With the increasing use of the Internet improved Internet technologies as well as web-based applications, the uses of e-Learning have also increased the effectiveness of e-Learning has become one of the most practically and theoretically important issues in both Educational Engineering and Information Systems. This study suggests a research model, based on an e-Learning success model, the relationship of the e-learner's self-regulated learning strategy and the quality perception of the e-Learning environment. This research model focuses on the learning environment and on the learners' self-efficacy. The former consists of LMS, learning contents and interaction that are provided by e-Learning and the latter refers to the learners' self-regulated learning strategy. In this study, academic performance was measured by student's real record. We will show the validity of the model empirically, and most of the hypotheses suggested in this model were accepted.

The 21st century belongs to biotechnology as it made profound impact in the field of health, food, agriculture and environmental protection. India's biotechnology industry is poised to record substantial growth, perhaps even overtake the robust IT industry. The objectives of the study are to determine the existing HR practices in Biotech Industry and to understand the need for the up gradation in existing HR Policies. Conclusive and descriptive research design has been used. Data is collected from 122 employees in 23 companies of Biotech Industry. It was found that Biotechnology companies require managers with unique qualities. The lack of solid managerial training and the associated risk of failure often have long-term consequences for the careers of research professionals. The efforts to achieve excellence through a focus on learning, quality, teamwork, and reengineering are driven by the way organizations get things done and how they treat people. Biotech industry is trying to establish itself in India for last one decade but is not showing any phenomenal growth because they still do not valuing their human resource as much they should be.

Recently, there are many research of musculoskeletal disorders in manufacturing industry because of increasing interest of that disorders, but the research is still lacking in the small business and service industry. So we researched relationship between working characteristics and subjective symptoms associated with musculoskeletal disorders by get information of 145 hairdresser about working hour, work record, position and working pattern. The results of this research show that there are many musculoskeletal disorders of hairdressers' neck, shoulder, arm, knee and also a lot of relationship between working characteristics and subjective symptoms associated with musculoskeletal disorders. Besides, some parts of subjective symptoms have a effect on other parts of body. This study will contribute to using information and a precautionary measure about musculoskeletal disorders for hairdressers.

Smart speakers represent a growing product in home electronics. However, their capability to record voices in their immediate surroundings has spurred concerns about privacy violations. In this paper, we assess the extent of those concerns in the opinions of smart speaker users by examining the reviews posted by smart speaker users. We focus on South Korea as a representative of advanced Asian economies. The results show that Korean smart speaker users are either unconcerned or unaware of privacy issues, confirming the results of previous studies about UK users, but with an even lower degree of interest in the topic. However, for the few users concerned about privacy, their attitude towards privacy influences their overall opinion about smart speakers.

평가작업은 기록관리 업무에서 가장 중요한 기능 중에 하나이다. 즉, 기록관리에 있어서 평가란 기록물의 가치를 평가하는 것으로, 그 결과 지속적으로 유지 보존되어야 하는 업무적 가치를 지니거나 지속적 활용성을 지닌 기록을 체계적으로 선정하고, 그 보유기간을 결정할 수 있다. 현재 엄청난 양의 기록물이 생산되는 환경에서 선별의 범위와 방식을 규정하여 효용의 극대화를 추구하게 하는 기록물평가의 중요성은 더욱 부각된다고 볼 수 있다. 본 연구는 각국(영국, 미국, 캐나다, 호주)의 국립기록원이 제정한 영구적 기록물선정과 폐기를 위하여 수립된 평가정책을 1) 평가정책의 목표, 2) 평가목적, 3) 평가기준, 4) 평가절차, 5) 특별 고려사항 등 다섯 가지 항목에 대해서 분석하여 비교하였다. 또한, 본 연구는 법령으로 국가기록물을 체계적으로 선별 수집하기에는 역부족이라 생각하여 국가기록원이 국가기록물을 평가ㆍ선별하는 데 도움을 줄 수 있는 평가정책을 개발하는 것이 바람직하다고 보고, 평가정책 수립 시 고려사항을 제시하였다.

본 연구는 ENR지를 통해 파악할 수 있는 선진 설계회사들이 급변하는 세계 설계 및 엔지니어링 시장에서 환경변화에 어떤 방식으로 대응하여 성공하고 있는지를 파악함으로써 최근 어려움을 겪고 있는 국내 설계 및 엔지니어링 업체들에게 향후 생존과 성장을 위한 시사점을 도출할 목적으로 이루어졌다. 분석결과 순위가 올라가거나 유지한 기업들의 특징은 시장과 상품에 대해 사업구조 전략적 측면에서 전문화를 추구하였으며 M&A나 전략적 제휴를 통하여 급변하는 산업 환경에 능동적으로 적응하였기 때문에 성공한 것으로 나타났다. 국내 엔지니어링 기업이 해외에서 성공하기 위해서는 기업 입장에서 시장과 상품에 대한 전략적 특화가 필요하며 정부는 정책상의 해외진출 전략수립과 지원, 학계와 연구소는 핵심 기술육성을 위한 산 $\cdot$ 학 $\cdot$ 연 연구의 활성화가 절실히 필요하다.

