This study investigated the improvement level of communication ability by mediation method using Cheap Talk in four severe Broca's aphasia patients, who have more difficulties in expression than comprehension. In the preliminary and post test, making nutritious rice dish and vegetable pancakes were performed. In the mediation stage, the activities of going to markets, making kimchi and bean paste soup were performed and script activities were performed in the first week and activities using picture cards were executed in the next week by turns. The results of this study were as follows. First, the communication functions of all subjects were improved under all of the courses using Cheap Talk. Second, the method of mediation by using picture cards showed higher communication functions than the method of mediation by using script activity with the use of Cheap Talk.

A family of $Ap{\acute{e}}ry$-like series involving reciprocals of central binomial coefficients is studied and it is shown that they represent transcendental numbers. The structure of such series is further examined in terms of finite combinations of logarithms and arctangents with arguments and coefficients belonging to a suitable algebraic extension of rationals. Monotonicity of certain quotients of weighted binomial sums which arise in the study of competitive cheap talk models is established with the help of a continuous extension of the discrete model at hand. The monotonic behavior of such quotients turns out to have important applications in game theory.

The hypothetical nature of stated preferences can lead to a hypothetical bias that might work as a normative pressure, influencing survey responses. This paper aims to test the impact of social desirability bias by comparing economic estimates based on both subjective and objective valuation questions. The case study is about an urban riverine restoration project in Deajeon, South Korea. As valuation methods both contingent valuation and choice experiments were comparatively applied. Based on a nationally representative sample of 1,000 respondents, the test results offered contrasting conclusions between two test approaches. Accroding to the estimation results based on the conventional valuation, the marginal willingness to pay estimates are 10,500 KRW from CV; and 18,600 KRW for improving water quality, 2,200 KRW for the inside view, 8,900 KRW for the outside view, and 5,800 KRW for biodiversity from CE. A segmentation-based approach is a conventionally used method, which showed a limited impact of social desirability on willingness to pay estimates. The alternative parameterization-based approach measures a model-wide impact of social desirability, proving a significant bias. Although the study positioned a cheap-talk statement before the valuation section of the survey questionnaires, which might have pre-screened the bias, the overall implications of the results suggest a caution in reducing and observing hypothetical bias. There might remain a significant and substantial hypothetical bias even after cheap-talk, particularly in situations with strong social desirability, so that the potential role of objective valuation questions is guaranteed.

The new approaches for silicon solar cell of new concept have been actively conducted. Especially, solar cells with wire array structured radial p-n junctions has attracted considerable attention due to the unique advantages of orthogonalizing the direction of light absorption and charge separation while allowing for improved light scattering and trapping. One-dimenstional semiconductor nano/micro structures should be fabricated for radial p-n junction solar cell. Most of silicon wire and/or pillar arrays have been fabricated by vapour-liquid-solid (VLS) growth because of its simple and cheap process. In the case of the VLS method has some weak points, that is, the incorporation of heavy metal catalysts into the growing silicon wire, the high temperature procedure. We have tried new approaches; one is electrochemical etching, the other is noble metal catalytic etching method to overcome those problems. In this talk, the silicon pillar formation will be characterized by investigating the parameters of the electrochemical etching process such as HF concentration ratio of electrolyte, current density, back contact material, temperature of the solution, and large pre-pattern size and pitch. In the noble metal catalytic etching processes, the effect of solution composition and thickness of metal catalyst on the etching rate and morphologies of silicon was investigated. Finally, radial p-n junction wire arrays were fabricated by spin on doping (phosphor), starting from chemical etched p-Si wire arrays. In/Ga eutectic metal was used for contact metal. The energy conversion efficiency of radial p-n junction solar cell is discussed.

This paper presents a game-theoretic model of information transmission for variable message sign(VMS) operations. There are one VMS operator and many drivers as players. Operator wants to minimize the total travel time while the drivers want to minimize their own travel time. The operator who knows the actual traffic situation offers information strategically. The drivers evaluate the information from operator, and then choose the route. We model this situation as a cheap-talk game which is a simplest form of Bayesian game. We show that there is a possibility that the operator can improve the traffic efficiency by manipulating the electric signs at times. Indeed, it is an equilibrium of the game. This suggests that the operator must consider the strategic use of VMS system seriously.

This study examined the politics of representation about North Korean female defectors in general programming channels. In that channel's programs, the women are established as soften private people who got a lift in capitalism aggressively and as disparate subject that have value to be consumed by mass audience. They are caricatured with the testimony and internal competition, be emphasized that heterogeneous object. General programming channels use the women as easy and cheap substitutes for foreigners, also objectifies them to complies with the patriarchal authority. General programming channels are continuously producing a story to deal with North Korean female defectors in disparate subject. In this way, they owns the time and qualification to talk to the women as objects to be displayed, to ensure the media power. Ultimately, the female defectors is only a consumption subject that being sensuously staring, so they remain 'other' instead of 'us'.

However the drone that we can see often in the market is expansive, hard to be repaired when it broken down and has a discomfort of the short flight time.
