Research on the transformation of smart museums under the Internet thinking: A case study on the palace museum

  • With the development of information and Internet technology, traditional museums have been long followed the trend of integrating innovative technological elements into the changed museums. It is necessary that the museums seize the opportunity of the trend transforming into smart museums, the key is to grasp the characteristics and laws of the Internet era, and use Internet thinking to explore the future development path. However, there are few studies on Internet thinking among the existing results. On the other hand, most of the relevant actual case studies still focus on the micro-level, which has obvious limitations. This paper will start from the current situation and trend, focus on the Palace Museum as a case study object, and discuss the problems and characteristics, so as to put forward the thinking about the development of smart museums in four aspects to explore the optimal path of transformation for smart museums.

  • The implementation of the legal mechanism to protect the rights and interests of entrepreneurs in Russia has its unique features. When the rights and interests of a businessman are threatened with infringement, specific legal remedies may be applied, by means of which the violated rights and interests are restored and, thereby, the opportunity to resume entrepreneurial activity is created. The paper explores extrajudicial ways to protect the rights and interests of entrepreneurs in Russia. The study analyzes the forms of self-help, arbitral tribunal, resolution of applications and complaints by executive authorities, the notariate, and work with the business ombudsman and civil society institutions.

  • The purpose of this paper is to determine the actual strategies used in Inventory Management in the field of Distribution phenomenon. In the first part of the research, theoretical backgrounds will be reviewed in order to provide better understanding the importance of Inventory Management in Distribution Management. The qualitative data were gathered by face to face interviews and a phone interview from four selected intermediaries. The study finds intermediaries practicing JIT in the sales and distribution and maximizing the sales activities and minimizing the inventory cost by giving up on an opportunity cost.

한국형 TAC 제도의 협동관리적 할당량관리체계(QMS)에 관한 연구 (Development and Implementation of Cooperative-based Co-management TAC Quota Management System in Korean Fisheries Management)

  • The relatively recent emphasis on a total allowable catch(TAC) system is placing new demands on fisheries management. Korean fisheries law has provided recently for implementation of the TAC based on fishery management system, in order to conserve and manage fisheries resources rationally in its exclusive economic zone(EEZ). In 1998, the TAC system was first applied to Korean fisheries. This TAC system is currently undergoing a second trial period, having been put under the system for 20012002 and continuous trial basis until the complete settlement of EEZ system agreement among three countries, Korea, China and Japan. The TAC system implementation needs are sophisticated information collection, analysis and modeling that will continue to increase and require the high management resources. In addition, data on social and economic impacts on TAC system is sometimes inadequate. The implementation of the TAC system provides a unique opportunity to examine the limits of management information and resources, and to solve the problems in Korean fisheries management system, These limits and problems are complicated by an inadequate biologically and economically information and insufficient management resources. Government and fisheries cooperatives must be cooperated in the management process in order to minimize its conflicts and maximize commitment to sustain fishery development. Recognition of the ineffectiveness and its potential consequences leads to the adoption of the cooperative-based co-management approach in implementation of TAC system. In 1998, the TAC system was first applied to Korean fisheries, where traditional fishery management has consisted mainly of technical measures and input controls. The QMS of TAC system has been implemented in the form of cooperative-based co-management framework. This QMS framework was chosen to overcome many difficulties and limits that a competitive TAC system would impose on Korean traditional fisheries management. The implementation of the QMS of TAC system provides a unique opportunity to examine the limits of management information and resources, and to solve the problems in Korean fisheries management system.

