Fast Low Dose C-arm CT와 DSA의 선량 비교 (Dose Comparison between Fast Low Dose C-arm CT and DSA)

  • 간동맥화학색전술 중 사용되고 있는 Fast Low Dose C-arm CT의 평균선량을 DSA의 평균선량과 비교해 보고, 전체 누적선량에서 검사기법별 평균선량 분석을 통해 피폭선량을 분석해 보았다. 본원에서 환자 50명을 임의로 선정하여 Fast Low Dose C-arm CT와 DSA의 DAP 및 Air Kerma를 조사하여 비교하였으며, 4가지 검사기법(DSA, Fast Low Dose C-arm CT, Roadmap, Fluoroscopy)의 누적선량(DAP, Air Kerma)이 차지하는 비율을 분석하였다. 통계적인 비교 분석을 위해 통계프로그램 SPSS 20.0을 이용하여 대응표본 T검정, ANOVA 검증(post hoc test : Tukey)하였다. Fast Low Dose C-arm CT가 DSA에 비해 평균선량(DAP, Air Kerma)이 통계적으로 유의하게 낮았다.(p<.001) 간동맥화학색전술에서 항암제 주입 전후로 Fast Low Dose C-arm CT를 적극 활용하여 DSA의 검사 횟수를 줄인다면 환자의 의료방사선 피폭을 감소시킬 수 있다.

Assessing Trees Diversity in Jebel Elgarrie Forest Reserve in the Blue Nile State, Sudan

  • The study aims to examine population indices of mature trees in Jebel Elgarrie forest, Blue Nile State, Sudan. We used remote sensing techniques to stratify the forest into vegetation classes depending on tree density. We distributed 97 circular sample plots (0.1 ha) proportionally to the area of the vegetation classes. In each sample plot we identified, counted and recorded all mature trees (DBH ≥10 cm). We calculated frequency, density, abundance, richness, evenness and diversity for each species and we drew abundance rank curve of mature trees. We used One-Way ANOVA to test for differences (α=0.05) in mean density (No./ha) of mature trees between vegetation classes. Results revealed that the forest was conveniently sub-divided into high density (C1), medium density (C2), low density (C3) and bare farm land (C4) classes. We identified fifteen tree species that belong to 10 families and 14 genera. Combretaceae and Fabaceae were the common families while Anogeissus leiocarpa was the most frequently occurring species. While species diversity varied between vegetation classes, diversity of the forest as a whole is low. While mean density of mature trees in C1, C2, C3 and C4 it was 100, 74, 10, and 0, respectively, it was 54 for the whole forest indicating low stocking, Following One-Way ANOVA, multiple comparisons revealed significant differences in mean density of mature trees between C1 & C3 and C2 & C3. The study provided empirical results on population indices of mature tree species, which would be of importance for successful management and conservation of the forest.

Application of the full factorial design to modelling of Al2O3/SiC particle reinforced al-matrix composites

  • $Al_2O_3$/SiC particulate reinforced (Metal Matrix Composites) MMCs which were produced by using stir casting process, bending strength and hardening behaviour were obtained using an analysis of variance (ANOVA) technique that uses full factorial design. Factor variables and their ranges were: particle size $2-60{\mu}m$; the stirring speed 450 rpm, 500 rpm and the stirring temperature $620^{\circ}C$, $650^{\circ}C$. An empirical equation was derived from test results to describe the relationship between the test parameters. This model for the tensile strength of the hybrid composite materials with $R^2$ adj = 80% for the bending strength $R^2$ adj = 89% were generated from the data. The regression coefficients of this model quantify the tensile strength and bending strengths of the effects of each of the factors. The interactions of all three factors do not present significant percentage contributions on the tensile strength and bending strengths of hybrid composite materials. Analysis of the residuals versus was predicted the tensile strength and bending strengths show a normalized distribution and thereby confirms the suitability of this model. Particle size was found to have the strongest influence on the tensile strength and bending strength.

