In this paper, we propose a workflow framework for the integrated logistics systems. We modelled the logistics activities into workflows, which allow clear specification and flexible modification of business processes. To specify workflows, we used petri-net that is extended to handle with information flows. A framework to implement the integrated logistics system using workflow management technology is proposed. Since logistics is closely related with other parts of enterprise such as manufacturing and accounting, the framework could capture a rich features required for enterprise-wide systems.

대부분의 일차원 보증정책에 대한 비용분석은 소비자 사용률이 모든 사용자들에게 동이란 것으로 가정하고 있다. 하지만 현실적으로 사용률은 소비자에 따라서 다르기 때문에, 일반적인 경우 소비자 집단을 ${\kappa}$ 범주로 나눌 수 있다. 즉, 동일한 제품에 대해서 생산자는 ${\kappa}$ 범주에 속하는 다른 보증정책을 제시할 수 있고, 보증비용은 이런 옵션들 가운데 소비자가 자기의 입장에 맞는 보증기간을 선택할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 소비자의 사용률이 변화하는 경우를 고려한 무료보증정책을 갖는 기대보증비용 모형을 분석하고, 이에 따른 수치예제를 제시한다.

The BMAP/M/N/0 queueing system operating in Markovian random environment is investigated. The stationary distribution of the system is derived. Loss probability and other performance measures of the system also are calculated. Numerical experiments which show the necessity of taking into account the influence of random environment and correlation in input flow are presented.

The most significant degradation problem of PLED has been described and new buffer layer material aimed for use as HTL in PLED to solve this issue has been studied. This approach has enabled the increase of the green device efficiency (${\sim}$2x) and lifetime (${\sim}$5-6x).

S/W 시스템을 개발하여 테스트한 후 발행시기를 결정함에 있어서 그동안의 비용-신뢰도를 동시에 고려하여 최적발행시기를 결정하고자 하는 연구결과가 얼마나 현실적으로 합리적이고 타당한가를 고찰하고자 한다. 연구방법으로서는 일반적인 비용-신뢰도 최적발행에 대한 기존의 관련논문을 중심으로 제시된 연구방법들에 대해서 연구해보고. 특히 그 최적발행정책의 한계성에 대해서 중점적으로 연구하고자 한다.

The general output circuit for PWM output is pushpull using a complimentary MOSFET. The gate driver coupled directly at gate can switch easy upto a high frequency. However, a high reverse recovery current and parastic components make a oscillation output. This paper analyses this phenomenon and proposes a novel output circuit preventing the oscillation.

The world economy is threatened by rising oil prices due to the depletion of resources, and climatic changes are intensified due to rapid increase of greenhouse gases emission. Global warming is recognized as a worldwide problem not only as national level one, collaborative efforts are in progress actively. The fact is that the development of new & renewable energy which can replace fossil fuel and preserve the environment is the key of the attention in accordance with "low carbon, green growth" policy of our government. Biogas is an energy source. And the best part of using biogas is that wastes are treated in its production process.
