This article provides empirical evidence on factors of internal audit (IA) characteristics affecting the internal audit effectiveness in steel enterprises in Vietnam. The study uses data from survey obtained from 114 responses representing owners, managers, and internal auditors from 38 steel enterprises in Vietnam for period from 2018 to 2019. Data collected is firstly checked with Cronbach's Alpha, then the EFA test, and the model linear regression is used to test the relationship between internal audit characteristics and internal audit effectiveness. Results reveal that internal audit effectiveness in steel enterprises in Vietnam is influenced by various internal factors, including the size of internal audit, the scope of internal audit, the capacity of internal auditors, the independence of internal auditor, and the operational bases and methods of internal audit. Based on the research results, the paper makes six recommendations: strengthening operational basis of IA; increasing the independence of IA; increasing the size and capacity of IA staff; expanding and not underestimate the scope of IA; and reforming the internal governance structure. These proposed recommendations could be applied, not only for steel companies in Vietnam, but also for other companies in Vietnam or other companies in jurisdictions that have similar conditions.

본 연구는 서비스사이언스에 관한 제 연구영역을 모형화하기 위해서 시도되었다. 제안된 모형은 3계층의 입체적 참조모형이다. 첫째 축은 서비스의 수명주기 관점의 차원이며, 두 번째 축은 서비스 관련 연구 성격의 차원, 그리고 세 번째 차원은 서비스 시스템 구성요소의 차원이다. 서비스 수명주기는 서비스 전략, 서비스 개발 그리고 서비스 실행 또는 운영을 포함한다. 서비스 관련 연구 성격은 기초연구, 응용연구 그리고 융복합연구를 포함한다. 마지막으로 서비스 시스템 구성요소는 서비스 수요자의 욕구, 서비스 역량 그리고 서비스 자원 요소를 의미하고 있다. 본 연구에서 제안된 서비스사이언스 3계층 입체 참조모델에서는 서비스사이언스와 관련된 다양한 연구주제들을 융통성있게 모두 수용할 수 있으며, 연구자 및 실무자 관점에서 원형을 변형하거나 적절히 적용할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 즉 본 연구에서 제시된 모형을 참조하여 개선된 모델들이나, 본 참조모델을 근거로 한 기업에서의 서비스사이언스 관련 적용사례들이 많이 제시될 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구는 국내의 금융 등 서비스 산업을 중심으로 IT 아웃소싱의 도입요인으로 기업요인, 아웃소싱의 범위요인, 위험요인을 독립변수로 하고 도입성과를 종속변수로 하여 도입요인이 성과요인에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 분석 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, IT아웃소싱 도입에 있어서 기업요인과 관련된 산업경쟁력과 최고경영자 지원은 아웃소싱 도입성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 서비스의 기술적인 환경변화는 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, IT아웃소싱 도입에 있어서 아웃소싱 범위요인과 관련된 인프라아웃소싱, 애플리케이션 아웃소싱, 토털 아웃소싱은 아웃소싱 도입성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, IT아웃소싱 도입에 있어서 위험요인과 관련된 안전성의 위험, 비용증가의 위험, 자율성 상실의 위험은 아웃소싱 도입성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

The digitalization of the fashion industry refers to 'the reception of the digital environment by the industry.'Re paper presented 3 conceptual categories of 'technological environment','information environment'and 'business environment'concerning the scope of digitalization, including from the introduction and use of new technical media to new ways of thinking following the paradigm changes. And it demonstratively analyzed digitalization factors and digitalization level of fashion businesses related to the factors by 7 fashion categories. The analytic result and its suggestions are as follows. First, the five digitalization factor of the fashion industry are defined : manufacturing Process automation, computer systemization, information networking, e-business, and small batch production. Second the digitalization degree of fashion firms decreases in the order of information networking, small batch Production, manufacturing Process automation, computer systemization, and e-business, with information networking on the top and e-business, recent focal point of interest, at the bottom. Third, as for the digitalization of each clothing category, men's formal dress and unisex display the highest level of the general digitalization.

