Recently the construction of stations under railway lines and railway sections passing through central area of cities are increasing, calling for an urgent establishment of countermeasures against railway vibration and its subsequent second-phase noise. Of technology developed up to now, the most efficient countermeasure is the floating slab track, a track system isolated from the sub-structure by springs. Unfortunately, however, the system design technology and technology for key components have not yet developed in Korea. As such, in this study, the analysis and design technology of floating slab track and its vibration isolator technology can be achieved. In preparation for future demands, it is expected to raise awareness for the need of technology self-support and to make a meaningful contribution to mitigating vibration and noise produced by the next-generation high-speed railway.

The concepts of reversible, right duo, and Armendariz rings are known to play important roles in ring theory and they are independent of one another. In this note we focus on a concept that can unify them, calling it a right Armendarizlike ring in the process. We first find a simple way to construct a right Armendarizlike ring but not Armendariz (reversible, or right duo). We show the difference between right Armendarizlike rings and strongly right McCoy rings by examining the structure of right annihilators. For a regular ring R, it is proved that R is right Armendarizlike if and only if R is strongly right McCoy if and only if R is Abelian (entailing that right Armendarizlike, Armendariz, reversible, right duo, and IFP properties are equivalent for regular rings). It is shown that a ring R is right Armendarizlike, if and only if so is the polynomial ring over R, if and only if so is the classical right quotient ring (if any). In the process necessary (counter)examples are found or constructed.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to understand conversations and to identify typical conversational problems between nurses and patients with dementia. Method: A conversation analysis method was used. The data was collected in a geriatric institutional setting, using a videotape recorder, and transcribed. The transcribed data was analyzed in terms of expressions, contents, and relationships to identify communicative problems and their resolutions, Results: Among a total of 532 episodes, 440(82.7%) we're identified as nurse-involved episodes. In addition, 66 of the 440 episodes were selected based on the significance of the conversation. The communicative problems between nurses and patients in terms of expressions were identified as 'directive and authoritative expressions', 'emotional and competitive expressions', 'evasive and on-looking expressions', and 'excessive use of title only', such as calling them granny or grandpa without proper names. In terms of content and relationships, 'lack of themes in psychosocial areas' and 'nurse-led relations' were identified respectively as communicative problems. Conclusion: The results of this study will provide substantial guidelines for nurses in caring for elderly patients with dementia by deeply understanding linguistic structures and problems of everyday conversations between nurses and patients with dementia.

For a friendly interaction between human and robot, emotional interchange has recently been more important. So many researchers who are investigating the emotion generation model tried to naturalize the robot's emotional state and to improve the usability of the model for the designer of the robot. And also the various emotion generation of the robot is needed to increase the believability of the robot. So in this paper we used the hybrid emotion generation architecture, and defined the generalized context input of emotion generation model for the designer to easily implement it to the robot. And we developed the personality and loyalty model based on the psychology for various emotion generation. Robot's personality is implemented with the emotional stability from Big-Five, and loyalty is made of familiarity generation, expression, and learning procedure which are based on the human-human social relationship such as balance theory and social exchange theory. We verify this emotion generation model by implementing it to the 'user calling and scheduling' scenario.

This study seeks to analyze the effect of Non-Performing Loans and Capital Adequacy Ratio on Return on Assets on ten conventional banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI-IDX). This study uses secondary panel data for 2015-2019 in the form of CAR and NPL values from ten conventional banks listed on the BEI-IDX during the 2020 observation period. The research approach is quantitative descriptive with data analysis methods, namely, linear regression. The testing phase of this study includes: transform value, F-test, T-test and hypothesis test with significancy level sig < 0.05. The results of this study reveal that Non-Performing Loans had a significant negative effect (t = -2,637) (0.011 <0.0) on Return on Assets, while Capital Adequacy Ratio has no significant effect on ROA (0.760 > 0.05). R2 value is 0.128 or 12.8%. It has a significant effect on variables, calling efforts by banks, governments, and authorities monetary of related institutions to maintain the stability of finance. The reduction of Non-Performing Loan impacts on assets and capital adequacy ratio, besides, the normal NPL will control the stability of finance. If a balance is created either in the form of values or amounts of the variables, the reduction in Non-Performing Loans will be controlled.

