a classification accuracy of 90.8% for 5-class classification. Especially, it has effectively managed tie problems usually occurred in applying OVA SVMs to multi-class classification.
In this study, an approach of image fusion in decision level has been proposed for unsupervised image classification using the images acquired from multiple sensors with different characteristics. The proposed method applies separately for each sensor the unsupervised image classification scheme based on spatial region growing segmentation, which makes use of hierarchical clustering, and computes iteratively the maximum likelihood estimates of fuzzy class vectors for the segmented regions by EM(expected maximization) algorithm. The fuzzy class vector is considered as an indicator vector whose elements represent the probabilities that the region belongs to the classes existed. Then, it combines the classification results of each sensor using the fuzzy class vectors. This approach does not require such a high precision in spatial coregistration between the images of different sensors as the image fusion scheme of pixel level does. In this study, the proposed method has been applied to multispectral SPOT and AIRSAR data observed over north-eastern area of Jeollabuk-do, and the experimental results show that it provides more correct information for the classification than the scheme using an augmented vector technique, which is the most conventional approach of image fusion in pixel level.
In this study, we try to detect anomalies on the network intrusion detection system by learning only one class. We use KDD CUP 1999 dataset, an intrusion detection dataset, which is used to evaluate classification performance. One class classification is one of unsupervised learning methods that classifies attack class by learning only normal class. When using unsupervised learning, it difficult to achieve relatively high classification efficiency because it does not use negative instances for learning. However, unsupervised learning has the advantage for classifying unlabeled data. In this study, we use one class classifiers based on support vector machines and density estimation to detect new unknown attacks. The test using the classifier based on density estimation has shown relatively better performance and has a detection rate of about 96% while maintaining a low FPR for the new attacks.

In this paper, we propose a hand gesture recognition method by modifying the textNAS used for text classification so that it can be applied to multivariate time series data. It can be applied to various fields such as behavior recognition, emotion recognition, and hand gesture recognition through multivariate time series data classification. In addition, it automatically finds a deep learning model suitable for classification through training, thereby reducing the burden on users and obtaining high-performance class classification accuracy. By applying the proposed method to the DHG-14/28 and Shrec'17 datasets, which are hand gesture recognition datasets, it was possible to obtain higher class classification accuracy than the existing models. The classification accuracy was 98.72% and 98.16% for DHG-14/28, and 97.82% and 98.39% for Shrec'17 14 class/28 class.

This study was a methodological research to develop computerized patient classification system. The subjects of this investigation were 435 inpatients except redundant data and outliers in P University Hospital from January 18, 2000 to January 24, 2000. The data was analyzed by discrimination analysis and adopted discriminant variables were 1) sum of frequency for the nursing activities, 2) the number of nursing activities that do not need to consider intensity of the activities, and 3) total hours of nursing activities that need to consider their intensities. Discriminant function developed by this study classified the patients into 4 groups; class I, 251 ; class II, 125 ; class III, 39 ; class IV, 20. The Hit ratio was 89.23. Based on this study, following suggestions can be made for the future research 1. Inclusive patient classification system, which includes more expanded direct nursing care factors, need to be developed and examined. 2. This developed classification system can be utilized to evaluate patient distribution and to estimate adequate numbers of nursing staffs in each nursing unit.

In this work we address the use of support vector machine (SVM) in the multi-class gas classification system. The objective is to classify single gases and their mixture with a semiconductor-type electronic nose. The SVM has some typical multi-class classification models; One vs. One (OVO) and One vs. All (OVA). However, studies on those models show weaknesses on calculation time, decision time and the reject region. We propose a hierarchical clustering method (HCM) based on the SVM for real-time gas mixture classification. Experimental results show that the proposed method has better performance than the typical multi-class systems based on the SVM, and that the proposed method can classify single gases and their mixture easily and fast in the embedded system compared with BP-MLP and Fuzzy ARTMAP.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop a patient classification system based on nursing care intensity for patients with acute stroke-related symptoms and verify its validity and reliability. Methods: Data were collected between November, 2013 and February, 2014. The verification for content validity of the patient classification system was conducted by a group of seven professionals. Both interrater reliability and concurrent validity were verified at stroke units in tertiary hospitals. Results: The intensive nursing care for acute stroke patients consisted of 14 classified domains and 56 classified contents by adding 'neurological assessment and observation' and 'respiratory care': 'hygiene', 'nutrition', 'elimination', 'mobility and exercise', 'education or counselling', 'emotional support', 'communication', 'treatment and examination', 'medication', 'assessment and observation', 'neurological assessment and observation', 'respiratory care', 'coordination between departments', and 'discharge or transfer care'. Each domain was classified into four levels such as Class I, Class II, Class III, and Class IV. Conclusion: The results show that this patient classification system has satisfactory validity for content and concurrent and verified reliability and can be used to accurately estimate the demand for nursing care for patients in stroke units.
