In the analysis of seepage behavior through the porous media, unsaturated domain should be included for obtaining more accurate results. The seepage programs considering its domain have been developed and practically used widely. The programs are reviewed and two case studies are presented in this paper. The case studies are performed using PC-SEEP and obtained good results for the cases of saturated-unsaturated transient flow.

Senior citizens' new life style has appeared according to the massive retirement of the baby boom generation since 2010. Consequently, Senior Welfare Centers, the provider of elderly leisure programs, has been asked for the programs and spaces which are able to meet the changing life style of the elderly. This study focuses on the survey for current status of leisure programs in accordance with the changing life style and on the investigation for sensible usage of space in senior welfare centers in Gwangju Metropolitan city. The result shows the portion of the programs which every center provides is quite different according to the life style. The program types for challenge and utility are provided 192 times a week and the program types for health and sociality 133 times a week. Both types shows high frequency of supply and use of the program especially 85 times of information-oriented education, 64 times of musical instruments, and 42 times of foreign language are supplied vividly. On the contrary, the program types for fashion and self-management and the program types for volunteer work and achievement are insufficient, so It should be reconsidered to establish the programs and to supply the space for the program from now on. The current status for spatial usage shows that most of the centers share a space for several programs. It means that the space of the Senior Welfare Center is limited and various programs should be run in the narrow space. High frequency programs like the program types for challenge and utility secure sufficient spaces not to miscarry the use for the programs. The center of case B has well equipped and large space and provides proper space for each programs to meet the demand of the senior citizens. Like these, Senior Welfare Centers in Gwangju Metropolitan city have supported Senior citizens' Life Style by supplying various leisure programs to meet the demand for it. This research could be used as the basis for the programs about the spatial utilization in accordance with various future life style of Senior citizens'.

본 연구는 학교도서관 활성화를 촉진시키는 방안으로 사용될 수 있는 미국의 학교도서관매체센터의 특별 프로그램에 관한 사례 연구이다. 텍사스 주의 7개 초등학교 도서관에서 이루어지고 있는 다양한 특별 프로그램을 사례로 뽑아 프로그램의 종류, 목적, 요소, 효과와 주제에 관해 분석하였다. 특별 프로그램은 도서판매와 교과과정과 연계하여 전시와 진열, 초청 강연, 학습 센터, 실연, 매체의 활용을 통해 이루어지고 있었으며 교과과정의 지원과 학생들의 개인적 관심의 충족, 그리고 교사들의 전문적 성장을 공통적인 목적으로 하였다. 특정 집단에 적합한 프로그램의 연결, 교과과정과 연계한 프로그램의 개발, 특정 주제에 관한 재미있고 효율적인 방식의 제공, 즐기면서 충족시킬 수 있는 행사의 진행, 적절한 시기와 시간의 배정이 필수적인 요소였다. 이러한 프로그램은 학교도서관매체센터와 매체전문가의 존재를 확인시켜주었으며 매체센터의 이용을 증가시키고 교실 수업의 지원, 학생과 교사의 개인적인 흥미의 확대, 평생학습자로서의 개발, 학교도서관매체센터의 홍보를 가능하게 해주었다. 그러므로 학교도서관을 활성화시키는 방안의 하나로서 다양한 특별 프로그램의 개발이 필요하며 이를 위해 교장과 교사, 학부모. 지역사회의 관심과 지원이 함께 이루어져야 할 것이다.

The frameworks for evaluation of national R&D programs reflect their various political and administrative cultures(Gibbons & Georghiou, 1987), and the structure of national R&D system. In this research the core research questions are : what is god evaluation\ulcorner What is being evaluated, by whom, by which criteria, for whom and what purpose\ulcorner In order to examine these general aims and answer these questions, in detail several objectives can be proposed on the process of this research. In this research, the national R&D programs will be considered in terms of the interface between evaluation and the wider policy-making process. The programs for case study are the Alvey program(UK), the Advanced Technology Program (US) and the Framework program(EU) . One of the characteristics of these programs is the well established evaluation systems they have. From the comparative analysis, we can withdraw some useful implication for Korean evaluation practice for national R&D programs. Evaluation system is social process and the way in which it is organized is critical to its outcome.