  • 최근 스마트폰 사용의 급속한 확산은 국내외 무선망 사업자들에게 기회와 과제를 동시에 제시하고 있다. 기존의 음성 통신 시장의 정체라는 문제를 무선 데이터 시장의 확대를 통해 해결할 수 있다는 중요한 기회와 함께 폭발적으로 증가하는 거대한 데이터 트래픽을 수용할 수 있도록 고효율 무선가입자망을 새로 구축해야하는 도전 과제를 맞고 있는 것이다. 본격적인 네트워크 경쟁 시대를 맞아 무선망 사업자들 간에는 LTE 주도의 4G 네트워크 조기 구축 전략과 3G 및 4G 혼합형 망고도화 전략간 경쟁이 치열하게 전개되고 있다. 사업자의 미래 네트워크 전략으로 LTE 조기도입에 따른 4G 단일 망 위주의 전략이 성공적일지 HSPA+, WiFi, 클라우드 컴퓨팅 등 대체 망을 통한 복합적 망고도화 전략이 성공적일지에 대한 판단이 중요한 시점이다. 향후 현 시점에서의 판단과는 다른 의외의 결과가 나올 수도 있음은 물론이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 국내외 통신산업의 망고도화 동향과 추이를 살펴보고 다양한 망고도화 이행 전략을 비교 분석하여 앞으로의 4G 네트워크 경쟁에 대한 전망과 효율적 운영 방안을 도출하고자 한다.

IPTV 도입에 따른 국내 양방향 방송 매체간 경쟁 관계 비교 : 적소 이론의 적용 (Competitive Analysis Among Interactive Broadcasting Media in Korea Affected by the Introduction of IPTV : Adopting the Niche Theory)

  • IPTV의 시장 진출 이후 양방향 방송 특성을 중심으로 한정된 미디어 수용자의 매체 선택을 둘러싼 유료 방송 시장의 경쟁이 더욱 치열해지고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 IPTV 도입 이후 변화된 유료 방송 시장의 경쟁 구조를 양방향 방송 매체간 경쟁 관계 관점에서 분석하였다. 이를 위해 적소 이론에 의한 경쟁 관계 분석 방법을 적용하여 IPTV와 기존 유료 방송 매체인 케이블방송, 위성방송간의 경쟁 관계를 양방향 방송의 충족 기회 특성에 따라 분석하였다. 양방향 방송에 대한 수용자의 기대 가치 차원은 사용 용이성, 상호작용성, 선택의 다양성, 경제성의 4가지로 제시하였으며, 적소 이론에 의해 수용자의 각 매체 별 활용 정도, 매체간 유사성 정도, 매체간 경쟁 우위성을 분석하였다. 또한, 이들 분석 결과에 의해 IPTV와 타 방송 매체와의 경쟁 구도를 살펴보고, IPTV가 유료 방송 시장에서 경쟁 우위를 확보하기 위한 성공 전략을 제시하였다.

물류 중소 IT 기업과 학부 프로젝트 교과목 운영 연구 (A Study of an Undergraduate Project Course on IT Distribution in Small and Medium Industries)

  • 본 논문에서는 물류 중소 IT기업과 학부 프로젝트 교과목을 연계하여 기업 실무 주제인 로컬 푸드 재고관리시스템을 공동개발하고 솔루션화하는 프로젝트 중심 교육사례를 연구하였다. 기존 이론 및 텀 프로젝트 진행방식에 탈피하여 기업의 실무 프로젝트를 대상으로 기업의 실무자가 멘토로 참여하여 프로젝트 주제를 제시하고 학생들이 그 주제의 시스템을 개발하였고 기업 실무자와 토의하는 과정에서 실무적인 지식을 습득하게 유도하였다. 이러한 방식을 통하여 상호 최신기술을 공유하고 물류 비즈니스 도메인을 이해하는 기회가 되었으며 프로젝트 수행을 위해 필요한 비용, 품질, 납기에 대하여 학생 스스로 이해하고 해결해 가는 경험을 하였으며 자신감을 얻을 수 있었다. 기업은 시제품 개발을 위한 비용절감과 우수인력을 교류할 수 있는 기회가 되었다.

