Intelligent Network offers network operators significant opportunities to provide new services such as Freephone service and Credit Calling service. To realize the IN capabilities it is required to introduce several new components into the existing telecommunication network. Among them Service Control Point is regarded as a keystone node of Intelligent Network. This paper discusses the architecture design and implementation of NICS(Network Information Control System), which is a combined system of SCP and SMS. Service processing aspects are discussed in detail among the functions of NICS, and service management and test environment of service logic are presented also. The field trial of NICS which has been developed to provide Freephone Service and Credit Calling Service is scheduled at the end of 1993.

본 논문은 시각정보를 공장자동화에 적용하기 위한 모델을 제안하였다. 제안된 모델에서 클라이언트-서버 모델과 RPC(Remote Procedure Calling)를 이용하여 시각정보를 획득하는 시스템, 공장자동화 전체를 총괄하는 메인서버, 그리고 시각정보만을 처리하는 처리서버로 분산처리 한다. 그 유효성을 지폐인식시스템으로 구현하였다.

본 논문에서 다루는 문제는 품질 정보를 가지는 서열을 배치(alignment)하는 알고리즘이다. 시퀀싱(sequencing) 작업의 일부인 염기 결정 프로그램(base-calling program)에 의해서 생성되는 DNA 서열은 각 염기가 어느 정도 신뢰할 수 있는 가를 나타내는 품질 정보를 가진다. 그러나 지금까지 개발된 서열 배치 알고리즘들은 이러한 품질 정보를 고려하지 않았다. 본 논문에서는 품질 정보를 가지는 두 서열의 배치를 평가하는 기준을 제시한다. 이 평가 기준에 의한 최적의 서열 배치는 동적 프로그래밍(dynamic programming) 기법에 의해서 찾을 수 있다.

Since specific types and physical characteristics of anuran calls can represent reproductive qualities of a calling male, anuran calls have been studied in context of mate choice. We in here report call types of Rana dybowskii and their variations from two different recording sites. Calls of R. dybowskii are classified to three types based on their physical characteristics and behavioral observations; 'A-call'functions to advertise locations of a calling male and to attract potential mates. A territorial male emits 'B-call'only during male-male interaction. 'C -call'is released when a male frog was clasped by another male. The A-call from two recording sites, Miwon and Wonju, shows high variations in their call characteristics.

NBDP시스템에서 9디지트 해상이동식별번호는 7-신호 식별부호로 변환되어 호출국을 자동식별하기 위한 위상동기절차를 거쳐 정보송신국(ISS)의 클럭에 동기 되는데 사용된다. 본 연구에서는 NBDP시스템의 ARQ 모드에서의 페이징절차에서, 호출동기를 위한 자동식별 동기방법과 식별신호간의 변환 및 점검합신호의 검출 알고리즘을 정리하고, 호출의 위상동기를 ITU-R에서 정하고 있는 조건보다 더 빠르게 동기될 수 있는 위상동기방법을 제안하였다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the factors that affect the posttraumatic growth (PTG) among nurses caring for patients with COVID-19. Methods: The subjects of this study were 194 nurses working at COVID-19 designated hospital who had experience in providing direct care for patients with COVID-19. Data were collected in November 2020 using self-administered questionnaires. Results: Deliberate rumination(β=.51, p<.001), calling (β=.20, p=.001), and religion (β=.11, p=.023) were found to affect the PTG of the subjects. Conclusion: The findings of this study demonstrate that it is necessary to develop intervention programs and policies to enhance deliberate rumination and calling in order to promote PTG among nurses providing care for patients with emerging infectious diseases.

An independent bank guarantee(aka an independent guarantee) is provided as an security on a principal obligor's performance of his obligation, and a guarantor should pay the guaranteed amount only upon a beneficiary's written demand. A standby letter of credit has been used in the United States, since it was construed that a bank should not issue a guarantee. There was wide misunderstanding that a standby letter of credit differs from an independent bank guarantee. However, a standby letter of credit is the same security as an independent bank guarantee, and in international business a standby letter of credit is not differentiated from a independent bank guarantee. An independent bank guarantee are independent from the underlying contract, unconditional, and irrevocable. And a guarantor should pay upon written demand without proving a principal obligor breaches the underlying contract. These features of an independent bank guarantee has been abused in international transactions. Thus it has been proposed that some exceptions to the features of an independent bank guarantee should be allowed. United Nations Convention on Independent Guarantees and Standby Letter of Credit(1995) stipulates some exceptions to payment obligation. Export bond insurance, a part of export insurances, operated by the Korea Export Insurance Corporation under the Export Insurance Act, is used as a security for unfair calling by a beneficiary under an independent bank guarantee. Most of the export subsides by the government are prohibited under WTO's Agreement on Subsidies and Countervailing Measures. However, as export insurance is allowed under the WTO, it operates a significant role in enhancing the export. In the event that export bond insurance is provided for a guarantor, an obligor who is subject to recourse by a guarantor, can be exempt from the recourse in case of unfair calling. The Korea Export Insurance Corporation, an insurer, bears unfair calling risk by a beneficiary. Generally it is understood that a demand shall be made before the expiry of an independent bank guarantee. However this is not absolutely true, it shall be decided by URDG, ISP98, the governing law.

Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the impact of nursing professionalism on the nursing performance and retention intention among psychiatric mental health nurses. Methods: As a descriptive correlational study, this study sampled 206 psychiatric mental health nurses in six hospitals in Seoul and Gyeonggi area through convenience sampling. Data were collected from March 2 to 31, 2009 using a self-report questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS WIN 16.0. Results: In the subscales of professionalism, the 'Sense of calling' had the highest mean score while the 'Professional organization' had the lowest mean score. A significant positive correlation was observed in nursing professionalism, nursing performance and retention intention. According to an analysis on the impact of each subscale of nursing professionalism on nursing performance and retention intention, the 'Sense of calling' and 'Autonomy' were the most significant predictor variable. Conclusion: The results confirmed that the improvement of psychiatric mental health nurses' professionalism increases their nursing performance and retention intention and the 'Sense of calling' and 'Autonomy' are critical prediction factors. It is necessary to come up with a strategy which strengthens nursing professionalism in order to improve psychiatric mental health nurses' performance and retention intention.

본 논문은 현재 개발중인 웹 기반의 실시간 중환자 관찰 시스템의 부 시스템인 호출 시스템을 소개한다. Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) 기술을 바탕으로 한, 이 호출 시스템은 환자 상태의 변화와 상황에 따라 가장 적합한 통신 매체를 찾아서 담당 의료진과 환자 보호자를 효율적이고 자동적으로 연락하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 메시지의 긴급성, 연락 시점, 연락 대상자에게 가능한 통신 매체 등에 따라 호출 상황이 매우 복잡할 수 있는데, 불확실성 추론 방법 중의 하나인 Dempster-Shafer 이론을 이용하여 가장 적합한 통신 매체를 결정함으로써, 메시지 전달의 신속성과 안정성을 높이고자 하였다. 또한, 에이전트 기술을 이용하여 사용자의 간섭 없이 호출 작업이 이루어지도록 하였다. 개별적인 통신매체를 이용하지 않고도, 하나의 통합된 환경에서 적합한 매체를 결정하여 호출하는 본 시스템은 중환자실 의료진의 연락 업무를 경감하고 나아가 의료 서비스의 질을 향상하는 효과가 있다고 하겠다.
