As LTE service and smartphone are emerging as the mainstream of mobile communications market, the value and importance of mobile data service has been further increased. MNO(mobile network operator)s already recognized the data service as essential market needs, and have appealed to consumers based on various satisfaction elements of data service such as faster transmission speed, expended data volume provided as default, and introduction of unlimited plan. So, in the smartphone market where has been mature, investigating what service attributes affect users' selection of data service is very meaningful from the perspectives of both the industry and the academic. Under this background, this study explores determinants influencing consumer's choice for mobile data service and analyzes relative importance of the attributes among different type of users. The findings of this study makes us extend our understanding of consumer characteristics and their service needs in data service centric era, and it provides some implications for establishing telecommunications policies and business strategies.

The Internet of Things (IoT) is characterized as the market where various companies compete for the same consumers. Thus, there are differences in functions and performance provided by the main business area and other characteristics of the service providers. This paper investigates whether satisfaction with the service provided depends on the characteristics of the operator by using sentiment analysis of comments. To achieve this goal, word importance analysis and sensitivity analysis are conducted on 34,310 reviews of 41 applications registered in the Google Play. The review analysis was conducted at various levels, including TD-IDF (Term frequency-inverse document frequency) value of keywords, service sectors, the origin of providers, and domestic/foreign providers. The results show that users' overall assessment of IoT services was found to be low, and smart homes received relatively high reviews compared to other services, and manufacturing-based and overseas providers received relatively higher evaluations than others.

It is understood that carriers evaluate several features of ports when fixing the T/S port. Those features can be enumerated as Geographic condition of port, Service network with overseas ports, Level of port productivity, Port infrastructure, Port services level, Port Authority's Policy direction mand Cost competitiveness. The objectives of this study are to: 1) determine if those factors could affect the T/S competitiveness of the port; and 2) to evaluate how Busan port conforms to those determinants factors in such extent. According to results of the analysis after surveying National global carrier, Intra-Asia carriers, Global overseas carriers, Terminal operators, and Busan Port Authority known to be highly influential samples, all factors were proven to be factors affecting the T/S competitiveness of the port. Meanwhile, in the analysis through AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) methodology about the order of weight among those factors, Cost competitiveness was answered as the most important factor. On the other hand, in the analysis to find the situation if Busan port conforms to those factors, Busan port was proven to satisfy those conditions to a moderate extent. In the analysis about the order of strength among those factors, Busan port was answered to have the highest strength in the geographic condition. However, it showed the bottom level of strength in the Cost competitiveness which was answered as the most important factor among samples for determining the T/S competitiveness of the port. This indicates that Government and Port Authority of Busan have to concentrate policy capabilities on the improvement of cost competitiveness of Busan port to enhance the T/S competitiveness. In this paper, four policy recommendations are given : Integration of Busan port operation into New port, Combining multiple operators into one or a few, Attracting Global mega carriers as the New port terminal operators, and Continuous Infrastructure expansion.

This study proposes a CMS platform for AR-based remote collaboration in a smart factory. The Smart Factory site utilizes various forms of AR technology to save time and money. As the level of smart factory increases, system-oriented tasks such as machinery and equipment are performed in people-oriented work. Therefore, there is a need for a system that allows the operator to immediately repair the machine or equipment in case of a failure, or to get help if necessary. Remote collaborative CMS platform is designed to work in conjunction with DATABASE of ERP, MES / POP, and PLM system built through text, 2D 3D contents and smart factory business, This study is meaningful in that it saves time and cost by sharing information such as management, repair method, manual, etc., and repairing it quickly.

This study tried to investigate the effect of the service quality attributes of the curation on the satisfaction, trust, and intention to continuous use of consumers in that curation services are derived in various forms and being greatly activated, there are not many academic discussions centered on them. Besides, differences between curation services by each service provider were also verified in this study. Data collection was conducted for one month in August 2019, with 373 men and women in their 20s. The results of the study are as follows. First, according to the result of investigating the variables that make effect on user satisfaction of curation service, it was identified that satisfaction has increased when figures of fulfillment, responsiveness, personalization, design, ease of use, and safety were higher. Second, among the variables that influence the reliability of the curation service, trust increases when user satisfaction, design, ease of use, and safety are higher. Third, satisfaction has a positive effect on trust, and both satisfaction and reliability affect the intention to continue use. Fourth, as a result of examining the difference in quality between the curation services divided by Curating subject, it was found that satisfaction, ubiquitous connectivity, and responsive quality were measured higher in the business operator service than in the user curation service.

