여러 연구에 의하면 사회적기업의 지원제도 중 사업개발비는 중요한 요소로 확인되고 있다. 여러 해 동안 사업개발비가 집행되고 있으나, 이에 대한 정리된 자료는 찾아보기 어렵다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 사업개발비를 인과적으로 분석하고 관계성을 찾아보려고 한 것이 아니라 개발비신청과 관련한 자료를 정리하여 실태를 살펴봄으로써 사업개발비에 대한 사회적기업의 관심이 무엇인지 더 나아가 이에 대한 개선점을 찾아보고자 하는데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 사업개발비의 신청 형태들을 분석하기 위하여 인증여부, 업종, 지원횟수 등과 같은 몇 가지 범주별로 나누어 자료를 살펴보았다. 분석결과는 사업개발비에 대한 개선점과 지속가능성을 높이는데 필요한 사업개발비 정책개발 자료(지침개발)가 될 수 있다고 생각한다.

In accordance with changes in life style, people's desire to eat out is getting changed in their preferring factors from whether they can buy food they want to eat fast and easily to mood of the dining space, content and quality of service, hygiene condition of restaurant, quiet location and surrounding circumstance, and discount coupon and price destruction. In addition, consumers who begin to recognize the seriousness of environmental pollution prefer health-oriented food. On the other hand, excessive presence of competitors, growing personnel expense, increasing expenditure in accordance with swelling price of rent and material expenditure, increase of tax burden, decrease of income because of credit card service charge and high expected level by consumers make it difficult for restaurant's owners to manage restaurant business. Therefore, this study purposes to establish development of menu from the consumer's and the supplier's point of view and propose how to develop menu aiming at convenience, health and diversity.

This study aimed to categorize mountain villages according to business expense investments and investigate residents' supplementation demands and differences between expected effects by the categories. For the study, 35 villages where are completely developed on and after 2007 were selected to consider fairness among local governments. Each village leader(the head of the village or the chairperson of the management committee) was conducted a survey from 2012 May to August and one copy of survey was eliminated from the study. The study is summarized into four results. First, the types of mountain villages were categorized as a type of mountain village practice(18), a type of life environment improvement(8) and a type of forestry income(8) according by the itemized reports of the business expense investments. Second, the result of F-test(One Way ANOVA) for the average analysis by types showed that 3 out of 6 demands for the operation were significant differences and a supplementation necessity of the program was identified significant differences in p<0.01 level. The necessity of forestry resources use and sprawling development prevention are also showed significant differences among types in p<0.05 level. Third, F-test results from 7 questions of desired effects through mountain village creation project revealed that promotion and market security of forestry products and local patriotism instillation through a personal exchange are significant differences between types in p<0.05 level. Forth, the results of duplication benefits(the mountain village development projects and the village support programs with other departments) on the residents' development expectation found that when a village received a large number of projects, residents' expected effects were higher than other village residents where received relatively a small number of projects. However, the expected effects from the increasing quantities of projects were decreased.

Purpose: To derive key requirements and key technologies for weapon system acquisition business by using Qualify Function Deployment (QFD), and to reduce business cost by setting the target performance and key expense of weapon system. Methods: We propose a QFD methodology that can induce rational decision-making by translating analyst's subjective opinions into quantitative values when analyzing requirements at the initial stage of weapon system development project. Based on QFD methodology, QFD application model combining house of quality, value engineering, and analogy cost estimating technique is presented. Results: It was possible to analyze the specific requirements necessary for the development of the weapon system, to solve the communication problem of the participants, to set clear development direction and target. Conclusion: By applying the QFD application model at the early stage of the weapon system acquisition project, it is possible to reduce the business cost by establishing clear development direction and goal through the procedural analysis process.

