The Casing Oscillator is a bore file Equipment for the all-casing process. All-casing process is a method of foundation work in construction yard to oscillate steel Casing in the ground. The existing Casing Oscillator has some problem like not boring horizontally with disturbance and not driving Casing othor angle except horizon. To solve problem, the new structure Casing Oscillator is presented and studied. The performance of Casing Oscillator is improved by kinematics analysis. The Casing Oscillator is similar to the parallel manipulator in structure. So we obtain Inverse kinematics solution of Casing Oscillator easily. But it is difficult to solve forward kinematics of Casing Oscillator. T his paper presents a novel pose description corresponding to the structure characteristics of parallel manipulators. Through analysis on geometry theory, we obtain a new method of the closed-form solution to the forward kinematics using Kinematic Inversion. The closed-form solution contains two different meanings -analytical and real-time. So we reach the goal of practical application and control. Closed-form forward kinematics solution is verified by an inverse kinematics analysis. It shows that the method has a practical value for real -time control and inverse kinematics servo control.

During the installation of drilled shafts in very soft ground, to keep the pile shape and to central concrete quality, casing method (wrinkled pipe and embedded steel pipe) and non-casing method have been used. In the construction cost, non-casing method was the most economical. When the wrinkled pipe and the embedded steel pipe casing method are used, an increase of 133% and 123% in the construction cost could be seen. When concrete for drilled shaft was placed under groundwater, underwater unseparation concrete would be used to restrain the concretes's material separation and to control the concrete quality. On the condition of required unseparable and (lowing property was assured, use of less amount of mixed material and flowing material must be recommended.

In this paper, the new casing oscillator, which is a construction machine and which structure is similar to that of a parallel manipulator with redundancy, is proposed. The singularity analysis of this machine is performed by two different methods. First, the singularities are found by the numerical method at configurations where the rank of the Jacobian matrix becomes deficient. The singularities are outside the workspace. To investigate the physical information on these configurations, the singularities are examined by the geometric method at configurations where the casing oscillator cannot resist the external forces and moments applied to the upper platform due to losing static equilibrium. The results of the geometric method are the same as those of the numerical method. It proves that the new casing oscillator is free from the singularity, which causes serious problems to a parallel manipulator.

The casing has been used as a protective conduit during all phases of drilling operations and productions for the oil and gas industries. The casing is manufactured in various diameters, wall thicknesses, lengths, strengths, and connections. When the casing is designed, it has to be considered to withstand a variety of forces, such as collapse, burst, and tensile failure, as well as chemically aggressive brines. Once the casing is damaged, serious problems in geothermal well have been detected continuously. Therefore, this paper describes the casing design for stability of geothermal well to determine influence of casing parameters on the strength and load. In addition, the casing design program was developed. The estimated collapse, burst, tension and depth pressure can provide benefit in the casing design and completion method. This program provides a safety factor and predicts the casing stress more easily.

The effects of casing shapes on the performance and the interaction between an impeller and a casing in a small-sized centrifugal compressor are investigated. Especially, numerical analyses are conducted for the centrifugal compressor with both a circular casing and a volute one. The optimum design for each element (i.e., impeller, diffuser and casing) is important to develop an efficient and compact compressor using alternative refrigerant as working fluids. Typical rotating speed of the compressor is in the range of 40,000∼45,000 rpm. The impeller has backswept blades due to tip clearance and a vane diffuser has wedge type. In order to predict the flow pattern inside an entire impeller, vaneless diffuser and casing, calculations with multiple frames of reference method between the rotating and stationery parts of the domain are carried out. For computations of compressible turbulent flow fields, the continuity and time-averaged Navier-Stokes equations are employed. To evaluate the performance of two types of casings, the static pressure recovery and loss coefficients are obtained for various flow rates. Also, static pressure distributions around casings are studied for different casing shapes, which are very important to predict the distribution of radial load. The static pressure around the casing and pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the compressor are measured for the circular casing.
Oil well casing leak is caused by contact of casing outer surface with formation electrolyte. It is usually associated with an aquifer with a high salt content or absence of a cement ring behind the casing. The only way to reduce external casing corrosion is through cathodic protection. Through cathodic polarization of casing structure, electron content in crystal lattice and electron density will increase, leading to a potential shift towards the cathodic region. At Tatneft enterprises, cathodic protection is carried out according to cluster and individual schemes. The main criterion for cathodic protection is the size of protective current. For a casing, the protective current is considered sufficient if measurements with a two-contact probe show that the electric current directed to the casing has eliminated all anode sites. To determine the value of required protective current, all methods are considered in this work. In addition, an analysis of all methods used to determine the minimum protective current of the casing is provided. Results show that the method of measuring potential drop along casing is one of the most reliable methods for determining the value of protective current.
It is very important to add uniformly casing materials on tobacco for taste and flavor. However, analysis of casing materials was spent much time, effort and money. The object of this study was the development of a rapid method for the determination of glycerine, propylene glycol(PG), sucrose, glucose, fructose and water in the casing materials using the NIR transmittance method. Hundreds of calibration samples, with extended ranges (50%, 75%, 100%, 125%, and 150% of standard addition) in each constituent, were prepared in the casing materials at the various temperatures $(25^{\circ}C\;and\;30^{\circ}C)$. Calibration equation was developed by modified partial least square (MPLS) method using second derivative. The standard error of calibration and $R^2$ between added value and NIR estimated value results were $0.007{\sim}0.034\;and\;0.996{\sim}1.000$ for the casing sample set, respectively. The standard error of prediction and R2 between added value and NIR estimated value results were $0.010{\sim}0.034\;and\;0.997{\sim}1.000$ for the casing sample set, respectively. The analysis result was not different significantly between the NIR and added value. These results show that the NIR measurement system is an effective tool to ensure quality on the casing materials.

When the new fab build an extension that the shortening of the construction and non-vibration are use cast in place concrete pile method. In this study when lay the foundation of existing fab adjoin use vibration monitoring system are rotator type all casing method among cast in place concrete pile method. The evaluation of ground vibration of rotator type all casing method effect to precision equipment and vibration area of influence.
This paper presents a study on the performance of NASA Rotor 37 with the casing grooves based on three-dimensional numerical analysis. Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes equations are solved on a hexahedral grid with the shear stress transport model as a turbulence closure model. The governing equations are discretized by a finite volume method. The validation of the numerical results is performed through experimental data for the total pressure ratio and the adiabatic efficiency. The investigation for an axial compressor with a smooth casing and the casing grooves is carried out to compare the performance parameters, for example, surge margin and efficiency, etc. The surge margin is improved in the case of the casing grooves while remarkable improvement of the efficiency is not produced. The result shows that the casing groove is beneficial to expand the operating range of NASA Rotor 37.

The effects of casing shape on the performance and interaction between the impeller and casing in a small-size turbo-compressor are investigated. Numerical analysis is conducted for the compressor with circular and single volute casings from inlet to discharge nozzle. In order to predict the flow pattern inside the entire impeller, vaneless diffuer and casing, calculations with multiple frames of reference method between the rotating and stationery parts of the domain are carried out. For compressible turbulent flow fields, the continuity and three-dimensional time-averaged Wavier-Stokes equations are employed. To evaluate the performance of two types of casings, the static pressure and loss coefficients are obtained with various flow rates. Also, static pressure distributions around casings are studied for different casing shapes, which are very important to predict the distribution of radial load. To prove the accuracy of numerical results, measurements of static pressure around casing and pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the compressor are peformed for the circular casing. Comparisons of these results between the experimental and numerical analyses are conducted, and reasonable agreement is obtained.
