In this paper, we propose the Chaos Fuzzy controller to analyze the chaotic character of time series obtained from the specific plant and to predict the short-term for power consumption of the plant using the Fuzzy controller. We compared the predicted data with the active ones and checked the error generated by them after we time series of supplied power to the proposed controller. As a result of the simulation, we obtained a admirable consequence that the proposed controller can be advanced through various and accurate data acquisition, and continuous analysis of the resident and industrial environment.

This paper proposes the new method which is adopted in extracting character features and recognizing characters using fractal dimension of the Chaos theory which highly recolonizes a minute difference with strange attractor created from Henon system. This paper implements a high precision character recognition system. firstly, it gets features of mesh, projection and cross distance feature from character images. And their feature is converted into data of time series. Then using modified Henon system suggested in this paper, each characters attractor about standard Korean Character, KSC 5601 is reconstructed. Secondly, in order to analyze the Chaotic degree of each characters attractor, it gets last features of character image after calculating box-counting Dimension, Natural Measure, Information Bit, Information Dimension which are meant fractal dimension. An experimental result shows 97.49% character classification rates for 2350 Korean characters using proposed method in this paper.

최근들어 전력의 안정적인 공급과 계통의 안정한 운용 등을 위해서 신뢰성 높은 전력수요예측의 필요성이 점차 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존에 제시된 예측시스템보다 정확도가 높은 전력수요예측을 위해 카오스 이론과 퍼지 보산 알고리즘을 이용하여 전력수요량 예측시스템을 제안한다. 최대수요 전력 시계열 데이터를 수집하여 카오스 성질을 분석하여 이를 바탕으로 퍼지 알고리즘을 적용한 전력수요량 예측 시스템을 구성하고, 이 시스템을 통하여 얻어진 결과와 실제 데이터를 비교함으로서 시스템의 성능을 평가한다.

A The estimation of electrical power consumption is becoming more important to supply stabilized electrical power recently. In this paper, we propose a supplied forecasting system of electrical power using Fuzzy Compensative Algorithm to estimate electrical load accurately than the previous. We evaluate a time series of supplied electrical power have the chaotic character using quantitative and qualitative analysis, compose a forecasting system by the maximum change $rate(\alpha)$ of Fuzzy Algorithm and compensative parameter. Simulating it for obtained time series, we can obtain more accurate results than the previous proposed system.

The purpose of this study is to find out how the urban landscape of Korea, especially Seoul, changed during the last half century since 1945. The modernization of Korea, which had begun in 1960's after the chaotic period caused by Korean War, influenced the rapid growth of cities and the radical changes of its structures. But the Western-minded planning theories based on rationalism and positivism was directly applied in developing our traditional cities and consequently the modern urban landscape including urban pattern, architectural style, and commercial and residential landscape revealed disharmony, discrepancy and inconsistency in skylines, streetscape and so on. The findings are summarized as follows. 1. Because the urban structure and pattern changed in undesirable manner in terms of land use and traffic circulation, cities as a whole resulted in exclusive and heterogeneous landscape, and citizens lost their identity and felt alienated. 2. Because the architectural forms of important and monumental buildings which influenced the character of streetscape were not so successful in inventing contemporary Korean Style in true sense, we still have difficulty in creating the urban landscape of originality and legibility. 3. Because from the beginning of this era almost all highrise buildings were designed by modernism-oriented western architects, the commercial landscape of central cities did not evoke a sense of place, and after the introduction of postmodernism this tendency is ore striking even in everyday ordinary streetscape. 4. The newly formed residential landscape which was mainly composed of highly dense and highrise apartment, not only evolved very overwhelming and ugly visual impact but also exposed many social problems in living condition, neighboring and face-to-face contact. In conclusion, in ordr to define the 'Koreanness' of our urban landscape, we have to struggle to combine traditional architectural heritage and native townscape with Western shape, thought and theory, no matter how difficult it may be.

Background and Purpose: Electroencephalogram(EEG) is a multi-scaled signal consisting of several components of time series with different origins. Recently, because of the absence of an identified metric which quantifies the complex amount of information, there are many limitations in using such a linear method. According to chaos theory, irregular signals of EEG can also result from low dimensional deterministic chaos. Chaotic nonlinear dynamics in the EEG can be studied by calculating the correlation dimension. The aim of this study is to analyze correlation between the correlation dimension of EEG and psychological Test (TCI). Methods: Before and after moxibustion treatment, EEG raw data were measured by moving windows during 15 minutes. The correlation dimension(D2) was calculated from stabilized 40 seconds in 15 minutes data. 8 channels EEG study on the Fp, F, T, P was carried out in 30 subjects. Results: Correlation analysis of TCI test is calculated with deterministic non-linear data and stochastic non-linear data. 1. Novelty seeking in temperament is positive correlated with D2 of EEG on Fp. 2. reward dependence in temperament is positive correlated with D2 of EEG on T3,T4 and negative correlated with D2 of EEG on P3,P4. 3. self directedness in character is positive correlated with D2 of EEG on F4, P3. 4. Harm avoidance is negative correlated with D2 of EEG on Fp2, T3, P3. Conclusion: These results suggest that nonlinear analysis of EEG can quantify dynamic state of brain abolut psychological Test (TCI).