Glazing 횟수가 전장지르코니아에 미치는 굴곡강도와 표면 미세구조의 변화 (A study of the changes in the strength and microstructure of the zirconia crown surface by the glazing number)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the flexural strength and surface microstructure of the zirconia crown according to the number of glazing zirconia prostheses. Methods: The specimens were made as follows. A specimen without glazing: 1ea, first glazed specimens (group B): 10ea, second glazed specimens (group C): 10ea, third glazed specimens (group D): 10ea. Three-point measuring strength equipment and electron microscopes were used for strength measurement and microstructure observation. As for statistical analysis, one-way ANOVA and t-test (level of significance level=5%) were used to determine the difference in the change in flexural strength according to the number of glazing zirconia prostheses. Results: ANOVA analysis of groups B (1st glazing), C (2nd glazing), and D (3rd glazing) revealed that the change in strength between the groups is statistically significant (p=0.023). The Mann-Whitney test for each group revealed that the difference in flexural strength between groups B and C was not statistically significant (z=-0.302, p=0.762) while that between groups C and D was statistically significant (z=-0.257, p=0.01). Microstructure observation revealed 3 changes in the microstructure of the surface of the glaze powder were observed. Conclusion: According to the number of glazing zirconia prostheses, it was found that the difference in strength between groups was statistically significant, and changes in the microstructure were observed.

다구찌법을 이용한 마이크로 스피커용 다이아프램의 성능개선에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Improving Diaphgram for Micro Speaker Performance using Taguchi Method)

  • On this study, we improved diaphgram for micro speaker performance using Taguchi method in discrete design space. The design of diaphgram has an effect on performance of micro speaker such as, thickness of diaphgram, shape of diaphgram, etc. Therefore this study carried to decide shape of diaphgram and thickness of diaphgram for minimizing 2nd natural frequency of diaphgram using Taguchi method. we showed improved design factors that minimized 2nd natural frequency of diaphgram. Also, 2nd natural frequency of diaphgram for micro speaker is reduced up to 37 percent maintaining twist mode shape. From the results of ANOVA, 2nd natural frequency of diaphgram for micro speaker have an effect on position of the outer curved shape and thickness of diaphgram.

반응 표면 분석법을 활용한 Acetylene 분리용 탄소기반 흡착제 개발 (Development of Carbon-based Adsorbent for Acetylene Separation Using Response Surface Method)

  • 탄소 nanotube, nanofiber 및 powder를 사용하여 아세틸렌 흡착실험을 수행한 결과 탄소 nanotube가 최적의 흡착성분을 보였다. 이를 지지체로 하여 Pd 농도 0~5%, 흡착온도 $30{\sim}80^{\circ}C$$C_2H_2/CO_2$의 비 3~10의 범위에서 3-요인, 3-수준의 Box-Behnken Design(BBD)으로 15개의 실험 조건을 설계했다. 이를 바탕으로 2차 다항식 회귀분석으로 운전조건에 따른 흡착량 예측식을 도출하였다. ANOVA 분석의 F-value 측정에 따라 흡착온도가 가장 큰 영향지수를 보였고 $C_2H_2/CO_2$의 비는 가장 작은 영향지수 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 주요인자 간의 교호작용은 거의 없는 것으로 분석되었다. 흡착량 최적화 분석에서 Pd 농도 3.0%, 흡착온도 $47^{\circ}C$$C_2H_2/CO_2=10$인 조건에서 22.0 mmol/g이 흡착되는 것으로 계산되었고 실제 실험치에 95.9%의 정확도를 보였다.