Enterprise resource planning(ERP) in nature entails large scale business process redesigns and the corresponding risks. To reduce such risks, enterprise modeling(EM) approach could be adopted through which ERP is planned and effectively implemented on a consistent basis throughout the entire organization. The scope of this paper is to report on EM experiences and lessons learned in the process of ERP implementation. Through a case study, this paper presents and EM methodology which takes due account of strategic business processes, information flows, organizational requirements, and their interdependencies. To assess the impact of distributed application scenarios on effective ERP implementation, alternative EMs have been created and evaluated whether they support information requirements for strategic decisions and day-to-day operational activities, core business processes, and business functions as required. Practical issues and problems raised in the EM process have been discussed.

Purpose - The paper aims to study strategic enterprise resource initiative formation processes. It analyzes the process of managing the strategic resource initiative and discusses its implementation mechanism. A research model for enterprises' strategic development is proposed, which suggests a geometric interpretation for estimating a company's long-term development. Research design, data, and methodology - The analysis employs theoretical studies of modern researchers. The main models used to determine the optimal alternative business strategy are graphic interpretation and mathematical modeling. Results - The hypotheses testing demonstrates the definition of a company's strategic resource initiative and explains the-mechanism or design of its formation. The study presents a geometric prism-refraction model of practice using a strategic resource initiative. Conclusions - An enterprise's strategy could return to its initial state in case of its unexpected deviation as a result of passing through the nodal points. The proposed model allows us to evaluate business performance, its surrounding environment, and the resource management strategy, to determine the necessary scope of strategy changes necessary to bring it back to the original state.

The paper at first gives an introduction to e-commerce, recalls the birth and the growth of an e-commerce giant Chinapages.com in the tough environment in the primary stage of the development of e-commerce in China, provides an overview of its e-business scope and its experience in its e-business development, then describes its present favorable and unfavorable e-business e-environment and its challenges in its future development. Finally it concludes that Chinapages' future is bright and promising with China's WTO entry just around the corner, if Chinapages takes advantages of the opportunities and faces the challenges with confidence and aggressiveness in the new era of e-commerce.

The purpose of this study is to propose a strategic approach to improve firms competitive advantages by selecting main business body and business sector at the same time. In this study the strategy of an efficient business model for joint logistics is suggested by means of searching for a joint program. The methods applied to this study were literature survey, questionnaire and internet information as well as case studies on advanced domestics and foreign logistics enterprises. The research scope of this study has focused on the joint logistics of SMEs being in the DVD(Digital Video Disk) industry sector. The results of this study are shown as follows ; first, in short terms, main business operating body has, second, in long terms, logistics operating enterprise has a direct effect on the joint logistics operation strategy of the DVD(Digital Video Disk) industry in Korea. The conclusion of this study shows that this method as a model of consequence to increase the joint logistics implementation successfully.

The land transport industry is more important than the air transport or shipping industry. Land transport has the largest number of business and employees, and the fourth industrial revolution technology has recently infiltrated the most rapidly. In this paper, we examine the status, future prospects, and implications of the land transport industry in Korea for the past 7 years based on the statistical database and related literature. We survey the scope and characteristics of the freight truck or rail transport industry, government policies, and recent logistics industry trends. From the results of these current and forecast statistical surveys, we propose a way forward for the domestic transport business.

본 연구는 작업장 혁신이 경영성과와 근로여건 개선에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 연구결과 작업과정 혁신과 경영혁신 프로그램 활용 정도가 높을수록 경영성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 세부적으로 작업과정 표준화와 품질 통제는 노동생산성 제고, 납품기한 단축, 생산 및 서비스 품질 제고에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 인력 절감, 개인도급 활용 축소, 비핵심 사업부문 사내하청 및 외주확대 노력은 경영성과와 근로여건 개선(노동강도 감소 및 근로자내 소득격차 감소) 모두에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 노동조합 참여도가 높을수록 작업과정 혁신이 경영성과에 미치는 영향이 더 분명해지는 조절효과가 검증되었다. 본 연구는 작업장 혁신이 경영성과와 근로여건 개선에 미치는 영향을 파악함으로써 작업장 혁신의 효과를 종합적으로 분석하고, 근로자 개인의 차원까지 연구범위를 넓힌 데에 연구의 의의가 있다.