The Sasang constitutional Medicine is the original medicine that is created from the deep studies on former Eastern medical theories by Lee Jae-Ma in the late 19th century. This medicine deals with the interaction between mind and body in great depth. The temperament (the distinct nature and character of an individual, 性情) concept is the theoretical basis which divides man's constitution into four(Taeyangin, Taeumin, Soyangin and Soumin). This concept is derived from The old oriental Sung-Myung concept which has philosophical meaning. These terms of Sung and Jung also have metaphysical meaning and can not be explained easily. but roughly, The temperament is divided two concept. the distinct nature(性) means human's nature and the distinct nature(情) means human's desire. Besides, In Sasang constitution medicine, terms that traditionally represent emotions in asia are used as terminology of temperament. Altough too many aspects about Human's mind remains unknown yet, According to Neurological evidences, the brain is regarded as the main organ that produces rationality and emotion. Especially the way that brain produces an emotion provides some clues that can tell us how can mind affect body. Emotion is considered as evolutionary adaptation to response correctly against unexpected chaotic external changes. It is something that humans are born with, and causes physical responses simultaneously. Moreover, It can be come out with or without consciousness. The temperament(性情) concept and Emotion have similarity that both play an important role in mind-body correlation. Therefore Neurological researches on emotion were able to help reinterpret temperament(性情) concept. the distinct nature(性) seems to be the emotion that is come out directly from the brain stem, and the distinct nature(情) seems to be the emotion that is produced after neocortex involved thinking process. And the reason why Sung and Jung affect organs differently is explained from the manner that brain expresses emotion.

In this paper, I tried to analyze the image of bamboo from Chang Hyun-kwang's poetry. Especially I focused on defining the symbolic meaning of bamboo as a poetic material. To achieve this, I inspected his view of world and politic life. He considered his contemporary period as 'ethically corrupted' world. During his life time, he served for three kings and also suffered from the fires of war four times. That means, he had to undergo the political unrest and national crisis during his life time. Due to the chaotic state of affairs, all the people were busy pursuing their own interests. It made Chang had no choice but retiring from active life. While Chang revealed his attitude to life through writing poetry, he used the image of bamboo as a completion of one's mature character. And the image of bamboo what he used was somewhat different from general one. Chang used the image of bamboo in two ways. The one is seeking live in retirement, and the other is chasing completion of his own mature character in academic way.

In the film Inception, we can see that the human dream world is depicted using Freud's psychoanalytical subconscious theory. Through the expression of the subconscious, And the ability to think and think deeply of human nature, such as presenting a new perspective to insight and expression. Based on Freud 's subconscious theory, this paper explores the expression of the dream world and the subconscious in the film and examines the meaning expression of the film through it. The main character is well described as living a chaotic life in obsession with obsessions and obsessions due to his subconscious uncontrollable through his dreams and dreams of being satisfied by the way the oppressed thoughts and desires are disguised I feel that I feel my foolishness and mood as a masturbation by dreaming and dreaming to turn back the moments of regret. It works as intermediation of communication of publics these days. Since 20 century, We, Koreans, have established new chaotic multi culture with traditional Korean culture and other different culture from everywhere. Meanwhile, we occupied the most powerful semi-conduct and IT indusry. Within those circumstance, people feel very confused in political, cultural and social aspect. The society armed with economy and popularization promotes material satisfaction with this potential possibility of anonymous masses. However, it results to cause loneliness, isolation, alienation, anonymity, non individuality and commodity of culture. In my work, such phenomenon reveals through human character in a city. People are exposed culture of consumption and surrounded and tempted by all those artificial and superficial atmosphere. Human are possessed and exposed to attractive products and visual images. Finally they make themselves stuck in their case of this world. People lose their own identify and shape of bodies. That is our portrait, who are living this moment. Also, this is a symbol that destroys this modern society. As a result, 1 consider such aspects through those elements above to think how to keep and rethink our identity and what to do for this world.