The aim of the study was to develop the scale for measuring prospective teacher's belief on workplace spirituality. The researchers revised the 'Workplace Spirituality Scale for Early Childhood Teacher (Lim, 2014)' into the draft of 'Workplace Spirituality Belief for Prospective Early Childhood Teacher (WSBS_PECT)' and then validated the draft of WSBS_PECT statistically. The data were collected from 664 prospective teachers participating 5 early childhood teacher programs. EFA, CFA, Correlations and some statistical methods were carried out for testing validity and reliability of the scale. As a result, the WSBS_PECT with 21 items of 4 factors - i.e. 'awareness of meaning of life', 'belief on calling for ECE teacher job', 'belief on relationships in community', and 'belief on membership in community'- was developed and identified as a available measurement for prospective childhood teachers.

Highly pathogenic avian influenza (HPAI) viruses have caused severe respiratory disease and death in poultry and human beings. Although most of the avian influenza viruses (AIVs) are of low pathogenicity and cause mild infections in birds, some subtypes including hemagglutinin H5 and H7 subtype cause HPAI. Therefore, sensitive and accurate subtyping of AIV is important to prepare and prevent for the spread of HPAI. Next-generation sequencing (NGS) can analyze the full-length sequence information of entire AIV genome at once, so this technology is becoming a more common in detecting AIVs and predicting subtypes. However, an analysis pipeline of NGS-based AIV sequencing data, including AIV subtyping, has not yet been established. Here, in order to support the pre-processing of NGS data and its interpretation, we developed a user-friendly tool, named prediction of avian influenza virus subtype (PAIVS). PAIVS has multiple functions that support the pre-processing of NGS data, reference-guided AIV subtyping, de novo assembly, variant calling and identifying the closest full-length sequences by BLAST, and provide the graphical summary to the end users.

In this paper implemented that PDA sends finger images and can finger recognition web service system in realtime. Finger recognition web service system received the finger images and return the recognition result as XML style. because of this it can offer the same service to using wireless PDA as well as using wire internet client. This system consist of mobile client and finger recognition web service provider. Mobile client request finger recognition web service provider using DIME with taken finger image. We can easily receive and see the result of finger recognition without mass finger database in limited storage space of PDA. Finger recognition web service provider offers that receiving finger images and calling finger recognition system after the recognition return the result.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the expected family involvement of family members of elderly residents in nursing homes. Methods: This study utilized a descriptive design with a survey research method. Data were collected using the Expect Family Involvement Questionnaire Scale, which was completed by 112 family caregivers of older adults in nursing homes in Seoul and Gyeong-gi Province. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. Results: Responses to the questionnaire indicated the highest value was recorded for the item, 'use of a room for family privacy' with $2.41{\pm}0.43$ points, followed by the item, 'staff calling family for advice with resident problems' with $2.38{\pm}0.38$ points and 'education about nursing home programs' with $2.32{\pm}0.42$ points. Conclusion: In order to promote family involvement in long-term care facilities, various approaches, interventions, and government supports with the respective of the family are required. The nursing home placement process should include understanding discuss on the importance of the role of family, and should help promote positive relationships between the elderly residents and their families. Staffs and administrators of nursing home are to consider the family as a partner rather than visitor.

In this paper, the necessity calling for a paradigm shift in information organization is summarized: an attempt is being made to move from a web of documents to a web of data. In this, the principles used to make a universal library network, as part of the semantic web, or linked data, are described. Popular RDF vocabularies are also briefly introduced emphasizing FRBR and RDA vocabularies. Some library-related linked data projects are also summarized, describing the steps necessary to make a library catalogue available as linked data, as well as a rationale for doing so. Lastly, proposed models for a universal library network focusing on linked data are suggested. Some implications for the use of library applications for linked data, among others, are also presented.