The purpose of the present paper is to review the content of the Consumer Education Programs, is to establish a hypothetical model regarding the contents of the consumer Education programs, and is also to analyze the contents of the Consumer Education Programs seen from the various angles of the value of our home life. For this, we have researched literatures and habe made the hypothetical model for the desirable contents of the consumer education programs, and also have conducted a case study together with and analysis bearing the actual evidence. Form what we have studied regarding the results of the research, conclusions that can be derived are as follows; First, the contents of the consumer education programs of Korea are not sufficient to improve the quality of the environments of our houses, family life, and decision making. Secondly, the contents of the consumer education do not meet the societal and economic changes. Third, since the contents of the consumer program of Korea emphasize the theory-oriented discussion, they are not suitable to educate the consumers who are really in need of consumer education.

Background and Purpose: There was seldom study about method that diagnose 8 Constitution beside method of pulse diagnosis in 8 Constitution Medicine. Objectives: This study is to make out check list for 8 Constitution Medicine Diagnosis Expert System Development used CBR(Case based Reasoning). Methods: Review of literatures about special quality element of 8 Constitution and supplement learning advice of 8 Constitution Medicine Experts constructed knowledge base. And then, knowledge base divided through AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process), and made out check list with this. Results: Knowledge base based on special quality element of 8 Constitution was divided by 5 greate classification and 25 bisection kind, and check list consisted of 251 item was made out through this. Conclusion: Based on this research, cases necessary to make 8 Constitution Medicine Diagnosis Expert System can be gathered through check list, and further study for 8 Constitution Medicine Diagnosis Expert System Development used CBR(Case based Reasoning) is needed to supplement this research.

본 연구는 경기도교육청에서 운영한 '사람 책' 프로그램의 사례를 분석하여, 도서관에서의 체계적이고 효율적인 '사람 책' 프로그램의 운영 방안을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 2015년부터 2017년까지 경기도교육청 주관으로 운영된 '사람 책' 프로그램 사례를 분석하였으며, 그 결과 참여 독자들은 '사람 책' 프로그램에 대해 전반적으로 만족해하면서 본 프로그램이 지속되기를 희망하고 있다는 결과를 도출하였다. 또한 다양한 분야의 '사람 책'들과의 만남, 그들과의 대화 시간이 확대되기를 기대하는 것도 파악할 수 있었다. 이에 근거하여 도서관에서의 '사람 책' 프로그램 운영 방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구 결과는 도서관에서의 '사람 책' 프로그램 계획과 운영에 도움을 줄 것이다.

BIM(Building Information Modeling) is considered a new paradigm and a powerful method in building design, construction and maintenance. However, it is still hard to implement environmental performance analysis using BIM in design stages. This study aims to reveal practical problems and evaluate interoperability between building design information and performance analysis with case studies. Three case studies are performed using two environmental analysis programs (IES/VE, EnergyPlus) and BIM-based architectural design programs (Revit, GoogleSketchUp) in this paper.

This paper is concerned with the development case of CEA(Course-Embedded Assessment) design tool for engineering education accreditation operations department for CEA system implemented. Each university or programs are already devoting efforts to build research and CEA system for CEA applied to. In order to effectively apply the CEA studies for each program it is required and particularly, the preferred way to build an operating system is considered a difficult situation of the course unit. Therefore, this case study and to propose a method and procedures required to assessment the design basis for curriculum and program assessment unit in terms of the applicability of CEA, proposes a virtual application results. The information proposed in this case study is determined that could be used in the design for the outcomes and assessment of a variety of programs as one of the steps to build the CEA systems.

Human resource for the new and renewable energy technology is an important factor in the respect of the sustainable growth and energy security. In this paper, we focused on measuring the economic effect of human resource development on new and renewable energy development programs. The human capital accumulation model developed by Mincer (1974) was modified in terms of the rate of the researchers' investment in human capital. As a result of a empirical case study, the value of human capital was estimated by 102 million Korean won per year worth 18% of the project labor cost. In case of the assumption of 100% participation of researchers, the level of human capital accumulation increased to 914 million Korean won per year. These results imply that the new and renewable energy development programs has been successful, on the concept of learning by doing, in terms of providing the researchers with opportunities to accumulate human capital.