This paper analyzes the economic effects when platform provider including CP contributes to broadband universal service and uses broadband bandwidth providing high quality network service. In this model, the contribution rate of broadband universal service is determined by ISP and platform provider sets its price of contents. The main results are as follows. First, the traffic usages is less than social optimum when the market of contents is monopoly. The sum of contribution fee and network usage rate must be less than marginal cost of network operation to get social optimum traffic. Second, the rate set by ISP is equal to social optimum when the market of contents is competitive. Third, when platform provider does not charge contents provided, ISP sets social optimum prices and the network usage rate for contents user is decreasing as advertisement revenue becomes larger. These results suggest that the platform provider should contribute to universal service funding to encourage the network investment of ISP.

In this study, the flat-section monofilaments of PBT for artificial eyelashes was developed, and the physical properties of the circular cross-section of artificial eyelashes were compared and observed, and the main performance of the artificial eyelash prototype was observed through processing for artificial eyelashes. In addition, a satisfaction survey of the prototype was conducted through a survey of consumers and artificial eyelash operators. It was found that the bending stiffness value of the monofilaments increased significantly as the thickness increased. As a result of measuring the bending properties of the flat-section PBT monofilaments, the bending stiffness was significantly lower than that of the circular-section PBT specimens of the same thickness. The deformed cross-section PBT monofilaments with flat cross sections developed in this study showed a light weight factor of less than 50% compared to the existing circular cross-section PBT ones. The adhesive strength of the developed PBT artificial specimens was greater than that of the existing circular cross-section yarn. It was also observed that the curl stability over time was excellent. As a result of the consumer survey, it was possible to obtain more than 85% of positive answers in the case of consumer subjects, and it was possible to investigate that the satisfaction of the operator subjects was more than 80% compared to the existing round-section eyelashes.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to guide the operation managers who plan daily production of large mass-processing facility that services multi-customers with multi-product, small-batch item characteristics by providing the practical best production quantity and the inventory allowed to build. Methods: Close observation of a subcontract paint-shop operator captured the daily decision process which was reflected in the subcontractor-unique mathematical model and the system dynamics simulation model. Multiple simulations were run to find the practical best production quantity and the maximum allowable stock level of inventory that did not undermine the profit from practical best daily production. Actual data and a few constant values were obtained from the firm under study. Results: While the inventory holding cost for the customer-owned material harms the total profit of the subcontractor, the running cost of the processing facility hinders production in small batches. This balances the maximum possible productions and results in practical best daily production which can be found through simulation runs with actual data. The maximum level of stocked inventory is deduced from the practical best daily production. Conclusion: To build a large volume that enables economy-of-scale production, operators should deal with multi-product small-batch items from multiple customers. When the planned schedule of the time and amount of material in-flow tend not to be reliable, operators can find it practical to execute level production across the planning horizon instead of adjusting to day-to-day in-flow fluctuations.

drones are used in a variety of fields, including business, leisure, lifesaving, and war. Various research using drones is being conducted in the military. In particular, the use of drones in 『Manned-Unmanned Complex combat performance plan』, powered by various unmanned vehicles deployed in the Army TIGER system, is expected to be a major factor realizing the Army's future combat performance that minimizes damage to ally combat troops while causing maximum damage to the enemy. As the deployment of various systems progresses, combat performance methods utilizing each system are evolving, but there is a lack of research to identify and resolve limitations in the perspective of unmanned vehicle operators. Based on the Ukrainian military's FPV drone combat case, we would like to make suggestions from the operator's perspective on overcoming perspective limitations through the introduction of FPV and the designation of military drone frequency.

This study aims to investigate how the service quality of a farm party affects the cognitive and emotional images of the farmhouse and revisit intentions by designing a research model and testing hypotheses. First, findings of the test show that when it comes to service quality, the physical environment and program contents of farm party have an effect on the cognitive image of the farmhouse while the qualification of party operators does not. Second, the physical environment of the party and party operator's qualification affect the emotional image but the program contents has no effect. Third, The cognitive and emotional images have an effect on the revisit intentions. It is certain that the farm party serves as cultural contents facilitating the rural economy and an emerging business model in the rural tourism. When we approach the farm party as a business model to provide service, not cultural contents as party, however, farmhouses may build a positive image as a new tourist destination and also see their economy facilitated. This study looks into Seoul and Gyeonggi areas and thus is geographically limited and does not cover national phenomenon.