A study on the O2O Commerce Business Process with Business Model Canvas

  • Purpose: The growth of online commerce is now becoming a major threat and a new opportunity for retailers. Existing offline retailers struggle to cope with new online retailers' threats by utilizing offline infrastructure. Besides, online retailers expand their online strengths to offline sales by opening their offline stores. Many retailers are paying close attention to the O2O business and the resulting changes. Thus, this research focuses on the O2O business model and process that retailers can adopt. Research design, data and methodology: Considering the features of products that retailers sell, this paper divides O2O business process with the following criteria: delivery lead-time and delivery area. And This research uses the business model canvas to define the features of O2O commerce business process. This paper also uses nine key elements in the business model canvas for analyzing the structure of O2O commerce business. Results: This paper suggests the delivery model of retailers respond to offline customer orders and summarizes the following results. (1) Considering characteristics such as logistics process, delivery area, and product type, we define the features of O2O business models: wide-area (warehouse) based O2O business model, regional area (store) based O2O business model and time-separated O2O business model. (2) This study checks the availability of the business model through the business cases of O2O business models. (3) This study also analyzes the O2O business model of domestic retail companies by the factors defined in the business model canvas. Conclusions: Retailers can adopt the O2O business process to fit their business requirements and strategy. The online retailers who deal with normal consumer products mainly have the wide-area based O2O business model. The wide-area based O2O business model can be suitable for retailers who manage inventory centrally. The time-separated O2O business model can be a good solution for fresh food retailers to operate the logistics process efficiently. And to shorten the delivery lead-time of fresh foods, the regional area based O2O business model can be fit to the retailer that utilizes its offline logistics or sales infrastructure. It may be much more important for retailers to share the inventory information with other branches and to change the role of offline stores.

20세기초 미국의 현대적 대기업 등장에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Emergence of the U.S. Modern Big Business in the Early 20th Century)

  • 미국은 19세기말~20세기초기간에 영국경제를 추월하면서 대기업체제가 출현하였다. 이러한 미국의 성장은 양질 이민의 지속적 유입과 교통수송기관의 혁신적 발전과 전국적 시장형성 및 체계적이고 조직적인 과학기술의 R&D가 이룩한 '미국식 생산양식'현출에 있었다. 1895년이후 10년동안 미국경제는 수직·수평적 통합의 거대합병현상이 일어 300여개 이상의 기업들이 합병에 참여했다. 대기업의 출현이 인식되기 시작한 초기에는 미국내의 시민들은 '부와 기회의 땅' 미국의 전통적 상징이 위협받을 것이라는 우려에서 반(反)대기업운동을 전개하였다. 대기업의 행위를 규제할 정부기구가 설치되고 규제법안이 실행되었으나, 종국적으로는 새로운 경제질서를 수용하고 받아들였다. 이는 대기업 등장이후 초래된 미국의 경제적 번영과 물질적 풍요 및 대기업운영이 이룬 경영관리체제의 효과에 연유된 것을 확인하였다.

공공개발지구 내 주차장용지의 이용실태와 토지공급방법 개선방안 연구 (A Study on the Use of Parking Lots and Improvement Methods of Land Supply in Public Development Zones)

  • Parking lot within housing site contains public interest of relieving parking space shortage problem and subject to public restriction. If auctioned off at higher price by excessive competition in general competitive bid for land bidders, the development of parking lot will be made against its original purpose supply. The core issue is that a bid price is quite often to be blown out of proportion by 150%~ 250% due to extreme competition and, could face serious problem if a winning bidder runs sale business. If it is rental business, although about 30% of the total floor space of the whole building to be used as neighborhood facilities, too high winning bid price cause to lose transparency. In case of sale at aggregate buildings, most business operators would sell 30% of the neighborhood facilities, spare the parking lot and manages thereof separately. According to Aggregate Buildings Act, neighborhood facilities are allowed for individual registration and ownership of parking lot by business operator or designated person by business operator. In this case, the parking lot becomes 70% of the total floor space of the whole building and 70% of the land share which makes the mortgage very valuable and easier for business operator to get financial loan. There used to be many cases such as owners of neighborhood facilities (aggregate buildings partial owners) who run parking lot to repay their loan running parking lot to repay loan, but found that very tough and reached auction and relatively disadvantaged. For parking lot within housing site, it is recommend to exclude the public factors that land has and take into account of public restriction in area (housing site). Business opportunity for operators and protection of property rights for buyers in aggregate buildings, land supply method is recommended to replace from highest bid method into draw or private contract. In terms of price, supply at estimated price (construction price) and restriction on usage (Co-ownership of parking lot) proposals are submitted.