FC(Food Culture) 사업은 음식종류의 다양성과 재료의 신선도 유지를 위하여 개별적인 유통 업무를 수행하고 있다. 재료의 신선도 유지를 위한 신속성, 음식의 매출액과 재료비, 인건비, 경비 등의 집계에 대한 정확성이 부족하여 결산에 문제점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 FC사업의 유통에 대한 ERP를 구축하고 매출과 원가의 요소를 집계하여 사업장 단위의 매출액에 대비한 재료비, 인건비, 경비 등 요소를 회계 집계하고, 또한 유통 물류 구매를 위한 발주와 낙찰된 물류품의 계약과 결과 값으로 예측 Simulation을 연구한다. 사업장 단위에서 마감되면 시도단위와 전국단위의 전체 자산 및 손익계산을 가능하게 하는 ERP를 연구한다. 본 논문 연구를 통하여 FC사업 ERP 발전과 물류 유통 산업에 기여하게 될 것이다.

The purpose of this paper was to draw implications for community economic development policies of Korean local governments by investigating the community economic development policies of the USA local governments. Those policies can be segmented to first wave(1950s-1970s), second wave(1980s), and third wave(1990s) of development policy. First two policies entailed some expense to community residents by providing low tax rates, tax abatement, tax reliefs, industrial revenue bonds, and direct state loans for potential companies. These policies brought ‘clawback’ and ‘drawbacks’ to the local residents. The third wave of community economic development policy includes capital market programs(predominantly government-financed loan programs and government support for predominantly privately financed loan or equity programs), providing information and education for small business in the communities, supporting small business by providing high technology and research, and export assistance-providing information/training opportunity how to export, sending trade missions, and export financing. Local government authorities in Korea should learn the community economic development policies administrated by the USA local governments so that they can avoid the potential try-and-errors in establishing, planning, and administrating their economic development policies.

많은 기업들은 정보기술의 발전과 더불어 이익을 증대시키고 비용을 절감하기 위하여 정보화 시스템을 도입하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 객체지향 방법론 설계 도구인 UML을 사용하여 AS-IS를 구축하고 닷넷 환경의 유스케이스 다이어그램, 시퀀스 다이어그램, 컴포넌트 다이어그램 등을 통하여 TO-BE 프로세스 모델을 설계한다. 그리고 소규모 회사 조직 시스템에 적용시키기 위하여 닷넷 기반으로 구축하면 컴포넌트 재사용 및 소프트웨어 생산성을 증진시킬 수 있다.

The importance of EDI has been so emphasized that we need exchange/maintain electronic documents effectively, and convert them to other formats. The traditional EDI, however, is facing on the limitation of growth because of its high expense, and the closeness of information sharing. The EDIs of next generation, like open EDI, object-oriented EDI, and Internet EDI, have appeared to solve these problems. Finally, XML/EDI, which is very effective to solve these kinds of problems, is now replacing the traditional EDI and the HTML in Internet and, is influencing on e-Business. So, we are going to suggest a solution which uses XML/EDI as a substitute for the traditional one. First, we analyzed the problems of the traditional EDI system and organized the structure of XML/EDI system, Next, we developed the prototype of Internet bookstore to show the effectiveness and strength of XML/EDI over the traditional EDI.

민간경비 조직은 국민의 안전과 보호라는 책임을 지닌 조직으로 다른 조직과는 다른 특수성을 가진다. 민간경비조직은 업무 수행 중에 신체의 안전에 위협을 받거나, 예기치 않은 돌발 상황이 발생하거나, 무거운 책임을 지닌 조직이 가지는 보수성, 획일적이고 수직적인 상하관계 등의 특징을 지니게 되는데 이러한 특수성으로 인해 민간경비 조직 내 커뮤니케이션의 중요성은 더욱 강조된다. 이러한 민간경비조직의 다양한 특징들이 조직의 목표 달성을 위해 효과적으로 이용되기 위해서는 조직 내 구성원들의 효과적이고 원활한 커뮤니케이션이 절실히 요구된다고 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 민간경비조직 구성원간의 커뮤니케이션이 조직성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가에 대한 관련성을 규명하는데 있으며, 민간경비원의 조직을 이해하고 이들을 통한 업무의 효율성을 제고함은 물론 민간경비조직의 발전을 위한 그 기초자료를 제공하는데 의의를 둔다. 이에 대한 분석된 자료의 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회 인구통계학적 특성에 따른 커뮤니케이션에는 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회 인구 통계학적 특성에 따른 조직성과에는 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 커뮤니케이션은 직무만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 커뮤니케이션은 조직몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
