Analysis for Forest Fire Damage Severity Map in Cheongyang

  • Space-borne multi-sensor data could provide fire scar and bum severity mapping. This paper will present detail mapping of burnt areas in Cheongyange Yesan of Korea with ETM+ image. Burn severity map based on ETM+ image was found to be affected by strong topographic illumination effects in mountainous forest area. Topographic effect is a factor which causes errors in classification of high spatial resolution image like IKONOS image. Minnaert constants J( in each band of ETM+ image is derived for reduction of mountainous terrain effects. Finally, this paper computes quantitative analysis of forest fire damage by each forest types.

  • I studied some important medical Literatures in order to examine the cause of Hoarse Voice and found out some facts of follows ; 1. The exogenous cause of disease in wind. 2. Wind-cold, Wind-fire, Wind-heat, Summer-heat, Heat. 3. The endogenous cause of disease is deficiency of Yin and dificiency of blood leads fire-evil was lung-dry stool dificiency of body fluid. 4. The non-exo-endogenous causes of disease is sing ballads and call out.

  • In the existed study, a fire outbreak in a reinforced concrete structure looses the organism by the different contraction and expansion of hardened cement pastes and aggregate, and causes cracks by thermal stress, leading to the deterioration of the durability. So accurate diagnosis of deterioration is needed based on mechanism of fire deterioration in general concrete structures. Fundamental information and data on the properties of concrete exposed to high temperature are necessary for accurate diagnosis of deterioration. Therefore, this study is willing to propose fundamental data for accurate diagnosis of deteriorated concrete structure by fire damage with experiment according to the curing conditions.

  • Nowaday, with the growth of software for electro-thermal analysis, it has been studied the precise analysis and investigation of cause for the electrical fire using computer simulation on the basis of theory for electro-thermal analysis. But it is very lacking for the precise analysis and investigation of cause for the electrical fire. In this paper, we have simulated the thermal analysis for electrical wire according to the value of current and deteriorating time in a overload and a short with the electrical wire of the L's company product(600 V VVF : Three core) using the elec-tro-thermal finite element method(Flux2D).

  • This paper presents a study on the electrical fire hazards of leakage current in a distribution circuit simulating a domestic circuit for low voltage. In this simulated circuits, total charges and energy of leakage current are calculated by a theoretical approach and compared with the results obtained from experiments, The approach and results become a cornerstone for studying and analyzing causes of electrical fires.

  • 최근 빈번하게 발생하고 있는 사우나 등의 열을 방사하는 도크내에서 발생하는 화재사고는 다중이용업소를 이용하는 불특정한 사람들의 생명을 위협하고 있는 수준에 도달하고 있다. 특히 이런 시설의 화재는 화재발생 후에 소방대에 의한 진압에만 치중하고 있어 향후 계속하여 화재가 발생할 우려가 큼에도 불구하고 착화원인을 규명하는데 소홀히 하고있다. 특히 현장감식에 의한 육안조사만을 실시하여 화재원인을 추정하거나 설정하는 경우가 대부분이라 근본적인 대책을 세우지 못하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 육안조사 등에 의하여 설정한 착화원인을 과학적인 분석법 즉, EU국가에서 널리 사용하는 CFD(컴퓨터수치해석)시뮬레이션 S/W를 사용하여 연소모델링에 의한 검증조사기법을 적용하여 원인을 검증하는데 사용하여 국내화재조사기술의 과학화를 시도하였다.
