Streptomyces albus wild type ATCC 21838 produced salinomycin, polyether antibiotic. To clone genes related salinomycin production, a genomic library was screened using actI as a DNA hybridization probe. pWHM 210 was isolated, which contained an approximately 24 kb of insert DNA. A 3.8 kb region in the 24 kb insert DNA was hybridized to actI and the nucleotide sequence of this region was determinied. Two open reading frames found in the same direction were homologous to genes for $\beta$-keto acyl synthase/acyl transferase and chain length determining factor in type II PKS (polyketide synthase). The genes were components of minimal type II PKS genes, highly conserved and showed the strong simiarity to other type II PKS genes known today.

In this paper, design and development experiences of a vision based robotic assembly system for electronic components are described. Specifically, the overall system consists of the following three subsystems each of which employs a 16 bit Preprocessor MC 68000 : supervisory controller, real-time vision system, and servo system. The three microprocessors are interconnected using the time shared common memory bus structure with hardwired bus arbitration scheme and operated as a master-slave type in which each slave is functionally fixed in view of software. With this system architecture, the followings are developed and implemented in this research; (i) the system programming language, called 'CLRC', for man-machine interface including the robot motion and vision primitives, (ii) real-time vision system using hardwired chain coder, (iii) the high-precision servo techniques for high speed de motors and high speed stepping motors. The proposed control system were implemented and tested in real-time successfully.

In this paper, we consider two components system which lifetimes have Freund's bivariate exponential model with equal failure rates. We propose Bayesian multiple comparisons procedure for the failure rates of I Freund's bivariate exponential populations based on Dirichlet process priors(DPP). The family of DPP is applied in the form of baseline prior and likelihood combination to provide the comparisons. Computation of the posterior probabilities of all possible hypotheses are carried out through Markov Chain Monte Carlo(MCMC) method, namely, Gibbs sampling, due to the intractability of analytic evaluation. The whole process of multiple comparisons problem for the failure rates of bivariate exponential populations is illustrated through a numerical example.

The aim of this study was to investigate adulteration of caprine milk products by bovine milk using biomolecular techniques with bovine-specific primers for the mitochondrial cytochrome b gene. Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and real-time PCR assays were applied to caprine milk products including infant formula, city milk, and fermented milk. The results indicated that six out of the eight caprine infant formula products tested contained bovine milk components. In addition, two of the three tested caprine city milk products and two caprine fermented milk products were shown to be adulterated with bovine milk. Conventional PCR results corroborated with results obtained by real-time PCR. This study demonstrates that DNA-based species identification procedures would be useful and applicable in routine examinations of the dairy industry to ensure the quality and safety of dairy foods.

This study is intended to check a temperature of the flame to raise by burning A heavy oil in a boiler. to measure the concentration of DS and SOF after collecting the PM(Particulate Matters). and to analyze the components ingredients of SOF by G.C Mass for presupposing the generation of particulate matters(soot). It is thought that the methyl(CH3) of the cyclic compound is changed to the materials of 2 cycles and 3 cycles after becoming CH by dehydrogenation and also mixing with the CH of a chain compound. form H-$\cdot$C=C$\cdot$-H that is mentioned before. in order to become Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbon.

Thermotropic behavior was observed in a number of aromatic copoly (ester amide)s containing a flexible spacer based on 4,4'$-dicarboxyalpha,\varpi-diphenoxy$ alkanes as an A component, di-acetylated p-aminophenol as a B, di-acetylated hydroquinone as a C gave the thermotropic copoly (ester amide)s containing a flexible spacer in the polymer backbone. 4,4'-diamino-3,3'-dimethoxybiphenyl as an amino group containing monomer as a D components. In the last case, up to 60 mol% of amide group was allowed to afford thermotropic liquid-crystallinity. The polymer structure and thermotropic nature were examined by solid-state and solution $^{13}C$ NMR spectroscopy, differential scanning calorimeter, polarizing microscopy, and IR spectroscopy.

I look at the respective responsibilities of different components of the language faculty in the description of two radically different kinds of linguistic phenomenon. The first is the production/perception mismatch in the child's acquisition of the phonology of its first language. There is strong evidence that the child's lexical representations are the same as the adult's, but I argue that the child's own pronunciations, have no linguistic status and are best treated as the product of a neural network. The second is the nature of compositionality, where I argue that compositionality in Natural Language is derivative from that in the Language of Thought. With this assumption and using evidence from quantification in ‘backward control’ structures, I argue that chain theory is intrinsically inimical to a simple view of the legibility relation between LF and LoT.

Recently, Vendor Managed Inventory(VMI) is commonly recognized as one of the supply chain application that delivers clear value to the sectors of electic& electronic Components. VMI is a process in which a supplier generates orders for its distributor based on demand information sent by the distributor. VMI is providing the benefits of smoother demand, lower inventories and reduced costs. This case study focused on Improvement of Inventory Efficiency by VMI. The results indicated that VMI allowed the company to serve its customers more surely and efficiently.

It was accomplished that failure analysis not only failure numbers but also power system components every years. and these informations help power system operation considerably. power system equipment were occurred a break down by natural phenomenon and aging but it was not able to predict this failure number. But many papers and technical repots study for each equipment failure rate and reliability evaluation methods. so this paper show a failure number prediction whole power system component using Markov theory not each component failure probability. the result present a next month system failure number prediction.