블록체인 기술은 신뢰모델과 비즈니스 프로세스를 다양한 산업분야에서 혁신적으로 바꿀 수 있는 잠재력을 지니고 있다. 하지만, 효율성보다는 자율성을 추구한 시스템의 초기단계로 평가되고, 분산원장기술도 기존의 관계형 DB 거래기술에 비해 가격과 도입시간에서의 모니터링 및 점검이 필요하다고 판단된다. 하지만, 국내 외 민간에서는 구체적인 영역에서 블록체인 기술이 적용되어 활성화되고 있고 기록의 불변성, 투명성, 비즈니스 규칙의 자율적인 실행을 특징으로 초기의 과장된 기술이라는 의심에서 벗어나 금융업계는 물론 다양한 산업군에서 이력과 신원, 자격인증과 감사 등에 활용되기 시작했다. 이에, 본 논문에서는 보안 취약점, 규제환경의 미흡, 기술적 공감대 및 공통표준의 미흡 등에서 문제점을 분석하였다. 그리고 블록체인 기술이 갖는 비즈니스적 의미와 가능성을 저작권, 물류, 헬스케어, 환경분야에서의 실제 도입성과 기반의 모니터링을 통해 개념에서 현실 제도권으로 진입되어 산업생태계의 혁신을 이를 것으로 전망하였다.

기록학에서의 분류는 기록 자체의 내용보다는 기록이 생산되고 활용되는 맥락에 초점을 둔다. 본 연구에서는 업무활동이 반영된 기록을 업무활동 분석에 기반하여 구축된 분류체계에, 개별 기록의 내용이 아닌 기록의 집합적 맥락을 중심으로 자동분류 할 수 있는 기록 자동분류시스템을 설계하였다. 기 분류된 기록집합체뿐 아니라 분류체계와 시소러스를 분류기준으로 같이 구축하여 상호보완 할 수 있도록 설계하였으며, 분류대상기록의 범주를 할당한 후 바로, 분류된 기록의 맥락정보를 실시간으로 분류기준에 반영할 수 있는 방안도 포함하였다. 설계된 기록 자동분류시스템은 맥락정보의 품질에 따라 시스템의 성능이 좌우되는 한계가 있지만, 이를 통해 맥락정보를 제대로 충실하게 남길 수 있도록 유도하는 역할을 할 수 있다고 판단되었다.

웹기록물은 공공기관의 업무활동이나 전자상거래에 대한 법적증거로 활용될 수 있기 때문에 보존할 가치가 있는 정보이지만 웹기록물의 특징 중 하나인 '휘발성'으로 인해 소실되고 있다. 따라서 이렇게 사라지는 웹기록물을 장기보존하기 위한 장기보존포맷이 정의되어야 한다. 웹기록물은 전자기록물의 일종이기 때문에 전자기록물 장기보존포맷에 보존할 수 있어야 한다. 하지만 현재 표준으로 제시된 포맷은 웹기록물의 특성을 고려하지 않고 정의되었기 때문에 웹기록물을 보존할 수 없다. 본 논문에서는 표면/심층 웹기록물 문서보존포맷으로 연구된 KoDeWeb/KoSurWeb과 전자기록물 장기보존포맷을 분석하고, 이를 바탕으로 웹기록물을 보존할 수 있는 확장된 전자기록물 장기보존포맷을 정의하였다. 정의된 포맷을 활용하면 웹기록물도 전자기록물들과 같이 보존되어 활용될 수 있고, 전자 상거래에 관련된 공공기관의 웹기록물을 보존함으로써 전자 상거래에 대한 법적 증거로서 활용될 수 있다.

스마트폰 열풍에 따른 인간 생활의 변화는 21세기 새로운 혁명을 맞고 있다. 2012년말 우리나라 스마트폰 보급률 58.8%를 기록해 세계 1위를 차지하며 IT강국의 명성을 이어가고 있다. 이러한 세계 최고의 IT 기반을 자랑하며 급속도로 발전해가는 IT강국이지만, OECD 회원국 중 최장 근로시간을 가진 국가이면서도 노동생산성은 하위권에 위치한다. 현재 전 세계적으로 저탄소 녹색성장, 저 출산 고령화, 노동생산성 증대, 온실가스 감축 등 공통된 사회적 현안이 지속 늘어나고 있고, 이를 해결하기 위한 방안으로 '스마트워크(Smart Work)'가 주목 받고 있는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 중소기업이 지방경제에 미치는 영향과 중소기업의 정보화 실태를 통계적 관점에서 살펴보고, 스마트워크 추진을 위한 세부 추진요소 및 모델 제안을 통해 중소기업의 스마트워크 대응방안을 제시해 보고자 한다. 이를 통해 스마트워크를 위한 중소기업 IT시스템 구성 모델를 제시한다.
