The automatic determination of vehicle operation status as well as continuous tracking of vehicle location with intelligent management is one of major elements to achieve the goals. Especially, vehicle operation status can only be analyzed in terms of expert experiences with real-time location data with scheduling information. However the scheduling information of individual vehicle is very difficult to be interpreted immediately because there are hundreds of thousand vehicles are run at the same time in the national wide range workplace. In this paper, we propose the location-based knowledge management system(LKMs) using the active trajectory analysis method with routing and scheduling information to cope with the problems. This system uses an inference technology with dispatching and geographic information to generate the logistics knowledge that can be furnished to the manager in the central vehicle monitoring and controlling center.

During the transformation of the agro-technology extension in rural China, many new Policy experiments are emerging to rebuild the lost linkages and to improve technology transfer with the system and among systems. Applying the Triple Helix Model of academy-agriculture-government relations, this paper explores a new pattern of technology transfer with the case of BaojiCity. The authors interpret the mechanism of 'Courtyards for Agro-experts', as well as the comparison between different types of courtyards. This article concludes that the Triple Helix in the agro-sector improves technology transfer and accelerates knowledge-based regional development. In the interest of farmers there should also be concern over reducing inequity the reform.

Purpose: To evaluate the influence of how the trauma care system is applied on the management of trauma patients. Methods: We divided the patients into a pre-trauma system group and a post-trauma system group according to the time when we began to apply the trauma care system in our institution. We compared the general characteristics, injury severity score, initial response time to the trauma patients, number of preventable deaths, and clinical outcomes between the two groups. Results: The numbers of patients in the pre-trauma system group and the post-trauma system group were 188 and 257, respectively. No differences in the patient's median ages, trauma scores (ISS, RTS, TRISS) and proportions of severe trauma patients (ISS>15) were observed between the two groups. The number and the proportion of patients who were admitted to our hospital were increased in the post-trauma system group. The time interval from trauma CP activation to emergency surgery or angio-embolization, and the patient's time spent in emergency room were shortened in the post-trauma system group. However, the lengths of the ICU stay and the hospital stay, and the number of in-hospital mortalities were not improved in the post-trauma system group. In severe trauma patients (ISS>15), there were no differences between the two groups in the number and the proportion of admitted patients, and the time interval from trauma CP activation to performing a diagnostic and therapeutic procedure was not shortened in the post-trauma system group. Conclusion: Application of the trauma care system has shortened the time between the initial response and patient management. However, this improvement was not enough to result in better clinical outcomes. More trauma physicians, multidisciplinary cooperation, and a well-organized trauma management process will be needed if the maximum efficacy of the trauma system is to be achieved.

Design Engineering Group, LG Production engineering Research Center has been developing The Integrated Design Environment enabling engineering design task with ease, speedy and accurate for several years targeting the design departments in LG Electronics. $ezDesign^{(R)}$ System is consisted by Engineering Database Management, Engineering Knowledge Management, 3D Design Application, Design Evaluation Method and Project Management. Engineering Database Management manage the design information effectively. Engineering Knowledge Management takes control of design knowledge from design engineering activity systematically. It is possible for the engineering designer to utilized 3D CAD easily by 3D Design Application. Design Evaluation Method can evaluate several design alternatives synthetically. In Project management System, Designer can simulate the project schedule and cost. In this report, We will introduce how design process can be innovated by way of $ezDesign^{(R)}$ System.

Administrative works of local governments in Japan always have been led by central government. Local government organizations have gotten used to control of central government, whose organization is divided vertically into divisions. Such organizations as lack of cooperation of each administrative division could not define strategic goal appropriate for their district independently and could not give an efficient and optimized solution to their strategic goal. Under existing management system, it will be difficult for local governments to rapidly adapt to changing society. Under these circumstances, it is necessary for local governments to structure new management system independent on central government's instructions in order to manage appropriately.

This study was purposed to find out the difference of the accounting of practical cost between the ABC system and the traditional costing system applied in a hospital, to verified general effect of ABC. Methods: This case study deals with the method of calculation, the cost information that is produced at K hospital in Busan. To examine ABC system and traditional costing system, applying them to the clinical pathology, radiology, physics in K hospital. Results: As a result of costing analysis, it is showed maximum difference of 50% between ABC and traditional cost. compared in revenue center, it occurs the difference of 15% of them. considering the result, it is confirmed that ABC could be used as a means to offer more precise information. therefore, ABC makes possible to produce precise costing information and grasp the driver of cost, and it is possible to reduce cost effectively. Conclusion: ABC provide six benefits: (1) more accurate of service delivered (2) inproved pricing and contracting strategies (3) improved management decision making capability (4) greater ease of determining relevant costs (5) reduced nonvalue added costs.

스마트 그리드는 전력망에 정보통신 기술을 이용하여 에너지 이용 효율을 극대화 하는 것으로 고가용성을 요구한다. 최근 DDos공격 등 서비스중단을 통한 사회적 혼란을 야기하는 공격이 증가되고 있어 가용성에 대한 체계적인 관리가 요구된다. 한국형 스마트 그리드의 정보보호 관리체계 평가에 대해 본 논문은 가용성을 중심으로 하는 국제표준을 비교하여 새로운 평가항목을 제시하여 기존 정보보호 관리체계가 갖는 가용성 평가의 한계를 극복한다.

항공기 개발 및 개조를 위한 비행시험 또는 항행안전시설 및 관련 구성품 개발을 위한 비행 검사 등을 위한 목적으로 국가종합 비행성능시험장 구축이 추진되고 있다. 비행시험 업무는 특성상 안전 리스크가 높기 때문에 운용에 앞서 철저한 리스크 관리 프로세스의 엄격한 적용이 요구되고 있다. 또한 비행시험장은 현행법상으로 비행장 규정을 적용받기 때문에 안전관리시스템을 도입하면 일반 공항처럼 안전이 제고될 것이다. ICAO 기준을 기반으로 한 안전관리시스템 구축은 비행시험장의 안전하고 원활한 운영을 위한 최적의 보증 수단으로서, 비행시험 시에 발생할 수 있는 리스크를 크게 완화할 것이다. 본 논문에서는 비행시험장 안전관리에 요구되는 리스크 평가 및 완화 방안을 중점적으로 다루었다. 이전 연구에서 식별된 비행시험 위해요인에 대하여 리스크 평가를 실시하였다. 그리고 고 리스크 군의 위해요인을 선별한 후 회피, 감소, 수용, 통제 등의 리스크 완화 기법을 적용한 비행시험 리스크 경감 방안을 제시하였다.

The diagnosis and management of pancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms (NENs) have evolved significantly in recent years. There are several diagnostic and therapeutic challenges and controversies regarding the management of these lesions. In this review, we focus on the recent significant changes and controversial issues regarding the diagnosis and management of NENs and discuss the role of imaging in the multidisciplinary team approach.