  • 페이스북 광고 메시지에서 메시지 구성요소의 세 가지 형태인 A문자, B문자+사진, C문자+사진+동영상의 융합형태는 SNS의 주요 속성들에서 어떤 영향의 차이를 보이는가를 연구문제로 설정하였다. 연구절차는 A, B, C 세 가지 Type으로서 모바일에 적용가능한 광고샘플을 제작하여 230명의 피험자들에게 노출시키고, 제1가설에서 SNS의 주요 속성인 정보성, 신뢰성, 유희성, 상호작용성에서 각각 다른 차이를 보일 것인가를 ANOVA, Scheffe 사후분석으로 검증하였다. 제2가설은 SNS 주요 속성요소는 A, B, C 세 가지 광고메시지 융합유형에서 주요 영향력 요소가 무엇인지를 회귀분석으로써 확인하였다. 연구결과 제1가설에서는 A, B, C 세 가지 광고메시지 융합형태에서 유희성과 상호작용성은 A

  • The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the specific cutting energy characteristics during turning SM45C steel. Using the orthogonal array method the specific cutting energy has been predicted. And the significance of the equation is checked by ANOVA test. Predicted values of specific cutting energy are well concide with the measured ones. When the feed rate becaomes larger than 0.5mm/rev, predicted specific cutting energy increases.

시판 이소니아짓 정제의 생물학적 동등성시험에 관한 연구 (Studies on the Bioequivalence Test of Isoniazid Tablets)

  • Even though two different preparations are chemically equivalent, the variance of bioavailability differenciates the clinical effect of preparations, so that the preparations need to be evaluated by comparing bioavailability in vivo as well as chemical equivalence. In this study, bioequivalence tests of commercially available isoniazid tablets A, B, C and D (standard) were performed to give some guidelines to bioequivalence test. The bioavailability parameters obtained by drug administeration were statistically analyzed. Statistical evaluation of the data involved an analysis of variance for a cross over design. Cross over design was employed with 8 healthy volunteers. The results were within 20% difference of mean value in the AUC, Cmax, Tmax and amount of urinary excretion (Au) between standard and isoniazid tablets. The results of ANOVA showed no significant differences for 'group or sequence', but almost not for 'between subjects'. The tablet. A, B and D were within 20 min, but tablet C was within 50 min. Tablet A was biologically equivalent in the Au. tablet B biologically equivalent in the Au and AUC. Tablet C was biologically equivalent in the Au. The relationship between the dissolution rate and Au was significant.

GABA 고함유 흑찰거대배아미의 투여가 C57BL/6형 생쥐의 알코올 섭취량에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Feeding with High γ-Aminobutyric Acid (GABA) Containing Giant Embryo Black Sticky Rice (Oryza sativa L.) on Alcohol Intake in C57BL/6 Mice)

  • 본 실험은 일반미보다 GABA 함량이 많은 흑찰거대배아미(밀양263호) 및 거대배아미와 일반미를 C57BL/6 생쥐에게 16일 동안 자유 섭취시키면서 2시간 알코올 섭취량, 22시간 물 섭취량 및 체중의 변화 등을 조사하였다. 그 결과 흑찰거대배아미 및 거대배아미와 일반미 3군과 2시간 알코올 섭취량의 일변화에 대해 repeated measure ANOVA를 실시하였을 때, 유의한 차이가 관찰되었다(df=16, F=3.109, p=0.004). 일별 2시간 알코올 섭취량에 대하여 흑찰거대배아미군과 일반미군의 양군간 비교시 일반미군에 비하여 흑찰거대배아미군에서 자유 섭취 후 2일째부터 16일째까지 지속적으로 유의하게 감소하였다. 또한 흑찰거대배아미군과 일반미군 2군을 각각 군내 비교를 하였을 때, 일반미 섭취군의 경우에는 섭취전과 유의한 차이가 없었으나, 흑찰거대배아미 군에서는 섭취 전에 비하여 섭취 후 4일째부터 16일째까지 유의하게 감소하였다. 한편 22시간 물 섭취량의 일변화와 체중의 일변화에 대해서 repeated measure ANOVA를 실시하였을 때에도 유의한 교차가 없었다. 그러나 쌀 섭취량의 일변화에 대한 repeated measure ANOVA를 실시하였을 때에 유의한 차이가 관찰되었다(df=16, F=7.145, p=0.001). 이러한 2시간 알코올 섭취량의 변화의 결과는 일반미와의 성분비교에서 흑찰거대배아미에 많이 함유되어 있는 GABA 등에 의한 것으로 추정할 수 있다.
