  • This study investigated the effect of calling on job burnout among nursing care workers, and a total of 230 copies were distributed to analyze 198 copies, excluding 32 copies of questionnaires with poor or missing answers. The correlation between factors on job burnout was found to have a positive correlation coefficient in the values of personal environment meaning and work meaning, and as a result of examining the effect of sub-factors of calling consciousness on job burnout, it was found that personal environment suitability had a significant effect. In order to reduce the job exhaustion of nursing care workers comprehensively, it is necessary to provide an environment for working at an institution. In addition, it will be necessary to activate the relevant institution in preparation for problems occurring in the workplace.

  • The current study explored relationships of learned helplessness, depression, organizational commitment and job engagement. We investigated the mediating effects of depression between learned helplessness and organizational commitment and between learned helplessness and job engagement. Also, this study examined the moderating effects of calling between depression and organizational commitment and between depression and job engagement. we collected data from 310 military officers working at ROK Air Force air wing located at Gyeonggi-do. The results showed that depression mediated between learned helplessness and organizational commitment and between learned helplessness and job engagement, respectively. The results showed that calling moderated organizational commitment, job engagement. In the discussion section, we discussed about theoretical and practical implications of this study.

  • Even if the HF band SSB maritime data communications service company has operating a target Of the member ship, because of unprepared. the radio link protocol that has been question accordance with increase of calling redundancy at traffic overload. Although free signal has operating for traffic of the next ship, but cannot avoid the collision in mutual calling ships. In feature of HF band SSB channel that radio link must be established by automatical, stability and adaptive at over load. In this factor, this paper is studied the new radio protocol by 3 step sequency driving of free access, group free access and polling access.

  • In this paper, we propose an algorithm to extract the E-mail address in calling card images. Firstly, text regions are separated from background. in the image. To do this, the properties of e-mail addresses and the texture features in the image is used. And then, each text region is explored to find the candidates of e-mail region. Finally, each candidate is divided into characters to find at-symbol(@), that is, e-mail region. The experimental results show hit-ratio over 93.3% for the various kind of calling cards containing different fonts, background images, caricatures.

  • We propose a method to recommend most likely people to call based on call log of mobile phone user. Call logs of an user can reflect calling pattern of the user include regular calling behavior. When user got a list of people to call with a click of 'send' button on the phone, the time and effort to search a person with several typing or to select a person from the list can be definitely reduced. This paper presents the design process of an algorithm to find most likely people to call at a certain moment and the verification process with recorded call log and Experience Sampling Method(ESM) on mobile phone.

  • Much work on innovation has focused on the manufacturing sector. In this paper, we propose a framework for analyzing innovation in services centred on capability and technology integration. We illustrate the theoretical points made by conducting a case study on an international telephone communications provider Brastel, which introduced significant innovations in international calling services, in the form of rechargeable pre-paid calling card, through effective application of standard IT. Brastel is situated against its main competitors, considering two dimensions of price and service breadth and convenience. A novel technique for measuring competitiveness based on price and service index is introduced. The following competitors were selected: NTT, KDDI, Japan Telecom, Fusion Communications, J-Call / World Link, G-Call, ASP Check, Primus, QuickPhone, and MCI. To create the service index, factors such as ease of use, convenience, number of languages in which the services are available, and additional features were taken into account. The company itself and the rechargeable card innovation were analyzed through in-depth interviews and data collection. It was shown that a competitive advantage was maintained through internal and external capabilities.

  • Recently, CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) technology has been widely applied to various area such as video conference, file transfer, voice mail, automatic message transfer and automatic redial, integrated messaging and network fax. In this paper, an administrative affairs supporting system using call control mode of CTI is designed. To improve inefficient processing of job due to heavy calling from entrance candidates during entrance examination of a college, the system is developed. The database of the system is desigend using object modeling technique. Also, the automatic calling and response system using CTI call control mode is implemented. Especially, to interface with voice of candidates who ask whether they pass or fail the entrance examination of the college, TTS(Text To Speech) module is developed.

  • Hyla japonica males were observed to produce two distinctively different types of mating calls: advertisement call to attract conspecific females and encounter call to keep off potential competitor males. Whereas advertisement calls were organized in bouts of calls or notes, encounter calls were usually produced as separate calls. Encounter calls were much longer and had more pulses per call than advertisement calls. However dominant frequencies or pitches of the two calls did not differ significantly. Hyla Japonica males exhibited considerable plasticity in their calling behavior. They altered both qualitative and quantitative properties of their calls in response to other calling males. Sometimes, they even switched from producing advertisement calls to encounter calls. Advertisement calls produced by chorusing males were shorter in duration and thus move calls per bout than those produced by lone males. Males also produced much lower-pitched calls when calling together with other males. Considering that low pitch calls are often Highly correlated with body size, it is possible that H. japonica males may try to generate deceptive calls to indicate the size greater than the actual.

  • Nursing students are exposed to a variety of stressors. The purpose of this study was to identify the factors influencing nursing students' college adjustment related to calling, work values and adaptation resources. The survey conducted in three nursing colleges (n=313) from 18th November to 30th December in 2015. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, independent t-tests, Pearson's correlation coefficient and multiple regression analyses using SPSS/Win 21 software. 41.9% of variance in college adjustment was accounted for by purpose/meaningfulness(t=6.871, p<.001), emotional stability(t=6.224, p<.001), altruism (t=2.708, p=.007), school year(4th)(t=3.073, p=.002), Hospitals in affiliation(t=2.822, p=.005), GPA(t=2.558, p=.011). The model was statistically significant explaining 41.9% of the variance(F=17.843, p<.001). This study suggests that a strategy increasing college adjustment for nursing students, is needed to consider purpose/meaningfulness, emotional stability, altruism.
