  • This research has set up the fire fighting general index for Fire fighting of Crowded Wooden Building Cultural Asset which is composed of traditional wooden building instinct or complex. The results of this study are as follows. First, Fire fighting general index for crowded wooden building cultural asset, it is necessary to set fire fighting priority by considering fire risk and cultural asset characteristic and establish the system to cope with fire disaster in the most effective way by arranging facilities with restricted resource. Second, Fire risk is the index to draw fire and spread risk of cultural asset by applying index calculation processes such as fire load, burning velocity and ignition material spread characteristic to various aspects such as individual building and complex and combining their results. Cultural asset importance index consists of individual building evaluation, publicity security degree, area importance evaluation and historical landscape degree evaluation. Third, for each index combination process, weight of each index is drawn on the basis of AHP analysis result that is performed to the specialists of related fields. The formula to apply and combine it is prepared to apply the model to include meaning of each index and comparative importance degree.

  • This paper deals with speed control of DC servo motor using a Fuzzy tuning observer. Speed sensor detect a speed of rotor continuously. But it have a limit as a driving speed to detect speed precisely. So it is problem to improve the performance of the driving system. To solve the problem, it is studied to detect a speed of DC motor without sensor. In particular, study on the method to estimate the speed using the observer is performed a lot. In this parer, the gain of the observer is properly set up using the fuzzy observer. The fuzzy observer has a superior transient characteristic and is easy to implement compared the existing method is designed. It estimate the derivative of the armature current directly using the armature current measured in the DC motor. It estimate the speed of the rotor using the differentiation. It is proposed speed sensorless control method using the estimated speed. Optimal gain of Luenberger observer is set up using the fuzzy observer and adapted speed control of DC servo motor low speed operation. It is proved excellence and feasibility of the presented observer from the comparison tested a case with a speed sensor and a case without a speed sensor which used a highly efficient drive and 200W DC servo motor starting system.

  • Modern trams with a super capacitor have gained a lot of attention in recent years due to its reliability, convenience, energy conservation and environmental friendliness. Because of its special charging characteristic, the traditional charging structure and control strategy cannot satisfy its charging requirements. This paper presents a new charging topology for fast charging modern trams with a super capacitor and it designs a controller using continuous control set model predictive control (CCS-MPC). There are three contributions in this paper. First, a new charging structure is designed and its mathematics model is derived. The cascade structure is adopted instead of the parallel structure to simplify the control process and to keep the rated power of the controllable part low. Second, a MPC control strategy is proposed to satisfy the charging characteristic. The optimal control signal can be obtained by solving the designed optimization problem. The optimal control signal is related to the discrete control action. In addition, mapping between the continuous control signal and the discrete control action is designed. Third, a semi-physical experimental platform is built to verify the proposed topology and control method. The simulation model and experiment platform are built to verify the correctness of the new structure and its control method. The results obtained show that the new topology can work effectively.

  • Gravure off-set printing recently is used in electronics display market. This method has advantages of mass production and high printing speed. It is also fine pattern can be implemented. We have manufactured low-curable conductive Ag pastes for gravure off-set printing. When printing, the pastes be used different silver powder shape because of the printing characteristics. The pastes were prepared with silver powder by silver powder shape and size, epoxy resin, solvent and homogenized on a standard three-roll mill. And the pastes exhibited a shear-thinning flow at viscosity profile. Moreover the adhesive strength and resistivity of silver film had a good characteristics. With the manufactured paste in this study, touch panel had is manufactured and it had $4{\times}10-5{\Omega}.cm$.

