PWB 기판용 Embedded Capacitor필름 제작에 관한 연구 (Study on the Fabrication of Embedded Capacitor Films for PWB substrate)

  • Epoxy/BaTiO$_3$composite film type capacitors with excellent stability at room temperature, uniform thickness, and electrical properties over a large area were successfully fabricated. We fabricated composite capacitor films with good film formation capability and easy process ability, from ACF-resin as a matrix and two kinds of BaTiO$_3$powders as fillers to increase the dielectric constant of the composite film. The crystal structure of the powders and its effects on dielectric constant of the films were investigated by X-ray diffraction. DSC and dielectric properties tests were conducted to decide the right curing temperature and the optimum amount of the curing agent. As a result, the capacitors of $7{\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ thick film with 10nF/cm2 and low leakage current were successfully demonstrated.

  • Pluripotent stem cells have been generated from two embryonic sources. ES cells are generated from ICM of blastocyst stage embryos, and embryonic germ (EG) cells are generated from primordial germ cells (PGCs). Both ES and EG cells are pluripotent and present important characteristics such as high levels of alkaline phosphatase (AP) activity, multi-cellular colony formation, normal and stable karyotypes, continuously passaging ability, and the capability of differentiation into all three embryonic germ layers. A Modified Mutation Detection Method for Large-scale Cloning of the Possible Single Nucleotide Polymorphism Sequences

  • Although the human genome has been nearly completely sequenced, the functions and the roles of the vast majority of the genes, and the influences of single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in these genes are not entirely known. A modified mutation detection method was developed for large-scale cloning of the possible SNPs between tumor and normal cells for facilitating the identification of genetic factors that associated with cancer formation and progression. The method involves hybridization of restriction enzyme-cut chromosomal DNA, cleavage and modification of the sites of differences by enzymes, and differential cloning of sequence variations with a designed vector. Experimental validations of the presence and location of sequence variations in the isolated clones by PCR and DNA sequencing support the capability of this method in identifying sequence differences between tumor cells and normal cells.

  • ICT(information and communication technology) has played a pivotal role in the world economy, and the out look for ICT has improved markedly. One of the noticeable characteristics in the ICT sector Is the global rationalization of its technology and service. Specialization on the specific ICT capability is a pressing problem for many countries. Along the line of classical innovation cluster and network studies, this paper suggests a way to find and analyze the role of core technologies on the ICT network First, technology network is constructed by using patent citation data from USPTO. Then, a couple of cluster is generated by K-means clustering technique. Finally, brokerage analysis is applied to manifest the role of principal technologies. The network visualization and some stylized facts on dynamics are briefly given altogether Based on the role and relationship of technologies across clusters, it is expected that this research could contribute to the ICT cluster formation and the vision-making for ICT specialization at the viewpoint of technology Policy.

  • It was investigated on the logical inter-relationship with plastic thinking systems in interior space constitution. Followings were produced the conclusion of study from the plastic thinking. First of all plastic thinking could be interpreted as the stage-oriented process from various approaching by intuitional, experimental techniques through the expansion of thinking capability with linguistic activities. And also interior space constitution could be extracted from the plastic language relating with design concept, could be extracted the design element by processing on the formation process based on material's physical properties. Next, space perception and constitution should be followed the massive perception between empty and full space based on the interrelationship. Additionally the constitution of interior space could be established through axis, integrated with detail functions. Interior space constitution could be accomplished on the study of material based on the characteristics of material, planned to coincide with the space's characteristics in selection for texture.

제트 질량 변수 조절에 의한 성형작약 관통성능 증대 연구 (A Study on the Improvement of Penetration Capability of a Shaped Charge by Controlling the Jet Mass Parameters)

  • The most important factor for the penetration performance of shaped charge is the liner design. By designing the liner to have properties of both high jet tip velocity and long jet break-up time, the better penetration performance could be acquired. Usually it is very difficult to satisfy above two conditions simultaneously. In this study, the liner with the shape of ogive was developed to have relatively larger jet mass compared to the conventional trumpet liner. The designed shaped charge showed jet properties with high jet tip velocity and long jet break-up time by using ogive liner and wave shaper. A commercially available hydro-dynamic code AUTODYN-2D was used for numerical analysis of jet formation. The flash X-ray test and the static penetration test were conducted to verify the results of numerical analysis.

  • Waveform design method for inkjet printing has been proposed tv pressure wave measurement. The pressure wane inside the inkjet dispenser can be effectively measured by current measurement due to self-sensing capability of PZT. The pressure wave measured from current was verified by commercially availablelaser vibrometer. In order to obtain high speed inkjet droplets, two pulse waveform was designed such that the pressure wane after droplet formation can be minimized.

  • Self-sensing measurement of piezo inkjet and its application are discussed. The pressure wave inside the inkjet dispenser was measured by current measurement due to self-sensing capability of PZT. The pressure wave measured from current was verified by commercially available laser vibrometer. Here, two applications using self-sensing signal were discussed: waveform design for high speed jetting and condition monitoring. For waveform design, two pulse waveform was designed based on self-sensing signal such that the pressure wave after droplet formation can be minimized. For condition monitoring, self-sensing signal was shown to be effective in detecting air bubble trapped in inkjet printhead.

유용성 몰리부덴 화합물의 산화방지기능에 관한 연구 (Anti-Oxidation Property of Organo-Molybdenum Dialkyldithiophosphate)

  • ln this paper, the fuction of molybdenum dialkyl dithiophosphate (MoDTP) as an oxidation inhibitor of mineral oils was investigated and compared with 2,6-Di-tert-Butyl-4-Methylphenol (DBMP). Oxidation tests were conducted using an oxygen absorption apparatus. MoDTP showed anti-oxidation property, and length of induction time prolonged by increasing MoDTP concentration. However the induction time of DBMP was longer than those of MoDTP. The anti-oxidation property of MoDTP was found to be inferior to that of DBMP The capability of hydroperoxide decomposition ability with MoDTP was much greater than that with DBMP. However the rate constant of radical scavenging with MoDTP was much better than that with DBMP. It was found that the performance of MoDTP is exellent with respect to hydroperoxide decomposition but it is susceptible to chemical decomposition. From the fact that formation of phenol was observed when MoDTP was added to hexane solution of cumene hydroperoxide (CHPO), it is indicated that the decomposition of hydroperoxide with MoDTP occurs by means of ionic mechanism.

  • Eastman Kodak Co. has announced the concept of photo CD System in September, 1990 With Photo CD System technology, Kodak Co. Furnishes a convinent way to view, use and store photographic images. The heart of this system is a format provides progressively higher levels of image quality to meet the demands of NTSC, PAL and HDTV video displays as well as hard copy output. Also, image professionals are instrested in the capability of Photo CD, such as a way to store image at low cost in a high-resolution digital format that can be played back on different computer platforms. Many editors wish to use Photo CD images in the printing and publishing industry. However, Photo CD images were not processed detail enhancement and some others to use in the lithographic offset printing. Therefore, in this paper discribes a method to improve the sharpness of Photo CD images.
