의자형 게임컨트롤러 개발 (Development of a Chair-Type Controller)

  • 본 연구에서는 의자형 게임컨트롤러를 개발하였다. 의자에 부착된 압력감지 센서들을 통해 사용자의 신체적 움직임을 신호화 하고 게임과 연동되게 구현하였다. 이 과정에서 운동효과가 발생하게 된다. 특히 기존의 체감형 컨트롤러에 비해 앉아서 할 수 있기 때문에 낙상과 같은 신체적 부상으로부터 안전성이 높고 관절에 대한 부담이 적다. 이러한 장점을 바탕으로 노약자, 장애인, 그리고 고도 비만자에게 적합한 기능성 엑서게임을 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

  • We have developed a four mask LTPS TFT p-channel process and fabricated active matrix backplanes based on a pixel circuit with three TFTs and one storage capacitor. Top emitting AMOLED displays have been produced to prove the working principle of the active matrix.

  • As number of old and handicapped passengers is increasing in an aging society, it is becoming more and more important to provide safe and convenient subway interior design and direction. In this research, we study basic indispensable conditions for subway chair and propose a chair design direction for old and handicapped people considering their use. In this study, we elicit the rational result based on analysis of Seoul subway design direction. This study should be expanded into universal design for not only old people but also pregnant people and children. The chair for old people is needed to have side partitions and a safety bar for safe walking and to be made of soft materials which has some cushion.

  • The purpose of this study is to extract typical body shape of Korean VDT workers based on the three-dimensional Korean shape data and recommendation supported by Korea Occupational Safety & Health Agency during VDT task. Desirable desk heights and chair heights for the selection of the VDT working posture is proposed by analyzing moment, compression and joint shear for lumbar and spine of Korean adult(male and female). The desirable heights for desk and chair can be selected by the least load method during VDT tasks. In the current work the figures of Korean 50th percentile offered by CATIA-HUMAN are used as the average body type of the grown-ups and this research is accomplished with the recommended size of all working attitude such as the height of a monitor except for the height of desk and chair and the degree of watching the monitor.

  • 싸이클로핵산의 분자는 액체상태에서 대부분이 chair form으로 되어 있음이 알려져 있다. 이 사실로 부터 싸이클로핵산의 액체는 Chair form 만으로 되어있다는 가정하에 액체구조의 천이상태이론을 적용시켜 상태함을 구하고 이로부터 싸이클로핵산의 몰부피, 증기압, 한계점, 증발엔트로피 및 압축률 등의 열역학적 량을 계산한 결과 측정치와 잘 맞는 값을 얻었다.

고령자 안전을 위한 기립보조의자 개발 사례 (The Development of Lift Chair for Older Adults' Safety)

  • Although the entrance of house has been identified as a hotspot for older adults' fall accidents, there was not any lift chair to prevent older adults' accidents. In this study, a lift chair was developed to reduce fall accidents that can occur when older adults put on or take off their shoes in the entrance. In order to develop the product, we considered two aspects. Firstly, we considered older adults' anthropometric data to determine the design specification of the product. Also we considered the environmental characteristics of space using the product. In order to overcome the limited spatial freedom and use the entrance space effectively, we took a simplified and folding type for the product.

의자 다리와 스트레쳐를 중심으로 한 형상 최적화 설계 (Optimal Shape Design of Legs and Stretcher Parts of Chair)

  • In this paper, Shape optimal design for a chair with 4 legs and 2 stretchers consisting of stainless steel was conducted. The shape was transformed by identifying stress and deformation for the part of leg and stretcher. In addition, load condition and mesh was designed using Hypermesh. The stress analysis was carried out using CSD_Elast that is one of EDISON program. In seat test, Maximum equivalent stress was showed at the contact part between seat and legs. As a result, a leg cross-section with rectangular and arch was designed. And optimal height of stretcher was found to reduce a deformation. Also, maximum deformation was reduced by designing a stretcher with ellipse cross-section. So, Optimal chair having 4 legs with rectangular cross section and 2 stretchers with ellipse cross section was shown to satisfy the safety ratio.

  • Malaria is a tropical disease caused by protozoans of the Plasmodium genus. Delayed diagnosis and misdiagnosis are strongly associated with higher mortality. In recent years, a greater importance is attributed to Plasmodium knowlesi, a species found mainly in Southeast Asia. Routine parasitological diagnostics are associated with certain limitations and difficulties in unambiguous determination of the parasite species based only on microscopic image. Recently, molecular techniques have been increasingly used for predictive diagnosis. The aim of the study is to draw attention to the risk of travelling to knowlesi malaria endemic areas and to raise awareness among personnel involved in the therapeutic process.

  • In domestic interurban railway which runs between miles away city has foot rest for each chair. One of the interurban train Muunghwa, the chair can rotate in each direction. When chair rotates the foot rest gets damaged related to the position. Up to now many various solution was made to clear this problem but effect was insufficient. So solve this problem, approach was made in human body engineering point of view. Also Advanced country case study was made. Through this research the field point of issue will be cleared and so as customer satisfaction. This paper describes the effective methode to improve the foot rest damage problem.

  • From the perspective of dental chair manufacturers, it is important to of localizing hydraulic system in order to secure market competitiveness. This study aims to develop the analysis model of a dental chair which overseas companies secure core technologies. The study follows the steps below. First, the component parts of the solenoid valve unit of a foreign leading company are analyzed and implemented in virtual environment. Second, dynamic behavior scenario is established based on solenoid valve signal chart provided by a foreign leading company. The analysis model is verified and its performance is analyzed using dynamic behavior according to each scenario. Third, a simulation is carried out to determine whether the cylinder velocity of designed hydraulic system surpasses 1cm/s as required by the design.