  • Let ($X, \Beta, \mu$) be a measure space with the $\sigma$-algebra $\Beta$ and the probability measure $\mu$. Throughouth this article set equalities and inclusions are understood as being so modulo measure zero sets. A transformation T defined on a probability space X is said to be measure preserving if $\mu(T^{-1}E) = \mu(E)$ for $E \in B$. It is said to be ergodic if $\mu(E) = 0$ or i whenever $T^{-1}E = E$ for $E \in B$. Consider the sequence ${x, Tx, T^2x,...}$ for $x \in X$. One may ask the following questions: What is the relative frequency of the points $T^nx$ which visit the set E\ulcorner Birkhoff Ergodic Theorem states that for an ergodic transformation T the time average $lim_{n \to \infty}(1/N)\sum^{N-1}_{n=0}{f(T^nx)}$ equals for almost every x the space average $(1/\mu(X)) \int_X f(x)d\mu(x)$. In the special case when f is the characteristic function $\chi E$ of a set E and T is ergodic we have the following formula for the frequency of visits of T-iterates to E : $$ lim_{N \to \infty} \frac{$\mid${n : T^n x \in E, 0 \leq n $\mid$}{N} = \mu(E) $$ for almost all $x \in X$ where $$\mid$\cdot$\mid$$ denotes cardinality of a set. • One of the most well-known geometric lattices is a partition lattice. Every upper interval of a partition lattice is a partition lattice. The whitney numbers of a partition lattices are the Stirling numbers, and the characteristic polynomial is a falling factorial. The set of partitions with a single non-trivial block containing a fixed element is a Boolean sublattice of modular elements, so the partition lattice is supersolvable in the sense of Stanley [6]. In this paper, we rephrase four results due to Heller[1] and Murty [4] in terms of matroids and give several characterizations of partition lattices. Our notation and terminology follow those in [8,9]. To clarify our terminology, let G, be a finte geometric lattice. If S is the set of points (or rank-one flats) in G, the lattice structure of G induces the structure of a (combinatorial) geometry, also denoted by G, on S. The size vertical bar G vertical bar of the geometry G is the number of points in G. Let T be subset of S. The deletion of T from G is the geometry on the point set S/T obtained by restricting G to the subset S/T. The contraction G/T of G by T is the geometry induced by the geometric lattice [cl(T), over ^1] on the set S' of all flats in G covering cl(T). (Here, cl(T) is the closure of T, and over ^ 1 is the maximum of the lattice G.) Thus, by definition, the contraction of a geometry is always a geometry. A geometry which can be obtained from G by deletions and contractions is called a minor of G.

  • As structures are getting super-rise and large-sized, introducing the construction methods such as prefabrication of bar-meshes and complex method are being actively discussed to pursue the high quality of reinforced concrete, the simplification of field works, and the reduction of duration, as well as the study on how to connect reinforcing rods, which occurs while applying the same methods, is in progress Also, the pressure welded joint is a kind of method that heats the ends of reinforced bars locally and joint them, and after the pressure welding, the vulnerable part in the reinforced bar occur. Thus, in the construction field, the throughout quality control is necessary because of the delayed duration and the lowered construct ability. In this study, of the traditional lap splice method and the mechanical splice one, the screw coupler, we tried to look into through experiments the prefabrication method of bar-meshes, a typical joint method usually used for the joint parts for PSC structures applying the reinforced bar with its big diameter, and a newly-developed up-set coupler method. And we also examined the characteristic of tensile.

  • Phytophthora katsurae is a fungal pathogen responsible for chestnut ink disease. We designed two duplex primer sets (SOPC 1F/1R+KatI 3F/5R, SOPC 1-1F/1-1R+KatI 3F/5R) to detect P. katsurae. SOPC 1F/1R and SOPC 1-1F/1-1R primer pairs were designed for sequence characteristic amplification regions (SCAR) marker, and KatI 3F/5R primer pair was used for P. katsurae-specific primer designed from internal transcribed spacer (ITS) region. To assess the sensitivity of duplex PCR, genomic DNA was serially diluted 10-fold to make the final concentrations from 1 mg/ml to 1 ng/ml. The sensitivity for two primer sets were 1 ${\mu}g/ml$ and 100 ng/ml, respectively. To find detection limits for zoospores of P. katsurae, each zoospore suspension was serially diluted 10-fold to make the final concentrations from $1{\times}10^6$ to $1{\times}10^2$ cells/ml, and then DNA was extracted. The limits of detection for all of two primer sets were $1{\times}10^5$ cells/ml. All of two primer sets were specific to P. katsurae in PCR detection and did not produce any P. katsurae-specific PCR amplicons from other 16 Phytophthora species used as the control. This study shows that duplex PCR using two primer sets might be a useful tool for rapid and efficient detection of P. katsurae.
